Plasma-PVD법에 의해 제작한 Zn-Mg합금 박막의 특성 분석 (Properties Analysis of Zn-Mg Alloy Thin Films Prepared by Plasma Enhanced PVD Method)

  • (100-x)Zn xMg alloy films are prepared onto cold-rolled steel substrates; where x ranged from 0 to about 38 atomic %. The alloy films show microcrystalline and grain structures respectively, according to preparation conditions such as composition ratio of zinc and magnesium or gas pressures etc.. And X-ray diffraction analysis indicates not only the presence of Zn-Mg thin films with forced solid solution but also the one of $MgZn_2$ alloy films partly. In addition the influence of Mg/Zn composition ratio and morphology of the Zn-Mg alloy films on corrosion behavior is evaluated by electro-chemical anodic polarization tests in deaerated 3% NaCl solution. From this experimental results, all the prepared Zn-Mg alloy films showed obviously good corrosion resistance to compare with 99.99% Zn and 99.99% Mg Ingots for evaporation metal. It is thought that the Zn-Mg films with effective forced solid solution prepared by plasma enhanced PVD method, produces smaller and denser grain structure so that may improve the formation of homogeneous passive layer in corrosion environment.

酸素의 存在下와 無酸素下에서의 水溶液 및 固體 Glycylglycylglycine의 放射線分解 (Radiolysis of Oxygenated and Deoxygenated Glycylglycylglycine in Aqueous Solution and in the Solid State)

  • 蛋白質의 放射線分解의 기작을 밝히는 연구의 일환으로, 특히 peptide 結合의 분해의 기작을 구명하기 위하여 Glycylglycylglycine의 水溶液과 固體를 酸素의 존재하에서와 無酸素하에서 r 線을 조사하여 分解生成物을 여지크로마토그라프로 분리하였고, carbonyl 化合物과 amide를 각각 分光光度法과 微凉摘定法으로 정량하였으나 放射線障害를 평가하기 위하여 赤外線 spectrum과 紫外線 spectrum을 얻어 검토하였다. 水溶液과 固體에 있어서의 peptide 結合의 분해기작은 근본적인 차이가 있는 것으로 여겨지며, 전자에서는 월등하게 분해가 많이 일어난데 반해서 후자에서는 무시할 정도에 지나지 않았다. 한편, 水溶液의 경우 酸素의 유무에 따라 현저한 영향은 보이지 않았으나 無酸素하에서는 遊離基의 再結合이 일어나는 점이 특기할만 하였다. 水溶液에 있어서의 peptide 結合의 분해기구는 Garrison 一派가 주장한 기작에 의해서 일어나는 것이 분명하여 脫水素反應에 뒤이어 加水分解反應에 의해서 amide 와 carbonyl 이 생성되는 것으로 보이며, 固體의 경우도 $\\alpha$-炭素의 부위가 방사선의 공격을 가장 많이 받는 것으로 추정되나 그 정도는 미미한 것에 지나지 않는 것으로 생각되었다.

  • Cu-Co-Si based alloy has a strengthening mechanism for Co2Si intermetallic compounds deposited on the copper matrix after aging treatment and the solution treatment has a key influence on the strength and electrical conductivity of the final products. In this paper, the Cu-1.6%Co-0.38%Si alloy was fixed at the time and the solution treatment temperature was set at a temperature in the range of 800 to 950℃, and the change in mechanical properties was observed by fixing the temperature at 950℃ and changing the time. The microstructure was observed using an electron microscope and an optical microscope, and the changes in hardness, electrical conductivity, and bending workability after aging treatment were investigated. When the solution treatment time is less than 20 seconds, the solution treatment is not sufficient and the formation of precipitates contributing to the increase in hardness decreases and the hardness decreases after the aging treatment, and in more than 50 seconds, the hardness decreases due to the coarsening of the grains and the bending workability got worse.

  • Free radicals of lysozyme produced by $Ti-H_2O_2$ system were studied in aqueous solution at room temperature using ESR with a continuous flow-mixing. The spectra, each consisting of a doublet with 5.5 G splitting and a broad resonance covering 80 G splitting are closely similar in shape to that for solid irradiated in vacuum at $77^{\circ}K$ and observed at room temperature immediately on warming. The result is assumed to indicate that the secondary protein radical components formed within 0.01 second, dead time of the mixing chamber, and initiated by hydrogen atom abstraction at ${\alpha}$-carbon atom of peptide chain in liquid solution at room temperature are identical to those resulting from the initial formation of a mixture of positive holes and negative ions by ionization processes as well as radical fragments by the rupture of chemical bonds in the solid during similar time at the same temperature. A broad resonance is observed with considerable amplitude on the high field side of the doublet, which is quite dissimilar to the spectra of irradiated solid lysozyme. This resonance was tentatively attributed to the polypeptide free radical in which unpaired electrons are localized on side chain.

Octyldiinethyl p-aminobenzoate와 \brta -Cyclodextrin$의 포접화합물에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Inclusion Complexation of Octyldimethyl p-aminobengoate with \brta -Cyclodextrin$)

  • Inclusion complex formation of octyldimethl p-aminobenzoate with $\beta$-cyclodextrin in aqueous solution and in the solid state was studied by the solubility method, spectroscopic(UV, FT-lR) and X -ray diffractometry. The solid complex of octyldimethy p-aminobenzoate with $\beta$-cyclodextrin was obtained in molar ratio of 1 : 2(guest/host). A spatial relationship between host and guest molecule was clearly reflected in the magnitude of the apparent stability constant (K') and in the stoichiometry of the inclusion complex. Furthermore, a typical type Bs phase-solubility diagram was obtained for octyldimethyl p-aminobenzoate and p -cyclodextrin in water at $25^{\circ}C$. The results indicated that the solubility of the guest molecule was higher by the formation of $\beta$-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.

분무열분해 공정에 의한 폐액으로부터 니켈 페라이트 나노 분말 제조 (Manufacture of Nano-Sized Ni-ferrite Powder from Waste Solution by Spray Pyrolysis Process)

  • 본 연구에서는 새도우마스크 제조공정 중 발생되는 Fe-Ni 계 폐산용액을 효율적으로 재활용하기 위하여 폐산용액을 자체 제작한 분무열분해 system을 이용하여 분무열분해시킴에 의해 평균입도 100nm 이하의 니켈 페라이트($NiFe_2$$O_4$)나노 분발을 제조하였으며 반응온도, 용액의 농도 및 용액 유입속도의 반응인자들의 변화에 따른 생성된 분발의 특성변화를 파악하였다. 반응온도가 800∼$1100^{\circ}C$ 로 증가함에 따라 분무열분해 공정에 의해 생성된 분말의 평균입도가 현저히 증가하였고 점점 치밀한 조직을 나타내었으며 비표면적은 크게 감소하였다. 반응온도의 증가에 따라 니첼 페라이트 상의 생성비율 및 결정성이 증가하였다. 원료용액의 농도가 증가됨에 따라 분말의 평균입도는 점점 증가하고 비표면적은 감소하는 반면 입도분포는 더욱 불규칙하게 나타났다. 용액의 농도 증가에 따라 니켈 폐라이트 상의 생성비율 및 결정성은 현저히 증가하고 있었다. 용액의 유입속도 증가에 따라 분말들의 평균입도는 현저히 증가하고 비표면적은 감소하는 반면 입도분포는 불규칙하게 되며 조직의 치밀성도 감소하였다. 용액의 유입속도 감소에 따라 니켈 폐라이트 상의 결정성 및 생성비율이 현저히 증가하고 있었다.
