  • This paper presents a buck circuit topology of high-frequency with a single switching device. It solved the problem which arised from hard-switching in high-frequency using a resonant snubber and operating under the principle of ZCS turn-on and ZVS turn-off commutation schemes. In the existing circuit, it has the voltage stress that is almost twice of input voltage in a free-wheeling diode. In the proposed circuit, it has the voltage stress that is lower than input voltage with modifing a location of free -wheeling diode. In this paper, it expained the circuit operation of each mode and analyzed feedback-loop stabilization. Also it confirmed the waveform of each mode with simulation result. The experiment result verified the simulation waveform and compared the voltage stress of a free -wheeling diode in the exsiting circuit with the voltage stress of that in the proposed circuit. Moreover, it compares and analyzes the proposed circuit's efficiency with the hard-switching circuit's efficiency according to the change of load current.

  • In this paper, we propose a FB ZVT(full bridge zero voltage transition) PWM OC~OC converter which uses a a saturable reactor, instead of two additional switches, to achieve zero voltage switching. The conventional h high frequency phase shifted FB ZVT PWM OC-OC converter has a disadvantage that a circulating current f flows through high frequency transformer and switching devices during the free-wheeling interval. Due to this c circulating current, conduction loss increases. In order to reduce such the loss as this, we propose circuit of r reducing conduction loss at the secondary side of transformer. The operation principles are explained in detail a and the several interesting simulations and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed circuit.

Can operate outer skin, steam by floor and correct incision of formation is available. Suture surgical operation is available to vein or lymph system and surgical operation region can dry and see as eye and radish bleeding surgical operation is available. Specially, stability of tube both end output about pulse by weight very, this research can cause various curative effect because can reduce bulk and control easily current wave style of medical laser using electric power conversion device of high frequency way. If introduce ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) or ZVZCS (Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switching), is more profitable because can reduce switching damage. Because electric power department of proposed medical laser can do stable soft-switching in wide subordinate extent introducing ZVZCS technique by the first help and control department composes microcontroller, output current waveform user have free form make Result that experiment because design and manufacture, brought result that improve of 20% than existing equipment, and will be bought to get into superior result if supplement as systematic late.

  • Ignition tests of an oxidizer rich preburner for a staged combustion cycle liquid rocket engine were performed to evaluate combustion performance. Design operation conditions of the tested oxidizer rich preburner are about 60 of OF ratio and 20 MPa of combustion pressure. The entire kerosene and some LOx injected into the mixing head is burned in combustion chamber and the remaining LOx injected through center holes of combustion chamber is vaporized. Full flow ignition method with hypergolic fuel was used. Each propellant was supplied in two stages for soft ignition. Test results, low frequency oscillation was occurred in low flow rate conditions under 45% of design flow rate. Stable ignition in the course of design combustion pressure was able to induce by minimization of low flow rate ignition region to escape low frequency oscillation.

  • An LC filter is required to reduce the output current ripple in the auxiliary resonant snubber inverter (ARSI) for high-performance applications. However, if the traditional control method is used in the ARSI with LC filter, then unnecessary current flows in the auxiliary circuit. In addressing this problem, a novel load-adaptive control that fully uses the filter inductor current ripple to realize the soft-switching of the main switches is proposed. Compared with the traditional control implemented in the ARSI with LC filter, the proposed control can reduce the required auxiliary current, contributing to higher efficiency and DC-link voltage utilization. In this study, the detailed circuit operation in the light load mode (LLM) and the heavy load mode (HLM) considering the inductor current ripple is described. The characteristics of the improved ARSI are expressed mathematically. A prototype with 200 kHz switching frequency, 80 V DC voltage, and 8 A maximum output current was developed to verify the effectiveness of the improved ARSI. The proposed ARSI was found to successfully operate in the LLM and HLM, achieving zero-voltage switching (ZVS) of the main switches and zero-current switching (ZCS) of the auxiliary switches from zero load to full load. The DC-link voltage utilization of the proposed control is 0.758, which is 0.022 higher than that of the traditional control. The peak efficiency is 91.75% at 8 A output current for the proposed control, higher than 89.73% for the traditional control. Meanwhile, the carrier harmonics is reduced from -44 dB to -66 dB through the addition of the LC filter.

  • This paper presents a high-frequency ZVS-PWM boost chopper-fed DC-DC converter with a single active auxiliary edge resonant snubber in the load-side which can be designed for power conditioners such as solar photovoltaic generation, fuel cell generation, battery and super capacitor energy storages. Its principle operation in steady-state is described in addition to a prototype setup. The experimental results of ZVS-PWM boost chopper-fed DC-DC converter proposed here, are evaluated and verified with a practical design model in terms of its switching voltage and current waveforms, the switching v-i trajectory, the temperature performance of IGBT module, the actual power conversion efficiency and the EMI of radiated and conducted emissions. And then discussed and compared with the hard switching scheme from an experimental point of view. Finally, this paper proposes a practical method to suppress parasitic oscillation due to the active auxiliary resonant switch at ZCS turn off mode transition with the aid of an additional lossless clamping diode loop, and reduced the EMI conducted emission in this paper.

  • This paper introduces the design and operational considerations for TBM tunneling in boulder bed which poses significant problems in terms of advance rate and machine wear. Managing these problems is difficult since normal soil investigation techniques do not accurately predict the presence and frequency of boulders. This has leads to considerable extra costs and delays during construction. In this paper, EPBM design and operational parameters, cutter wear characteristics and soil conditioning method in soft ground condition were studied and key successes were highlighted for future projects in similar ground condition.

  • Buck converter is considered to be one of the most widely used DC-DC converters due to its simple structure and high reliable performance. However, when it be combined with thin-film inductor, its own low inductance requires higher switching frequency in order to maintain optimum output ripple voltage and thus gives rise to extra switching losses. In view to overcoming such a technical in-convenience, soft switching fashion is suggested such as zero-voltage-switching of which an well known example is a Zero-Voltage-Switching clamp voltage(ZVS-CV) converter for which low inductance is imperatively required for ZVS operation. In order to support our suggestion, a 1W of ZVS-CV buck converter( Vo=3.3V, Iomax=0.3A, fs= 1.2MHz) is built by use of thin-film inductor, and then tested for comparing the measured efficiency between ours and conventional one. As the our results. the efficiency is improved about 2% at full load by the application of our concept.
