This study is the high contraction processing conditions set by the method of the CPB process. And the ultimate goal of this study is the high contraction of the CPB processing test method that can solve the problems of the high-contraction fabric processing method of the current jet dyeing machine. Non-coating process(CPB process) developed by the expression of a soft touch, light weight, functional and to develop excellent breathable nylon fabric. The nylon fabrics established the optimum processing conditions through the high contraction of the various test conditions, the CPB system.(The benzyl alcohol was used as the main constrictor.) At this time, the warp and weft contraction of nylon fabric was about 20%. And it established the constrictor concentration, the treatment temperature, time of a variety of tests. Also non-coating process(CPB process) can develop soft touch, lightweight, excellent air permeability. As a result, we developed a high contraction nylon fabric having a uniform surface. Manufactured fabric is used for Wind-proof and Down-proof.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of soft-start light curing on contraction stress and hardness of composite resin. Composite resin mold was cured using the one-step continuous curing method with three difference light sources; conventional halogen light curing for 40 seconds at $400\;mw/cm^2$, plasma arc light curing for 6 seconds at $1300\;mW/cm^2$ and LED light curing for 10 seconds at $7The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of soft-start light curing on contraction stress and hardness of composite resin. Composite resin mold was cured using the one-step continuous curing method with three difference light sources; conventional halogen light curing for 40 seconds at . For the soft-start curing method ; 2 seconds light exposure at $650\;mW/cm^2$ followed by 3 seconds at $1300\;mW/cm^2$ and exponential increase with 5 seconds followed by 10 seconds at $700\;mW/cm^2$ were used. Contraction stress was measured using strain gauge method and Vickers hardness was measured 24 hours after polymerization at the top and bottom of specimens. Resin-acrylic interfaces were observed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results of present study can be summarized as follows: 1. Contraction stresses at 10 min after polymerization were significantly reduced with the soft-start curing both in plasma and LED light sources(P<0.05). 2. Plasma light curing with soft-start resulted in not only the lowest contraction stress, but also the lowest hardness(P<0.05) 3. LED light curing with soft-start showed lower contraction stress than the one-step continuous halogen and LED light curing(P<0.05). 4. Microhardness of specimens cured by LED light with soft-start was equivalent to that of cured by the one-step continuous halogen and LED light(P>0.05). 5. Curing by LED light with soft-start and conventional halogen light resulted in better marginal sealing than plasma light and one-step LED light curing.

Effect of Soft-start curing on the contraction stress of composite resin restoration polymerized with LED and plasma curing unit The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of soft-start light curing on contraction stress and hardness of composite resin. Composite resin (Filtek $Z-250^{TM}$, 3M ESPE, USA) was cured using the one-step continuous curing method with three difference light sources ; conventional halogen light ($XL3000^{TM}$, 3M ESPE, USA) cure for 40 seconds at $400 mw/cm^2$, LED light (Elipar Freelight $2^{TM}$, 3M-ESPE, USA) cure for 20 seconds at $800\;mW/cm^2$ a and plasma arc light ($Flipo^{TM}$, LOKKI, France) cure for 12 seconds at $1300 mW/cm^2$. For the soft-start curing method ; LED light (Elipar Freelight $2^{TM}$, 3M-ESPE, USA) cure exponential increase with 5 seconds followed by 17 seconds at $800\;mW/cm^2$ and plasma arc light ($Flipo^{TM}$, LOKKI, France) cure 2 seconds light exposure at $650\;mW/cm^2$ followed by 11 seconds at $1300\;mW/cm^2$. The strain guage method was used for determination of polymerization contraction. Measurements were recorded at each 2 second for the total of 800 seconds including the periods of light application. Obtained data were analyzed statically using Repeated measures ANOVA, One way ANOVA, and Tukey test. The results of present study can be summarized as follows: 1. Composite resin restoration showed transient expansion just after irradiation of curing light. Contraction stress was increased rapidly at the early phase of polymerization and reduced slowly as time elapsed (P<0.05). 2. Contraction stress was not revealed significant difference between Halogen curing light groups and LED and Plasma Light curing with soft-start group (P>0.05). 3. LED and Plasma Light curing with soft-start showed lower contraction stress than the one-step continuous light curing (P<0.05).

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the polymerization contraction and the microhardness of compostie resin($Supreme^{(R)}$, Filtek $Flow^{(R)}$, 3M-ESPE, USA) according to irradiation modes of LED curing unit(Elipar $Freelight^{(R)}$, 3M-ESPE, USA). The strain guage method was used for determination of polymerization contraction. Sample were divided by 6 groups according to curing modes and filling method. Group A: $Supreme^{(R)}$, Filtek $Flow^{(R)}$ lining, 10seconds curing, Group B: $Supreme^{(R)}$, Filtek $Flow^{(R)}$ lining, 15seconds curing, Group C: $Supreme^{(R)}$, Filtek $Flow^{(R)}$ lining, 15seconds soft start curing, Group D: $Supreme^{(R)}$ only, 10seconds curing, Group E: $Supreme^{(R)}$ only, 15seconds curing, Group F: $Supreme^{(R)}$ only, 15seconds soft start curing. Preparations of acrylic molds were followed by filling and curing. Strain guage attached to each sample were connected to a strainmeter. Measurements were recorded at each second for the total of 10 minutes including the periods of light application. And microhardness of each group after 24hours from light irradiation were measured. Obtained data were analyzed statistically using Repeated measures ANOVA and Tukey test. The results of the present study are as follows: 1. In flowable resin liner group, soft start curing group was not found decrease of polymerization contraction. But, In Supreme only filling group, the lowest polymeriation contraction was found in soft start curing group. 2. 10 seconds curing group showed statistically significant reduction of polymerization contraction compared with 15 seconds curing group(p<0.05). 3. The microhardness values of each group not revealed significant difference(p>0.05). But, lower surface microhardness was not reached 80% of upper surface microhardness.
The purpose of this study is to report the treatment effects of Korean medicine for patients with lateral epicondylitis. This study was done on 12 cases of patients with lateral epicondylitis who visited in Korean Medicine Clinic of Ganghwa-gun Public Health Care Center. We used muscle contraction/relaxation strengthen technique, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), acupuncture on patients and mesured numerical rating scale (NRS), pain disability index (PDI), and grip strength test to evaluate treatment effects. Among twelve patients, eleven cases showed decreasing in NRS and all cases showed decreasing in PDI. Ten cases showed increasing in grip strength test. Korean medical treatments including muscle contraction/relaxation strengthen technique and IASTM are thought to be one of the effective treatment for patients with lateral epicondylitis.
Electromyographic studies of the cricopharyngeus muscle using hooked wire electrodes were performed in thyroidectomized patients. The shape of the cricoid cartilage and soft tissue thickness in the postcricoid area were evaluated during pitch elevation and pitch lowering using conventional neck lateral films. The cricopharyngeus muscle simultaneously activated in the initial task of speech and continuously activated. Its activity lessened in the interrogative stress contrast of sentence terminals and increased in the pitch lowered contrast of sentence terminal. On the radiologic findings the cricoid cartilage was tilted backward during high pitched phonation and tilted forward during low pitched phonation. The soft tissue thickness of postcricoid area was thicker at the low pitch than at high pitch. At low pitch the cricoid cartilage paralleled along the vertebral column. This result suggests that the bulging of cricopharyngeus muscle in contraction induce a thickened the postcricoid area thickened, and exert pressure anteriorly exerted on the cricoid cartilage. This contraction of the cricopharyngeus muscle may result in shortening the vocal fold and lowering pitch.

The fundamental aim of the proposed work is to introduce the concept of soft rectangular b-metric spaces, which involves generalizing the notions of rectangular metric spaces and b-metric spaces. Furthermore, an investigation into specific characteristics and topological aspects of the underlying generalization of metric spaces is conducted. Moreover, the research establishes fixed point theorems for mappings that satisfy essential criteria within soft rectangular b-metric spaces. These theorems offer a broader perspective on established results in fixed point theory. Additionally, several congruous examples are presented to enhance the understanding of the introduced spatial framework.
Viscose rayon has advantages such as vivid luster, good dyeability, low static electricity, good absorbance and good spinnability but also has flaws such as easy crease and decrease of physical properties when it gets wetting, and it requires dry cleaning. Therefore in order to synthesize the polymer to solve the problems of rayon while keeping the advantages of it, this study made the high specific gravity polyester for ultra drape property and high contraction polyester for rayon-like fiber having volume, soft and warm sense. The polyester with high specific gravity, 1.47 was made by adding 7 wt% of $BaSO_4$ as additive. High contraction polyester was made by copolymerization by using IPA 5 mole% to increase the amorphous region as comonomer and also using Newpol BPE-20(NPE) 1.5 wt% not to decrease the properties.

This paper proposes a new concept of a soft and wearable upper-limb exoskeleton. A novel actuation principle, called the twisted string actuation principle, is implemented to make it lightweight, soft, and therefore easily wearable. Its power transmission mechanism and harness are designed to be soft and wearable, yet have enough control accuracy for rehabilitation. In addition to force transmission optimization, a speed enlargement mechanism is newly introduced in order to increase the contraction speed of the twisted string actuation mechanism by sacrificing the unnecessarily large gear reduction ratio of the twisted string mechanism. A prototype has been tested for mirroring therapy, and the feasibility of the proposed mechanism has been shown through a sufficiently accurate tracking performance.

Facial asymmetry is found in patients with or without cosmetic facial alterations. Some patients have facial asymmetry that manifests underlying skeletal problems, while others have only limited soft-tissue facial asymmetry. Orthognathic surgery brings about a dermatic change, as soft tissue covers underlying bones. Limited soft-tissue asymmetry, meanwhile, is difficult to correct. The treatment modalities for the creation or restoration of an esthetically pleasing appearance were autogenous fat grafts, cartilage graft, and silicon injections. A young female patient had right-side facial asymmetry. The clinical assessment involved visual inspection of the face and palpation to differentiate soft tissue and bone. Although the extra-oral examination found facial asymmetry with skin atrophy, the radiographic findings revealed no mandibular atrophy or deviation. She was diagnosed as localized scleroderma with muscle spasm. In conclusion, facial asymmetry patients with skeletal asymmetry can be esthetically satisfied by orthognathic surgery; however, facial atrophy patients with skin or subdermal tissue contraction need treatment by cosmetic dermatological surgery and orthodontic correction.
