This paper reveals continuity of related events which are occurred and changing from moment to moment accident/events collected from various social media channels. Among them, we especially define the events which have big social influence as "issue event" and investigate the type and characteristics of continuous issue event for each domain. We also introduce a automatic issue detection system in social media text. Based on the extracted issue event results in a particular domain, we analyse the continuity of those events by illustrating in time and place-axis. Furthermore, we identify the relationship between social media in terms of issue events propagation.

The rapid development of internet technologies and social media over the last few years has generated a huge amount of unstructured text data, which contains a great deal of valuable information and issues. Therefore, text mining-extracting meaningful information from unstructured text data-has gained attention from many researchers in various fields. Topic analysis is a text mining application that is used to determine the main issues in a large volume of text documents. However, it is difficult to identify related issues or meaningful insights as the number of issues derived through topic analysis is too large. Furthermore, traditional issue-clustering methods can only be performed based on the co-occurrence frequency of issue keywords in many documents. Therefore, an association between issues that have a low co-occurrence frequency cannot be recognized using traditional issue-clustering methods, even if those issues are strongly related in other perspectives. Therefore, in this research, a methodology to reorganize social issues from a research and development (R&D) perspective using social network analysis is proposed. Using an R&D perspective lexicon, issues that consistently share the same R&D keywords can be further identified through social network analysis. In this study, the R&D keywords that are associated with a particular issue imply the key technology elements that are needed to solve a particular issue. Issue clustering can then be performed based on the analysis results. Furthermore, the relationship between issues that share the same R&D keywords can be reorganized more systematically, by grouping them into clusters according to the R&D perspective lexicon. We expect that our methodology will contribute to establishing efficient R&D investment policies at the national level by enhancing the reusability of R&D knowledge, based on issue clustering using the R&D perspective lexicon. In addition, business companies could also utilize the results by aligning the R&D with their business strategy plans, to help companies develop innovative products and new technologies that sustain innovative business models.

This study examines the effect of social conservative values that have risen as an important factor in American politics. Focusing on the abortion issue, it discusses how the abortion issue has affected American voters' issue and party preferences and their ideological orientations. The empirical results demonstrate that the abortion issue has contributed to reinforce the existing ideological and partisan divisions, although it has not realigned them. As a consequence, the abortion issue has become a significant determinant for vote choice since 1980s. Particularly in 1990s, when the polarization among the political elites became clear, the political effect of the abortion issue appears to be more evident.

In this paper, we propose the system for automatic generation of issue analysis report based on social big data mining, with the purpose of resolving three problems of the previous technologies in a social media analysis and analytic report generation. Three problems are the isolation of analysis, the subjectivity of experts and the closure of information attributable to a high price. The system is comprised of the natural language query analysis, the issue analysis, the social big data analysis, the social big data correlation analysis and the automatic report generation. For the evaluation of report usefulness, we used a Likert scale and made two experts of big data analysis evaluate. The result shows that the quality of report is comparatively useful and reliable. Because of a low price of the report generation, the correlation analysis of social big data and the objectivity of social big data analysis, the proposed system will lead us to the popularization of social big data analysis.

The volume of unstructured text data generated by various social media has been increasing rapidly; therefore, use of text mining to support decision making has also been increasing. Especially, issue Clustering-determining a new relation with various issues through clustering-has gained attention from many researchers. However, traditional issue clustering methods can only be performed based on the co-occurrence frequency of issue keywords in many documents. Therefore, an association between issues that have a low co-occurrence frequency cannot be discovered using traditional issue clustering methods, even if those issues are strongly related in other perspectives. Therefore, issue clustering that fits each of criteria needs to be performed by the perspective of analysis and the purpose of use. In this study, a multi-dimensional issue clustering is proposed to overcome the limitation of traditional issue clustering. We assert, specifically in this study, that issue clustering should be performed for a particular purpose. We analyze the results of applying our methodology to two specific perspectives on issue clustering, (i) consumers' interests, and (ii) related R&D terms.

In this paper, we propose a novel project schedule notification and issue tracking system based on a social networking service for project management on a smartphone. The proposed system has a server subsystem and a client subsystem. The server is in charge of enabling a deadline notification and an issue tracking of the project to project participants by exploiting a legacy social networking service. The client running on a smartphone displays timelines of the project schedule using Gantt chart and let the project participant edit their schedule. The proposed system combines the mobility of smartphones and the connectivity of social networking services and apply them to schedule notification and issue tracking, which demonstrates a novel usage of social networking services.

This study focused on the difference of the volume of sanitory pad issue and The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the characteristics of SNS and the diffusion of issue in the process of crisis issue. SNS is categorized into communication diffusion, communication restriction,, diffusion, restriction base on the media interactivity and the user interactivity, In case of Twitter, media interactivity is low and user interactivity is low. In case of Youtube, media interactivity and user interactivity are all high. Crisiss issue is interactively diffused via Youtube compared to via Twitter. There was a negative public opinion in social media even if the government and the manufacturer said that there was no harm in the sanitary goods. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of social media environment in the diffusion of information. The government prepared for the use of SNS in crisis because there was a negative opinion on the government and the manufacturer via SNS.

This paper aimed to look at the awareness of foreign workers in social platforms by using text mining, one of the big data techniques and draw suggestions for foreign workers. To achieve this purpose, data collection was conducted with search keyword 'Foreign Worker' from Jan. 1, to Dec. 31, 2020, and frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and degree centrality analysis and 100 parent keywords were drawn for comparison. Furthermore, Ucinet6.0 and Netdraw were used to analyze semantic networks, and through CONCOR analysis, data were clustered into the following eight groups: foreigner policy issue, regional community issue, business owner's perspective issue, employment issue, working environment issue, legal issue, immigration issue, and human rights issue. Based on such analyzed results, it identified national awareness of foreign workers and main issues and provided the basic data on policy proposals for foreign workers and related researches.

Despite the rapid expansion of social security coverage in the 1990s, many wage earners in Korea, especially the majority of the nonstandard workforce are excluded in the social insurance programs. In this regards, the purpose of this paper is to analyze causes of the exclusion of nonstandard workers to the social insurance scheme and to suggest the feasible policy options. Through this paper, four arguments are addressed as follows. First, the main issue for exclusion from coverage of those workers is that they have no entitlement to social insurance. This is not an issue of that they fall below hours or income thresholds for the entitlement Second, the top-down process of the extension in the Korean social insurances have divided the wage earners into two groups, the insider (the included) and the outsider (the excluded). Many nonstandard workers belong to the latter category. Third, the social insurance systems have been designed for the regular workers who were characterized by a full-time with some degree of stability. Reform designed to cope with the growth of nonstandard workers must build on the existing structure of social insurance. Finally, the governance capacity by social security administration body must be improved in order to provide a basic social protection for those workers. For that, four separated social insurance administration bodies could be unified to one administrative body, or tax and contribution of social insurance could be collected by one integrated administration body, the National Tax Service.

The best 'hub' to communicate with the citizen is using social media to marketing the business. However, there has several issued and the most common issue that face in critical is a capital issue. This issue is always highlight because most of automatic sentiment detection tool for Facebook or any other social media price is expensive and they lack of technical skills in order to control the tool. Therefore, in directly they have some obstacle to get faster product's feedback from customers. Thus, the personal online retailing need to struggle to stay in market because they need to compete with successful online company such as G-market. Sentiment analysis also known as opinion mining. Aim of this research is develop the tool that allow user to automatic detect the sentiment comment on social media account. RAD model methodology is chosen since its have several phases could produce more activities and output. Soppy tool will be develop using Microsoft Visual. In order to generate an accurate sentiment detection, the functionality testing will be use to find the effectiveness of this Soppy tool. This proposed automated Soppy Tool would be able to provide a platform to measure the impact of the customer sentiment over the postings on their social media site. The results and findings from the impact measurement could then be use as a recommendation in the developing or reviewing to enhance the capability and the profit to their personal online retailing company.
