이 연구는 어린이도서관의 물리적 공간이 어린이 발달에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 인식하고 긍정적이고 발전적인 방향으로 어린이 발달을 지원할 수 있도록 평가기준을 수립하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 이론적으로 어린이 발달 특성을 검토하고 단계별, 영역별 발달 특성을 적절하게 지원할 수 있는 공간요건의 토대인 이용자편익기준을 분석하였다. 다음으로 이용자편익에서 편익이라는 개념을 구체화하기 위해 어린이도서관 및 어린이공간을 주제로 진행된 선행연구에서 공통적으로 사용되고 있는 편익에 대응되는 개념어들을 추출했다. 그리고 추출된 항목들을 비교분석하고 본 연구의 제시 항목을 추가하여 12개의 개념어를 편익의 대체어로 제시하여 실제 도서관 공간에 적용시켰다. 마지막으로 어린이에게 제공되는 편익 차원에 초점을 맞춘 어린이도서관 공간기준 체크리스트를 제시하였다.

This study aims to propose the improvement direction of spatial organization of orphanage facilities by reflecting the international trend of child welfare facilities including 'enhancement of habitability', 'opening to the local community' and 'multi-functionality' on the basis of ideas of 'right of housing' and 'normalization'. Orphanage facilities are evolving from 'facilities' to accommodate unfortunate children to the concept of the 'community-care', and the residential space is also rapidly shifting to 'cottage' type resembling a residential type of ordinary family so as to enhance the self-esteem and relationship. To suggest the future-oriented changeability of current orphanage facilities, the present study conducted a nationwide survey of child welfare facilities and four Visiting researches of cottage type orphanage with different locations to investigate the appropriateness of housing type, organization of common use space, mode of management and facilities criteria. The results of this study are following: 1) For enhancement of habitability it is suggested that cottage type with various plans in the form of ordinary housing is appropriate, that the number of children per cottage is six or so, and that the number of less than two or three children per room is recommended. At the same time the adjustment of facilities criteria, simplified or complex, is suggested to support a similar residence pattern to ordinary home. 2) Specialized programs must be introduced to establish a base of welfare-network for community children according to features of location and a complex management must be sought in the connection with neighboring public facilities. 3) To secure the residential environment and quality of life for children, the concept of a simple playground space by the current facilities criteria must be broken away to reinforce the network of various outdoor spaces closely connected with living space.

Modern society is suffering from the phenomena of low-fertile, ultra-aging, and low-growth. On this social flow, most social classes undergo vulnerable situation and their overall housing and living condition have difficulties. So far many housing guidelines for diverse population were developed, recently, inclusive 'Customized Housing Design Guideline for Childcare Families' in terms of maintaining family and society has been completed. The purpose of this study is to analyze User Benefit Characteristics of 'Customized Housing Design Guideline for Childcare Families'. The research subjects are essential 140 guidelines appropriate to children's development and parents' care. The research method is contents analysis and the analysis criterion are 4 concepts of the User Benefit Criteria- 'Behavioral Facilitation (BF)', 'Physiological Maintenance (PhM)', 'Perceptual Maintenance (PM)', 'Social Facilitation (SF)'. 3 people inter-raters reliability was established. Altogether, the guidelines were rated in the order of PhM>PM>BF>SF, and these characteristics are similar as common universal design guidelines. This showed the supportability of spatial characteristics in the guidelines related to user's special behaviors. Also, the results show the importance of outdoor space planning for safe social interactions. The supportable characteristics of 'Customized Housing Design Guideline for Childcare Families' could be expected to efficiently apply for new housing development in the future.

본고는 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지적 능력과 관련하여 문헌연구와 선행연구들을 바탕으로 미술영재성과 인지능력과의 관계를 고찰함으로써 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지능력검사모형을 구안하고자 하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저, 미술영재성과 인지능력의 관계를 고찰하여 미술영재성의 구성요인으로서 인지능력의 타당성을 규정한 다음, 앞선 문헌연구를 통해 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지능력검사모형을 구안하였다. 그리고 구안된 검사모형의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 일반학급 아동집단과 미술영재 아동집단을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지능력의 구성요인으로서 시각적 사고력과 공간 지각력, 비판적 사고력이 논리적, 경험적으로 타당성이 있다고 검증되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 앞으로 이루어질 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 대한 다양한 모색의 가능성과 미술영재교육 프로그램의 개발에 새로운 접근을 제공해줄 수 있을 것이다.

맞벌이 가구의 증가로 육아에 대한 사회적 관심이 커지고 있다. 특히 자녀의 초등학교 입학은 상대적으로 이른 하교시간 때문에 돌봄의 공백이 생겨 출산과 더불어 여성의 경력단절에 주된 원인으로 꼽힌다. 본 연구는 이러한 정책적 기조에 부합하여 초등학생 대상 돌봄시설의 최적 입지선정 방안을 제안하였다. 돌봄시설의 후보로 기존 아이돌봄시설을 대상으로 하였으며, 최적입지 선정 시 수리적 최적화뿐만 아니라 입지적 특성을 고려하는 이중구조의 평가방법을 사용하였다. 실험은 서울시 송파구를 대상으로 진행하였으며, 총 258개의 후보시설 중 36개의 최적입지를 선정하였다. 먼저 공공데이터를 활용하여 돌봄시설의 특성에 맞는 평가기준을 세운 후 입지점수를 매겨 이에 해당하는 1차 후보시설을 선별하였으며, 이때 다양한 공공데이터를 하나로 통합하기 위하여 격자리샘플링 방법을 사용하였다. 다음으로 선별된 시설을 대상으로 공간 최적화 모델인 p-median 방법을 활용하여 최종 돌봄시설을 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정된 결과는 총 거리를 고려한 위치적 최적해 일뿐 아니라 돌봄시설의 특성을 고려한 다양한 입지적 기준을 만족하는 값이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 통해 공공데이터 융합 및 활용도를 높일 수 있고, 공공시설 최적입지 선정 시 정책 의사결정에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 문화콘텐츠 비즈니스의 한 분야인 테마파크 비즈니스와 관련하여, 기존의 대규모 야외 복합 테마파크 중심의 접근에서 벋어나 소규모 소자본 전략의 실내 테마파크를 지향하는 흐름에 주목하고 있다. 기존의 대규모 야외 복합 테마파크가 수천억 원 규모의 자본과 고난이도의 기술력, 최신 운영 노하우 등을 필요로 함으로써 큰 리스크와 함께 높은 신규 진입장벽을 가지고 있는 것에 반해, 최근의 실내 테마파크들은 효율적인 리스크 관리와 탄력적인 시장전략으로 시장진입에 성공하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 실내 테마파크들 가운데 새로운 시장인 국산 캐릭터를 테마로 한 어린이 실내 테마파크 시장의 현황을 살펴보고, 국산 캐릭터의 프로퍼티 가치 확장과 국내 테마파크 시장의 확산이라는 두 가지 확장의 측면에서 이 시장의 시장전략을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 테마파크에 관한 선행연구들을 검토하여 공간적 분류와 테마별 분류, 주 사용자층에 따른 분류 등을 기준으로 국내에 존재하는 테마파크의 유형을 나누어보았다. 또한 국산 캐릭터를 테마로 한 어린이 실내 테마파크 가운데 수도권 소재 5개소를 직접 방문하여 현황조사를 실시하였고, 수도권 소재 2개소와 지방 4개소는 업체 담당자를 통해 현황자료를 입수하여 분석하였다. 또 올 4월 25일 신규 개관한 '디보빌리지' 청계천점을 방문한 관람객을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 시행하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 현재 국산 캐릭터를 테마로 한 어린이 실내 테마파크 비즈니스의 구조를 분석하고 수행중인 시장전략의 유효성을 분석할 수 있는 토대를 제시하여 보았다. 본 연구를 통하여 테마파크 비즈니스의 틈새시장이라 할 수 있는 실내 테마파크 비즈니스에 대한 체계적이고 심도 있는 논의의 단초를 마련하여 소규모 지역밀착형 실내 테마파크들이 국내 테마파크 산업의 유력한 비즈니스 모델로 연구될 수 있기를 기대한다. 또한 캐릭터 비즈니스의 측면에서도 국산 애니메이션 캐릭터들의 프로퍼티 가치의 공간적 스토리텔링적 확장의 새로운 모델을 정립하는 계기가 될 수 있기를 바란다.
