In this paper, we aim to introduce two new families of analytic and bi-univalent functions associated with the Attiya's operator, which is defined by the Hadamard product of a generalized Mittag-Leffler function and analytic functions on the open unit disk. Then we estimate the second and third coefficients of the Taylor-Maclaurin series expansions of functions belonging to these families. Also, we investigate Fekete-Szegö problem for these families. Some relevant connections of certain special cases of the main results with those in several earlier works are also pointed out. Two naturally-arisen problems are given for further investigation.

In this paper, we consider and introduce some new concepts of the biconvex functions involving an arbitrary bifunction and function. Some new relationships among various concepts of biconvex functions have been established. We have shown that the optimality conditions for the general biconvex functions can be characterized by a class of bivariational-like inequalities. Auxiliary principle technique is used to propose proximal point methods for solving general bivariational-like inequalities. We also discussed the conversance criteria for the suggested methods under pseudo-monotonicity. Our method of proof is very simple compared with methods. Several special cases are discussed as applications of our main concepts and results. It is a challenging problem to explore the applications of the general bivariational-like inequalities in pure and applied sciences.

The severe acute respiratory syndrome -SARS virus spreaded rapidly in Asia in 2003 caused a lethal and serious epidemic. Establishing special isolation wards of high-level epidemic prevention has becomes one of the most important tasks of epidemic prevention. Taking the biosafety level of US CDC biology laboratory as an example, the laboratory of the highest level, BL4 and that of the second high level, BL3 are only allowed to handle and research this kind of highly dangerous viruses safely, to ensure the safety of researchers and the surrounding environment.This research aims to study the functions and the design requirements of "special isolation wards", which is equivalent to the high-level biotechnology laboratory, and have an integrated discussion about the design and construction techniques of this kind of wards, expecting to provide a reference for constructing special isolation wards and maintaining operation safely in Taiwan.

본 논문은 외상성 척수손상 장애인(SCI)과 뇌성마비장애인(CP)의 맞춤형 전동휠체어 적용 시 착석시스템에 대해 비교해 보는 연구이다. 이를 통하여 장애 영역에 따른 맞춤형 전동휠체어 착석시스템의 다른 점을 파악하고, 이러한 결과들을 기초로 하여 휠체어 공적급여 및 처방 시 관련된 문제들을 개선하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 휠체어 앉기 및 자세는 크게, 자세유지장치, 착석쿠션, 휠체어 자세변환장치 등 세 가지로 구분되어 있다. 국립재활원의 장애인 보조기구 사례관리 시범사업의 2009년 대상자 중 맞춤형 전동휠체어를 처방하고 구축해준 SCI 장애인 5명, CP 장애인 5명을 대상으로 수행한 일련의 과정을 통하여 대상자군에 따라 각 장치의 사용빈도가 차이가 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 자세유지장치는 머리받침대 등 총 10개의 소분류로 구분하였고, 착석쿠션은 공기형 등 총 4개의 소분류로 구분하였다. 휠체어 자세변환장치는 틸팅 등 총 5개의 소분류로 구분하였다. 자세유지장치에서는 대상군에 따라서 각 소분류의 필요 빈도가 달랐으며, 착석쿠션 또한 SCI 장애인은 공기형을 주로 쓰며, CP 장애인은 폼형을 주로 쓰는 것으로 나타났다. 휠체어 자세변형장치로는 SCI 장애인군에서는 다양한 장치를 사용하였으나, CP 장애인군에서는 기본형 전동휠체어 장치를 사용하였다.

각국의 과학기술연구개발 투자는 자연의 법칙 규명과 진리탐구에서 벗어나 국가발전의 핵심적인 경쟁력확보 및 삶의 질 향상을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 국가경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서 국가가 시행하는 여러 정책 중에서 정부의 막대한 예산이 투입되는 국가연구개발사업은 사회에 미치는 여러 가지 파급효과를 고려해 보았을 때 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 연구관리 전문기관은 국민의 세금으로 조성된 정부 R&D 정부예산을 정부를 대신하여 연구기획 관리 평가의 공적기능을 민간조직의 형태로 추진하는 점에서 볼 때 준공공부문에 해당하는 특성을 가지고 있다. 정부 R&D 투자의 중요한 주체로서의 연구관리 전문기관의 그 역할의 중요성에도 불구하고, 부처 중심의 정부연구개발예산 편성으로 인해 그 중요성이 간과되어 왔다. 각 부처에 산재해 있는 연구관리 전문기관에 대한 국가적 차원의 현황 파악과 이를 바탕으로 한 이론적 논의가 본격적으로 다루어진 선행연구가 부족하여 관련 정책을 수립하고 시행하는데 많은 어려움이 노정되고 있다. 이에 연구관리 전문기관의 현황파악을 통하여 현상을 분석하고 개념적 특성을 도출하여 유형화를 시도하였다.

This paper presents a numerical procedure for solving initial-value problems using the special functions which belong to a class of Rvachev's basis functions $R_{bf}$ based on algebraic and trigonometric polynomials. Because of infinite derivability of these functions, derivatives of all orders, required by differential equation of the problem and initial conditions, are used directly in the numerical procedure. The accuracy and stability of the proposed numerical procedure are proved on an example of a single degree of freedom system. Critical time step was also determined. An algorithm for solving multiple degree of freedom systems by the collocation method was developed. Numerical results obtained by $R_{bf}$ functions are compared with exact solutions and results obtained by the most commonly used numerical procedures for solving initial-value problems.

Motivated mainly by certain interesting extensions of the ${\tau}$-hypergeometric function defined by Virchenko et al. [11] and some ${\tau}$-Appell's function introduced by Al-Shammery and Kalla [1], we introduce here the ${\tau}$-Lauricella functions $F_A^{(n),{\tau}_1,{\cdots},{\tau}_n}$, $F_B^{(n),{\tau}_1,{\cdots},{\tau}_n}$ and $F_D^{(n),{\tau}_1,{\cdots},{\tau}_n}$ and the confluent forms ${\Phi}_2^{(n),{\tau}_1,{\cdots},{\tau}_n}$ and ${\Phi}_D^{(n),{\tau}_1,{\cdots},{\tau}_n}$ of n variables. We then systematically investigate their various integral representations of each of these ${\tau}$-Lauricella functions including their generating functions. Various (known or new) special cases and consequences of the results presented here are also considered.

A remarkably large number of integrals involving a product of certain combinations of Bessel functions of several kinds as well as Bessel functions, themselves, have been investigated by many authors. Motivated the works of both Garg and Mittal and Ali, very recently, Choi and Agarwal gave two interesting unified integrals involving the Bessel function of the first kind $J_{\nu}(z)$. In the present sequel to the aforementioned investigations and some of the earlier works listed in the reference, we present two generalized integral formulas involving a product of Bessel functions of the first kind, which are expressed in terms of the generalized Lauricella series due to Srivastava and Daoust. Some interesting special cases and (potential) usefulness of our main results are also considered and remarked, respectively.

Recently several authors have extended the Gamma function, Beta function, the hypergeometric function, and the confluent hypergeometric function by using their integral representations and provided many interesting properties of their extended functions. Here we aim at giving further extensions of the abovementioned extended functions and investigating various formulas for the further extended functions in a systematic manner. Moreover, our extension of the Beta function is shown to be applied to Statistics and also our extensions find some connections with other special functions and polynomials such as Laguerre polynomials, Macdonald and Whittaker functions.

RFID기술은 이미 신분증, 교통카드 등 다양한 응용분야에 사용되고 있으며, UHF 대역의 RFID 기술은 물류, 유통, 보안 분야에서 많은 시스템들이 개발되어 왔다. 또한, 사람에 의해서 관리되는 허점을 보완하기 위해서 총기, 보석과 의약품과 같은 특수자산을 효율적으로 통합 관리하고, 실시간 모니터링이 가능한 시스템을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 특별하게 관리되어져야 하는 특수자산을 안전하게 보관하고, 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링 가능하며, 자산의 유통 경로 및 이력 관리를 할 수 있는 특수자산 관리 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 시스템의 형태는 캐비닛의 형태를 가지고 있기 때문에 스마트 캐비닛이라고 한다. 스마트 캐비닛은 RFID, 다양한 센서, 지문 인식, 스마트카드 등의 기술을 통합하여 특수자산을 안전하게 보호하며, 관리 서버와의 통신을 통하여 자산의 실시간 감시, 이력 관리, 유통 경로, 보안로그 등을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 특수자산 관리시스템을 구성하는데 있어서 총기 및 의약품 관리 스마트 캐비닛을 개발하였으며, 이에 대한 효용성 및 가능성을 제시하였다.
