  • 본 연구는 중국 여성 소비자의 뷰티 SNS 마케팅과 브랜드 이미지 및 브랜드 태도 간의 실증분석을 통하여 변인 간의 인과관계를 규명하고자 하였으며, 본 연구 결과를 통하여 각 변인 간의 인과관계가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 뷰티 SNS 마케팅의 하위요인인 상호작용성이 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 태도의 변인 간 영향을 미치는 핵심요인임을 확인하였다, 이외에도 뷰티 SNS 마케팅의 하위요인인 접근성도 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였고, 생동성, 정보성 순으로 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다.

A mediating role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation: Perception of local university on CSR of KHNP

  • Purpose: Most of all studies regarding corporate social responsibility have been dealing with its direct performance. Many previous studies provided the evidence that corporate social responsibility activities directly affect firms' competitiveness or corporate reputation. However, there are no studies regarding the role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and firms' competitiveness. The present study aims to examine a mediating role of social capital between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Research design, data and methodology: The structural equation model integrating corporate social responsibility, social capital, and corporate reputation was proposed with three hypotheses. Questionnaire including 15 question items for three concepts was designed. Data for testing hypotheses were collected from students and staff who had experienced the social responsibility activities of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Co. Ltd. SPSS and SmartPLS were used to analyze data. Results: All three hypotheses were supported at the significance level of 0.01. Corporate social responsibility have a significant influence on social capital as well as corporate reputation. Social capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Conclusions: The present paper identified a missing link between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation by validating an indirect effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation through social capital. The present study contributes to finding the indirect link between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. Implications for academics and practitioners. The research model can be extended to analyze the relationship between corporate social responsibility and its performance. The present study sheds light on identification of a new role of social capital. Managers of firms have the opportunity to recognize the fact that investment recovery of corporate social responsibility results from social capital and corporate reputation in long-term rather than short-term. The results of this study offers an insight that managers can enhance customer loyalty. The process linking corporate social responsibility to corporate reputation through social capital implies that firms can realize spiritual marketing delivering authentic storytelling through corporate social responsibility. The present study has a limitation for generalizing of research results because the sampling came from a case of firm.

패션 기업의 사회적 책임이 브랜드 애착 및 브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Corporate Social Responsibility on Brand Attachment and Brand Equity)

  • The purpose of this study was to exam the effect of fashion social responsibility of fashion corporate brand on brand attachment and equity. A total of 217 female college students in Seoul and its suburb responded for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multiple regression were used for this study. As the result, first, corporate social responsibility was classified into five factors such as social service, public local facility, economic responsibility, consumer protection and environmental protection factors. Second, brand attachment was classified into four factors such as love, interest, perception and trust factors. Third, brand equity was classified into four factors such as loyalty, quality-image, marketing and recognition factors. Generally, fashion social responsibility factors was correlated with higher scores on brand attachment and brand equity. Finally, the results revealed that corporate social responsibility accounted for 12% of the explained variance brand attachment, also brand attachment accounted for 32% of the explained variance brand equity, while Corporate social responsibility accounted for 14% of the explained variance brand equity. Based on these results, fashion brand marketing strategies would be suggested.

Effect of Social Norm on Consumer Demand: Multiple Constraint Approach

  • The goal of the study is to understand the role of social norm in purchase decisions where demand is revealed in the form of multiple-discreteness. Consumers are socially engaged in various activities through the expectation from others in their community. Actions or decisions are likely to reflect this influence. This implicit or explicit social norm is revealed as the rules, regulations, and standards that are understood, shared, endorsed, and expected by group members. When consumers' decisions are in distance from the norm, they come to face discomfort such as shame, guilt, embarrassment, and anxiety. These pressure act as a constraint as opposed to utility in their decision making. In this study, the effect of social norms on consumer demand is captured via multiple constraint model where constraints are not only from budget equation but also from psychological burden induced by the deviation from the norm. The posterior distributions of model parameters were estimated via conjoint study allowing for heterogeneity via hierarchical Bayesian framework. Individual characteristics such as age, gender and work experience are also used as covariates for capturing the observed heterogeneity. The empirical results show the role of social norm as constraint in consumers' utility maximization. The proposed model accounting for social constraint outperforms the standard budget constraint-only model in terms of model fit. It is found that people with longer job experience tend to be more robust and resistant to the deviation from the norm. Incorporating social norm into the utility model allows for another means to disentangle the reason for no-purchase as 'not preferred' and 'not able to buy'.

그린 패션 마케팅 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the State of Affairs of Green Fashion Marketing)

  • Green Marketing, a response to the serious environment problems of the 21st century, is an important point for trends in both art and fashion. It is a strategy for reminding consumers of the threatening environment problems and to recognize that everyone must take responsibility for these problems. Green marketing is a concept that is the point at issue and social reform movement. The purpose of this study was to find examples of Green Marketing in fashion and classify them into four groups. The results of this study were as follows. First, the terms related to green marketing as related to fashion can be categorized into four areas: 1. Eco-friendly product marketing: product merchandising that usually uses organic materials and green manufacturing processes. 2. Green-communication marketing: PR strategies that use green slogans through deep impression advertising or special promotional events relating reducing, reusing and recycling, etc., with the brand's name. 3. Green environmental-marketing: marketing strategies that is an enlightenment campaign for environmental preservation and sustainable fashion design such as reusing, recycling, and reducing. 4. Cause-related marketing: marketing plans that return profits to society and that take an active part in the causes of the community. It was expected that these types of green marketing strategies would yield positive effects in enhancing brand value and consumer confidence as well as increasing profits.

  • The research is devoted to the substantiation of the system approach to the involvement of digital marketing tools as a guarantee of international business development. It is proved that digital marketing, as a type of marketing based on the use of digital technologies allows to make a profit, to promote the brand, as well as goods and services in the market. The digital marketing toolkit system is a set of elements with existing relationships that ensure the effectiveness of the entire digital marketing, which in total is greater than its individual components. 유튜브 인플루언서 마케팅: 사회적 거리, 지각된 진정성 및 광고태도의 관계에서 제품-인플루언서 일치성의 역할 (Influencer Marketing: The Role of Product-Influencer Congruence between Social Distance, Perceived Authenticity and Attitude toward Ads)

  • 본 연구는 소셜미디어 인플루언서 마케팅의 효과성을 알아보기 위한 것으로 유튜브 인플루언서에 대한 지각된 사회적 거리, 진정성 및 광고태도의 관계를 분석하였다. 지각된 진정성은 인플루언서의 활동에 중요한 요소로서 협찬광고의 노출에 따른 소비자의 태도에 영향을 줄 것이며, 특히 지각된 진정성의 효과는 제품과 인플루언서 활동 간의 일치성에 의해 조건부 간접효과를 보일 것으로 가정되었다. 이를 알아보기 위해, 364명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 무응답 및 불성실 응답을 제외하고 340명의 데이터를 타당하게 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 인플루언서와의 사회적 거리는 지각된 진정성과 광고태도에 긍정적 영향을 주었고, 지각된 진정성은 광고태도에 직접 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지각된 진정성은 사회적 거리와 광고태도의 관계성을 부분매개하는 효과를 보였고, 이러한 매개효과는 낮은 수준의 제품-인플루언서 일치성에서 나타나는 반면 높은 수준의 일치성에서는 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여, 인플루언서 마케팅에 대한 전략적 시사점을 논의하였다.

  • 본 연구는 기업의 문화마케팅 활동이 기업이미지제고를 통해 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구로써 문화마케팅을 시행한 기업의 이미지는 어떻게 소비자에게 인식되며 그 기업의 이미지 형성에 따라 그 기업의 제품 구매에 대한 영향을 알아보는데 연구 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자는 서울과 충청 지역의 대학생 102명을 대상으로 했으며 연구의 특성상 일반인에게 잘 알려지지 않은 것을 감안하고 설문 대상의 수가 적은 것을 감안하여 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 사용하여 단점을 보완하였으며 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 문화마케팅은 기업이미지요소(기업행동 사회행동 마케팅이미지) 3가지에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 기업신뢰이미지에는 설명력이 낮다고 도출되었다. 둘째, 기업이미지 4가지 중 구매 의도에 미치는 영향은 기업행동이미지를 제외하고 사회행동 기업신뢰 마케팅이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있다.

주류광고, 주류 판촉 마케팅이 성인 음주폐해에 미치는 영향: 음주동기와 음주수준의 이중매개효과 (The Effect of Alcohol Advertising and Alcohol Sale Promotion Marketing Exposures on Alcohol-related Harms in Adult : Dual Mediating Effects of Drinking Motivation and Drinking Level)

  • 음주를 유발하는 사회환경요인 중 하나인 주류광고와 마케팅 규모는 매년 확대되고 있으며, 음주폐해 또한 그 심각성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 성인 2000명을 대상으로, 주류광고, 주류 판촉마케팅 노출 경험이 음주동기, 음주수준을 매개로 음주폐해에 끼치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 주류광고와 주류 판촉마케팅 노출 경험은 여성보다 남성이 더 높았으며, 음주동기, 음주수준, 음주폐해 또한 남성이 더 높게 나타났다. 주류광고와 주류 판촉마케팅 노출 경험은 음주폐해에 직접적으로 영향을 끼치며, 경험이 많을수록 음주폐해도 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 음주동기와 음주수준은 주류광고와 주류 판촉마케팅의 노출 경험이 음주폐해에 끼치는 영향을 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 음주폐해예방을 위해 음주 폐해를 발생시키는 사회 환경인 주류광고와 주류 판촉마케팅에 대한 규제를 강화하고 음주폐해예방을 위해 개인의 인식 개선 접근과 함께 환경적·제도적 차원에서의 개입이 유기적으로 이루어져야함을 제언하였다.

Digital Marketing in the Condition of Wartime Posture in Ukraine

  • Strengthening global geopolitical instability in the world leads to an aggravation of international conflicts; it destabilizes the domestic political situation in countries, violates the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, and also activates economic crime. The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine and the deployment of military operations in a large territory of a sovereign country have created a number of destabilizing factors in the development of digital technologies and negatively affect the state and trends of digital marketing, which allows establishing interaction with a wide audience and facilitating the search for new customers in various places. The purpose of the research lies in substantiating the theoretical and applied principles for studying the features of digital marketing in the conditions of wartime posture in Ukraine. In the course of the research, general and special methods of economic analysis have been used and applied, namely: analysis and synthesis; analogies and comparisons; generalization and systematization; graphic and tabular methods. Regarding the results of the research of digital marketing in the conditions of wartime posture in Ukraine, it has been established that the intensification of the development of digital marketing is caused by the crisis phenomena of social-economic, social-political and military nature, as well as exacerbated by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been proven that highly developed countries use innovative digital technologies more effectively in the field of marketing, which indicates the importance of the Multidimensional Index of Digitization (the USA - MID: 0,92-0,92; the UK - MID: 0,80-0,97; Japan - MID: 0,80-0,88; Canada - MID: 0,78-0,81; Germany - MID: 0,78-0,88; France - MID: 0,72-0,76), however, the developing countries record much lower values (Ukraine - MID: 0,22-0,48). Accordingly, the level of cybersecurity in highly developed countries is also significantly higher than in transitive countries, in particular, in the United States (GCI: 0,919-0,999); Great Britain (GCI: 0,783-0,995); Canada (GCI: 0,818-0,978) and in Ukraine (GCI: 0,501-0,661).
