  • Customers demands seeking the variety and individualization in the rapidly changed consumption environment with these changes in the distribution market expect the environment in the shops providing the degage and abundant lives and environmental change in the environment of sale providing abundant values in the life other than simple sale of goods. More effective marketing strategies are desperately required for corresponding to these customers demands. VMD is the consolidated visual plans for the emotional communication with customers through CI which is the visual element influencing customers visual environment, SI, interior and exterior designs, presentation of goods, advertising and marketing. This is the marketing strategy providing customers with joyful shopping space and enabling customers to get the information and characteristics of goods more effectively by means of visual elements in the comfortable environment of the shop and the main factor allowing the competitiveness differentiated from the competing companies. To achieve these goals, we herewith suggest the effective VMD Strategy and alterative by applying VMD as the consolidated marketing communication to the Lady's casual shop in the Hyundai department located in Gwangju after complementing problems found In the course of studying and analyzing the VMD Cases.

The Effect of Pop-up Store Characteristics on Purchasing Behavior of MZ Generation Consumers

  • Purpose: Pop-up stores have emerged in the retail industry in recent years, offering consumers a new shopping experience for a limited time and location, and are used for a variety of purposes, including driving purchase behavior. In particular, they have become an important marketing tool among Gen MZ consumers who are quick to acquire information and sensitive to trends. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of pop-up store characteristics on the purchasing behavior of MZ consumers. Research design, data and methodology: Based on a qualitative research approach, the study analyzed successful pop-up stores in Korea to closely examine how the limited operating period and experience-oriented marketing strategy of pop-up stores affect the perceptual attitudes and purchase decision process of Generation MZ. Results: The results of the case study revealed that selling limited edition items, maximizing customer experience factors, and differentiated concepts are the main factors that positively influence the purchase behavior of Gen MZ consumers. These factors contribute to the enhanced purchasing behavior of Gen MZ, making pop-up stores an effective marketing strategy. Conclusions: Pop-up stores are more than just a sales space, but an important communication channel that can strengthen the emotional connection with Gen MZ and effectively communicate brand values. This study provides useful insights for brands and companies to develop marketing strategies for MZ.

주택산업의 풍수마케팅 모형 정립에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Fengshui Marketing Model in the Housing Industry)

  • 본 논문은 풍수마케팅 위한 체계화된 풍수지리 분석기법과 풍수지리 감결서의 작성 방법을 연구하여 주거공간에 있어 기업의 마케팅에 활용할 수 있도록 풍수마케팅 모형을 정립한다. 여기서 풍수마케팅은 제품광고뿐만 아니라 판매촉진, 홍보, 이벤트, 세일즈맨 활동 등 변화하는 시대에 부응하는 마케팅 전략으로 소비자의 구매력과 기업의 이미지 증진에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 다만, 아직까지 풍수마케팅을 할 수 있는 광고상품이 주택분양이나 점포입지 그리고 상품배치를 위한 공간배치 등 매우 제한적이다. 그래서 현재 보편적으로 이루지고 있는 일반적인 주택분양 마케팅에 덧붙여 주택분양을 한층 더 촉진할 수 있는 풍수마케팅 방식을 연구하고자 한다. 먼저 이 연구를 위해 전통풍수지리 이론을 바탕으로 양택풍수 분석방법을 논하고, 현대에 맞는 새로운 풍수지리 분석기법으로 지형공간구조와 지자기교란을 분석방법을 논한다. 이러한 체계적이고 객관적인 풍수지리 분석방법을 적용한 풍수지리 감결서의 작성방법과 표준양식을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 기존 주택산업의 풍수마케팅 모형을 정립하여 기업의 상품판매 촉진 마케팅의 한 방법을 연구하였다. 향후 이러한 연구를 토대로 주택산업에 대한 정립된 풍수감결서 방식에 따라 분석하여 평가한 풍수마케팅 적용사례의 실례를 들어 주택분양에 얼마나 효과가 있었는지, 웰빙건축에 얼마나 반영되었는지에 대한 연구가 진행되면 풍수마케팅의 실효성 유무를 검증할 수 있을 것이다. 만약 이러한 연구를 통하여 실효성이 검증되면 풍수마케팅의 저변확대로 친환경적인 웰빙 주택산업 활성화에도 도움이 될 것이다. 덧붙여 풍수마케팅에 대한 산업별 모형을 연구하여, 그것이 기업의 이미지와 이윤의 극대화 그리고 고객의 만족에 얼마나 부합되는지에 대한 구체적인 연구가 필요하다.

  • 코로나 19 바이러스 감염 우려가 커지면서 부동산 시장에서도 언택트 바람이 불고 있다. 생활 방식 변화는 삶의 소비방식과 패턴의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 부동산 마케팅 시장에서도 이러한 변화는 불가피한 상황이다. 특히, 부동산 모델하우스를 이용한 마케팅은 밀폐된 공간에 많은 사람이 방문하는 밀집과 밀접한 형태의 마케팅 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특성은 코로나19 예방 수칙에서 언급하는 3밀(밀폐, 밀집, 밀접) 특성을 모두 포함하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 언택트(비대면) 트렌드에 맞는 모델하우스 고객 마케팅 강화와 모델하우스 고객 마케팅 과정에서 상기 3밀 특성을 회피할 수 있는 방안에 대해서 살펴보고, 구현 결과를 보인다. 이를 통해 코로나19의 3밀 회피를 통한 안전하고 확장 가능한 부동산 마케팅 전략을 제시한다.

  • The Internet can deliver various information and services at the lowest cost without time and space constraints while targeting the world among all existing means of communication. Unlike traditional media such as TV, newspapers, and radio in the past, promotions through mobile environments allow target customers to use two-way low-cost, high-efficiency promotional strategies regardless of time and place. With the development of the Internet, social media has developed into a place to acquire information about favorite companies and their products. Social media greatly contributes to the production of text, photos, videos, and various networks, and has expanded global communication and communication media through the interaction and sharing of various information. In addition, through social media, users can communicate in various ways, reveal themselves, and share and exchange information such as knowledge and personal thoughts. In line with these changes, corporate marketers and sellers are striving to provide consumers with appropriate information more quickly. We aims to find out about social media marketing strategies useful for companies.

주얼리 브랜드의 메타버스 마케팅 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Metaverse Marketing of Jewelry Brand)

  • 본 연구는 주얼리 브랜드를 중심으로 메타버스를 활용한 마케팅에 관한 사례를 분석하고, 메타버스 마케팅의 새로운 방향성을 모색함에 목적이 있다. 메타버스 로드맵 2.0에 대한 IT 기술적 유형과 변화를 조명하고 이를 마케팅 전략에 융합하여 분석하였다. 이러한 마케팅 전략을 바탕으로 주얼리 브랜드의 메타버스 마케팅 사례를 비교 연구하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 그 결과 성공적인 메타버스 마케팅은 가상화 공간에서 개인화된 경험을 제공하고, 고객 여정에 대한 분석이 수반되어야 한다는 점을 글로벌 브랜드의 사례에서 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 연구 방향으로, 마케팅의 투자자본수익률(ROI)에 대한 심도 있는 보완 연구를 통해 궁극적으로 주얼리 브랜드의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 기여하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the present situation and cases of culture marketing as brand identity shown in Window Display Area, focusing on department store and fashion brand, one of the recent cultural trends. Display in windows of existing department store and fashion brand has represented ultimate goal of sales by coordination of products, seasons and themes based on profits. However, display has recently become brand identity which department store and fashion brand create by correlating art and commercialism since the era of various lifestyles and emotional consumption. Through identity in department store and fashion brand, cultural marketing shown in show window display space cooperates with customers, corporations, artists and culture and art foundations. The result of this research is the following : First, corporations result in improvement in their image and brand perception with a distinctive marketing strategy. Second, as an agent of art customers form a positive relation with corporations and can feel emotional values and enjoy culture through cultural marketing contents, which are shown by department store and brand. Third, we can expect that artists, culture and art foundations form the best partnership by creative activities with department store and brand and cultural marketing activities make a great contribution towards society.

기능성화장품의 마케팅전략에 관한 연구 -약국을 중심으로- (A Study on the Marketing Strategy for Cosmeceuticals in Pharmacies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기능성화장품을 취급하고 있는 개국 약사들을 대상으로 기능성화장품에 대한 인식, 취급실태, 중요성과 만족도를 조사하고 이를 토대로 약국에서 기능성화장품의 마케팅 활성화방안을 마련하는데 있다. 설문조사결과 약사들의 기능성 화장품에 대한 인식은 아직 저조한 편으로 전문지식을 제고할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 약국에서 기능성화장품의 마케팅을 활성화하기 위해서는 기능성화장품의 정의 확대, 기능성화장품 심사제도 개선, 다양한 약국 전문 기능성화장품 개발 및 유통, 약사의 전문성 제고를 위한 교육 실시, 기업의 적극적 홍보 및 소비자 네트워크 중시, 의약 공동협력 마케팅 추진, 건강보조식품과 기능성화장품의 연계마케팅, 약국 공간 확보 및 전문적 디스플레이, 제품에 대한 전문적 상담과 적극적 자세 등이 필요하다. 본 연구는 의약분업과 같은 약국환경변화에 따라 약국의 경영개선을 위한 방안으로서 기능성화장품의 마케팅 강화 필요성과 구체적인 방안을 설문조사결과를 통해 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과는 개국 약사들의 기능성화장품에 대한 판매 전략과 기능성화장품제조 및 유통기업의 기능성화장품에 대한 교육 및 유통전략에 기초를 제공하는데 커다란 도움이 되리라 본다.

인터넷마케팅에서 CRM을 통한 지불의사 상승효과에 관한 연구 : 프로야구 산업을 중심으로 (The Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Increase Willingness to Pay by Internet Marketing : The Case of Domestic Professional Baseball Industry in Korea)

  • As the numbers of Internet users have grown dramatically in recent years due to increased use of mobile devices, businesses using internet are also expanding rapidly. Internet marketing has the advantage of expanding business without any constraint of time and space using the global network which connects tens of thousands of world's computers and mobile devices. In a way of utilizing internet marketing, the present study examines the applicability of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the domestic professional baseball industry in Korea. The study focuses on the issue of whether the intangible value of customer satisfaction can create higher profits. We combine both inductive and conductive methods for this study. First, we carry out a random survey of baseball spectators and find that customers are willing to pay more when their satisfaction level is improved. Next, we recognize satisfaction factors that are considered as important by customers through literature survey. Then we use Decision Tree to find which satisfaction factors are most important to each clustered customer group. Finally we estimate how much they would pay more when the most important satisfaction factor improves by each customer group. Therefore, this study demonstrates that CRM implementation to one-to-one internet marketing can improve the profitability of baseball industry. The major contribution of the present study is to show that the introduction of CRM can be used as a profit-generating strategy in various industries for future internet marketing.

A Case Study of Hyundai Motors: Live Brilliant Campaign for Modern Premium Brand

  • As more companies become interested in global markets, it has become crucial for firms to create globalized brands whose positioning, advertising strategy, personality, looks, and feel are consistent across nations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the global branding strategy of the Hyundai Motor Company (hereafter HMC) in order to show how the company processes its branding strategy. HMC, one of the leading global companies in the automobile industry, set up its brand identity as "Modern premium", in alignment with their new slogan "New Thinking New Possibilities", in 2011. The aim of the "Modern premium" concept was to provide consumers with new experiences and values beyond their expectations. HMC wanted their consumers to think of their cars as not only a medium of transportation but as a life space, where they can share experiences alongside HMC. In an effort to conduct consumer research in 5 different nations, HMC selected "brilliant" as a key communication concept. The word "brilliant" expresses the functional, experiential, and emotional dimensions of HMC. HMC furthermore chose "live brilliant" as a key campaign message in order to reinforce their communication concept. After this decision, the "live brilliant" campaign was exhibited through major broadcast channels around the world. The campaign was the company's first worldwide brand campaign, where a single message was applied to all major markets, with the goal of building up a consistent image as a global brand. This global branding strategy is worth examining due to its significant contribution to growth generation in the global market. Overall, the 'live brilliant' global brand campaign not only improved HMC's reputation image-wise, with the 'Modern Premium' conceptualization of the brand as 'simple', 'creative' and 'caring', but also improved the consumer's familiarity, preference and purchase intention of HMC. In fact, the "live brilliant" campaign was a successful campaign which increased HMC's brand value. Notably, HMC's brand value increased continuously and reached 9 billion US dollars in 2013, leading it to reach 43rd place in the Global Brand Rankings according to the brand consulting group Interbrand. Its brand value largely surpassed that of Nissan (65th) and Chevrolet (89th) in 2013. While it is true that the global branding strategy of HMC involved higher risks, it was highly successful according to cross-nation consumer research. Therefore, this paper concludes that the global branding strategy of HMC made a positive impact on its performance. We further suggest HMC to combine its successful marketing with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and embrace digital media by extending its brand communication horizon to the mobile internet
