Construction of sports-educational places using resistant and water-repellent raw materials in concrete

  • Any place where exercise is common, such as a club, sports hall, or school, is considered a place for teaching sports. When doing sports, a very safe environment for sports should be chosen. The athlete should consider the safety of sports facilities and equipment, and if there is a defect, he should refrain from exercising in these places. The safety of sports facilities is very effective in creating people's sports activities, with the benefits of staying away from physical harm, enjoying sports, and having mental peace. Everyone has the right to participate in sports and recreation and to ensure that they enjoy a safe environment. The ability to manage and solve issues that may arise plays the most critical role in creating a safe environment. The quality of construction materials used for the construction of sports facilities is of great importance. In this work, the resistance and water repellency of concrete constituents for the construction of sports buildings have been investigated by nanoscience. Nano-concrete material solves the main problem of concrete surfaces, i.e., the entry of water and humidity into the structure. It also gives it a self-cleaning ability with its water repellency. Nanoparticles are placed between pores and cover the cracks, which causes roughness in the surface structure of concrete. The high roughness of the surface of the coated concrete caused its super-hydrophobicity. In hydrophobic surfaces, the higher the contact angle, the more hydrophobic the surface will be. In order to investigate the hydrophobic properties, silica nanoparticles, silica nanoparticles, and fly ash were prepared on concrete, and their properties were analyzed.

빅데이터 분석을 활용한 기금지원 체육시설 활성화 방안 (A study of the vitalization strategy for public sports facility through big-data)

  • 운동을 통한 건강증진에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 공공체육시설에 대한 수요는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 공공체육시설의 공급 계획에 비해 운영과 관리에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구는 국민체육진흥기금지원 체육시설 사업인 국민체육센터와 개방형체육관에 대한 빅데이터 분석을 통해 시설 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 2015년 1년 간 뉴스, 블로그, 까페 등 인터넷 문서를 분석한 결과 국민체육센터와 개방형 체육관은 유사한 이용행태를 보이면서도 다른 수요를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 시설 모두 주민의 체육장소로 이용되고 있으나 국민체육시설이 좀 더 전문적인 프로그램을 보이는 반면 개방형 체육관은 생활체육공간으로 이용되는 차이를 보였다. 한편 두 시설 모두 운동 이외 산책, 소풍 등 휴식을 목적으로 방문하는 비율이 높아 시설 활성화를 위해서는 편의시설 확충과 다양한 기능의 복합이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태와 정책방향 (The Safety Management Status and Policy Directions for Sports Facilities in Gangwon Province)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 내 소재된 공공체육시설 안전관리 실태를 분석하여 도민들이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 정책방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중앙 정부와 강원도 차원의 체육시설 안전관리 정책동향, 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태분석 등을 종합적으로 검토해 보았다. 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 정책방향에서는 강원도 체육시설 안전관리 실태분석에서 도출된 시사점을 토대로 다음과 같은 정책추진 방향을 제안하였다. 첫째, 지역에서 설립한 개발 및 도시 공사, 대학, 협동조합 등을 활용한 전문기관 지정 운영, 체육시설 관련 안전관리사 운용요원 양성 및 육성 등을 제안하였다. 둘째, 강원도 차원의 체육시설 안전관리 우수시설 지정 및 표창, 안전하고 대응 사례 발표회 개최, 스포츠안전체험한마당 개최, 스포츠안전교실 운영, 홍보만화 제작 등의 체육시설 안전문화 진흥 기반 조성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 타 시·도에 비해 많은 레저스포츠시설에 대한 안전관리 체계 기반을 마련할 것을 제안하였다. 넷째, 강원도 지역여건에 부합하는 체육시설 안전관리 지원조례 제정 등 제도적 기반 마련 및 강원도형 체육시설 안전관리 기본계획을 수립할 것을 제안하였다.

HTML5-기반 서울시 공공체육시설 통합 안내 사이트 구현 (Implementation of HTML5-based Website providing Public Sports Facilities in Seoul)

  • 건강에 대한 사람들의 관심이 높은 가운데 각종 체육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 시민들도 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 서울시에 존재하는 공공 체육시설 정보를 모두 통합한 웹서비스가 없어 공공 체육시설 이용에 불편함이 많은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 서울시 공공 체육시설 정보를 누구나 손쉽게 찾을 수 있는 통합 정보 시스템 Be Healthy Seoul을 구현하였다. 서울시가 제공하는 공공 체육시설 API를 사용하여 서울 전 지역의 공공 체육시설 정보를 통합했다. 또 HTML5를 기반으로 구현함으로써 사진 및 동영상 등의 다양한 기능을 지원하며, pc와 모바일 모두에서 지원이 가능한 반응형 웹페이지를 제공한다. 또한 관리자 페이지를 구현하여 서울시 공공 체육시설을 지역별/종목별/테마별로 분류하여 검색 가능하도록 하였다.

  • Renovation of existing sports facilities or construction of temporary ones for international complex games requires a wide variety of hundreds of sub construction projects to be awarded at the same time but there are few precedents required regarding the study of tendering process required in such cases. As award of construction contracts to build sports facilities for various international complex games is a critical determinant of fate of international complex games in the initial phase, it is very critical that adequate construction tendering process bedetermined. This research is aimed to study tendering cases for renovation or construction of critical international sports facilities to enhance efficiency of facility construction and define most reasonable tendering approach to satisfy schedule constraints often associated with international complex games and contribute to improvement of international competitiveness of their host cities and propose a direction for further development. This study also provides inputs to subsequent sports events of comparable scale to minimize trial and error.

A Study on the Development of Life Sports outdoor For Community Welfare

  • Sport activities of the local residents are admitted as a positive and awarding welfare. This study reviews the current status of and the way to activate life sport program on the policy level that would bring a number of effects. By reviewing related-literature review, this study presents theoretical and practical foundation regarding on the necessity for the local social welfare, organization operation, facilities, participation, leadership, and program management. Finally, the authors suggest policies for life sport development on local level below. First, in order to the function of sport for all in social welfare system, it is needed to pursue institutional changes to secure diversity in the age group which participates in sports for all. Second, connectivity in public sports facilities should be fortified. The government should develop sports program in conjunction with public sports facilities built for the interest of community members. Third, club advisors should be educated with well organized-manual and reeducated to rebuild their capacity to develop the programs and manage them if necessary. In the similar view, the policy which can check the advisor's field experience and ability should be prepared. Fourth, for economic sustainability, a profit generating project developing a target marketing strategy is required.

상업스포츠시설의 발전방안 (Developmental Solutions of Commercial Sports Facilities)

  • 우리나라의 상업스포츠시설은 선진 국가에 비견해 볼 때 아직도 미흡한 점이 많으며, 여러 가지 해결해야 할 시설경영적 사회제도적 문제점을 지니고 있다. 상업스포츠시설의 발전을 위해서는 시설경영 능력을 제고하고 사회제도적 자원을 확대해야 한다. 첫째, 시설경영능력을 제고하기 위해서는 지도자 처우개선 및 고용확대, 경영 마케팅 능력 강화, 서비스품질 및 고객만족 향상, 시설의 현대화에 노력을 집중시켜야 한다. 둘째, 사회제도적 지원 확대를 위해서는 전문인력 양성 배치의 강화, 스포츠시설 규제완화 제도개선, 조세 금융 지원 확대, 스포츠시설업 정보망 구축 등에 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 결국, 상업스포츠시설업 주체는 시설경영 능력 향상을 위한 혁신적 노력을 기울여야 하며, 정부나 지자체에서는 상업스포츠시설이 발전할 수 있는 최적의 사회환경을 만들어 주어야 할 것이다.

공동주택단지 내 여가시설 특성 및 거주자 요구에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Leisure Facilities and Needs of Residents in Apartment Complex)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of leisure facilities and to examine residents' needs for leisure facilities in apartment complex. The questionnaire survey and content analysis were used. The Data for content analysis were 476 site plans, and the subjects of questionnaire survey were 673 residents lilving in 35 apartment complex. Frequency, Percentage, and mean, ANOVA-A, x^{2}-test, and multiple regression were used for data analysis. The major results were as follows. 1) Facilities for children play, and senior, sports facilities, community center, green area, and resting place were included in leisure facilities in apartment complex. These facilities were different according to complex site and built-period. 2)The degree of satisfaction of leisure facilities was lower than neutral. The satisfaction of leisure facilities related with diversity of leisure facilities and program, and poor environment. 3) Subjects needed the facilities recommended in housing act including diverse leisure facilities such as sports center and resident's self government facilities. And they needed divers facilities for sports. 4) In terms of location, they needed leisure facilities which was closer to their house.

지역사회 여가시설 개발을 위한 공동주택거주자들의 여가활동 장소 및 여가시설에 대한 선호 연구 (A Study on the Preference of Leisure Facilities of Residents Living in Apartment-Complex for Developing Leisure Facilities in Residential Environment)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the preference and needs of leisure facilities of residents living in apartment complexes. The questionnaire survey was conducted in the selected apartment complexes, and 676 responses were used for data analysis. The statistical techniques used for data analysis included frequencies, percentage, mean, $X^2$-test, and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: 1) Subjects needed the diverse leisure facilities such as sports center and resident's self government facilities. And they needed diverse facilities for sports. 2) In terms of location, they needed leisure facilities which was closer to their house. 3) The degree of satisfaction of leisure facilities was lower than neutral. The satisfaction of leisure facilities related with diversity of leisure facilities and program, and poor environment. 4) It was found that the respondents preferred safe and various leisure facilities, and the leisure facilities were exclusively used for the residents only, and the use by non-residents should be charged at the expense. Also, respondents were willing to pay additional fee for the better quality of leisure facilities, and sports leisure facilities congregated in one building were highly desirable.

CASE STUDY OF THE NATIONAL STADIUM: RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES IN CHINA'S PPP IMPLEMENTATIONS IN MAJOR SPORTS FACILITIES

  • With Beijing's success in bidding for the 2008 Olympic Games, the increasing demand for infrastructure development and reduced public sector funding capacity has created a significant funding gap which calls for alternative project delivery methods such as Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Although the exploration of infrastructure projects using PPP model have been practiced since the late 80s, the $560 million National Stadium which served as the main venue for the Olympic Games is the first stadium project in China to be delivered under PPP operation. The project is generally considered successful despite the concession transfer in 2009 with concern of better serving the public interest. Compared to other infrastructure projects such as transportation, waste management and water management, the development of major sports facilities for mega-sports events with PPP has its own unique features and is subject to different major risks. This research identifies and analyzes critical risks in the implementation of PPP in major sports facility development through case study of the National Stadium project. A questionnaire survey and several interviews are conducted to solicit expert opinions from experienced practitioners. The purpose is to provide additional insights in risk management strategies and opportunities in China's PPP implementations in major sports facilities for policy makers and private sectors involved with investment decisions in future similar infrastructure development.
