상·하부 스플릿 T 접합부의 초기회전강성 예측모델 (Prediction Model for the Initial Rotational Stiffness of a Double Split T Connection)

  • 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부는 T-stub의 두께, 고력볼트 게이지 거리 등의 주요 변수 조합에 따라서 보통모멘트골조 혹은 특수모멘트골조에 적합한 접합부로 사용된다. 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부가 안전한 구조거동을 발휘하기 위해서는 건축구조기준에서 규정한 층간변위각 및 접합부모멘트에 대한 요구사항을 만족하여야 한다. 이러한 요구사항 조건의 충족여부를 파악하기 위해서는 접합부의 회전강성 및 한계소성모멘트에 대한 예측이 필수적이다. 따라서 이 연구는 일차적으로 정적하중을 받는 상 하부 스플릿 T 접합부의 회전강성 예측을 위한 해석모델 제안을 위하여 진행하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 3차원 비선형 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 제안한 해석모델의 적용 적합성은 기존의 해석모델 및 실험결과와 비교 검토하여 입증하였다.

  • 조갑하 외골종으로 nail bed의 파괴와 손톱의 변형이 동반된 2명의 환자를 대상으로 수술 후 발생하는 발톱 변형에 초점을 두고 수술적 치료를 시행하였다. 조갑상을 손상시킨 병변에 대해 직접 절개를 통해 병변을 제거하였고 제거 후 조갑상의 결손 부위가 넓어 얇은 부분층 조갑상 이식을 시행하였고 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었다. 부위가 넓어 얇은 부분층 조갑상 이식을 통한 조갑상 결손부위의 치료는 공여부를 비교적 잘 보전하면서 표면이 매끄럽고 접촉성이 좋으며 비교적 정상에 가까운 형태의 발톱을 다시 얻는 데 효과적인 방법이다. 따라서 병변의 크기가 큰 조갑하 외골종의 절제 후 발생한 조갑상 결손의 치료에 좋은 치료방법으로 사료된다.

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of split irradiation on the salivary ductal cells, especially on the intercalated cells of the rat parotid glands. For this study, 24 Sprague-Dawley strain rats were irradiated on the head and neck region with two equal split doses of 9Gy for a 4 hours interval by Co-60 teletherapy unit, Picker's model 4M 60. The conditions of irradiation were that field size, dose rate, SSD and depth were 12×5㎝, 222 cGy/min, 50㎝ and 1㎝, respectively. The experimental animals were sacrificed 1. 2, 3, 6, 12, hours and 1, 3, 7, days after the irradiation and the changes of the irradiated intercalated cells of the parotid glands were examined under light and electron microscope. The results were as follows: 1. By the split irradiation, the degenerative changes of intercalated cells of the parotid glands appeared at 3 hours after irradiation and the most severe cellular degeneration observed at 6 hours after irradiation. The repair processes began from 12 hours after irradiation and have matured progressively. 2. Under electron microscope, loss of nuclear membrane, microvilli and secretory granules, derrangement of chromosomes, degeneration of cytoplasm, atrophy or reduction of intracytoplasmic organelles were observed in the intercalated ductal cells after split irradiation. 3. Under light microscope, derrangement of ductal cells, widening of cytoplasms and nuclei, hyperchromatism and proliferation of ductal cells were observed in intercalated ducts after split irradiation.

대장내시경 정결제 복용방법에 따른 대상자 순응도, 대장정결 효과, 및 시술자 만족도 (Comparison of Whole versus Split-Dose PEG Solution for Colonoscopy Preparation on Patient Compliance, Quality of Bowel Cleansing, and Endoscopist's Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study was a randomized single-blind trial of whole versus split-dose PEG solutions for colonoscopy preparation to compare the patient compliance, quality of bowel cleansing, and endoscopist's satisfaction. Methods: The participants were recruited from outpatients who planned to receive colonoscopy of C hospital in Busan. Sixty participants were randomly assigned to receive either a spit-dose group(n=30) consuming $2{\ell}$ of PEG solution twice, or a whole-dose group(n=30), consuming $4{\ell}$ of PEG solution once. These participants completed the questionnaire to assess their compliance before colonoscopy. The quality of bowel cleansing was assessed using the Ottawa Scale with the endoscopist who was blinded to the type of preparation, and their satisfaction by using VAS. Results: The participants who did not completely consume $4{\ell}$ of PEG solution were less in split-dose than in whole-dose group (0% vs 13.3%). The split-dose group complained less about abdominal pain(t=2.644, p=0.009) and abdominal bloating(t=2.802, p=0.013) with a statistical significance. For the quality of bowel preparation, there were no significant differences in the bowel cleansing scores and the endoscopist's satisfaction between two groups. Conclusion: Colonic preparation with split-dose of PEG solution could be a more useful method for better patient compliance, with no significant impact on bowel cleansing quality.

콘크리트 포장 부분단면보수 재파손 구간의 적정 보수 방안 (Re-Repair Method for Deterioration of Partial Depth Repair Section in Portland Cement Concrete Pavement)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to suggest the construction and quality control method for the re-repair of a deteriorated partial depth repair for sections of Portland cement concrete pavement. METHODS : An experimental construction was conducted to extend the repair width for removing an existing repair section. A removal method was used to ensure early performance for a deteriorated partial depth repair section. Bond strength and split tensile strength were measured at the near vertical interface layer between the existing pavement and repair material. The area was analyzed for various conditions such as the extended repair area and the removing method of the existing repair section. RESULTS : As a result of analysis of bond strength and split tensile strength, the bonding performance of a milling removed section was improved over a cutting and hand breaker removed section. The bond strength was analyzed to increase slightly as the extended repair width for removing the existing repair section increased. The split tensile strength did not show a clear relationship to an increased extended repair width of an existing removed repair section. CONCLUSIONS : The milling removal method should be applied in the removal of existing deteriorated partial depth repair sections. The extended repair width for a re-repair section should be wider than the existing partial depth repair with at least a 75-mm length and width for the bond strength and the split tensile strength.

  • 중질소요소(重窒素尿素)를 사용(使用) 3품종(品種)에 대(對)한 분시시험(分施試驗)을 폿드에서 수행하였다. 2회분시(回分施)는 4회분시(回分施)보다 통일계(統一系)에 월등히 좋았다. 시비효율(Fe), 이용율(利用率) 및 흡수시비질소효율(吸收施肥窒素效率)(Ef)은 4회분시(回分施)보다 2회분시(回分施)에서 월등히 컸다. Fe의 순위는 Ef의 순위와 같았다. 수량(收量)과 중질소과잉율(重素窒過利率)은 통일계(統一系)가 생육초기(生育初期)에 시용질소(施用窒素)를 많이 흡수(吸收)하여 후기(後期)에 상당히 재전류(再轉流)시킴을 나타내었다. 흡수시비질소(吸收施肥窒素)에 대(對)한 토양질소흡수증가량(土壤窒素吸收增加量) $({\Delta}Ns/Nf)$은 시비(施肥)로 인(因)한 토양질소이용율(土壤窒素利用率)의 지표(指標)가 될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 IEEE 802.11 기반 무선랜 환경에서 TCP 성능을 향상시키기 위한 새로운 분할 TCP 기법을 소개한다. IEEE 802.11 기반 무선랜 환경에서는 유선 환경과는 달리 TCP 데이타 흐름(flow)이 많은 데이타를 보내려고 시도하지 않기 때문에 TCP 데이타 흐름 성능 저하의 주요한 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제를 완화하여 TCP 데이타 흐름의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 TAS (TCP-Aware Sub-layer) 기법을 제안한다. TAS 기법은 하나의 TCP 데이타 흐름을 AP 등의 분할 지점을 기점으로 두 개의 TCP 데이타 흐름으로 나누는 기존의 분할 연결(split-connection) 기법을 확장한 개념이다. TAS를 기반으로 동작하는 무선 노드는 실제로 TCP ACK을 수신하는 것이 아니라, 수신된 MAC ACK을 이용하여 TCP ACK을 에뮬레이션한다. NS2 모의 실험을 통하여 제안된 기법인 TAS 기법의 성능을 기존 TCP 기법, I-TCP (Indirect TCP) 기법의 성능과 비교하였으며 모의 실험 결과는 TAS 기법이 다른 기법들에 비하여 시간당 처리량과 자원 할당의 형평성 측면에서 더 좋은 성능을 보인다는 것을 증명한다. 또한 절전 모드의 경우, 전송 지연 시간도 줄일 수 있다.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyse the facial changes and factors contributing to then after bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy of mandibular prognathism. Materials and Methods : Forty patients with Class III dental and skeletal malocclusion who were treated with bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy were reviewed. Frontal and lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken preoperatively, immediate postoperatively and more than six months postoperatively in each patient. After tracing the cephalometric radiographs, various parameters were measured. Results : 1. Gonial angle at postoperative two days was decreased about $10.4^{\circ}$ than preoperatively and gonial angle at postoperative six months was increased about $6.8^{\circ}$ than postoperative two days. So, gonial angle at postoperative six months was decreased about $3.6^{\circ}$ than preoperative gonial angle. 2. Facial height postoperative two days was decreased about 0.8mm than preoperatively and facial height at postoperative six months was decreased about 0.7mm than postoperative two days. So, facial height at postoperative six months was decreased about 1.5mm than preoperative facial height. 3. Mandibular width postoperative two days was decreased about 1.0mm than preoperatively and mandibular width at postoperative six months was increased about 1.8mm than postoperative two days. So, mandibular width at postoperative six months was decreased about 2.8mm than preoperative mandibular width. 4. Amount of set back and mandibular plane angle were not influencing on relapse degree. Conclusion : It is thought that bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy in mandibular prognathic patients is effective to improve long face and steep gonial angle. More prudent operation and careful postoperative management is required to maintain stable face postoperatively. Further research for soft tissue changes and factors which are related with relapse is needed.

이동 무선 센서 네트워크에서의 에너지 효율적인 클러스터링 기법 (Energy Efficient Clustering Scheme for Mobile Wireless Sensor Network)

  • 본 논문은 무선 센서 네트워크에서 이동 노드들의 위치 업데이트로 인한 에너지 소비를 최소화하는 EMSP(Efficient Mobility Support Protocol)을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 이동 노드들의 움직임을 고려한 virtual cluster와 클러스터의 균일한 노드 분포를 위한 node split 기법이다. 기존의 제안된 프로토콜은 Invitation phase 동안 이동 노드의 새로운 CH 선택으로 인하여 업데이트 통신비용에 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 R-tree의 일종인 LUR-tree에서 사용되는 Expanded MBR을 적용하여 업데이트시 발생되는 불필요한 에너지 소비를 감소시킨다. 또한, 제안하는 기법은 기존의 클러스터 노드 밀도 불균형 문제를 해결하기 위해 R-tree에서 사용되는 split algorithm을 적용하였다. 성능 평가 결과, 기존의 제안된 LEACH-C protocol에 비하여 약 40%, M-LEACH protocol에 비하여 에너지 소비가 약 8% 감소하였다. 이는 제안된 기법이 무선 센서 네트워크에서 센서의 수명 연장과 네트워크 확장에 용이하다는 것을 보여준다.

밀착의형 3차원 파라메트릭 모델을 활용한 상반신 원형의 다트 및 절개분리선 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Setting Darts and Split Lines of Upper Bodice Pattern on 3D Parametric Model dressed with Tight-fit Garment)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a plausible methodology based on experimental data how to set up darts and split lines on 3D parametric body dressed with tight-fit garment. The results were as following: Through the process of making convex hull, the concave parts were straightened to make a convex hull, especially in the center part of bust, under breast part and scapular part. To figure out the optimum positions of darts and split lines, the inflection points of curve ratio were searched along the horizontal polylines of waist and bust. This procedures produced reliable results with low deviation. Using Rapidform, CATIA and Unigraphics, six patches of bodice patterns were drawn and aligned. Paired t-test results showed the outline and area between 3D surface and 2D were not significantly different, meaning this method could be adaptable when flattening 3D surfaces. The amount of waist dart measured on the pattern showed that the highest portion was allocated on 2nd dart(back), followed by 1st dart(back), 1st dart(front), 2nd dart(front)/side dart, and center back dart. A series of findings suggested that curve ration inflection point could be used as a guide to set up darts and split line on 3D parametric model with low deviation.
