The Demands for Housing Regeneration of the Permanent Rental Apartment Dwellers - With Special Reference to Man-soo 7 Complex in Incheon - (영구임대아파트 거주자 주거지 정비 수요조사 연구 - 인천 만수주공 7단지 거주자를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to collect baseline data about the demands for housing regeneration of the permanent rental apartment dwellers. Self-administered questionnaires and interviews were provided to 144 dwellers in Incheon Man-soo 7 complex from 2008 December 29th to 31 st. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: frequency, t-test, and $\chi^2$-test. The main findings are as follows: 1. House repairing and papering is most common used service by respondents. They also have much need for economic support. 2. Residents were satisfied with general environment of house. This survey shows that the highest satisfaction was about using food waste disposal sites, and the lowest satisfaction was about soundproof facilities on the other hand, among the questions. 3. Dwellers wanted to remodeling such as bathroom, restroom, a flower garden, space of landscape architecture. More than half dwellers preferred to leave among themselves living at permanent rental apartment as it is. 4. There is important difference in the demands of housing regeneration as the family trait, and variables of those were nuclear family or elderly, handicapped-family.

Dynamic Response and Vibration Characteristics of an Isolation Rail Track under a Traveling Mass (주행질량하의 방진 궤도레일의 동적응답 및 진동특성)

  • This paper presents the dynamic response and the vibration characteristics for a rail-track supported by discrete springs and dampers. Recently, automatic conveyer system, rail-track, rack-master system demand the soundproof facilities and vibration suppression measures in order to satisfy the strict environmental standards. The equations of motions of the dynamic characteristics for a vibration suppression rail-track under a traveling mass were derived by Galerkin's mode summation method considering gravity, centrifugal force, Coriolis force, inertia force of the moving mass, transverse inertia of the rail-track. Also, numerical results were calculated by Runge-Kutta integration method. In order to investigate vibration characteristics and dynamic responses, modal testing and measurement of the responses of the rail-track were performed. Through the experiment and numerical simulations, numerical results have a good agreement with experimental ones.

Users' Satisfaction on the Dormitory of High School in Jeonju City (고등학교 기숙사 주거시설에 대한 사용자 만족도 - 개인공간 단위실을 중심으로 -)

  • This study was to find out users' satisfaction on the dormitory of high school in Jeonju City and to propose it's physical environmental improvement directions. This was performed by a questionnaire survey method, and the questionnaire was designed by researchers considering relative literatures. Data were collected from 200 students, who had been dwelling 4 high school dormitories in Jeonju City. By analyzing those data, findings were as follows: 1) Users of students were satisfied the whole of their dormitory; facilities, spaces, and living. 2) They were highly concerned about a library and a personal unit space in their dormitory. 3) They needed their personal unit space to be designed bedroom+bathroom type with 2 persons' sharing and be equipped one story bed and desk furniture. Also, they needed improvement on heating & cooling, small space and indoor air quality of unit space. 4) The users' satisfaction on unit space were 2.88, and their satisfaction of the technical factor was 2.71 that was the lowest score in them. And The functional factor was highly effected their satisfaction. 5) The space utility and the space size of functional factor, the soundproof, the heating/ventilation and the indoor quality of technical factor, and the privacy of behavior factor were highly correlative to their satisfaction of unit space.

  • Railway construction in the random vibration natural phenomena, as well as a relatively regular train loads for dynamic loads, such as a usability and safety should be ensured. Vibration due to train loads and seismic vibrations caused by wind compared to the typically very small in size, rather than the safety of the structure affects the usability. Recently in the downtown area, ground and underground facilities, such as a permanent facility that may cause excessive vibration increases, associated with the construction of these transportation facilities on ground vibrations of structures has been increasing concern and complaint. More recently, high-speed train vibration and noise due to furnace is increasing. In order to solve this problem, such as soundproof considering several feet, but by applying the vibration and noise reduction measures insufficient for the study is Free. In this study, track structure, track, and the inside of the building to support the system, the different forms of neurological history and share about the history cheonanahsan high-speed rail, if passed by the bus stop on the train loads of noise, and the history of interior noise and vibration measurement / analysis of measurement results to assess the relative comparison with the relevant provisions were reviewed. Based on this history, future plans for the design of the bridge to reflect the results of a study is intended to provide information. Waiting for the analysis of vibration and noise reduction, cheonanahsan history passed quietly in the train, on average, appeared to 67.53dB and 65.41dB nervous week on average, were measured with the history. An Analysis of Importance and Requirement Factors in the aspect of Facility Manager for Correctional Facility (교정시설에 대한 시설관리자 측면의 요구사항 도출 및 중요도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is an analysis of importance and requirement factors in the aspect of facility manager for correctional facility. For this study, It limited ranges of study in 11 correctional facilities that have been completed after 2000 years. It had survey and interview with managers of correctional facilities that are selected for study and then it derived the requirement factors of correctional facilities. Based on those requirement factors, Importance analysis is performed by using AHP method. The result of this study are as follows: 1) The fields are divided into architecture, building finishing, machinery, electricity fields and it derives details of each field. 2) The results of importance on requirements of managers in correctional facilities are as follows. Planing of building arrangement (10.9%) in architecture, secure plan for soundproof partition (14.1%) in building finishing, isolation lining of heating and cooling system(11.9%) in machinery, and improvement of control system(12.2%) in electricity.

The Evaluation of Connectivity between Natural Environment (Forests and Rivers) and Neighborhood Parks Inside Cities in Gyeonggi-do (도시 내 자연환경(산림, 하천)과 근린공원의 연결 현황 평가 및 연결방안)

  • In this research, the connectivity status between natural environment (forests and rivers) and urban parks in view of ecological networks in a city is evaluated and on the basis of these evaluation results, a future connectivity enhancing recommendations are suggested. As a result, the 96.8% of the connectivity role of the neighborhood parks were core or connected parks and as in terms of the ecological pattern on the outer park, 84.1% of the case neighborhood parks were connected to the ecological element at least one side. Therefore, it can be expected to play a role as corridor that enables the direct connection with the natural environment if the connection plan is well established. As a result of connectivity evaluation of the parks, inside of the parks had low ecological element overall and had low connectivity, outside of the parks had 1.5 times more of low connectivity parks than high connectivity parks, and had similar disconnections such as facilities(fence, soundproof walls, breast walls, etc.), developments(roads, apartment complexes, industrial complexes, etc.), or poor greens regardless of the neighborhood with the ecological elements. To increase the connectivity of ecological network, the cities already built shall secure primarily green territory where can connect with the isolated park due to the surrounding with the developing areas and when planning for new cities or residential complexes, it shall establish a connection plan with the nearby at the beginning.

  • The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has promulgated the mandatory design of BIM for road projects of more than 50 billion won by 2020 under the Basic Plan for the Sixth Construction Technology Promotion. As a result, major public clients are attempting to implement BIMs that are appropriate to the situation of each institution. On the other hand, it is difficult to design and construct a proper BIM and accumulate BIM information of the ordering organization because the technical guidelines and standard classification system that can perform BIM effectively have not been presented sufficiently. The characteristics of the road should be managed systematically, e.g., atypical objects, such as earthworks, which are constantly changing along a line; large objects, such as bridges and tunnels; and facilities, such as signs and soundproof walls. To achieve this, a multitude of standard systems should be developed and disseminated, but there have been insufficient studies on practical methods. To solve this problem, this study developed a BIM standard object classification system in the road sector to meet the international standard, accommodate a multi-dimensional information system, and provide a more effective BIM standard information environment that can be utilized easily by practitioners.
