Design and Implementation of a Service Platform that Recommends the Optimal Shortest Distance as a Patrol Route

  • Recently, interest in living safety and crime prevention is increasing. The reality is that most women have anxiety about social safety and ultimately want a safe return to home. As a result of these issues, the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the National Police Agency are implementing various services to alleviate them. However, there are limitations such as that the service can be used only during a limited time or the process of checking whether the patrol is really completed is complicated. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a service platform that overcomes these limitations and suggests the best and shortest patrol route to the police based on the desired patrol location applied by citizens. It is designed based on the MVC pattern, and the functions are divided for each user. It is hoped that the platform will reduce crime rates and allow citizens to ultimately return home with peace of mind. Also we expect that the police will ablet to find places where they did not know about or need to patrol with more attention through the recommended route of the platform, which will be helpful in their task.

반환공여구역(캠프마켓) 활용을 위한 네트워크 거버넌스 모형 연구 (A Study on the Network Governance Model Using the Returned Area(Camp Market))

  • Based on the theory of network governance, this study aims to establish a n'work governance model and present strategic measures for the use of return donor zones. In a network society, it is difficult for the government to handle complex problems alone, so close cooperation between related agencies has become important. After the return of the USFK base, most of the policies established by the government have not been carried out smoothly, so it is necessary to introduce cooperative network governance.Accordingly, technical statistics were analyzed for camp market business institutions to examine the centrality and structure of network relations (information sharing relationship, idea exchange relationship, civil complaint sharing relationship). As a result of the analysis, the Camp Market Division of Incheon City had the most central role and great influence in the camp market, which was maintained even when the time changed. Currently, it is in the form of a vertical network centered on local governments, but in the future, a horizontal network is suitable to strengthen cooperative relations and must be systematically managed around managers.

인터넷 위험지각 집단의 의복추구혜택, 인터넷 쇼핑태도 및 구매의도 (The internet perceived risk segments: clothing benefits sought, internet shopping attitude, and internet purchase intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the internet perceived risk segments in regard to clothing benefits sought, internet shopping attitude, and internet purchase intention. The subjects used for the study were 210 male and 338 female college students. The internet perceived risk consisted of size/defect risk, social psychological risk, privacy risk, delivery risk, and price risk. The clothing benefits sought had impression improvement, fashion, individuality, figure flaws compensation, and comfort factors. The results showed that consumers were segmented by four groups based on internet perceived risk factors : 1) privacy risk group, 2) size risk group. 3) low risk group, and 4) price/social psychological risk group. The four segmented groups differed in regard to clothing benefits sought, internet shopping attitude, and internet purchase intention. For example, in regard to clothing benefits sought, the price/social Psychological risk group sought fashion more than other groups. The low risk group considered figure flaws compensation benefit less important than other groups. Concerning internet shopping attitude, the low risk group had more favorable altitude toward trust, safety, diversity, exchange/return attributes of internet shopping than other groups. The privacy risk group had more favorable attitude toward convenience and price attributes of internet shopping. Regarding internet purchase intention, the low risk group had higher intention to purchase formal, casual, and sportswear. The size risk group had higher intention to purchase fashion accessories. Further group differences and implications of the results were discussed.

  • The patients with a central nervous impediment and a sequela caused by a Stroke are continuously increasing, and the burden of family and society for Stroke patients are also increasing. Since Stroke patients are required to receive a long time medical treatment and care. It adds a economical burden as well as a mental and physical burden of patient's family. In addition, it is a primary factor which deepens the disparity of medical resources in social aspect. But the social concern for these patients are very insufficient and are entirely left to the patient's family The mediation of Skilled Nursing Facility for Stroke patients enable to receive more special and proper medical treatment and recuperation service in the middle of time when they return to home from hospital. It also contributes to the settlement of the charge of patient's family and the serious disparity of medical resources. Therefore, this study will summon the social understanding of the necessity of Skilled Nursing Facilities through the above debate.

통일 이후 북한주민 안정화를 위한 토지처리 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Land Action Plan for Stabilization of the North Korea after Reunification)

  • 본 연구는 남북한 통일을 대비하여 준비하고 있는 과제 중 북한지역에 있는 토지에 대한 관리 및 운영 실태를 파악하여 북한지역의 사회적 혼란과 경제적 손실을 최소화하고 주민의 기본적인 삶의 보장과 사회보장, 생활의 계속성 유지 등 북한 주민들의 인간다운 생활 안정화를 위하여 토지처리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 북한 지역의 토지 처리방안으로 전(前) 소유자에 대한 소유권을 인정하지 않고 재국유화하여 통일 후 일정기간 동안은 토지 소유권을 국가가 보유하고 현재 점유, 이용하고 있는 토지는 북한 주민에게 분배하여 토지이용권을 설정해주고 이후 사(私)토지소유권으로 전환될 수 있는 방향으로 개편하여 사용권을 점진적으로 사유화하는 방안을 제시했다.

철도종사자의 사회 재난 적응 경험: 1977년 이리역 폭발 사고를 중심으로 (Social Disaster Adaptation Experiences of Railroad Workers: Focused on the Iri Station Explosion of 1977)

  • Purpose: The Iri station explosion that occurred in 1977 was a major social disaster in Korea, caused by a fire in a train equipped with explosives. The purpose of this study was to investigate the social disaster adaptation experiences of railroad workers. Methods: This study was based on qualitative research using phenomenological methodology. Participants were six railroad workers who experienced the Iri station explosion. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with individual workers from March to June, 2018. The data analysis method was based on Colaizzi's approach. Results: Experiences of railroad workers were categorized into 12 themes and the following 6 theme clusters: (1) Anxiety due to the extreme vibration and crash, (2) Terror regarding the horrible situation that one cannot face, (3) Anger about the cause of the explosion and a sense of relief about survival, (4) Confusion regarding different rumors, (5) Various efforts to return to daily life, and (6) Trauma that continues to exist. Conclusion: The findings of this study recommend that railroad organizations and managers should pay attention to enhance disaster preparedness and develop organizational disaster coping guidelines for members. The results of this study can help us to better understand the various aspects of the Iri station explosion of 1977.

The Role of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Relationship between Financial Performance and Company Value

  • This study investigates the company value determinant by observing the effect of financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its role in moderating performance achievement. The macro-economy variables such as inflation and interest rate are also used as the controlling variable. This research employs the sample of manufacturing companies of the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used panel data from 2013 to 2017, with the moderating regression analysis. The result shows that the profitability of the current or previous period affects the company's value. CSR and company size affect the company value at the next period shows that stock price, which reflects the investor's perception today, will be affected by the CSR, Size, and Return On Asset of the previous year. CSR also shows that it can be the substitute for profitability since a company that performs CSR is the one that has a good performance. The regression moderating model and the profitability of the previous period have a higher explanatory power than the higher R square value in explaining company value.

A Necessary Condition for A Happy Family: Propositions for Parent Safety Training of Infants and Toddlers

  • This study has focused on the transfer of infants and Toddlers-protecting responsibilities from families to infants and Toddlers education agencies due to an increase of a double-income family and nuclear family. It is because there is insufficient safe play space from the moment when infants and Toddlers return from infants and Toddlers education agencies to home due to a high crowding of housing and increase of vehicle, and there can be difficulties to take responsibilities of infants and Toddlers safety with a mere recognition and effort of parent. Thus, to suggest a safety education through mutual contact between the communities and agencies supporting parent role in a level of social welfare, its potential has been identified through a frequency analysis on 60 participants of experimental group who have trained a safety education and 60 participants of control group who have not trained a safety education. As a result of frequency analysis, the increase in safety condition in Korea, safety and development of infants and Toddlers, safety of play materials, and safety knowledge on general part of facility safety has detected and the practice of safety and safety consciousness has also identified to be more effective. The results of this study has shown a potential to verify its efficacy if it is verified through an elaborative model of safety education based on parents of young infants and Toddlers family.

임팩트 투자자의 투자 우선순위와 비중 차이에 관한 연구 (Investment Priorities and Weight Differences of Impact Investors)

  • 최근 정부와 공공의 역할만으로 사회문제를 모두 해결하기에는 한계가 있어서, 시장에서 영리 조직의 효율성이나 효과성을 통해 사회문제를 해결하면서 성장하는 것을 목표로 하는 소셜벤처의 필요성이 증대되었다. 이러한 배경하에 국내 스타트업 생태계에서도 소셜벤처 창업이 증가하면서 소셜벤처 투자자인 임팩트 투자자에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 임팩트 투자자의 투자 결정에 있어서 인지과정과 의사결정 환경에 따른 판단 정보의 타당도와 가중치를 객관적으로 분석하고자 판단분석기법을 활용하였다. 연구 진행을 위한 세 가지 분류로 첫째, 투자자로서 재무적 이익과 회수 가능성 판단을 위한 초기투자단계에서의 투자 우선 순위, 둘째, 사회에 미치는 영향과 파급력, 그리고 소셜벤처의 상생과 연대를 위한 창업가(팀)의 정치적 기술, 셋째, 임팩트투자펀드 조성 목적에 부합하는 소셜벤처기업의 소셜미션으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 임팩트투자자의 투자결정의 우선 순위는 창업가(팀)의 전문성, 창업가(팀)의 성공시의 잠재적 수익률, 창업가(팀)의 소셜미션인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 임팩트투자자가 투자결정요인에 대하여 판단하는 인식이 획일적이기보다는 투자 결정 요소가 제각각 다르며, 비중을 두는 정도에 있어서도 생각의 차이가 있다는 것이다. 셋째, 임팩트투자의 다양한 투자결정 요인에서 '창업자(팀)의 네트워킹 능력', '창업자(팀)의 사회적 통찰력', '창업자(팀)의 대인관계 영향력은 다른 4개의 요인보다 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 실무적 기여점은 소셜벤처기업들이 투자 유치과정에서 임팩트투자자의 투자결정요인이 무엇인지 이해를 돕고, 소셜벤처 투자자에게는 임팩트투자자의 판단사례와 분석을 참고하여 투자결정의 질적 제고를 기대할 수 있다. 학술적 기여점은 임팩트 투자자의 투자 우선 순위와 비중 차이를 실증적으로 규명하였다는 것이다.

소셜커머스 웹사이트의 정보구성요소 -상품, 가격, 서비스, 판매원 정보를 중심으로- (Information Components of Social Commerce Websites -Focusing on Product, Price, Service, and Seller Information-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 소셜커머스의 정보구성요소를 상품정보, 가격정보, 서비스정보, 판매원정보로 나누고 각 요소를 체계화하여 분석하는데 있다. 연구방법으로 내용분석법을 활용하였고, 소셜커머스 웹사이트에서 100개 페이지를 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 상품정보에서 정면사진 제시, 소재구성정보, 원산지, 관리, 색상, 사이즈 등 기본정보는 대부분 제시되었으나, 후면/옆면사진, 스와치, 스타일이나 소재 설명에 대한 보완이 요구된다. 가격정보에서는 소셜커머스의 제약조건과 관련된 할인율, 할인판매마감시간, 제한된 상품보유량, 판매제품개수 등은 강조되어 제시되었다. 서비스정보는 배송예정일, 배송사, 상품문의서비스, 교환/반품서비스가 대부분 제시되었다. 판매원정보는 브랜드로고나 브랜드네임은 다수 제시되었으나 구체적인 브랜드 컨셉, 역사, 규모에 대한 정보의 보완이 요구된다. 본 연구는 소셜커머스 정보에 대한 다양한 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제안하였다.
