세균(細菌)의 당지질(糖脂質)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -제2보(第二報) Selenomonas ruminantium의 당지질(糖脂質)의 구조(構造)- (Studies on Glycolipids in Bacteria -Part II. On the Structure of Glycolipid of Selenomonas ruminantium-)

  • Selenomonas ruminantium 균체(菌體)를 TCA로 가열(加熱) 분해(分解)한 후 chloroform : methanol (1 : 3)로 추출(抽出)한 당지질(糖脂質)을 분리(分離)하고 이 당지질(糖脂質)을 acetone가용부분(可溶部分) spot A화합물(化合物)과 acetone불용부분(不溶部分)에서 ether로 다시 가용부분(可溶部分)을 추출(抽出)한 spot B화합물(化合物)의 두 부분(部分)으로 분리(分離)하고 이 두 화합물(化合物)에 대(對)하여 각각(各各) 그 화학구조(化學構造)를 구명(究明)하며 당지질(糖脂質)의 구조(構造)를 추정(推定)한 바 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 두 화합물(化合物)의 적외선흡수분석결과(赤外線吸收分析結果) spot A는 amino당(糖)에 O-acyl 및 N-acyl지방산(脂肪酸)이 결합(結合)하였으며 spot B는 amino당(糖)에 O-acyl 및 N-acyl지방산(脂肪酸)이 결합(結合)하고 인(燐)을 함유(含有)하고 있음을 알았다. 2. 두 화합물(化合物)을 GLC에 의(依)하여 지방산조성(脂肪酸組成)을 조사(調査)한 바 spot A.B화합물중(化合物中)에 있는 O-acyl 및 N-acyl 지방산(脂肪酸)은 ${\beta}-OH\;C_{13:0}$지방산(脂肪酸)이 대부분(大部分)이 였는데 저급(低級)의 hydroxy지방산(脂肪酸) ${\beta}-OH\;C_{9:0}$도 특이적(特異的)으로 함유(含有)되여 있음을 알았다. 3. 두 화합물(化合物)을 hydrazine분해(分解)를 시킨 결과(結果)를 paper chromatography로 조사(調査)한 바 spot A화합물(化合物)은 glucosamine 이 2분자(分子) 결합(結合)하여 있는 chitobiose와 같은 Rf 치(値)를 나타냈음으로 2분자(分子)의 glucosamine이 결합(結合)됨을 확인(確認)하고 spot B 화합물(化合物)의 낮은 Rf치(値)는 glucosamine에 인(燐)이 결합(結合)되여 있음을 알았다. 4. spotA화합물(化合物)의 산분해물(酸分解物)을 다시 ninbydrine으로 산화분해(酸化分解) 시키면 arabinose만이 생기는 것으로 보아 glucosamine의 amino기(基)는 $C_2$의 위치(位置)에 결합(結合)하여 있음을 알았다. 5. N-acetyl화(化)한 spot A에 $NaBH_4$를 추리(處理)한 결과(結果) glucosamine의 전량(全量)이 반감(半減)하는 것으로 보아 2분자(分子)의 glucosamine이 결합(結合)되여 있는 것을 알 수 있고 Morgan-Elson반응(反應) 및 $NaIO_4$분해(分解)에 의(依)하여 2개(個)의 glucosamine은 1.6결합(結合)임을 확인(確認)하였다. 6. N-acetyl화(化)한 spot A.B화합물(化合物)에 ${\beta}-N-acetyl$ glucosarninidase를 반응(反應)시킨 결과(結果) spot A화합물(化合物)은 100% N-acetyl glucosamine으로 분해(分解)되고 spot B화합물(化合物)은 분해(分解)되지 않았으므로 spot A화합물(化合物)만이 ${\beta}$결합(結合)을 하고 있음을 알았다. 7. $^{32}P$함유(含有) spot B화합물(化合物)에 phosphodiesterase 및 phosphomonoesterase를 작용(作用)시킨 결과(結果) phosphodiesterase는 반응(反應)치 않고 phosphomonoesterase에 의(依)하여 100% $^{32}P$가 유리(遊離)되는 것으로 보아 glucosamine 2분자(分子)에 한계의 인(燐)이 monoester결합(結合)을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 8. spot A화합물(化合物)은 glucosaminiyl ${\beta}-1.6-glucosamine$의 결합(結合)을 하였고 O-acyl 및 N-acyl지방산(脂肪酸)이 결합(結合)되여 있으며 주지방산(主脂肪酸)은 ${\beta}-OH\;C_{13:0}$임을 알았다. 9. spot B화합물(化合物)도 glucosaminyl ${\beta}-1.6-glucosamine$의 결합(結合)을 하고 O-acyl 및 N-acyl지방산(脂肪酸)이 결합(結合)되여 있으며 주지방산(主脂肪酸)은 ${\beta}-OH\;C_{13:0}$이나 인(燐)이 monoester결합(結合)을 하고 있는 것이 spot A화합물(化合物)과 특이(特異)함을 알았다.

  • Spot welding is very important and useful technology in fabriaction of the thin sheet structure such as the automobile, train and air craft, Because fatigue strength of the spot welding point is however considerably lower than base metal due to stress concentration at the nugget edge, reasonable fatigue strength evaluation of spot welded lap joint is very important to estimate the reliability and durability of th spot welded structure and to establish a criterion of ling life fatigue design. For reasonalbe fatigue strength evaluation, it is necessary to estimate the fatigue strength of spot welded lap joints, systematically. So far, many investigators have numerically and experimentally studied on the systematic fatigue strength estimation for various spot welded lap joints, and the methods suggested has been considerably accumulated. By the way, for applying them in practical fatigue design of the thin sheet structure fabricated by spot welding ,it is also necessary to verify their efficiency and reliability on the predicted results, Therefore, in this study, a statistical fatigue strength estimation method for spot welded lap joints was developed by using the Weibull probability distribution function. From the result, it was found that fatigue strength and fatigue life of the spot welded lap joints having various dimension were able to be statically predicted . And also, a reliable criterion for long life fatigue design of the spot welded lap joint could be established.

A Study on the Hot Spot Temperature in 154kV Power Transformers

  • The life of a power transformer is dependent on the life of the cellulose paper, which influenced by the hot spot temperature. Thus, the determination of the cellulose paper's life requires identifying the hot spot temperature of the transformer. Currently, however, the power transformer uses a heat run test is used in the factory test to measure top liquid temperature rise and average winding temperature rise, which is specified in its specification. The hot spot temperature is calculated by the winding resistance detected during the heat run test. This paper measures the hot spot temperature in the single-phase, 154kV, 15/20MVA power transformer by the optical fiber sensors and compares the value with the hot spot temperature calculated by the conventional heat run test in the factory test. To measure the hot spot temperature, ten optical fiber sensors were installed on both the high and low voltage winding; and the temperature distribution during the heat run test, three thermocouples were installed. The hot spot temperature shown in the heat run test was $92.6^{\circ}C$ on the low voltage winding. However, the hot spot temperature as measured by the optical fiber sensor appeared between turn 2 and turn 3 on the upper side of the low voltage winding, recording $105.9^{\circ}C$. The hot spot temperature of the low voltage winding as measured by the optical fiber sensor was $13.3^{\circ}C$ higher than the hot spot temperature calculated by the heat run test. Therefore, the hot spot factor (H) in IEC 60076-2 appeared to be 2.0.

  • The study on the mechanical behavior of a spot-welded specimen is largely divided into the quasi-static overload failure analysis and the fatigue failure prediction. The main issue in an overload analysis is to examine the critical loads, thereby providing a generalized overload failure criterion. As the welding spot forms a singular geometry of an external crack type, fatigue failure of spot-welded specimens can be evaluated by means of a fracture parameter. In this study, we first present the limit loads of 4 representative types of single spot-welded specimens in terms of the base metal yield strength and specimen geometries. Recasting the load vs. fatigue life relationships experimentally, obtained here, we then predict the fatigue life of spot-weld specimens with a single parameter denoted the equivalent stress intensity factor. This crack driving parameter is demonstrated to successfully describe the effects of specimen geometry and loading type in a comprehensive manner. The suggested fatigue life formula for a single spot weld can play a key, role in the design and assessment of spot-welded panel structures, in that the fatigue strength of multi-spots is eventually determined by the fatigue strength of each single spot.

  • Vehicle body structures are formed by thousands of spot welds and fatigue failure of vehicle structures occur near the spot welds after driving a long way at a durability test road. It is necessary to know accurately the reason of the fatigue failure of the spot weld in the developing stage in order to reinforce it. Many investigations have been done regarding the strength of spot welded joints, contributing to understand its fatigue strength. In developing process, a fatigue failed spot welded area can be repaired by $CO_2$ welding or another method to continue the test. To know the effect of reinforcing these welds, several methods of welding were analyzed and compared to spot welding. With the results of this test, the appropriate repair method can be used instead of spot welding during the development of new car and best design guide can be given for the strength. In this study, fatigue and static tensile tests are made and microstructure is investigated for the purpose of estimating the strength of welded joints by using spot welded and $CO_2$ plug welded specimens. The tested specimens are of two types : Tensile-shear type(TS) and L-tension type(LT).

인장-전단하중을 받는 IB형 일점 Spot 용접이음재의 파괴역학적 피로강도 평가 (Fracture Mechanical Fatigue Strength Evaluation of IB-Type Spot Welded Lap Joint under Tension-Shear Load)

  • According as the member of the automobile body structure have been thinned their thickness and have become high strength, each part of the body structure has been put more severe stress condition. And, because fatigue strength of the spot welded lap joint is influenced by its geometrical and mechanical factors, welding condition and etc., there needs a quantitative and systematic evaluation method for them. In this study, by considering nugget edge of the spot weld part of the IB-type spot welded lap joint under tension-shear load to the ligament crack. fatigue strength of various IB-type spot welded lap joints was estimated with the stress intensity factor(S.I.F.) KIII which is fracture mechanical parameter. We could find that fatigue strength evaluation of the IB-type spot welded lap joints by KIII is more effective than the maximum principal stress ($\sigma$1max) at edge of the spot weld obtained from FEM analysis.

  • 백두산과 같은 중요 지형의 지형적 환경적 모니터링을 수행하기 위하여 SPOT-5 스테레오 위성영상을 이용하여 제작된 DEM의 정확한 보정이 필요하다. 기준 DEM으로 SRTM DEM을 사용하여 SPOT-5 DEM을 보정하였다. SPOT-5 DEM과 SRTM DEM은 단일 강체 변환식으로 변환하는 경우 오차를 많이 내포하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대상지역에 골고루 기준점을 추출하고, 기준점으로부터 지역적 변환식을 추정하였다. 제안된 방법의 정확도를 평가하기 위하여, 축척기반과 S1FT기반의 변환식을 이용한 DEM과 비교하였다.

  • 본 연구는 SPOT 위성영상에서 존재하는 정오차요소를 조정체계에 유의한 부가매개변수를 도입하여 보정하는 자체검정 광속조정의 알고리즘을 확립하고 SPOT 위성영상의 자료형태에 유의한 부가매개 변수항을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 결과, SPOT 위성영상용 자체검정 광속정법 알고리즘을 확립하고 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 부가매개변수의 결정력 검토 및 유의성검정을 통해 각 자료형태의 정오차 보정에 유의한 부가매개변수항을 결정할 수 있었다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해 확립된 SPOT 위성영상의 자체검정 광속조정 알고리즘은 위치결정의 정화도 향상에 유용함을 알 수 있었다.

Therefore, it has been increasingly required to improve the fatigue strength of the spot welded structures. As one of the improving methods for such problem, the author had previously proposed the method of alleviating stress concentration at nugget edge of the spot weld part and improving its fatigue strength [1]. But, because fatigue strength of the spot welded lap joint is influenced by its geometrical and mechanical factors, welding condition and etc., there needs a quantitative and systematic estimation method of them. In this report, by considering nugget edge of the spot weld part of the spot welded lap joint subjected to tensile load to the ligament crack, fatigue strength of various spot welded lap joints was estimated with the stress intensity factor (S.I.F.) K which is fracture mechanical parameter. It is known that evaluation of fatigue strength of the spot welded lap joint by the stress intensity factor (S.I.F.) K is more effective than the maximum stress $(\sigma_{ymax}$) at edge of the spot weld part on the center line of width of the plate.

  • SPOT 위성영상은 궤도의 안정성, 높은 공간해상력 및 적절한 기선대 고도비등을 제공하며 사각 촬영으로 얻어진 위성영상으로부터 3차원 지형정보를 추출할 수 있는 계기를 가져다 주었다. 본 연구에서는 SPOT 입체 위성영상을 이용하여 3차원 지형지물의 특징자료를 추출하고, 이 자료를 이용하여 지형과 지물에 대한 3차원 그래픽 자료를 생성하는 기법과 지형정보의 3차원 그래픽 화일을 컴퓨터상에서 자동생성하고 도시하는 기법을 연구하였다.
