Knowing the time of the process change could lead to quicker identification of the responsible special cause and less process down time, and it could help to reduce the probability of incorrectly identifying the special cause. In this paper, we propose a generalized maximum likelihood estimate. (MLE) of the process change point when a control chart with variable sample size (VSS) scheme signals a change in the process mean, and evaluate the performance of this estimator when it mi used with a VSS EWMA chart.

Investigated about topology of each component of transformer and material choice method and property in this paper. Component of transformer is bobin winding, insulating paper, Varnish etc. And experiment and investigated special quality by primary winding of transformer and composition of secondary winding. In the knowledge-based society, the quality of education is the core factor of national development. Above all, for improving educational quality, it is important to advance teacher's quality. Therefore, in order to maintaining high-level quality of education, it is required to select and appoint competent teacher. It deserves emphasis on importance of teacher recruitment test for maintaining high-level quality of education in this changes of age. Specially, Secondary School Teacher Recruitment Test of Electricity Electronics Communication Subject is declined qualitatively as each Subject of Electricity Electronics Communication is integrated and criterion of examination is obscured. This research analyzed The seventh curriculum and curriculum of Institution of Teacher Education of Electricity Electronics Communication Subject and already known examination of it On the basis of analyzing result, A field, proportion and points of examination decided through a expert conference are as follow: first, Teacher Recruitment Test of Electricity Electronics Communication Subject consists of subject pedagogics and contents. a proportion of subject pedagogics is 20% and subject contents is 80%. second, a subfield of subject contents consists of industrial education, industrial curriculum, industrial instruction method, practical guidance method, management of practical field organization, assesment of industrial education, industrial-educational cooperation and vocation and career education. third, subject contents consists of a common special, foundation special and application special field. a common a proportion of special field is 7.4%, foundation special is 20% and application special field which consists of electric field(21.3%), electronic field(21.3%) and communication field(10%) is 52.6%. fourth, Teacher Recruitment Test of Electricity Electronics Communication Subject execute practical technique test after finishing writing test.

The differentiation of this study is largely based on the above discussion. First, I would like to examine the main factors that affect the image of the local government's special transport agencies in terms of users and suggest strategic options for promoting the local government's special traffic. Second, a public service approach is very necessary considering the concept of new public transport such as local government special transport, individual use experience and social impact. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of local government special traffic through the five important factors of the service quality which are not capable of objectively measuring the characteristics of the service.

In this paper, we survey and analyze the characteristics of the special health and safety education in the construction industry, and provides a few solutions. In particular, the implementation of special safety and health education conducted a study to target the construction site of heavy chemical plant many domestic. If you look at the results of research and analysis, problems of special health and safety education that are currently being conducted in many cases, the proportion of respondents who do not know the special safety and health education is very high, workers of the scene, this education it is possible to know that the proportion of respondents answered to have the experience that are submitted to the work while not subject to are operated poorly in the field of special health and safety education high. Finally, improve the quality of the most important education has to be done on a priority basis that fixing the safety education system systematically in line with the actual situation in the field and the use of specialized external agency.

Various adjustment devices which present automobile uses electric motion motor of reducer built-in type for user's convenience are increasing. The example are seat control motor, sunroof motor, power windows motor etc. To get low noise, high effectiveness special quality in automobile DC motor of reducer built-in type, reducer department's transmission efficiency and noise, vibration quality are very important. The reducer used to DC motor of automobile reducer built-in type use worm gear for enough torque and proper number of rotation. We need optimization design technology of deceleration module including worm gear and housing for reducer development that have special quality of good quality.

The purpose of this study is to identify the critical service factors, which influence the satisfaction and loyalty of the customers who visited the special 1st grade hotel buffet restaurants. In order to meet its purpose, 241 customers who have ever visited special 1st grade hotel buffet restaurants were surveyed. Using the SERVQUAL. The results are as follows: First, service quality factors of the restaurants have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Third, service quality factors of the restaurants has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the service quality of special libraries using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This study also applied the working year factor to IPA model for establishing more improved library service strategies. A total 127 library users who work in governmental policy or research institutions in South Korea participated in this study. This study conducted regression analysis to compare with the results of IPA. The results of survey revealed that special library users had high expectation for library services, but they perceived the performance of the library service as insufficient. Special library users assessed that the information services of libraries were well provided but required additional efforts in services related with space and provided by librarian. Interestingly, when the library services were measured by working years, special library users who have worked for more than eight years were generally satisfied with library services with no "possible overkill" services, but users with less than three years working experience particularly expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by librarians. The results of regression analysis supported the results of IPA. Finally, this study provides several important suggestions for better special library service.
