The level of reliability attained largely depends upon the investment in reliability growth programs during development phase. In order to find the relationship between reliability growth test time and BRTE(basic reliability tasks effectiveness) in a reliability improvement program that minimizes LCC in which contains the reliability growth cost, repair and replacement costs, and spare parts ordering costs in service with given service rate in management policy, the growth rate has been suggested proper LCC versus growth rate. This model employs the reliability growth projection with delayed fixes in avionic equipment based on AMSAA.

It is an urgent time to give impetus to an ecological understanding of relationship between man and environment and to promote an action to preserve environment. This paper is to examine factors which give influence to environmental education environmental consciousness and environmental behavior of housewives. The subjects of this study are 806 Seoulite housewives. A questionaire is used as the survey method and the statistical methods such as frequency percentage ANOVA multiple regression path analysis have been applied for research. Major findings are summarized as follows: Major findings are summarized as follows: When environmental education program is relatively low differences are shown according to variables of age, education and occupation. Second, when environmental consciousness is high differences are shown according to variables of age education income and housing. Third when environmental behavior is low group difference is shown only according to age. Relative influence to environmental behaviour is shown in the order of spare-life type environmental education environmental consciousness socio-oriented type fashion-oriented type and age difference.

Since passenger cars require five wheels including a spare, the weight reduction of wheels without sacrificing performance is important. Recently, the structured components of cars made of steel are replaced by composites. plastics and other nonmetallic materials such as aluminum and magnesium for weight reduction. From these new tried materials are most promising due to their high specific stiffness and specific strength. The composites manufactured by resin transfer molding (RTM) process has not only low cost for the manufacturing but also reduces the lead time and development because the molds for RTM is easy to manufacture. In this work, composite wheels for passenger cars were designed and manufactured by RTM process. Since surface quality of wheels is important for passenger cars, the optimal stacking sequence for composite wheels was selected considering surface quality and mechanical properties. Also, the manufacturing method for the composite mold was depicted.

This study finds out and suggests success factors for the application of RIMS project through the case study of Seoul Metro and literature survey. The successful application of RIMS needs expert knowledge and concept of BOM, standardization of maintenance planning, check lists of heavy maintenance inspection, organization structure of rolling stock maintenance offices, material management system of warehousing and the process of parts repairing between offices, connection of material ordering system, problem solving of circular spare parts administration among inspection, maintenance, and material organizational units, systemic serial number management of parts with RFID, daily closing diary connected with work process chart, and sufficient period of RIMS's test run. RIMS contributes to real time management of rolling stock maintenance, transparency of management, reliability of train operation, customer satisfaction, and management innovation.

The TBO of main unit of propulsion control devices on high-speed railway vehicles proposed by the makers is appropriated 10 years cycle, but the maintenance of internal device are proceeding before coming to the particular period of time. In the Future, increasing of the failure probability occurred by increasing train service and obtaining spare parts are predicted that it would be difficult. the propulsion control devices develop is needed in other to the ease maintenance, cost savings and ensuring related domestic technologies when considering operating on long term of high-speed railway vehicles. In this paper, we proposed development a way that current-controlled type propulsion control devices using the newest power semiconductors which is easy to supply and demand through identifying performance and characteristics of existing current-controlled type propulsion control devices of high-speed railway vehicles.

In this paper we consider the CSP requirements determination problem of new equipment(machine) system. For the newly procured equipment systems, mathematical analyses are made for the system which is constructed with the consumable parts and the repairable parts to derive the associated CSP requirement determination model in mathematical expression. Based on these analyses, a mathematical model Is derived for making an optimal CSP requirement determination subject to the constraint of satisfying any given operational availability limitation. We assume that the failure of a part follows a Poisson process and the repair time has an exponential distribution. Firstly, the operational availability concept in CSP is defined and the relation between the general system availability and the operational availability is established. Secondly, the problem is formulated as the cost minimization problem that should satisfy the operational availability limitation, and then, using the generalized Lagrange multipliers method, the optimal solution procedure Is derived.

As Lately movie industry and related market becomes larger and people have had more spare time, people's interest in multiplex grows higher, This paper studies relationships between physical service environment and customer's satisfaction in multiplex. The number of subjects in this study is 346 persons stayed at four multiplexes, among which we obtained valid responses from 326 persons through questionnaire investigation. We held hypotheses for the relationships, and for the testing, used methods are Spearman's correlation, Mann-Whitney test, etc, and for statistical analysis, SPSS 10.1 software was used. Thus, we found statistically significant results, that is, the relation between physical service environment and customer's satisfaction is positive: the higher evaluation about physical service environment is, the more customer's universal satisfaction is. Information about the significant relation's intensity of many indicators in physical service environment, which is given in this paper, can be used for attaining higher customer satisfaction and spreading more effective management activities in multiplex.

The objective of this treatise is to study the effect which rock'n'roll had on fashion through the fashion of rock'n'roll stars and contemporary youngsters. The United states of America in the 1950's when rock'n'roll came into existence was an opulent and luxurious period. People's spare time increased and teenagers who grew up in oppulence after World War II emlerged. It was rock'n'roll that comprised the background of their culture. Rock'n'roll music, which was in the mixed form of Negro's rhythm and blues, and country -and-western of Southern hillbilly Rock'n'roll was expressed as a 'culture', characterized by both the luxurious and oppulent culture and the'anti-establishment' defying it. This cultural characteristic emerged as at once the conservative fashion following the contemporary fashion and the anti-establishment fashion in the rock'n'roll fashion. Therefore, the rock'n'roll fashion influenced by popular music became one momentum of including popular music among factors affecting the twentieth-century modern fashion.

Float has been just recognized spare time for disposing of unexpected conditions as by-product of CPM(critical-path-method) calculations, in spite of important method for construction period, taking in material, human supply and cost reducation in construction process management. Also float necessary follow method of contract by ownership problem and effect construct management of use. The purpose of this study was to examine current recognition and application grade of float in construction project. In addition, the study proposes improvement strategies of float application for efficient progress plan and control.

Most public cryptosystem widely used in communication network are based on the exponentiation-arithmetic. But, cryptosystem has to use bigger and bigger key parameter to attain an adequate level of security. This situation increases both computation and time delay. Montgomery, yang and Kawamura presented a method by using the pre-computation, intermediately computing and table look-up on modular reduction. Coster, Brickel and Lee persented also a method by using the pre-computation on exponentiation. This paper propose to reduce computation of exponentiation with spare prime. This method is to enhance computation efficiency in cryptosystem used discrete logarithms.
