In order to improve the operation of energy systems, it is necessary for the urban communities to have reliable optimization routines, both computerized and manual, implemented in their organizations. However, before a production plan for the energy system units can be constructed, a prediction of the energy systems first needs to be determined. So, several methodologies have been proposed for energy demand prediction, but due to uncertainties in urban community, many of them will fail in practice. The main topic of this paper has been the development of a method for energy demand prediction at urban community. Energy demand prediction is important input parameters to plan for the energy planing. This paper presents a energy demand prediction method which estimates heat and electricity for various building categories. The method has been based on artificial neural networks(ANN). The advantage of ANN with respect to the other method is their ability of modeling a multivariable problem given by the complex relationships between the variables. Also, the ANN can extract the relationships among these variables by means of learning with training data. In this paper, the ANN have been applied in oder to correlate weather conditions, calendar data, schedules, etc. Space heating, cooling, hot water and HVAC electricity can be predicted using this method. This method can produce 10% of errors hourly load profile from individual building to urban community.

최근 스마트폰에 블루투스 LE의 적용을 계기로, 블루투스 비컨의 RSSI 기반 거리측정 기법에 의한 실내 측위 방법이 실용적인 측면에서 새로운 관심을 받고 있다. 정확한 위치정보의 계산을 위해서는 RSSI 측정은 안테나 패턴의 불규칙성, 환경의 영향, 동적인 사람의 움직임 등에 따른 오차를 고려해서 비컨의 위치를 결정하여야 한다. 본 논문은 비컨 송신기의 위치에 따른 RSSI/거리 확률모델을 바탕으로, 소형 서비스 공간에서의 측정의 정확성을 예측하고 보장하는 방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 전체공간상에서 평균적인 정확도를 최대화하기 위해서는 서비스공간에 골고루 신호가 도달할 수 있도록 분산해서 배치하는 것이 효과적인 반면, 측위오차의 최대치를 줄기위해서는 해당공간의 가장자리에 위치하는 것이 효과적임을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to interpret the landscape meaning of village grove and then combines this interpretations with landscape planing if it is possible. So we chose four village groves among seven villlage interpretations with landscape planing if it is possible. So we chose four village groves among seven village groves in HAMPYUNG & YOUNGKWANG Province(CHONRANAMDO, KOREA). The reason why we did it is that the meaning of korean groves is divided into three types(Confucianism, Feng-shui, Native belief etc.) according to original planting reasons. This study was done mainly by both referring to the regional character of those types and examining the nature of grove meanings. As a result of this process, we are able to find three demensions which were explained by physical-ecological, user's behavioral and cultural meaning. 1. Physical landscape of village grove is composed with ecological meaning that is related with people's land use not only inside but outside of it. So this kind of ecological meaning is the mutual relation among physical elements of village groves, for example old high trees, surface, user's facilities, land use around a grove and soon. 2. User's behavior meaning of grove shows that it has high relation with physical dimension, for example distance and accessiblity to a grove, linkage with open space around a village and so on. User's behavior inside of grove is usually divided into three types(recreation, play, ritual services). Especially, we were able to find a tendency to have numerous people use in the case of a village grove well to preserve its ritual service. 3. Cultural meaning of grove has the holistic character which usually defines the regional theme of each village and village grove(Confucianism, Feng-shui, Native belief etc.). So, the Landscape meaning of village grove is not only a physical shape but a certain concept existing inside of village grove. This diversed meaning existing in a grove have a direct effect on good fortune or misfortune of a village and its dwellers.

The aged population increasing rapidly, the population rate of over 65 years old was over 7.5% in 2000 in Korea. It means that Korea is aging society. But, the aged welfare accommodation are still insufficient and more facilities accommodating the aged should be built. This situations made a new concept of silver town of the welfare facility for the aged. The purpose of this study was to find the difference of preferences about silver town between elderly group and pre-elderly group in Chungseo province. Focused on housing type and space composition of silver town, the results of this study will provide some useful information for the development of silver town and for further studies. It is very important to refer to the preference about silver town of elderly group and pre-elderly group for planing the silver town. Main results of this study showed that silver town was the most preferable elderly housing alternative for elderly group. And silver town should be provided health care center for elderly group.

When a certain particular department store is chosen by customers due to the good image, the department store will have provided for the conditions that it can precede in competition with other department stores. Based upon it, a survey was made of preference for the department store interior design image component. In order to make the department store image better based upon this study results, the designer should remember that department store is possessed of display and circultation planinorder to give consume the good image. And , as a result of analyzing customers' preference for the details of the interior design image component, the area, primary components of the department store space, should take on specialization , though narrow. The circulation should constitute the free flow system. The ornamental illumination should be emphasized for the secondary component of the department store space. The color planing should be made that is oriented to seasonality and products. The floor should finished with wood. The department store interior should be decorated in a modern and simple form. The display of the department store should be made in a fashion that it takes on seasonality and artistry. These measures can be said to be the desirable method to provide a good image for women customers paying a visit to the department store.

School's preservation of health aims at the promotion of efficiency for school education as it promotes students and all teaching staffs' health. In this study, 26 elementary schools in seoul were selected and analyzed, in order to make a basic plan of efficient public health room where students and all teaching staffs can be actively treated their physical and mental problems. The basic direction of school health was referred to promote school's preservation of health. A public health room should have each necessary field to do their own parts. Besides, its space plan has to be designed in detail so that the room can be convenient and comfortable. Unlike until now, we need to change our mind into planing a public health room apart from a school plan.

It is focused on the desirable development alternations for sprawled unplanned on mountainous hilly areas in the residential areas development of the rural areas, mainly on the idyllic housing residential areas. The major research findings were as follows : (1) 85% of the idyllic housing residential areas of the suburban rural area was developed on the mountainous hilly areas. (2) For the desirable development on the suburban rural area, Environmentally Symbiosis Land Use Plan, diversification of Housing type such as Earthing Row House, diverse housing site planning techniques considering the conditions of mountainous hilly areas, for common space planning, land development, housing planing, hillside development, should be devised. (3) New regulations of strengthening construction permits, District Plan should be introduced in law and system management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze user's behaviors and environmental image to show how to plan dining facilities by checking what factors make user's satisfaction and how inferior factors effect dining people. The spaces in this study are dining facilities in a University. Dining places are campus welfare facilities, students don't have other choice. Dining facilities are determined according to user's desire to convenience and time saying. And this facilities will be compliment to resting places in campus. As we know, functional planing facilities are central element in University Master Plan and must consider interior decoration, surrounding places and some other instruments. Scale of dining facilities must accommodate with many students, therefore dining facilities can served as spare place and resting space.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the attitude of Environmental Friendly Factors for proper environmental friendly model that is adapted to whole life-space. For this study, 25 factors were used from published thesis, reports, and news items. etc.. The results of this study are that our environmental problem is more serious than the world. The respondents prefer natural environmental friendly factors to artificial. Further study of environmental friendly planing will make rapid progress not only housing estates but other building for factory, entertainment establishment, and office building.
