군집행동개체의 실시간 애니메이션을 위한 단계별 상세화 표현 (LOD Representation for the Realtime Simulation of Flocking Objects)

  • In this paper, LOD (Level Of Detail) for flocking, which is the real-time simulation on the movement or some groups such as fighting soldiers, moving fishes and flying birds, is presented. And a flocking LOD algorithm that uses factors such as the speed of fish, direction, and shape is proposed. Model data is modified for LOD in advance, so as to reduce strange edge collapse and unwanted holes. The errors of model data were identified by transforming polygonal model into octree-based cubes and revised before rendering. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm considering flocking characteristics shows fast frame rates as compared with the conventional continuous LOD algorithm.

  • 본 연구는 움직이는 물체의 컴퓨터 합성 홀로그래피(CGH)의 동영상 디스프레이를 액정형 공간광변조기(OASLM)에 의하여 시도하였다. CGH는 계산하는 시간을 줄이기 위해서 horizontal parallex 방법을 사용하였고, 또한 계산하는데 시간이 오래 걸리는 삼각함수 계산과 자승근 계산부분을 미리 lookup table로 만들어 놓음으로써 계산속도를 향상시키고 저해상도 SLM에 맞춰 lookup table을 적용시키는 방법을 개발하였다. 그리고 이미 성공한 정지영상을 연속 디스프레이하여 동영상으로 표현하였고 스캐너를 이용하여 3개의 동영상을 분리하여 동시에 디스프레이하는 데 성공하였다.

  • In this paper, object replication Client/server under distributed computing system is design and implementation. Today many end-users have a computer communication by using internet in the distributed system of client/server. If many users request services to a specific remote server, the server should have got a overhead for hat service processing, delayed the speed for replay, and bring a bottleneck in communication network. Therefore object replication method was proposed to solve this problems. The growth of internet works and distributed applications has increased the need for large scale replicated systems. However, existing replication protocols do not address scale and autonomy issues adequately. Further, current application protocol require consistency of different levels, and therefore should be the selection function of consistency in them, in order to have particular semantics of each level. In this paper, server overhead and bottleneck happening in remote procedure call be using server object replication. Therefore access transparency can be improved by sharing object duplicately. So it will Keep up with the consistency within the replicated objects.

광조형법에 있어서 OFFSET정보생성 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Algorithm Development of Offset Data Generation in Stereolithography)

  • In the Stereolithography process, three-dimensional objects are built by sequentially curing, generated by horizontal slicing of a three-dimensional CAD model. The dimensional accuracy of a menufactured part depends on the accuracy of curing performed by laser beam radius and the half of curing width. When offsetting, some slices have collinear segments, coincident vertices, line jerks and open loops. After remove above issues we have correct offsets data. And in last step, these data are used to scan paths.

  • The disturbance observer is effective in enhancing the performance of position control in high speed optical disk drive systems(ODDS). It is known that error based modified disturbance observer (EM-DOB) is more effective structure than general DOB. It has a simple structure and realization, but it loses robustness. We propose a dual modified disturbance observer(Dual mDOB). It consists of internal loop EM-DOB and external loop DOB. Those loops are designed for different objects. We see that the dual mDOB is an effective method for tracking performance.

  • HLA-RTI는 미국방부에서 개발한 분산 시뮬레이션을 위한 미들웨어로서 이전까지의 분산 시뮬레이션 미들웨어보다 빠른 수행속도와 신뢰성을 제공한다. 그러나 기존의 HLA-RTI에서 데이터 필터링 기술로 사용하는 DDM(Data Distribution Management) 서비스는 이동성이 강한 시뮬레이션 객체들간의 데이터 교환에서 네트웍 트레픽이 증가하는 문제점이 발생하게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 이동성이 강한 시뮬레이션 객체에 에이전트 기술을 적용할 것을 제안하며 실제적인 시뮬레이션에 적용하여 각 데이터 필터링 기술간의 성능을 비교하고 분석한다.

  • AGV is very proper equipment for Port Automation. AGV must have Obstacle Detection System(ODS) for port automation. Obstacle Detection System must have some functions. It must be able to classify some specified object from background data. And it must be able to track classified objects. Finally, ODS must determine its next action for safe cruise whether it must do emergency stop or it must speed down or it must change its track. For these functions, ODS can have many different structures. In this paper, we will propose one structure among some possible ones. Our ODS has been being developed using proposed structure since last year. In this paper, we will introduce our system which is under construction.

  • Driving the need for machine vision system is growing consumer demand for quality and defect-free products. Especially it is the most important in tarpaulin's manufacturing process achieves automatically by machine vision instead of by man vision. In this paper pinholes detection is performed by using morphology algorithms. Top hat transform is one of morphology applications. This transform take high performance of defect detection in the case that unexpected changes occur in some non-uniform background. For pinholes defect, automatic visual inspection system has been developed, which was composed by a line-scan camera, illumination, a frame grabber, a motor driver and control units. This system has excellent capacity to defect pinholes to the 0.1 mm by 0.5 mm in size and to work in moving objects by maximum 20 m/min in speed.

저작권 보호를 위한 디지털 원문 서비스 프레임워크 (A Service Framework to Digital Fulltext Image for Copyright Protection)

  • Digital content industry is growing rapidly because of the property of high-speed networking and greater demand for digital fulltext-image. However, we know the fact that it is many difficulty in production and supply for good quality of content. Hereupon, we suggest digital fulltext-image service framework to protect copyright. More concretely, we propose integrated model and reference model to securely serve digital fulltext-image by recompositing core objects and reconstructing the value-chain structure of digital content industry to framework including the process(from its production (creators or copyrighters) to consumption (users or consumers)). Also, we construct the digital fulltext- image service system based on reference model and reconstruct its interface that occurs between core subjects.

  • In this paper, the authors consider a gimbal system in which a camera is installed to reconnoiter the objects or targets. The issue for this considered system is to obtain information with good quality always. To achieve given objective, it is necessary to control the gimbal system with accurate rotation angle and speed. In this paper, the authors design a robust control system based on $H_{\infty}$ control framework. The controller is designed using a plant model obtained by experiment and simulation. And the experiment result with good control performance is presented.
