After the time, there were critics of existing social work practice by feminist, increase in interest of women's issues, development of principles and methods in feminist social work practice. Feminist social work practice brought, transformative change, application of gender perspectives to social work practice. Also, it offered the visions for 'integrative practice', accepted the alternative principles and methods, and enriched 'theory-practice'. As the result, feminist social work practice contributed to solving or alleviating the problems of many clients, especially women clients. • Why illegal digital contents sharing happens? This study pays attention to the fact that file sharing is an exchanging behavior between people and it is expanding despite of an illegal behavior and proposes that it is necessary for the phenomenon to be understood from social cultural point of view beyond a personal dimension. Based on the social exchange theory, this study demonstrates effects of file sharing attitudes and continuity, regarding 'group norm', 'popular demand', 'reciprocity' and 'social solidarity' as main factors. The main findings of this study are as followed;- First, it is shown that a tacit agreement of a group on file sharing is a determinant of positive attitude to file sharing and the intent of continual file sharing. Second, it is not found that the social relationship factors that are regarded as potential influential factors on file sharing attitude have effects on file sharing behavior, except for 'group norm'. Unlike previous studies, the results may come from the fact that this study deals with an illegal behavior. The third finding indicates a structural relationship between social relationship factors. When members of a group have more amicable attitude to file sharing including silence or a tacit agreement on file sharing, more people ask illegal sharing of files that they need. Such public demand creates expectation of reciprocity. As reciprocity maintains, social connectedness is strengthened. Then, strong social connectedness escalates the intent to maintain file sharing. It is important to notice that this study promotes understanding of how digital contents sharing happens by structuring and demonstrating influential relationship between characteristic factors of the social relationship.

  • The purpose of this study is to apply to the phenomenological self-evaluation method in the social welfare agency. It means that the phenomenological self-evaluation method accepts "the reality" which occurs in the social welfare setting, and functions for the social worker to play dual role of practitioner-evaluator. This paper examines two dimensions of social work evaluation theory and practice. Firstly, this study is to investigate a trend of evaluation in social work setting, and seeks theoretical aspect of phenomenological self-evaluation method, with emphasis on the strength and limit of the positivism evaluation methods. Although qualitative evaluation was suggested to make an alternative to the positivism by qualitative researchers, they did not suggest the specific methods and roles of the practitioner-evaluator. In this study, two directions of the phenomenological self-evaluation method are suggested to overcome the limitations. which are "environment-relation self-evaluation" and "program-oriented self-evaluation". Secondly, the result of phenomenological self-evaluation studies for the social welfare community center program and organization in kangnam district from June, 1994 (Program-oriented self-evaluation) to march, 2000 (Environment-relation self-evaluation) are presented. the phenomenological self-evaluation study showed the expected outcome such as; reflective self-training, making a practice knowledge, enhancing service quality, and reinforcing the identity of social welfare profession.
