가변속 냉동사이클의 강인제어를 위한 퍼지로직의 멤버십함수 범위 설계 (Design of Membership Ranges for Robust Control of Variable Speed Drive Refrigeration Cycle Based on Fuzzy Logic)

  • This paper focuses on systematic design about the membership ranges of the main design factors such as control error, control error rate, and sampling time for the fuzzy logic control of the variable speed drive refrigeration cycle. The upper and the lowest limit of the membership ranges are set up from the data of static characteristics obtained by experiments. Three kinds of membership ranges on the control error and the control error rate are tested by experiments. Especially, an effect of sampling time on control performance is also investigated in the same way. Experimental data showed the control error rate and the sampling time strongly effected on the control performance of the refrigeration cycle with a variable speed drive.

레이저 검지기를 이용한 이동식 다차로 속도위반 알고리즘 연구 (A Study on Development of Mobile Multi-lane Speed Enforcement System With a Laser Detector)

  • In order to overcome the limitations of the mobile speed system for 1 lane, this study is used a multi-laser beam to develop a mobile speed measuring system, using a multi-phase beam. By using multi-laser beam, least squares algorithms and speed error processing algorithms were developed to improve speed accordancy and speed error rates compared to conventional mobile speed meters using a single laser beam. A field test showed that 80.0 percent of 3 lane and 87.0 percent of 4 lane were appropriate for the mobile speed system. With the development of the mobile speed measuring system, it is expected to dramatically reduce the accidents caused by the speed of traffic. It is also expected to effectively operate equipment and manage the cost by improving manpower and providing improved enforcement accuracy, by contributing positively to public institution and public affairs.

가변 감쇠 파라미터를 이용한 Levenberg-Marquardt 알고리즘의 학습 속도 향상 (Accelerating Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm using Variable Damping Parameter)

  • Levenberg-Marquardt 알고리즘에서 감쇠 파라미터는 오류역전파 학습과 Gauss-Newton 학습의 스위치 역할을 하며 학습 속도에 영향을 준다. 이런 감쇠 파라미터를 고정시키는 것은 오차 함수의 진동을 유발하고 학습 속도를 감소시킨다. 따라서 본 논문은 오차 함수의 변화 과정을 참조하여 감쇠 파라미터를 가변적으로 적용하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 오차의 변화량이 크면 감쇠 파라미터를 크게, 오차의 변화량이 작으면 감쇠 파라미터를 작게 조정한다. 이것은 모멘텀과 유사한 역할을 하여 학습 속도를 향상시킨다. 제안된 방법의 검증을 위한 실험으로는 iris 분류 문제와 wine 분류 문제를 사용하였다. 제안된 방법은 iris 분류 문제에서는 67% 학습에서, wine 분류 문제에서는 78% 학습에서 학습 속도가 향상되었으며 기존 방법과 비교하여 오차의 진동도 적은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

무선 ATM에서의 트래픽 형태 및 채널 오율에 기반한 적응 오류 제어 (Adaptive Error Control Based on Traffic Type and Channel Error Rate in Wireless ATM)

  • 일반적으로 무선 환경은 유선환경에 비하여 높은 오뉼을 가지기 때문에, 낮은 오율을 가지는 유선망의 DLC(Data Link Control)계층 프로토콜을 무선망에 그대로 적용하는 것은 적합하지 않다. 또한 기존의 무선망을 위한 DLC계층 프로토콜 역시 저속의 데이터 서비스에 최적화되어 있으므로, 고속화 및 멀티미디어화 되고 있는 현재의 무선 환경에는 적합하지 않다. 따라서, 오늘날의 이동통신 환경에 부합되는 새로운 DLC계층 프로토콜이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 트래픽 속성을 지원하고, 고속 및 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스에 적합한 WATM (Wireless Asynchronous Transfer Mode)에서의 오류 제어 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 오류 제어 방안은 실시간 트래픽에 대해서 ASR ARQ(Adaptive Selective Repeat Automatic Repeat Request) 프로토콜의 ACK(acknowledgement)를 삭제하여 성능을 개선하고 오율이 클 때 FEC를 사용하여 손실율을 줄였다. 비실시간 트래픽에 대해서는 ACK를 삭제한 ASR ARQ를 사용하여 성능을 개선하고 오율이 클 때 FEC를 적용하여 지연시간을 줄였다. 시뮬레이션에 의한 성능 분석 결과, 본 논문에서 제안한 방안은 기\ulcorner의 ASR ARQ 프로토콜에 비하여 지연과 처리율 측면에서 개선된 성능을 나타내었다.

  • High-speed machining is one of the most effective technology to improve productivity. Because of the high speed and hugh fried rate, high-speed machining can alive great advantages for the machining of dies and molds. This paper describes on the improvement of machining accuracy in high-speed machining. Depth of cut, feed rate and spindle revolution are control factors. The effect of the control factors on machining accuracy is discussed fur the results of surface roughness and machining error in Z-direction of the high speed machining.

주파수 선택성 레일리 페이딩 채널환경에서 수신 오차위상에 의한 오율 특성 변화 (Error Rate Performance Variation by the Reception Phase Error in a Frequency-Selective Rayleigh Fading Channel Environment)

  • In is well-known that system performance in the high speed digital radio communication system is usually deteriorted due to the frequency selective fading distortion. In this paper, bit error rate(BER) performance by the reception phase error in cellular mobile communication systems is derived and analyzed. The system is modeled as a frequency selective fast Rayleigh fading channel corrupted by additive white gaussian noise(AWGN) and co-channel interference(CCI). Our numerical results show that for the 24KBaud(48Kb/s) $\pi$/4-DQPSK operated at carrier frequency 800 MHz and C/I<20 dB, the BER will be dominated by CCI if the vehicular speed is below 100 Km/h. The results show that performance, when reception phase error is below $\pi$/12, is deterioreted less than 3 dB, and that performance, when reception phase error is above $\pi$/12, is degraded over 3 dB.

선박항법기기 화면의 배치에 관한 연구 (A Study of Contents Arrangement in Conning Display)

  • The conning display which is located in the ship bridge shows the various important information such as ship position, ship speed, track data, rate of turn, thruster rpm so on, and is one of the IBSs(Integrated Bridge Systems). In this study, the survey was conducted for ten officers to find the importance and using frequency of the information which were displayed in the conning display. The results showed that the information of drift speed, ship speed, wind direction and wind force, rate of turn, sea water depth, ship position, heading, thrust rpm, alarm, rudder command and angle got high scores and it meant that these information were very important and high frequency of use during the navigation. The optimized contents arrangement in conning display was suggested based on importance and using frequency of information. The experiment using eye-tracking system was conducted to compare the performance time and error rate of nine different scenarios for suggested arrangement display and three other existing displays. The results showed that the suggested arrangement was the best in performance time and error rate. The scenario concerning the direction and speed of wind showed faster performance time and lower error rate than other scenarios. The movement of subject's eye tended to search from the center and to avoid the comer, called 'the comer effect.' It is expected that the results of this study could help for the bridge staff to grasp the sailing information easily and to cope with the given situations promptly.

간접보기 도구를 이용한 치과 진료 관련 작업자세에 대한 인간공학적 분석 (An Ergonomic Analysis on Working Posture Associated with Dental Treatment Using Indirect Viewing Method)

  • This study tried to focus on nontraditional job that has not been studied in terms of the subjects associated with MSDs(Musculoskeletal Disorders). Specifically, dental procedure was the job to be analyzed in this study. An alternative method as well as a traditional method for viewing teeth while performing simulated dental procedures. Four graduated students did both methods(direct view and indirect view) as the subjects in this study. The method based on indirect view used a video camera and monitor to view the teeth. The experiment was conducted five times for each subject. The major findings in this study were as follows; 1) Job speed was increased with the repetitions for both methods, 2) Difference of Neck flexion between direct and indirect methods was statistically siginificant(Neck flexion for indirect method was dramatically decreased), 3) Difference of job speed between direct and indirect methods was statistically significant(Job speed for direct method was faster than that of indirect method), 4) Difference of error rate between direct and indirect methods was statistically significant(error rate for direct method was lower than that of indirect method), 5) Even though indirect method did not provide better performance in terms of job speed and error rate yet, it seemed to need a trade-off between two methods in the future since indirect method provided better working postures than that of direct method.

가공정밀도에 영향을 미치는 환경요소 분석 (Analysis of Environmental Factors Affecting the Machining Accuracy)

  • In this paper, to analyze the types of surface morphology error according to factors that cause machining error, the experiments were conducted in the ultra-precision diamond machine using a diamond tool. The factors causing machining error were classified into the pressure variation of compressed air, external shock, tool errors, machining conditions (rotational speed and feed rate), tool wear, and vibration. The pressure variation of compressed air causes a form accuracy error with waviness. An external shock causes a ring-shaped surface defect. The installed diamond tool for machining often has height error, feed-direction position error, and radius size error. The types of form accuracy error according to the tool's errors were analyzed by CAD simulation. The surface roughness is dependent on the tool radius, rotational speed, and feed rate. It was confirmed that the surface roughness was significantly affected by tool wear and vibration, and the surface roughness of Rz 0.0105 ㎛ was achieved.
