프리스트레스트 콘크리트 보 부재의 잔류변형 산정에 대한 연구 (Research of Residual Strain Calculation of Prestressed Concrete Beam Element)

  • 성능 기반 내진설계를 위해서는 지진후 건물의 사용성과 복원성에 대한 명확한 목표가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 건물의 구성 재료의 검토가 필요하고, 특히, 부재에 잔류하는 변형을 지표로 사용하는 것은 유용하다. 프리스트레스트 콘크리트는 PC 강재의 원점지향적 성질 덕분에 많이 이용이 될 것으로 생각된다. 이 연구는 PSC 보부재의 잔류 변형을 연구하고 산정하는 것에 목표를 두고 있다. '등가 소성 힌지 길이법'을 바탕으로 위험단면에서의 곡률과 등가 소성 힌지 길이를 이용하여 부재의 변형각을 구하는 식을 유도한다. '분할 요소 해석법'을 통하여 PC강재와 콘크리트 사이의 부착-미끄러짐을 고려하면서 힘의 균형과 변형을 적합 조건을 만족하는 해석값을 도출했다. 잔류 변형률에 영향을 미치는 각종 요인들을 파라미터 스터디를 통하여 잔류 변형률 산정식에 필요한 각종 수치를 결정했다. 그중에서 잔류변형에 많은 영향을 미치는 피크시 등가 소성 힌지 길이, 잔류 변형시 등가 소성 힌지 길이 및 피크시부터 잔류 변형시에 발생하는 위험 단면 위치에서의 곡률 감소량에 대하여 중점적으로 검토를 실시했다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 활발한 연구가 진행되기를 기대한다.

기계체조의 운동역학적 연구동향 분석 (Analysis of the Research Trend of Artistic Gymnastics on the Sports Biomechanics)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends of artistic gymnastics on the kinetics. This study analyzed the 76 published papers in the Journal of Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance and Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics between 1995 and 2006. Papers were split into two groups for analysis, 1995-1999 and 2000-2006, and classified according to research methods, areas, and main topics. Conclusions are as follow. First, method of research were kinematical research(80.3%), kinetic(17.1%), and EMG research(2.6%). Second, areas of research were hi-bar(31.6%), vault(23.7%), parallel bars(21.1%), floor exercise(13.2%), rings(3.9%), balance beam(3.9%), uneven bars(2.6%). Last, main topic of research were focused on vault Tsukahara skill(13.9%), hi-bar flight skill(11.4%), parallel bars support skill(10.1%), hi-bar dismount skill(8.9%), floor exercise salto skill(8.9%).

층간파괴인성치에 미치는 성형압력의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Molding Pressure on the Interlaminar Fracture Toughness)

  • This paper describes the effect of various molding pressure for Mode I. Mode II interlaminar fracture toughness of carbon fiber reinforced plastic composites by using double cantilever beam(DCB), end notched flexure(ENF) and end loaded split(ELS) Specimen. The value of $G_{IC}$, $G_{IIC}$ as a function of various molding pressure is almost same at 307, 431, 585 kPa, however it shows highest value under 307kPa molding pressure, The SEM photographs show good fiber distribution and interfacial bonding of composites when the molding pressure is the 307kPa.

전자빔 조사에 의한 폴리머 내의 공간 전하 분석 (Space Charge Analysis in Polymer Irradiated by Quasi-Monoenergetic Electron Beam)

  • Spacecrafts such as most of commercial satellites that are operating in the geostationary orbit can be subjected to intense irradiation by charged particles. The surface made of dielectric materials can therefore become probable sites for damaging electrostatic discharges. Thanks to a specially equipped chamber, the spatial environment can be reproduced experimentally in the laboratory. In this paper, the behavior of high energy electrons injected in polymers such as PolyMethylMetaAcrylate (PMMA) and Kapton is studied. Results obtained by surface potential technique, pulse-electro acoustic device and a cell based on the split Faraday cup system are analyzed and discussed.

Beam-column behavior of concrete filled steel tubes

  • In the present investigation the experimental and theoretical flexural and compressive behavior of short tubular steel columns filled with plain concrete and fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC) was examined. For a given length of the members, the effects of different geometry and dimensions of the transverse cross-section (square and circular) were investigated. Constituent materials were characterized through direct tensile tests on steel coupons and through compressive and split tension tests on concrete cylinders. Load-axial shortening and load-deflection curves were recorded for unfilled and composite members. Finally, simplified expressions for the calculus of the load-deflection curves based on the cross-section analysis were given and the ultimate load of short columns was predicted.

  • Bond between reinforcing bar and surrounding concrete is supposed to transfer load safely in the process of design of reinforced concrete structures. Bond strength of ribbed reinforcing bars tends to split concrete cover, by wedging action, or shear the concrete in front of the ribs. In this study, using a reducing bearing angle theory, bond strengths of beam end specimen are predicted. Values of bond strength obtained using the analytical model are in good agreement with the bond test results. The analytical model provides insight into bond mechanism and the effects of bearing angle on the bond strength of deformed bars to concrete.

극초단 레이저를 이용한 겹침 평판유리 절단 (Multi-layer Glass Cutting by Femtosecond Laser)

  • A femtosecond laser with 775nm central wavelength and 150 fs of temporal pulse width was used for multi layered glass cutting applications. Ultrashort pulse was effectively used for clean glass cutting with $50{\mu}m$ depth and minimum cutting width. Laser beam was split to two stages and focused on the top surfaces of each layer. Ablation threshold of used glass was measured to be $2.59J/cm^2$. In experiments, 200mW laser power and 1mm/s scanning speed was used for preliminary experiment. Air gap was the major defect occurring parameter and laser power was less sensitive to glass cutting in the experiment. The maximum cutting speed was measured to be 60mm/min with 2kHz, however, Maximum 3m/min cutting speed can be achievable with a commercially available laser with 100kHz.

  • 현재, 국립수산과학원은 매년 한반도 주변수역, 인도양, 북태평양 및 기타 해역에 대한 어업자원조사를 실시하고 있는 데, 이 조사에서는 split beam 방식 계량어군탐지기에 의한 음향학적 조사와 중층트롤에 의한 시험조업 등이 병행되고 있다. 그러나, 대상 어류의 체장 추정을 위한 연구는 아직까지 수행되고 있지 않고 있는 바, TAC제도를 시행하고 있는 우리나라로서는 한반도 주변 수역에 서식하는 어종별, 체장별, 사용 주파수별 어류의 체장추정에 필요한 음향반사강도의 data bank를 구축하는 것이 시급한 선결과제가 되고 있다.   • Processing parameters of filament winding were investigated by using design of experiment. To understand 4 main effects(fiber tension, impregnation pressure, processing rate, and temperature) and 3 interactions, $L_{27}(3^{13})$ orthogonal array table was adopted. The used materials were carbon fiber and epoxy resin. Split disk test and short-beam test, which are the general test methods for filament wound composite material, were selected as evaluation methods for a filament would part. The optimal processing parameters for the filament winding were easily found through the analysis of variance of the experimental results.
