DCM 타설 지반에 관한 실내모형실험 (Experimental Study on Soft Ground with DCM Column)

  • 본 연구에서는 연약지반에 설치된 DCM 개량체의 개량효과를 개량형식에 따라 정량적으로 비교하기 위하여 일련의 실내모형 실험을 수행하였다. 즉, 무보강 및 3종류의 DCM 개량체 형식에 대한 상재하중 재하에 따른 지반 거동을 재현하고, 지반의 침하량 및 측방변위량을 분석함으로써 DCM 개량형식에 따른 연약지반의 거동을 평가하였다. 먼저, 모형지반에 대한 성토하중 재하시험 결과 무보강의 경우에는 작은 하중 증가에도 침하가 급격히 발생한 반면에, DCM 개량체가 적용된 경우에는 상대적으로 적은 침하가 발생하였다. 그리고 상재하중 증가에 따른 지반의 측방유동 거동을 분석한 결과, 무보강의 경우에는 작은 하중 증가에도 불구하고 측방변위가 크게 발생되었다. 그러나 DCM 개량체가 적용된 경우에는 상대적으로 적은 측방유동이 발생되었으며, 동일한 하중조건에 대한 측방유동 발생량의 크기는 말뚝식, 벽식, 격자식의 순으로 나타남을 확인하였다. 따라서 격자식 DCM 개량체가 적용된 경우가 측방유동에 대하여 우수한 지반개량효과를 나타낸 것으로 평가되었다.

  • In this paper, the operation principle of a bi-directional switch type resonant AC link snubber circuit was described, together with the practical design procedure, which employs in the proposed power module bridge package type resonant AC link snubber. The novel prototype of power module bridge package type resonant AC link snubber-assisted voltage type sinewave soft switching PWM inverter using IGBT power module was demonstrated herein. It was verified that both the auxiliary power switches in this resonant AC link snubber circuit and the main power switches commutate under the condition of soft switching commutation principle. In addition, the power losses of the new soft switching inverter treated here were analyzed by implementing the experimental data of the IGBT and diode v-i characteristics in addition to switching power loss characteristics into our original computer simulation software developed by the authors. Then, the voltage type sinewave soft switching PWM inverter was high efficiency than that of hard switching PWM inverter, along with performance operation waveforms. In the future, the comparative feasibility study of power module bridge type resonant AC link snubber and its related soft switching inverter in addition to the other types resonant snubber assisted soft switching inverter should be done from a practical point of view.

소프트 타입과 하드타입 하이브리드자동차의 연비 및 배출가스 특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of fuel economy and emissions of soft and hard type hybrid vehicles)

  • 본 논문은 현재 출시되어 있는 소프트타입의 현대 아반테 하이브리드자동차와 하드타입 방식의 도요다 프리우스 자동차를 대상으로 차대 동력계상에서 CVS-75 모드를 주행하면서 발생하는 배출가스특성과 연비특성을 실험적으로 분석하였다. 가솔린 차량에 비해 하이브리드 차량의 연비 및 배출가스 특성이 탁월하였으며 특히, 하드타입의 하이브리드 차량이 소프트타입의 차량에 비해 연비개선효과가 우수하게 나타났다.

A Ringing Surge Clamper Type Active Auxiliary Edge-Resonant DC Link Snubber-Assisted Three-Phase Soft-Switching Inverter using IGBT-IPM for AC Servo Driver

  • This paper presents an active auxiliary edge-resonant DC link snubber with a ringing surge damper and a three-phase voltage source type zero voltage soft-switching inverter with the resonat snubber treated here for the AC servo motor driver applications. The operation of the active auxiliary edge-resonant DC link snubber circuit with PWM voltage is described, together with the practical design method to select its circuit parameters. The three-phase voltage source type soft-switching inverter with a single edge-resonant DC link snubber treated here is evaluated and discussed for the small-scale permanent magnet (PM) type-AC servo motor driver from an experimental point of view. In addition to these, the AC motor stator current and its motor speed response for the proposed three-phase soft-switching inverter employing Intelligent Power Module(IPM) based on IGBTS are compared with those of the conventional three-phase hard-switching inverter using IPM. The practical effectiveness of the three-phase soft-switching inverter-fed permanent magnet type AC motor speed tracking servo driver is proven on the basis of the common mode current in a novel type three-phase soft-switching inverter-fed AC motor side and the conductive noise on the mains terminal interface voltage as compared with those of the conventional three-phase hard-switching inverter-fed permanent magnet type AC servo motor driver for the speed tracking applications.

  • This paper presents a novel prototype of tile three-phase bridge power block module type a auxiliary resonant AC link snubber circuit, which is effectively used for the three-phase voltage source type sinewave soft switching PWM inverter using IGBTs. Its operating principle Is described for current source load model, along with its practical design approach based on the simulation data. The performance evaluation of the three-phase voltage source type snewave soft switching PWM inverter incorporating a single three-phase bridge mo여le of active auxiliary resonant AC link snubber treated here Is illustrated, which is concerned with power duality efficiency power loss analysis. This inverter is discussed as compared with those of tile three-phase voltage source type sinewave hard switching PWM inverter. The power loss analysis of this soft switching PWM Inverter using IGBT power modules is evaluated on the basis of the measured v-i characteristics and switching power losses of IGBT, and antiparaliel diodes. The practical effectiveness of this inverter is proven by the power loss analysis for distributed power supply.

  • Secondary soft tissue injuries can occur from the pressure of the displaced fragment of posterior calcaneal tuberosity in calcaneal tongue-type fractures and calcaneal tuberosity avulsion fractures. The soft tissue injury can be prevented by immediate reduction of the displaced fragments. Various techniques can be used to fix the fracture fragments, but the stability of fixation and minimal invasiveness to soft tissue should be considered. This paper reports the successful outcomes of patients with soft tissue compromises in calcaneal tongue-type fractures and calcaneal tuberosity avulsion fractures. The fixation technique of a large cannulated screw and simple cerclage wiring is believed to be a useful surgical option for the treatment of secondary soft tissue compromised calcaneal fractures.

  • It is a well known fact that LCD is a central part of the IT industry which is important in the present and the future. But the biggest problem of LCD manufacturing is maintaining a cleaning room environment and administration. Therefore the purpose of this study is to first, prevent the yield depreciation and damage of products, and second, protect the worker ftom accidental electrostatic discharge during LCD manufacture. The soft x-ray ionizer is a type of electrostatic reducer device. It protects against electrostatic discharge in the cleaning room environment and is a necessary environmental factor during LCD production. The positive aspects of the soft x-ray are its shorter time and wider angle of exposure. But the negative aspect of the soft x-ray is its need for several shielding of protection from the harmful x-ray exposure. On this study, the development of the Air Nozzle-type ionizer to amend and refine some problems. For example, examined the electrostatic reduce device of a soft x-ray type and discovered the ion did not go inside well. also workers to be free from danger. An Air Nozzle-type ionizer is comprised of soft x-ray radiation and ionized air production. Air is injected through the nozzle after being ionized from radiation. It supplies air keeping the same pressure into the end foundation of ion production. The soft x-ray is the structure which radiates ionized air through the nozzle (21 holes) having micro holes of the ionizable radiation after ionizing the inside air by the ion production. A worker does not need a cover to protect against x-rays and the Air Nozzle-type ionizer is easy to set up and is more effective at eliminating electrostatic.

DCM으로 개량된 연약점토지반의 지반융기에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Ground Heave Characteristics of Soft Ground with DCM)

  • 본 연구에서는 DCM으로 개량된 연약점토지반에 관한 실내모형실험 결과를 바탕으로, DCM 개량 형식에 따른 연약점토지반의 융기량을 분석하였다. 즉, 무보강 및 3종류의 DCM 개량 형식에 대한 하중 재하에 따른 연약지반의 융기 특성을 평가하였다. DCM이 적용되지 않은 경우에는 4단계 하중조건에서부터 연약점토지반의 측방변형이 크게 증가하면서 미성토구간의 융기가 급격하게 발생하였다. 그리고 최종 하중단계에서의 융기량은 지표면의 인장파괴가 발생되었다. DCM 개량 형식에 따른 지반의 최대 융기량은 최종 하중단계에서 발생하였으며, 융기량의 크기는 말뚝식, 벽식 및 격자식 순으로 감소하였다. 특히, 격자식 개량체가 적용된 경우에는 최종 하중단계에서 재하부 지반의 극단적 파괴에도 불구하고, 지반 융기에 대한 억지효과가 매우 크게 나타났다. 또한 계측위치별 최대 융기량을 분석한 결과, LVDT-1의 위치에서 격자식은 말뚝식과 벽식에 비하여 각각 3.1% 및 1.6% 수준의 융기량을 보였고, LVDT-2의 위치에서는 각각 1.0% 및 2.1%의 융기가 발생하였다.

  • This paper concerns stress distribution of the soft golf clubs using FEM. The identification of the stress distribution of the soft golf clubs used the finite element method using ABAQUS. The soft golf clubs which were designated is a new golf clubs to keep a good health for the elderly. To design the soft golf clubs, we concerns two main purpose ; First, our efforts concentrate to reduce the weight of the soft golf clubs. We considers the change of material and geometry of the golf club‘s head and shaft. Second, it is to increase the size and shape of 'sweet spot' of the soft golf club’s head face. To accomplish this purpose, we made the various type of the soft golf club's head. In this paper, we simulates putter models of the soft golf clubs. The pre-processing which generates the mesh of the model used HyperMesh with geometry data by CATIA ver 5.0 This paper compares the stress distribution of putter type which was loaded.

DCM 배치 형상에 따른 연약지반 거동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Behavior Characteristics of Soft Ground by DCM Arrangement Type)

  • 본 연구에서는 DCM으로 보강된 연약지반의 거동특성을 평가하기 위하여, 모형실험결과를 이용하여 DCM 배치 형상에 따른 침하-측방변위, 침하-융기 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 모형지반의 지표면 누적 침하 거동은 DCM이 적용된 지반에서 상대적으로 침하가 적게 발생하였고, 격자식, 벽식, 말뚝식의 순으로 동일한 하중조건에서 침하량이 적게 발생한 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 경향은 측방변위량과 융기량에 대해서도 동일하게 나타난 것을 확인하였다. 연약지반의 침하와 측방유동의 관계를 분석한 결과, 기존 연구(Leroueil et al., 1990)와 유사한 거동을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. DCM 배치 형상에 따른 지반개량효과를 평가한 결과, 측방유동과 지반 융기에 대하여 격자식 보강이 벽식 및 말뚝식 보강에 비해 탁월한 지반개량효과를 보유한 것으로 평가되었다.
