수용성 뿜칠형 고무 아스팔트 방수재의 시공성 평가에 관한 연구 - 재료 조건을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Workability Estimation of Water-Soluble Rubberized Asphalt Waterproofing of Spray Type - Focus on the Material Condition -)

  • This study deals with the estimation of material properties according to the construction condition for water-soluble rubberized asphalt waterproofing material of spray type. In this study, the waterproofing material property by the spray construction method is suggested by means of estimation its tensile performance and temperature dependency according to mix proportion ratio(4:1, 8:1), referenced viscosity and solid content (A:360cps, 76%, B:580cps, 79%, C:490cps, 70%), spray angle($30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$), and spray distance(30cm, 50cm, 70cm). The result of testing are as follows. (1) The mix proportion ratio of principal agent and hardener is 4:1. (2) The viscosity referenced and solid content are 490cps and 70%. (3) The spray angle referenced is $45.^{\circ}$ (4) The distance referenced from concrete surface to spray gun is 40~50cm.

  • This paper presented characterization of spray velocity and angle of spray nozzle systems for cosmetic products. Diameter and length of nozzle orifice were chosen as shape factors of the spray system. Spray orifice of the spray pattern is a factor influencing the quality of the product. Fluid analysis was conducted by using "Fluent" to obtain spray angle and velocity. RSM (Response Surface Method) was used to approximate the relationship between these 2 factors and spray characteristics. To evaluate the proposed method, experimental work with existing was conducted and good agreement between simulation and experimental results.

  • An experimental study was carried out to understand the spray characteristics of three kinds(kerosene, heating oil & diesel) of hydrocarbon-fuels. Fuel temperature and injection pressure were main variables in the experiment. Fuel Temperature was changed to obtain various levels of fuel viscosity. Spray angle and spray length were measured by using LVS(Laser Vapor Screen) photographs. 1D PDPA system was used to measure droplet size & droplet velocity. In room temperature, spray characteristics of three kinds of fuels were good, especially in case the fuel injection pressure was more than $6Kgf/cm^2$ It was also found that spray characteristics were poor in case fuel kinematic viscosity was more than 5cSt.

Spray Characteristics of Hydrotreated Biodiesel Blended Fuels

  • Hydrotreated biodiesel (HBD) would be one of the promising alternative fuels instead of current biodiesel. In this study, spray characteristics in terms of spray penetration and spray angle were conducted experimentally including calculated SMDs as well. The ambient pressures of 1, 3, and 5 MPa and injection pressures of 30, 80, and 130 MPa were introduced and the fuels employed were petro-diesel, and 2, 10, 20, 30, and 50% for hydrotreated biodiesel, respectively. The result of this study found that the more HBD blended diesels have the slightly shorter spray tip penetration lengths especially on the lowest injection pressure and at the highest ambient pressure, but have the larger spray angles and SMDs than petro-diesel. Consequently, this study found that HBD has a little bit merits and demerits of macro- and micro- spray patterns compared to petro-diesel.

고압 분사 디잴 인잭터의 노즐 형상이 분사 특성 및 분무 거동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of nozzle geometry on the injection characteristics and spray behavior)

  • This paper describes the characteristics of injection rate and macroscopic behavior of fuel spray injected from common-rail type diesel injectors with different nozzle geometries. The injection rates according to the nozzle geometries were measured at different energizing duration of the injector solenoid and injection pressure by using the Bosch's injection rate meter based on the pressure variation in the tube. The spray behaviors injected from the different nozzles were visualized using the spray visualization system composed of an Ar-ion laser, an ICCD camera, and a synchronization system at various injection and ambient pressures. It is revealed that VCO nozzle has higher spray tip velocity at the early stage of injection duration and wider spray cone angle than the mini-sac nozzles. Also the spray cone angle is increased with the increase of nozzle diameter.

가솔린엔진 인젝터의 벽류 및 분무특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Wall-Wetting Formation and Spray Characteristics of Gasoline Engine Injector)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차용 가솔린엔진에 장착되는 인젝터의 연료공급 특성을 실험적으로 분석하였다. 4홀과 12홀 인젝터의 장착각 변화와 포트 마스킹의 형상변화에 따른 벽유량을 측정하고 분석하였다. 분무가시화 실험을 통하여 분무성장과정과 분사각, 연료미립화 및 분무도달거리를 분석하였다. 벽류측정 실험 결과, 벽유량은 흡기유동과 인젝터 장착각에 큰 영향을 받으며, 인젝터 장착각이 감소할수록 벽유량은 감소하였다. 마스킹의 경우 유동 면적이 감소하여 국소 유속이 증가할때 벽유량 감소에 효과를 보였다. 분무 가시화를 통하여 12홀 인젝터가 압력 변화에 대한 미립화의 강건성 측면에서 우수한 분무특성을 보였다.

  • KIVA3V를 이용하여 모형 가스터빈 연소기에서 Jet-A의 분무와 연소에 관한 수치해석을 하였다. 연소기 형상은 6개의 희석홀을 가지며, 스월효과를 고려하였다. 연소 특성을 해석하기 위해 열적 NO 발생을 고려하였다. 다양한 분무각에 대해서 Jet-A 증기, 화염온도 분포와 NO 발생량에 대하여 비교하였다. 분무각이 커질수록 1차 영역에서 연료 증기가 비교적 고르게 나타나게 되며 증발이 더욱 빠르게 되고, 주변 기체와 연료 증기 사이의 혼합이 증가한다. 그 결과 고온부가 넓게 나타나게 되고, 이에 의해 열적 NO 발생이 증가한다.

인젝터 노즐 홀 직경의 변화에 따른 DME 커먼레일 연료 분사 시스템의 분무 특성에 관한 연구 II (An Investigation on the Spray Characteristics of DME with Variation of Nozzle Holes Diameter using the Common Rail Fuel Injection System)

  • DME spray characteristics were investigated about varied ambient pressure and fuel injection pressure using the DME common rail fuel injection system when the nozzle holes diameter is varied. The common rail fuel injection system with DME cooling system was used since DME has properties of compressibility and vaporization in atmospheric temperature. The fuel injection quantity and spray characteristics were measured. The spray analysis parameters were spray shape, penetration length, and spray angle at six nozzle holes. Three types of injector were used, the nozzle holes diameter were 0.166 mm (Injector 1), 0.250 mm (Injector 2), and 0.250 mm with enlargement of orifice hole from 0.6 mm to 1.0 mm (Injector 3). The fuel injection pressure was varied by 5MPa from 35 to 70MPa when the ambient pressure was varied 0, 2.5, and 5MPa. When using Injector 3 in comparison to the others, the DME injection quantity was increased 1.69 ~ 2.02 times. Through this, it had the similar low heat value with diesel which was injected Injector 1. Among three types of injector, Injector 3 had the fastest development velocity of penetration length. In case of spray angle, Injector 2 had the largest spray angle. Through these results, only the way enlargement the nozzle holes diameter is not the solution of DME low heat value problem.

  • The aim of this study was to compare the spray characteristics of a typical fuel (100% diesel, DME) and diesel-DME blended fuel in a constant volume combustion chamber (CVCC). The typical fuel (100% diesel, DME) and diesel-DME blended fuel spray characteristics were investigated at various ambient pressures (pressurized nitrogen) and fuel injection pressures using a common rail fuel injection system when the fuel mixture ratio was varied. The fuel injection quantity and spray characteristics were measured including spray shape, penetration length, and spray angle. Common types of injectors were used.

스월형 및 팬스프레이형 고압직분식 가솔린 분사기의 상온 평판에서의 분무 충돌 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Spray Behavior from Swirl and Fan Spray Type Gasoline Injectors Impinging on the Constant Temperature Flat Plate)

  • The behavior of spray impinging on the inclined constant temperature flat plate was experimentally investigated. To clarify the wall effect of a high pressure DISI injector, a relative angle of the inclined wall to a spray axis was varied. Spray penetration along the wall was observed optically and it was compared with that of a Fan spray type and Swirl type spray. To evaluate various spray motion quantitatively, a spray path penetration which describe the development of a spray tip along the wall was newly introduced. To observe the structure of an impinging spray, it was visualized by a controlled stroboscope light and its visualized image was captured on an CCD camera. Using the digital image of impinging spray $H_x$ and $R_x$ was extracted to clarify the structure of impinging spray. The main parameter of the relative position of the wall was the inclined angle which was defined as the angle was varied from $0^{\circ}$ (vertical impingement) to $60^{\circ}$ at the same condition.
