본 연구의 목적은 과학영재학생들의 우주개발사업에 대한 가치판단과 의사결정 과정을 탐색하기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 영재학교 1학년 64명의 학생이 1달 동안 의사결정을 위한 세미나 식 토론수업을 총 10차시에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 세미나식 토론 수업을 실시한 후, 우주개발사업에 대한 글쓰기와 설문지를 활용하여 영재학생들의 가치판단과 의사결정을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 과학영재학생들은 우주개발사업의 양면인 필요성과 위험성을 모두 인식하고 있었으며, 각자의 상황에서 증거를 선택하고 해석하는 차이 그리고 다양한 가치에 대한 우선순위의 차이에 따라 의사결정 결과가 상이함을 발견할 수 있었다. 대다수의 영재학생들이 우주개발사업의 사회적 중요성에 대해서는 매우 잘 인식하고 있는 점과 달리 우주개발사업에 대한 정보가 영재학생들에게 많이 부족한 실정임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 토대로 우주개발사업에 대한 SSI교육의 시사점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

Community-based design is also becoming important in Korea recently. However, the existing design methods of the "conformity" method had the problem of excluding the participation of residents. Therefore, the "decision-making" method, in which residents participate in the design themselves, is drawing attention. Development of specific methods is important for residents to actively participate in "decision making." The theory of "Design Games" has long been studied as a method of community-based design in many countries. The old downtown areas of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province are increasing in number of buildings abandoned due to aging and declining. Abandoned buildings are causing many social problems. A decision-making method has been developed in Jeju for the regeneration design of abandoned buildings. This study conducted a design workshop involving residents on abandoned buildings in the old city center of Jeju City. The possibility and task of decision-making method were analyzed. As a result, participating residents were actively involved in decision-making. It also helped residents understand and learn about the attractions of the neighborhood. Meanwhile, there were also difficulties in communicating among some participants. This is a structural problem with this method. Studies have also shown that it is important for residents themselves to try to understand the neighborhood.

Space evolves from the concept of deterministic static location to a dynamic, connected area through the interference of the user. While this does incorporate physical changes of the space, it also reflects the changes of the program or characteristics of the space through the actions and changes of the user. Therefore, in this study we plan to review the characteristic of time appearing within space, thereby discussing the impact of changing of condition in time-space to the decision making of the user. Further, we plan to analyze the specific causes, and subsequently introduce a new perspective over space. In order to achieve this, we need to first understand the reason why the attribute of time needs to be discussed in space, and perform a fundamental analysis of factors for the changes of the users' actions following changes in space-time condition. This means that space is not limited to merely satisfying its innate objective as an area, but may have a basis for modifying its role to help the decision making of the users caused by changes in space-time conditions. Accordingly, we analyze the factors for change of environment that can appear in space following the flow of time caused by correlation in space-time, as well as psychological factors and variables for decision making by the users. Based on this, we analyze cases to study the influence of condition changes in time-space on the action decision judgment of the users. Through this, we propose that the actions of the users can be determined following changes in time-space conditions, and discuss the need for changes in our perspective of space.

Recently, the role of community in public design has become important. However, the design process often places only emphasis on the 'agreement' of the community. As a result, the process was forced to collect opinions from the community only passively. Also, a process that only focuses on the formation of an agreement is likely to provoke confrontations and conflicts between those who support and oppose it. In the end, persuasion by the opposing residents is more important than decision-making by the whole community. Therefore, it has recently been paying attention to 'decision-making' that values a variety of things, not 'agreement formation'. Because various values of the community are valued and process is more important than result, 'decision-making' is different from 'agreement formation'. South Korea is also paying attention to public design, where community decision-making is central. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a methodology that can support community decision making. In Jeju, the community's decision-making support methodology was devised for urban regeneration. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of this methodology and to reveal its potential and challenge as a decision-supporting methodology.

This study is designed to review the methods of duplicate copies decision making in the academic library. In this thesis, I surveyed queueing & markov model, statistical model, and simulation model. The contents of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Queueing and markov model is used for one of duplicate copies decision-making methods. This model was suggested by Leimkuler, Morse, and Chen, etc. Leimkuler proposed growth model, storage model, and availability model through using system analysis method. Queueing theory is a n.0, pplied to Leimkuler's availability model. Morse ad Chen a n.0, pplied queueing and markov model to their theory. They used queueing theory for measuring satisfaction level and Markov model for predicting user demand. 2) Another model of duplicate copies decision-making methods is statistical model. This model is suggested by Grant and Sohn, Jung Pyo. Grant suggested a model with a formula to satisfy the user demand more than 95%, Sohn, Jung Pyo suggested a model with two formulars: one for duplicate copies decision-making by using standard deviation and the other for duplicate copies predicting by using coefficient of variation. 3) Simulation model is used for one of duplicate copies decision-making methods. This model is suggested by Buckland and Arms. Buckland considered both loan period and duplicate copies simultaneously in his simulation model. Arms suggested computer-simulation model as one of duplicate copies decision-making methods. These methods can help improve the efficiency of collection development and solve some problems (space, staff, budget, etc, ) of Korean academic libraries today.

전 세계 4차 산업혁명의 도래에 맞춰 한국은 적극적으로 국가적 대응계획 I-Korea 4.0을 수립하여 2017년 11월에 발표하였다. 이 계획은 국가성장을 위한 산업혁신과 사회문제 해결을 목표로 하고 있다. 부동산산업도 예외는 아니며 산업혁신을 위해서는 스마트환경에서 주거, 상업, 업무, 복합 등 다양한 가용공간의 효과적 활용이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 효율적 의사결정이 필요하고 이는 공간수요자 행태의 실시간 정보와 정확한 예측이 이루어 질 때 가능하다. 이에, 본 연구는 빅데이터 기반 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼을 제안하고 플랫폼의 구조와 서비스를 구체화 시키고자 한다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼도 스마트 트래픽, 스마트 시티, 스마트 헬스 등 다양한 스마트환경 적용사례처럼 급속히 발전하고 있는 정보통신기술(ICT)을 이용해 빅데이터의 효율적 저장, 접근, 분석, 활용이 가능하다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼의 구조는 6개 레이어 즉, Collection layer, Transfer layer, Storage layer, Service layer, Application layer, Management layer로 구성된다. 이 플랫폼은 의사결정자들이 행위기반(activity-based), 시장기반(market-based), 정책기반(policy-based) 빅데이터를 Searching, Mining, Integrating, Storing, Analyzing, Visualizing 할 수 있는 서비스체계를 가지고 있다.

본 연구는 인공지능 기법 중 다중레이블 속성선택 방법을 적용하여 복잡한 경영환경에서 의사결정의 효과성을 증대시키는 방안을 설명한다. 인공지능 기반의 의사결정 시스템은 의사결정자의 선택과 판단을 돕거나, 대신하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 더욱이 최근 인공지능을 중심으로 한 비즈니스 의사결정은 기업의 성장 동력으로 평가받는데, 이를 위해서는 효과적인 의사결정 방법이 수반되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 의미 있는 속성값을 선별하는 CFS-BR(이진연관성 접근 기반의 상관관계 속성선택 모델)을 제안하여, 효과적인 의사결정을 지원하는 것을 돕는다. 예시데이터와 실증데이터의 분석 결과, CFS-BR은 유의미한 속성을 최상우선선별 알고리즘 기반으로 최상의 조합을 선별하므로 효율적 의사결정을 지원할 수 있고, 기존의 다중 레이블 속성선택 방법과 비교하였을 때 정확도가 높은 것으로 보아 효과적인 의사결정을 증대시키는 데 유용하다.

Along with the legalization of balcony extension, numerous contractors have been suggesting designs for apartment houses based on the residents desire for balcony extension. It has been investigated that most residents prefer the balcony extension due to the increase in space. However, numerous residents have been experiencing problems occurred due to the extension such as air conditioning and heating cost and sound insulation problems. Therefore, this study aims to suggest an objective decision making tool for the residents that aids the residents decision making on balcony extension considering pros and cons of balcony extension.

무인기를 위한 자율 시스템은 임무 목표, 임무 상황, 무인기의 상태를 기반으로, 목표 달성을 위해 현재 수행할 행동을 결정하는 의사결정 능력을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 지형 충돌 위험이 있는 저고도 운용, 방문 순서를 변경하지 않아야 하는 항로점 집합, 임무 대상 객체의 위치 불확실성 등 현실적인 제약조건 하에서 감시정찰 임무를 자율적으로 수행할 수 있는 의사결정 시스템과 이러한 특성을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있는 임무 정의를 제시한다. 제안한 의사결정 시스템을 Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation 환경에서 현실적인 임무 상황을 반영한 3종의 시나리오를 통해 검증한다. 무인기의 비행 경로와 임무 상황에서 의사결정 시스템이 선택한 행동을 시뮬레이션 결과로 제시하고, 그 결과를 논의한다.

Remodeling of apartment houses has been increasing recently and residents have chosen to extend the balcony along with the legalization of balcony extension in apartment houses. Balcony extension provides residents more space, however, it has been investigated that balcony extension increases construction cost, heating and cooling cost and decreases sound insulation performance. Therefore, this study focuses on developing a decision making index for residents in remodeling required apartment houses. The suggested methodology involves surveying actual residents, survey analysis by AHP and decision model development using logistic regression analysis.
