일상 브이로그의 정보 속성과 출연자 유형에 따른 시청 몰입 및 자기향상 태도의 차이 (The Effects of Information Types and Players in Everyday Vlogs on Viewers' Empathy, Social Presence and Self-Enhancement)

  • 일상을 기록하는 동영상 브이로그가 온라인 소통의 주요한 영상 콘텐츠 양식이 되고 있는 현 시점에, 본 연구는 이러한 온라인 영상의 이용이 시청 몰입 심리 및 자기향상 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 했다. 일상 공유를 통한 온라인 플랫폼 생산자 논의 및 자기결정성 이론을 바탕으로, 유튜브 브이로그의 정보 속성별 그리고 출연자 유형별 영향의 차이를 살펴보았다. 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 자료의 분석 결과, 정보 속성(일과기록형 vs. 심층정보형) 및 출연자 유형(일반인 vs. 연예인)에 따른 유의미한 영향이 발견되었다. 일과기록형에 비해 심층정보형 영상을 시청할수록, 연예인 출연에 비해 일반인 출연 영상을 시청할수록, 수용자의 감정이입, 사회적 실재감 등의 시청 몰입이 높아졌으며, 자기성찰, 심리적 힘돋우기 등의 자기향상 태도 역시 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

블렌디드 러닝 수업전략과 플립러닝 수업전략이 대학생의 사회적 실재감과 집단 응집력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Blended Learning Instructional Strategies and Flipped-Learning Instructional Strategies on Undergraduate Students' Social Presence and Group Cohesion)

  • 본 연구는 일반적 블렌디드 러닝 수업 전략과 플립러닝 수업전략이 대학생의 사회적 실재감과 집단응집력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 탐색하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산 소재 A대학교의 교육공학 관련 과목을 수강하는 91명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 대상자는 2개의 실험집단(일반적 블렌디드 러닝 수업전략 집단, 플립러닝 수업전략 집단)에 소속되어 총 8주간에 걸쳐 팀 기반 학습 활동에 참여하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 플립러닝 수업전략을 활용한 집단이 일반적 블렌디드 러닝 수업전략을 활용한 집단보다 대학생의 사회적 실재감 향상에 더욱 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 플립러닝 수업전략을 활용한 집단이 일반적 블렌디드 러닝 수업전략을 활용한 집단보다 대학생의 집단응집력 향상에 더욱 긍정적인 효과를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 블렌디드 학습 환경에서 플립러닝 수업전략을 활용할 시 고려해야 할 주요 구성요소를 확인하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 데 시사점이 있다.

메타버스 플랫폼 서비스의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Intention to Continuous Use Metaverse Platform Service)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention to continue using the metaverse platform service from the user's point of view. Methods: The study conducted a survey of experienced people using Zepeto, Ifland, Gather Town, Zep, Roblox, Fortnite, and Minecraft, which are virtual world types among metaverse types, and valid 415 data were analyzed by SPSS (ver 22.0) and R (ver 4.1.0) program packages. Results: As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that interactivity and social presence among the characteristics of metaverse affected expectation confirmation, and sensory affordance and functional affordance affected expectation confirmation as affordance factors. In addition, all four characteristics of metaverse, reliability, playfulness, interactivity, and social presence, were found to have the greatest affect on perceived usefulness, and it was analyzed that playfulness, social presence, and reliability were influenced in order. The affordance factor was also found to have a positive effect on physical affordance, sensory affordance, and functional affordance. This study was found that it had a positive effect on the relationship between expectation confirmation and satisfaction and the relationship between perceived usefulness and satisfaction. satisfaction was analyzed to lead to continuance intention. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it examines the perspective of users who can be called customers of metaverse platform services. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to have a significant effect on the development of metaverse platform services not only on platform operators that provide metaverse platform services but also on providers who plan events and education using metaverse platform services.

장애노인의 삶의 만족도 영향요인 연구 (Study on Factors Affecting Life Satisfaction of the Disabled Seniors)

  • 본 연구는 장애노인의 실태를 통해 제 특성을 파악하고 전반적인 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지 검증하여 장애노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 제언을 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 한국보건사회연구원이 수행한 2014년 장애인실태조사 원 자료를 활용하였으며 분석대상은 65세 이상 장애노인 3,181명이다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술통계를 제시하고 삶의 만족도 영향요인 분석을 위해 로지스틱회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 성별, 연령, 배우자유무(인구학적 요인), 가구소득, 주택소유여부, 수급자여부, 공적연금 가입여부, 사회적 차별정도(사회 경제적 요인), 장애정도, 주관적 건강상태, 일상생활 도움필요정도, 일상생활 도와주는 사람유무, 도움충분여부, 혼자외출가능여부, 교통수단이용 어려움 여부, 건강검진여부(장애 및 건강요인)가 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 이러한 분석결과에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 장애노인 중 취약계층인 독거장애노인에 대한 돌봄서비스 등 집중적인 관심과 지원, 공 사적연금 등 다양한 소득보장을 위한 제도적 보완, 장애차별에 대한 사회적 인식 및 환경개선, 보건의료서비스 지원 및 건강관리체계 마련, 장애인복지와 노인복지의 통합적 서비스 제공, 보건과 복지의 통합적 서비스 제공 등을 제언하였다.

이러닝의 특성과 유용성이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influential Factors of Intention to Continued Use of e-Learning)

  • Why does e-Learning service for individuals remain in the early development stage? To find the answers of this question, we adopted usefulness and intention to continued use as dependent variables based on technology acceptance model and inferred convenience, cost-effectiveness, social presence, interactivity, concentration, and procrastination as independent variables based on literature review and interview with e-Learning users. Convenience and cost-effectiveness of e-Learning tend to enhance usefulness and/or intention to continued use, while lack of social presence, interactivity, and concentration of e-Learning and academic procrastination tend to hinder usefulness and/or intention to continued use. To prove this research model, we used a data set collected from the survey. The respondents of survey were the undergraduate students who used voluntarily e-Learning. Data analysis was conducted using 275 respondents by partial least square. The analysis result of causal relation indicated that convenience and cost-effectiveness influenced both usefulness and intention to continued use, and that cost-effectiveness and concentration influenced only intention to continued use. But, interactivity and procrastination did not influence usefulness and intention to continued use.

항공과 대학생들의 실시간 온라인 원격수업의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 후기수용모델을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Factors Affecting Continuance Intention to Use of Online Distance Learning of Airline Department Collegue Students : Focused on Post-Acceptance Model)

  • Due to spread of covid-19, which began in December 2019, the usage of online distance learning has expanded within colleges. However, because of the lack of readiness for running online distance learning, professors and students had to experience a lot of inconvenience. In the near future, the usage of online distance learnig is expected to more expand, thus, it seems that there should be a strategies for sustainable online learning operations. This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the continuance intention to usage of online distance learning of airline department students, focused on Post-Acceptance Model. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized a structural equation model after collecting 136 survey data. The results is as follow; First, user interface has positive impact on confirmation and confirmation has positive impact on satisfaction of online distance learning. Seconds, confirmation has positive impact on perceived usefulness, flow and social presence. Third, social presence has positive impact on satisfaction of online distance learning, but perceived usefulness and flow didn't have statistically meaningful impact on satisfaction. Finally, statisfaction of online distance learning has huge positive impact on continuance intention to usage. It is expected that the implications of this study enable colleges effectively to run online distance learning in preparation for the post-covid 19 era.

라이브 커머스의 특성이 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향 -정교화 가능성 모델을 중심으로- (The Effects of Characteristics of Live Commerce on Consumer Responses -Focusing on Elaboration Likelihood Model-)

  • This study examines the impact of live commerce characteristics on customer responses in the ELM perspective. Based on ELM, the central route is composed of information completeness, accuracy, and currency, and the peripheral route is composed of streamer credibility, streamer reputation, social presence, and system quality. An online survey of female customers aged 20 to 49 who have purchased beauty products through live commerce within the past three months was conducted. The results demonstrate that information completeness and information currency exert significant impact on perceived usefulness and enjoyment. Social presence and system quality also exert significant impact on perceived usefulness and enjoyment. Moreover, perceived usefulness and enjoyment had significant impact on behavioral intention. The effect of information completeness on perceived usefulness and enjoyment was much stronger for high product involvement groups. Furthermore, the effect of streamer reputation on perceived enjoyment was much stronger for high product involvement groups. In contrast, the effect of social presence on perceived usefulness and enjoyment was much stronger for low product involvement groups. This study suggests theoretical implications for applying ELM to live commerce and practical implications for differentiated live commerce marketing strategies.

The Information Distribution Role of Facebook in Universities

  • Purpose: The paper employs the theory of planned behaviour, social identity theory, social presence theory, and social exchange theory to propose a model for using the social media platform Facebook in distributing information in universities. Research design, data and methodology: Data were obtained from 618 students at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) in Vietnam. The study used structural equation modeling in SPSS and the statistical analysis software AMOS version 24 to explore the information distribution role of Facebook. Results: Findings reveal that subjective norms and social presence play a key role in driving students to use Facebook for studying. In addition, university administrators can boost student satisfaction and academic achievement through Facebook. Interestingly, students who strongly identify with the brand name of the university have a strong connection with the university are more likely to engage in behaviors supportive toward the university. Conclusions: These findings show that Facebook had played a key information distribution role in universities. Thus, the study provides the executive board of the university and teachers can gain new understanding of why students employ Facebook for studying as well as capitalize on the platform to improve several operational metrics such as brand identification, student satisfaction, and academic achievement.

소셜 지능로봇의 특성이 만족과 사용의도에 미치는 영향: 1인 가구 소셜 지능로봇 사용자를 중심으로 (The Effect of Characteristics of Social Intelligence Robots on Satisfaction and Intention to Use: Focused on User of Single Person Households)

  • Purpose: This study focused on the societal changes associated with the entry into an ultra-aged society and the increase in single-person households. The core objective of this research is to investigate how social intelligent robots can bring about positive changes in the lives of individuals in single-person households and how such changes influence user satisfaction and the intention to use these robots. Methods: The study employed a cross-sectional analysis using a structural equation model. A survey designed to assess the impact of social intelligent robots' characteristics, such as perceived encouragement, empathy, presence, appearance, and attachment, on user satisfaction and usage intentions was conducted. Data were collected from a total of 335 users and analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: In the characteristics of social intelligent robots for single-person households, it was found that empathy, presence, and attachment significantly influenced satisfaction, while perceived encouragement, empathy, and attachment significantly influenced usage intentions. The research results indicate differences between enhancing user satisfaction and increasing the intention to use social intelligent robots. The findings suggest the essential need for a user-centric approach in the design and development of social intelligent robots. Additionally, it was observed that emotional support plays a crucial role in users' experiences with social intelligent robots. Conclusion: This study verified the impact of social intelligent robots on satisfaction and usage intentions based on users' experiences. It examined the influence of linguistic, visual, and personal characteristics of robots on user experiences, providing insights into how technological and human aspects of social intelligent robots interact to shape user satisfaction and usage intentions. Consequently, the study confirmed that social intelligent robots can bring positive changes to human life, emphasizing the necessity for the advancement of robot technology in a human-centric direction.

온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 사용자의 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증 연구 (Identifying Factors Affecting Chatbot Use Intention of Online Shopping Mall Users)

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰 사용자들의 챗봇 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 문헌 연구에 바탕을 두고 응대 정확성, 개인화 수준, 지능성, 친밀성, 사회적 실재감, 개인정보 위험이 사용자들이 챗봇을 확대하여 사용하거나 반대로 챗봇 사용을 축소 또는 포기하려는 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 가설을 설정하였다. 온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 사용자들을 대상으로 한 300부의 설문을 회수하여 변수들의 신뢰성과 타당성을 분석하였다. 다중회귀분석을 통해 개인화 수준, 지능성, 사회적 실재감, 개인정보 위험이 활용 확대 의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것을 검정하였다. 또한 응대 정확성과 개인정보위험이 활용 축소/포기 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 챗봇을 설계하고 관리하는데 소비자의 활용 확대 또는 활용 축소/포기에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 제시함으로써 실무적인 시사점이 있다. 기능적인 측면에서는 개인화 수준이 높고 지능성이 높을수록 챗봇 활용을 확대하려는 의도에 영향을 주고 응대 정확성이 낮을 경우 챗봇 활용을 포기/축소하려는 의도를 증가시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 감성적 측면에서는 친밀감과 사회적 실재감이 있는데 친밀감이 활용 확대 의도 또는 축소/포기 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설은 기각되었고 사회적 실재감은 활용 확대 의도에만 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 개인정보 위험의 경우 확대의도와 축소/포기 의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.
