유럽과 한국의 패션디자인 교육에 관한 비교연구 -영국, 프랑스, 이태리, 한국의 교육사례를 중심으로- (A Comparative Study on Fashion Design Education in Europe and Korea -Focus on the Educational Cases in the UK, France, Italy and Korea-)

  • This study suggests the direction of fashion design education suitable for Korea by comparing the fashion design educational systems and the curricula of the main fashion institutions in Europe and those of some universities in Korea. For this, 6 fashion schools in UK, France and Italy and 12 four-year-course universities in Korea were sellected. At first, the educational systems of the nations above and the information about the selected institutions were examined through literature reviews. Then, case studies were performed about the curricula and the other characteristics of the selected fashion design courses by each website or leaflet as well as additional interviews with their course directors or graduates. The results of this study are as follow: First, Korean fashion design education system needs to be specialized and subdivided with a curriculum centered on fashion design. Second, a foundation course needs to be developed to raise a broad and creative approach for design as well as to discover each student's aptitude. Third, the curricula about design process and research methodology need to raise a problem-solving individual of ability. Fourth, a project-based fashion design education is required by a specialized education as well as multi-disciplinary programs. Fifth, an industry- related and market-based fashion design education is asked through internships, professional teaching staff, industry-sponsored projects, seminars and professional design critics. Sixth, English and technology needs to be added to the curricula to develop global professionals. Finally, a cultural fashion design education based on Korean identity is required to develop the Korean fashion industry into a higher value-added business.

전문치과위생사제도에 대한 견해 (Opinions of dental hygienists on the advanced dental hygienist system)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide basic data to lay the groundwork for the introduction of an advanced dental hygienist system by sampling dental hygienists' views about the system. Methods: A nationwide questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 857 dental hygienists working at dental hospitals and clinics, local health institutions, and educational institutions. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) (Duncan as post-analysis), and crossover analysis. Results: The average interest level in the advanced dental hygienist system was 3.83±0.95 points. The necessity by field was confirmed to be the highest during dental hygiene for the elderly and persons with disabilities. The working experience necessary for becoming a specialized dental hygienist is 5.56±2.99 (years). The education period necessary for becoming a specialized dental hygienist is 77.30±77.61 (hours). The work authority level for an advanced dental hygienist was indicated to be 50 respondents (5.8%), who said they required direct guidance from a dentist, 313 respondents (48.2%) who said they needed indirect guidance from a dentist, 200 respondents (23.3%) who said OK when given an advanced dental hygienist's separate judgment, 194 respondents (22.6%), who said that the authority must be varied depending on the work. Conclusions: The interest and need of the advanced dental hygienist system were proven to be high and are expected to be applied to basic data for the introduction and settlement of the system.

척추질환자의 의료기관 정보탐색행태와 탐색성과 (Information Searching Behavior for Medical Institutions of Spine Patients and Searching Outcomes)

  • Background: Information asymmetry between physicians and patients is one of the most unique characteristics of health care. But as consumerism spreads in health care sector, health care consumers are searching comparative information about quality and cost of providers from many information sources. Providing comparative information to health care consumers not only makes consumers choose hospital rationally, but also invigorates the health care market by providers' competition. However there are few studies regarding information searching behavior of health care consumers, then this study is carried out. Methods: The purpose of this study is to understand the information searching behavior of health care consumers based on their characteristics and the types of medical institutions. For this purpose, 313 spinal patients' data of 11 medical institutions (university hospital, spine specialized hospital, clinic) located in Seoul were collected by self-administered surveys. Results: The results of this study are as follows: 1) t-test/analysis of variance analysis showed that according to various characteristics of health care consumers and the types of medical institutions, the level of information searching of each source and the amount of information searching and searching outcomes are statistically different. 2) Regression analysis showed that influence on searching outcomes are statistically different according to the level of information searching of each source and searching content and the amount of information searching has positive effects on searching outcomes. Conclusion: The significance of this study is to provide empirical basis for establishment of health care policy reflecting information needs and preference of health care consumers.

지방의료원의 선택요인분석을 통한 복합적인 의료서비스 전략 구축 (Through a selection factor analysis of the local healthcare institutions Building complex medical services strategy)

  • 본 연구는 접근성과 의료서비스 품질, 대외적 이미지를 높임으로써 향후 지방의료원이 지역 내 대표의료기관으로서 경쟁력을 확보하고 경영효율성을 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 604명으로 하였으며, 분석방법은 ANOVA, 공분산 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 결론을 보면, 의료기관 선택요인에 대한 고객들의 만족도나 선호도가 인구통계학적 특성별로 유의한 차이가 있다는 결과는 앞으로 지방의료원이 의료서비스 전문화 전략을 수립할 때 주요 고객집단의 욕구에 대한 면밀한 검토가 이루어져야 할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 또한 지방의료원이 진료비 수준에 대한 치료효과와 타 의료기관에 비해 저렴한 진료비가 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 중요요인으로 이에 따른 이미지 부각과 의료서비스의 질의 향상을 극대화하여 의료소비자들을 유인하는 전략이 필요하다.

바리스타 교육기관의 교과과정에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 델파이 기법의 적용 - (An Exploratory Study on the Curriculums of Barista Training Institutions -Application of Delphi Method-)

  • 본 연구에서는 바리스타 교육에 대한 국내의 바리스타 전문가의 의견을 수렴하고 바리스타 교육기관에서 이루어지고 있는 교육프로그램과 비교분석함으로써 현 바리스타 교과과정의 문제점 및 개선방향을 모색하였다. 교과과정의 문제점과 개선점을 파악하기 위해서 현재 바리스타 교육을 하고 있는 15명의 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 기법을 이용하여 이들의 의견을 도출하였다. 전문가의견을 종합하면 바리스타의 교육기관의 교과과목을 구성하는데 있어 실무 중심의 커피교육이 중점적으로 이루어져야 하며, 실질적으로 취업에 필요한 카페운영기법 및 마케팅 등의 교육을 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전문가들은 고객과의 접점에서 근무를 하는 특성상 서비스 과목을 강화하고, 매출의 많은 비중을 차지하는 제과제빵에 대한 교육도 필요한 것으로 제안하였다. 그러나 현재의 바리스타를 교육하고 있는 교육기관의 교과목을 살펴보면 이러한 교육은 매우 취약한 것으로 나타나 전문가들이 제안한 교과목들에 대한 보완이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 인식에 기초한 현장 실습 효과 연구 (A Study on On-The-Job Training Effects Based on the Perceptions of Employees from the Specialized High School)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 인식에 기초한 현장 실습의 교육적 효과 및 취업 진로 결정 효과를 분석하여, 효과적인 현장 실습의 계획과 운영을 개선하기 위해 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 전국의 공업계 특성화 고교 졸업자 중에서 고교 재학 중에 현장 실습에 참여하여 해당 산업체에서 근무 중인 취업자 301명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 240부(79.7%)의 설문 조사지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 인식에 기초한 현장 실습의 효과는 다음과 같다. 교육적 효과에 대하여 현장 실습은 직무 능력 및 현장 적응력의 향상, 직장 생활 관련 소양의 향상, 진로 지도 등의 교육적 효과를 발휘하였으나 전공과 관련된 고교의 교육내용에 대한 교육적 효과는 미미하였다. 취업 진로 결정 효과에 대하여 현장 실습은 기본적으로 취업 진로 결정 효과를 발휘하였으며 졸업 이후에도 지속적으로 취업 진로 결정 효과를 발휘하였다. 둘째, 특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 배경 변인에 따른 현장 실습의 효과는 다음과 같다. 성별에 따른 차이로는, 여학생보다 남학생에게 전공 관련 분야의 교육적 효과와 취업 진로 결정 효과가 더 발휘되었다. 현장 실습 이전의 진로 결정 유형에 따른 차이로는, 잠재적 취업 진로 결정 정도가 높았던 졸업자일수록 교육적 효과와 취업진로 결정 효과가 더 발휘되었다. 직장 생활 만족도에 따른 차이로는, 직장 생활에 만족하는 졸업자일수록 향후 지속적인 취업 진로 결정 효과가 발휘될 수 있으므로 현장 실습이 '특정 분야의 인재 양성'이라는 특성화 고교의 목적에 부합하기 위해서는 특성화 고교생이 현장 실습에 보다 만족할 수 있도록 운영되어야 한다.

의료서비스에서 고객지향요인이 서비스가치와 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effects of Customer Orientation Factors in Relation to Medical Services on the Values of the Services and Customer Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of customer orientation factors in relation to medical services on the values of the service and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Those factors include patient safety and, as found by previous studies, specialization, explanation of what to be medically examined and customer orientation itself. Based on these pervious studies, this study surveyed customers of 7 general hospitals located in Busan to empirically identify relations between customer orientation factors of medical services and the values of the services and customer satisfaction. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, this study is very meaningful in that it established a basic theory of patient safety as one of the above customer orientation factors, and tried to empirically demonstrated the theory by applying it to medical services. Second, another of the factors, specialization was found positively affecting the values of medical services, but not affecting customer satisfaction. Customers are likely to choose specialized medical institutions even at higher cost when they undergo an accident or disease. Nevertheless, in factors, whether medical service providers are specialized is not influencing customer satisfaction. This is because medical institutions are failing to properly make recognized their specialization to customers who want to receive specialized medical services. Third, another of customer orientation factors, that is, explanation of what to be medically examined was found not having positive effects on the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because enough time was not given for the explanation or because the explanation itself was not provided enough. Fourth, medical service providers' customer orientation was found positively influencing the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. In other words, it seems that customer-centered attitudes and behaviors of medical service providers had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Fifth, another of the factors, that is, patient safety was found positively affecting the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because medical services' accurate diagnoses and reliable services had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Sixth, customers' perceived values of medical services were found having positive effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This suggests that the values of medical services are an antecedent variable that directly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty. Seventh, customer satisfaction was found positively affecting customer loyalty. This suggests that customer satisfaction is an antecedent variable of customer loyalty. In conclusion, this study showed that in relation to medical services, customer orientation factors' significant influences on the values of the services and customer satisfaction requires continuous efforts for raising customers' perceived qualities of medical services.

소아완화의료에 대한 호스피스 완화의료 전문기관 종사자의 인식 (Palliative Care Practitioners' Perception toward Pediatric Palliative Care in the Republic of Korea)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 소아완화의료 대상 환자와 가족을 돌보는 전문기관 종사자의 환자진료 및 시스템 연계에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 수행된 서술적 조사 연구이다. 방법: 자료 수집은 호스피스 완화의료 전문기관(이하 전문기관)에 근로하는 전문가를 대상으로 2017년 9월부터 10월까지 진행되어 총 61건의 자료를 수거하였다. 결과: 소아완화의료를 입원형, 자문형, 가정형 중 한가지 형태로라도 제공하고 있는 기관은 11기관(18.0%)이었으며, 지역별 분포는 서울, 경기, 인천, 경상 지역에 집중되어 있어 기타 지역에서는 활용 가능한 자원이 전무한 상황이다. 개입 시 장애요인은 '훈련된 전문인력을 확보하는 것의 어려움'이며, 비암성 소아청소년 환자의 경우 '예후 및 경과 예측의 어려움 47.5% (n=28)' 으로 확인되었다. 소아완화의료 구성형태는 '성인과 다른 소아청소년의 특성, 소아청소년 전문인력 필요, 관리 및 제도보완 필요'를 이유로 응답자 중 73.8% (n=45)이 별도의 소아완화의료팀 구성이 필요하다는 의사를 밝혔다. 개입시점은 '완치가능성이 적은 소아암 진단 시'부터 진행해야 하는 것이 33.7% (n=33)로 가장 높았으나 의뢰시점은 '사망시점을 예상하기 어려우나 지속적 악화상태인 경우'가 38.2% (n=39)로 가장 높아, 전문기관으로 의뢰 전 기존 치료 병원에서 개입을 진행되는 것을 선호하였다. 응답기관 중 14.8% (n=9)만이 추후 소아완화의료 제공에 참여할 의사가 있다고 밝혔다. 결론: 2018년 두 곳으로 시작한 소아청소년 완화의료 시범사업기관에 더해 지역별로 배치되어 있는 전문기관에서 소아완화의료를 제공할 수 있도록 하여 자원의 접근성을 높일 필요가 있다. 별도 소아완화의료 구성의 필요성을 인정함에도 소아완화의료를 제공하는 것에 대한 부담감으로 실제적 서비스를 제공하는 데 어려움이 있기에 우선적으로 소아완화의료 전문가를 양성하고 교육 개발 및 의뢰 시점에 대한 논의 등을 통하여 소아완화의료 확산에 대한 현실적 논의를 진행해야 할 것이다.

프랑스 노후주거지 재생을 위한 근린재생 프로그램 연구 (A Study on the Rehabilitation of Deteriorated Residential Blocks by the PNRU and PNRQAD in France)

  • There is a growing tendency within old towns to analyze spatial characteristics to initiate various sustainable development programs and systems to make high-quality small-medium local cities. Professional research institutions in Korea are looking for new guidance into making housing regeneration policies and for trying to merge different functions. But there is a lack of research on support indicators and legal systems for residents. The purpose of this study will analyze the support systems and indicators of France for declined residential blocks in urban. Because the government of France have developed the policy for declined housing blocks. And they are establishing support systems to improve the quality of the residential environment and the resettlement of existing residents. First, this research study the condition of declined housing blocks in Paris. Secondly, support systems and policies of PNRU and PNRQAD are investigated and analyzed. Finally, cases by PNRU and PNRQAD are analyzed to derive the strength of this system. As a result, the following implications are derived. 1) the strengthening of social support, 2) the establishment of specialized national institutions and indicators, 3) increasing citizen participation, 4) Sustainable research program for neighborhood regeneration.

맞벌이 가정의 자녀 돌봄 서비스 프로그램 개발 연구: 민간기관 제공 서비스를 중심으로 (A Study on the Development and Management of a Childcare Service Program for the Dual-Income Family: A Focus on the Service of Nongovernmental Institutions)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop childcare service program through the analysis of the market and the needs of current users. For the purpose of this study, qualitative data were collected by use of an in-depth interview with staffs of Healthy Family-Support Center and outside experts. In addition, information about the chilldcare service market was analyzed. At present, a lot of childcare services are offered by both government sector and private sector institutions, but there is both an overlapping and a gap in the services offered. Based on our data, childcare service was suggested for dual income families with elementary school children. And the curriculum to train individuals for this childcarer service program was developed. The curriculum's focus was to nurture them to offer more specialized and custom-tailored services.
