본 연구는 건설업체의 입찰실무자를 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 통해 입찰담합의 원인과 개선방안을 조사했다. 연구는 경영환경, 건설환경, 입찰환경 등 다양한 측면에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 식별하고, 조달시스템 및 입찰시스템의 개선방안을 제시했다. 연구결과에 따르면, 투명성, 공정성, 다양성 강화가 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 이러한 요소들은 특히 입찰제도의 확대, 공정성 기준 재설정, 참가업체 다양화 등을 통해 실현될 수 있다. 또한, 불공정한 하도급 규제와 같은 문제에 대해서도 주의가 필요하다. 종합건설 집단과 전문건설 집단 간에는 입찰담합 원인에 대한 인식 차이가 있었지만, 조달시스템에서는 두 그룹 간의 개선방안 인식 차이가 없어 일관된 개선책 제시가 가능함을 보여주었다. 특히, 전문건설 집단은 입찰시스템 내 불공정한 하도급 규제에 대한 우려가 크게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 해당 연구는 건설산업 내에서 발생하는 담합 문제의 해결과 예방에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

With domestic construction projects becoming bigger, more specialized and more advanced, the construction industry is striving to improve quality and quantity, and is diversifying functions and shapes. Nevertheless, the process of a construction project causes problems when we estimate construction price, because the cost breakdown structures are different in each step. The primary aim of this study was to estimate building life cycle cost using the Delphi method. The cost breakdown structure for life cycle cost was classified into planning, design, construction, maintenance and waste disposal, and each detailed classification was determined by estimating life cycle cost. Moreover, the developed cost breakdown structure is verified by consulting with experts to secure objectivity and validity.

The domestic construction industry is becoming larger, high-rise and specialized. However, safety consciousness is still staying in low levels and falling accidents are apt to rise compared to other industries. So, the new way of safety management is required for reducing of the construction falling accidents. In this paper, we evaluate appropriateness of safety management on construction sites utilizing USN using smart safery equipment. Thus, we calculate loss costs of falling accidents considering accident rates and costs of the USN using smart safery equipment installation then compare both calculated costs. This research aims to propose the method for reduction of construction accidents in addition to conventional safety control methods by analyzing the propriety of applying USN using smart safery equipment on construction sites.

최근 국내 건설경기는 대형공공공사의 발주물량이 크게 감소하고, 정부의 부동산 안정화 정책 및 세제정책 등으로 침체국면이 계속되고 있다. 그나마 국내건설업체에게 높은 부가가치를 창출해오던 공동주택 재건축 부문도 재건축 시점이 연장되고, 각종금융규제정책으로 경영여건이 더욱 악화될 위기에 놓여 있으며, 이러한 경영위기를 타개하기 위해 건설업체 간수주경쟁은 더욱 치열해 지고, 건설시장의 불확실성도 한층 증가하고 있다. 이러한 건설시장의 치열한 경쟁과 불확실성에 효율적이며 능동적으로 대응하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 건설업체간 협력체계 구축 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 건설업체간 협력체계는 건설업 원 하청기업간의 균형적 상생을 위한 협력관계를 기반으로 하고 있으며, 원 하청 건설업의 관계는 공존 공영할 수 있는 방향으로 보완적, 분업적 협력관계를 유지할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 현재 국내 건설업 중 강원지역 일반건설 업체와 전문건설업체간 협력 실태에 대해 사례연구와 설문조사를 실시하고, 이를 기반으로 국내 원 하청기업 간 균형적으로 상생 협력할 수 있는 실질적인 협력체계 구축 모델 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다.

우수 기술사의 육성 및 활용은 과학기술 및 국가산업발전의 핵심 요소이다. 기술사 관리 총괄부처의 부재, 특급기술자 제도 등의 영향으로 우리나라 기술사의 경쟁력은 떨어지고 관련 제도도 기술사 상호인증을 위한 국제기준에 미치지 못하고 있다. 기술의 복잡화 $\cdot$ 융합화 및 국제 기술서비스 시장의 개방화 추세에 능동적으로 대응하고 기술사의 국제경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 종합적인 대책이 요구된다. 이 논문은 기술사의 국제경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 방안의 하나로 제도적인 측면에서 개선방안을 모색하기 위하여, 기존 연구결과를 분석 $\cdot$ 평가하고 기술사들을 대상으로 설문조사와 전문가 면담조사 등을 수행하여, 기술사 관리 총괄 부처 선정의 필요성과 방안을 제시하고 특급기술자 제도의 합리적 개선방안을 제시하였다. 기술사 자격검정 업무를 기술사법으로 이관할 수 있는 방향과 근거도 제시하였으며, 특급기술자들을 국가기술자격제도로 흡수하는 방안과 기술사와 학 $\cdot$ 경력자 간의 우대내역 차별화를 통한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to desirable curriculum for interior design major in vocational high school in order to enhance their competitiveness. The study has been carried out by surveying the cognition and requirement among the people who are working in interior design field. The major findings from the survey research are summarized as follows : 1) Hiring vocational high school graduate is positively responded over sixty percentage. The main reason to hire interior design major in vocational school is because of firm believing their capabilities and their own specialties rather than academic degree. 2) It is believed that new vocational high school graduate is lacking behind in most area at the beginning comparing with new college graduate. However it is believed that high school graduate will become equal to the college graduate after a few years and they are more specialized in certain area that college graduate. 3) The most recommendable area for the vocational high school graduate are CAD and Interior Construction Work. 4) The appropriate text book content of (:AD and interior construction work based on the requirement from the industry are as follows ; Regarding to CAD, a specialized textbook for CAD should be written. It is desirable to) educate how to express plan, elevation, perspective drawing and how to develop the presentation skills. Regarding to the Interior Construction Work desirable to develop a specialized textbook and include on the job training program. On the job training is expected to give a practical knowledge and experience by monitoring and drawing by himself every steps from the architectural area to the material selection.

A construction site is a highly complex and constantly changing environment, where hazardous areas are difficult to detect if workers lack sufficient knowledge and awareness. Thus, frequent worker safety training is required. Numerous studies on using virtual reality (VR) for safety training were published. While they demonstrate the potential for improving the skills necessary to avoid accidents in the construction industry, they remain difficult to apply at actual construction sites. VR requires specialized hardware and software, limiting workers' access and restricting workers' participation in training sessions. As a result, this paper proposes multiple platforms for immersive virtual reality safety training (VRMP) based on Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) and web technologies such as immersive web (WebXR). The VRMP is compatible with mobile and desktop devices currently by workers and demonstrates scenario models familiar to workers. Also, it reduces development time by utilizing Building Information Models (BIM). Additionally, The VRMP collects data from workers in a virtual environment to assess each worker's safety level, assisting workers in effectively and comfortably gaining a better understanding and raising their awareness. This paper develops a case study based on the VRPM in order to assess its effectiveness.

건설사업의 대형화, 잡화, 전문화 추세에 따라 사업목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 전문적이고 체계적인 관리의 필요성과 함께 그동안 진행된 CM의 가시적, 긍정적 효과로 인하여 CM용역의 발주가 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. CM의 발전을 위해서는 기획단계부터의 CM 적용, 현실적인 CM 대가산정 기준 정비, 사업참여주체들의 인식전환, CM 자격 인증화를 통한 전문화 유도 등에 대한 제도적 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 그러나, 사업 추진 단계별 CM업무 수행 상 예상치 못한 현실적인 문제점들이 도출되고 있으며 이에 대한 대책이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학로 복합문화 공간의 건설사업관리 수행 중 기획단계를 배제한 CM입찰단계, 설계단계, 공사계약단계, 시공단계의 CM적용 사례를 요약하여 실무적용상의 문제점과 이에 대한 각각의 개선방안을 제시하여, CM제도의 성공적 정착 및 발전을 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

Owing to the deregulation, low interest, sufficient liquidity and etc., the real estate market has been recovered in some areas and some investment products to the degree being concerned about the overheating. In order that the construction and real estate industries, which play the considerable role in our economy, may be soundly grown toward contribution of the stable growth of our economy, it is being requested to acquire the transparency, predictability and trade stability of the international level conforming to the deregulation during the sale in lots of the building. For this reason, keeping pace with the trend of the construction industry and the current of the society, which are more and more large-scaled and globalized, it will be necessary to solve the social matters and to construct the more efficient and continuous construction management by widening and activating the field of CM through scheme of more specialized, sustainable and general CM method and establishment of new business bounded system in the construction management.

Concrete structure is recognized as the universal structuring material for its outstanding formability, economic efficiency, and strength development. However, as the ageing of field workers and the deficiency of skilled workers due to evasions from 3D business have recently become the major issues of the industry in Korea and as the materials are becoming more diversified and complicated for today's concrete structures are becoming higher, larger, and specialized, the need for practicality of construction work based on new technology and new method has greatly increased. In other words, the overall condition of today's construction business requires researches and developments on the self-compacting concrete for higher construction efficiency and quality improvements and the high-strength lightweight concrete for concrete weight reduction and reduction of area. Therefore experimental tests were performed as such compressive strength, dry shrinkage and carbonation of self-compacting concrete.
