위성자료를 이용한 환경보전적 계획기법에 관한 연구 (A study on the environmentally sustainable planning techniques with the satellite data)

  • 본 논문은 위성영상 자료를 이용하여 RS(Remote Sensing)의 이미지 처리기술과 GIS(Geographic Information System)의 지도대수에 의한 공간분석 기법으로 계획가를 위한 환경보전적 계획을 수립할 수 있는 방안의 연구에 목표를 두었다. 연구는 다음 두 가지 방향에서 진행되었는 바, 첫째 대상지역의 공간구조에 바탕을 두고 환경보전적 요소 및 법적 제한요소를 적용하여 용도지역을 배정하고, 둘째 계획과정속에 분석된 환경영향을 포함시켜 분석범위를 확대시킴으로써, 보다 지속가능한 계획을 수립하게 하는 것이다.

서광초등학교(初等學校)(가칭(假稱)) 기본계획(基本計劃) (A Schematic Design Study for Seokwang Elementary School)

  • The objective of this study is to propese a model of elementary school whih reflects the goal of the 7th Reform in Primary & Seconday School Curriculum and attracts prtvate investment through Seokwang elementaey snhool in Seosan. The chief concept of architectural planning on this school is brought out by the analysis of the 7th Reform which pursues a self-regulative and initiative education. Based on this analysis, a proper dimensions of each space are proposed and a new model of elementary school which includes zoning by grade in grouping of the classrooms and outdoor spaces is proposed. As there is no domestic example of the elementary school complex with attraction of private investment in public schools, the matters which must be consideed in planning of this complex are unvectigated, and actual plan for Seokwang elementary school is proposed.

성 로렌조 교회의 건축과 증축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architecture and Extension Project for the Church of St. Lorenzo)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the architecture and extension project for the Church of St. Lorenzo. This study is composed of a through analysis of the extension elements on the church building and extension type for extension project of the Church of St. Lorenzo. The results of study are as follows: 1. The extension project for the Church of St. Lorenzo was basically consisted of the concept of a horizontal extension plan through both the interior and exterior space of the church building. This project was the plan of concept of additional or affixing extension through existing spaces with necessary spaces to make up for the previous simple space and form as well as functional aspect. 2. The unit spaces of the nave, the aisle, the small chapels bilaterally adorning the aisles, the transept and the chapels around transepts, and the sacristies by the extension project for the Church of St. Lorenzo is composed of regulation, balance and harmony as geometric space composition according to simple proportion system on whole and parts as well as parts and parts, through the definite articulation by each space zoning. 3. The most important innovative aspect different to previous churches in the extension project for the Church of St. Lorenzo is the compositive system of each other symmetrical spaces through long centrical axis of central part, applying the module system for horizontal arrangement. In particular, the use of regular module on repetition and proportion of rhythm from architectural composition system was precisely composed with the alter that consists of visual focus to express more accurate perspective.

타협과 실험의 공간으로서의 특구: 대만 가오슝가공수출구를 사례로(特區作爲一種妥協與實驗空間: 台灣 高雄加工出口區) (Zoning as a Space of Compromise and Experimentation: The Case Study of Kaohsiung Export Processing Zone)

  • 본 연구에서 필자들은 동아시아 최초의 수출자유지역인 대만의 가오슝 가공수출구(Kaohsiung Export Processing Zone; KEPZ)의 설립이 1960년대 냉전시기 지정-지경학적 이해관계의 타협의 결과라고 주장한다. KEPZ는 국민당(KMT) 정부로 하여금 국유화된 산업분야를 축소시키고 사기업을 육성하며 해외투자를 장려하도록 만들기 위해 미국 원조 기관이 권고한 자유화 정책 중 일부였다. 국민당 정부는 미국의 이러한 정책적 권고를 전면적으로 수용하지는 않았지만, 냉전 지정-지경학의 조건 하에서 미국의 요구를 완전 거부할 수는 없어서 미국 권고안의 일부를 선택적으로 수용하여 이행하였다. 특히, 국민당 정부는 1) 미국이 요구한 사기업 활동에 대한 자유화와 2) 국가의 영토적 통제권 유지를 위한 국민경제에 대한 지속적 규제 사이에서 타협을 추구하였고, 그 결과가 KEPZ를 설치하는 것이었다. 즉, 국민당 정부는 KEPZ의 설치를 통해 미국으로부터의 지정학적 지원을 잃지 않으면서도, 1960년대의 새로운 국제적 노동분업으로 인해 생겨나는 지경학적 기회도 동시에 잡으려 하였다. 특구가 이러한 지정-지경학적 이해가 타협하는 공간이라고 생각하게 되면, 국가의 산업화를 위한 장기적 안목 하에서 계획합리성을 가진 발전주의 국가가 고용기회의 확대, 해외투자 유치, 수출의 증가 등과 같은 경제적 목표를 달성하기 위해 가공수출구를 설치하였다는 전통적인 기능주의적 주장에 대해 우리는 비판적으로 재검토해야 할 필요성에 직면하게 된다.

  • Purpose: The MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) outbreaks in Korea highlighted dramatically the failings of traditional hospital environment for controlling or preventing infections among both patients and healthcare workers. MERS is transmitted by droplets that can be airborne over a limited area. The point should be emphasized that MERS in South Korea was predominantly a hospital-acquired (not a community-acquired) infection, because approximately 93% of MERS cases were resulted from exposure in hospital settings. This paper tries to suggest the design guidelines of negative pressured isolation ward for the sake of proper control of severe respiratory infectious diseases. Methods: Literature survey on the design guideline and regulations of airborne infection wards in Korea, Europe U.K. and CDC of U.S. have been carries out. 4 special infection wards in Hongkong, Germany, Japan and Korea have been surveyed in order to make the best use of the experiences related to facility design and operations. Results: Operating system influencing the facility design, space organizations of infectious ward including required space and zoning, and circulations of patients, staffs and materials are proposed. Implications: The results of this paper can be the basic data for the design of the airborne infection ward and relevant regulations. Afterwards in-depth study such as the development of space standards for the single bedroom, locker room and so on could be explored.

의과대학의 임상실습공간에 관한 건축계획 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of Clinical Practice Spaces at the College of Medicine)

  • Purpose: This study summarized architectural planning data for clinical practice spaces for CPX/OSCE and Simulation spaces, through analysis of domestic and foreign literature and a survey of domestic colleges of medicine. Methods: This study analyzed the architectural planning elements of the clinical practice spaces of the college of medicine, through a literature review on the clinical practice space and the survey of four recently established colleges of medicine. Results: ① It is desirable to plan the floor plan type for Simulation and CPX/OSCE spaces as a corridor-separated type that separates the circulations between students and staff (faculty). ② The simulation area arranges their practice rooms around the control space where the circulation of the staff is made. Conversely, it is desirable to arrange the CPX/OSCE rooms around the test waiting room where students enter. ③ It is desirable to separate access to the staff and students to allow student control, and to install various support spaces facing the staff corridor to secure the movement of equipment and the flow of evaluators. ④ In the simulation area, the equipment stored in the storage must be set in each room before the practice according to the setting of delivery or surgery like, and the equipment that has been removed must be back, so the circulation is short and does not intersect with the student circulations. ⑤ Debriefing rooms, seminar rooms, etc. are arranged in the staff area for review and discussion of clinical situations where practice and evaluation have been completed. Implications: It is important to configure an appropriate movement system and spatial zoning for each space for simulation and CPX/OSCE.

거주자 참여형 공동주거의 평면계획에 적용된 가변성의 특성 - 유럽의 거주자 참여형 다층 공동주거를 중심으로 - (The Characteristics of Flexibility applied to Unit Plan of Housing by Residents Participation - focusing on European Multi-story Housing applying Residents Participation -)

  • First of all, the multi-story Housing applying resident's participation in europe was classified by the menu selection method, the two-step supply method and the cooperative method. And then I analyzed flexible unit plan of cases for deriving the planning methode and the characteristics of flexibility. First, I analyzed the area and form of the unit plan, structure and Installation, fixed and variable elements to derive the planning method. The area of units are distributed from a minimum of $35m^2$ to a maximum of $150m^2$, and many of the unit planes have a narrow front and a deep depth. The structure is a long-span wall-structure or a skeleton structure, and is designed without any columns and bearing walls in the interior space for flexibility in spatial composition. The vertical shafts are located in the center of the unit in a box-form or in the corner at the unit dividing wall for free placement of interior wall. Fixed elements are framework and facility systems. Most of the future residents in the two-steps supply method and the cooperative method were able to freely design the internal space within the zoning concept proposed by the architect and change the location of the facade element within module system proposed by the architect. Second, the characteristics of the flexibility applied to the unit plan were divided in integrated flexibility, functional flexibility, construction flexibility, and supply flexibility. The integrated flexibility enables residents to give the variable space combination based on the complex structure of the inner space for providing various living experiences. Regarding functional flexibility, the three-dimensional spatial structure with neutral space has multi-functionality according to the needs of residents and easily accepts mixing of hybrid programs such as work and residence. Constructive flexibility allows residents to create identity by freely planning interior space and changing the size or location of facade components in a determined system of architects. Finally, various types of size and space composition are proposed and realized in the whole building applying menu selection method, so that flexibility in the offer can accommodate and integrate various types of living.

교과교실제 운영에 따른 교과교실 공간배치 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Method of organizing Department Classroom in accordance with Managing Department System)

  • Ministry of Education, Science And Technology, from 2009 to 2014, try to establish the setting of Department System in the Middle Schools and High Schools. They selected 45 Schools in 2009 and 61 Schools in 2010 for the Advanced Department System. I studied 2 High schools in 2009 and 3 High schools in 2010 of them, which located in GyeongGi-Do. I studied the Location of Department Classrooms, Teachers' Labs, Homebases and Resting Spaces of them. The conclusions are follows. 1) Most of them take Horizontal Zoning System in the Department Classrooms. 2) The Number of Teachers' Labs were increased in most of floors. On the other hand, most of Labs' Area were decreased. Every department Classroom Zone has one Teachers' Lab. 3) Every schools took much more spaces of Homebases and Resting Spaces than before. And various Resting Spaces using Corridors and Outdoors are prepared for students, those who moves every changing class time by the Department System.

복합용도지역의 건축물 규모의 운용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application building Scope for the Mixed-Use Districts)

  • This study has been given careful consideration to an induction of the mixed-use districts for the efficiency of Land Use, the rational plot planning and the mixture/complex among the functions in order to complement the zoning plan with the primary purpose to purify the usage of landscape. Furthermore, it is aimed to indicate the implementations through the medium of the in-depth analysis about the cardinal factors such as the standards on the regional location, building size and building uses in the case of designating the Mixed-use districts.Abstract This study has been examined by the aspect of scope for securing the adequacy of Site Division Restriction, Floor Area Ratio, Building Coverage Ratio and Outdoor Area Ratio in the "Mixed-Use Districts" and especially, by the medium of the in-depth analysis about the actual condition of building and outdoor space scales. It has been deduced the scale standards by using the simulation and correlation analysis among the factors of those buildings and outdoor spaces. Moreover, it has been applied the analysis method of using the building scale, especially, the latter has analyzed the total 1,656 different types classified by 3 patterns of Plottage and Building Coverage Ratio, 9 patterns of the factor change on Outdoor Area Ratio and 8 different patterns of road width.

WORK BARGE 선의 냉동.공조 SYSTEM (HVAC & Refrigeration System for Work Barge Vessel)

  • 최근 작업자 숙소 및 이송용 외에 작업용으로 사용 가능한 Barge선의 일종인 Accommodation Work Barge 선의 건조량이 증가 추세인 바 현재 중국에서 건조 중인 해당 선박의 HVAC & Refrigeration system에 대하여 정리하였다. 본 시스템은 R404A Direct expansion 냉각방식 (직접팽창방식)이 적용되었으며 HVAC system 중 Air conditioning 부분에 대해서는 선박의 각 Deck 기준으로 Zoning 하여 개별적인 Air handling unit와 Condensing unit를 구성하였으며 (각 unit의 용량은 필요용량의 100%), 냉동 창고의 Refrigeration system은 해당 격실 (육고, 어고, 야채고)에 각각 Unit cooler를 설치하고, Condensing unit를 기계실에 설치하였다. 장비는 전체 용량 100%에 대하여 항시 운전하는 100% 용량의 장비와 비상시에 운전하는 100% 용량의 예비 장비로 구성된다. 냉동 창고에 인접한 Dry provision store는 냉동 창고와는 별개로 중앙 공조기로부터의 냉각 공기를 이용하여 Spot cooling하였다. 본 System의 구성에 대한 장점 및 단점은 아래와 같다. 1. Air conditioning system이 각 Zone에 대하여 구성되므로 각 Zone에 대하여 제어가 가능하다. 2. Air con. 실에 Air handling unit와 Condensing unit가 설치되므로 냉매 배관의 길이가 짧다. 3. Air con. 실에 Air handling unit와 Condensing unit가 설치되므로 실내의 Maintenance space 상에 여유가 없다.
