Lately, the importance of social responsibility of venture companies is becoming highlighted in Korea.This study is to empirically suggest that the practice of social responsibility by venture companies will become the foundation for formation of the organizational trust and for the sustainable growth of the organization. The certification on social responsibility for venture companies has been conducted for past five year and based on the research on difference of organizational validity on companies that are certified and non-certified by its practice of social responsibility, we've found organizational trust difference in two groups; the companies that already formed organizational trust did not have new mediation effect due to organizational commitment but the non-certified companies that did not have organization trust created new medication effect from organizational commitment. This can be understood that the organizational commitment effect through social responsibility is already formed for companies that have created organizational trust through social responsibility certification. The organizational infrastructure is needed for sustainable growth and development of an organization; therefore, the differentiated organizational trust for social responsibility certified organization will become the infrastructure for growth of the certified organizations.

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지 인프라 구축이 미약한 농어촌지역을 중심으로 하는 사회복지시설 다기능화정책의 형성과정을 살펴 민간 사회복지 전달체계 구축에의 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이 연구는 Kingdon의 모형을 근간으로 하고 Mucciaroni 모형에서의 제도적 맥락과 이슈맥락 개념을 차용하여 재구성한 '수정된 정책흐름모형'으로 조망하였다. 분석결과 사회복지시설 다기능화정책은 여대야소의 분위기에서 여당 출신 대통령의 집권 초기 강력한 리더십에 따라 정부 주도하에 법제화되는 등 제도적 맥락이 이슈 맥락을 주도하는 양상으로 전개되었다. 이슈맥락이 압도당하는 모습에서 다기능화정책이 법제화된 이후 정부의 강력한 집행의지를 통해 확산되기 보다는 제도 마련 그 자체에 의의를 두고 지방자치단체가 필요에 따라 다기능화를 할 수 있는 가능성을 법으로 열어두는데 그치고 있다. 이 연구는 농어촌지역에서의 사회복지 전달체계 구축방안을 모색함에 있어 다기능화정책의 상대적 유용성과 그 논거를 탐색할 때 주요한 맥락적 정보를 제공한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 사회기반시설의 정비효과계측을 위한 GIS지원시스템을 구축하였다. 정비효과를 계측하기 위한 평가수법으로써는 간이헤도닉접근법과 로젠의 2단계접근법을 동시에 적용함으로써 평가결과의 객관성을 확보하고자 하였다. 두 접근법에 필요한 각종의 토지속성데이타는 GIS지원환경속에서 보다 효율적으로 수집 또는 자동생성할 수 있었다. 또한 GIS를 이용함으로써 보다 객관적이고 정확한 데이타를 제공할 수 있었으며, 사회기반시설의 정비에 따른 편익을 실제위치상에서 계측할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템을 활용하여 동경도시권내에 현재 계획중인 죠반신선(瀏晨竊猜)의 정비효과계측에 적용함으로써, 본 시스템의 실용성을 확인할 수 있었다. 사회기반시설의 편익계측작업을 GIS와 통합시킴으로써 본 개발시스템은 사회기반시설계획등의 평가에 유용한 툴(tool)이 될 수 있을 것이다.

한 국가의 SOC 시설 보유량은 공공서비스의 공급능력을 보여주는 지표로 활용되고 있으며, 국가경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있다. 한국은 SOC 시설이 충분하다는 판단하에 '03년 이후 SOC 투자를 점차 축소하고 있다. 하지만 SOC 투자 축소는 기존 SOC 공사의 공기지연이 발생하고 있으며, 향후에는 국가경쟁력을 저해할 가능성을 갖고 있다. 따라서 충분한 수준의 SOC 투자는 지속되어야 한다. 이를 위해 우선 교통시설특별회계를 최소한 국가기간교통망계획의 계획기간인 '19년까지 연장할 필요가 있다. 또한 민간투자사업을 효과적으로 활용하고, SOC 투자를 완공위주의 집중투자를 해야 한다.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has the potential to provide economic opportunities and help raise the social and political status of countries. For developing countries, ICT can be used as a tool for economic growth and social advancement in a short period of time. The benefits of ICT, however, are not only economic in nature. It can help improve professional skills, teaching quality, job creation, agricultural production, community involvement, and information use, personal relationships, and time use. These benefits are examples of how ICT has become an indispensable part of our lives. Myanmar is a developing country and is ranked low in the ICT Development Index. In terms of ICT development, Myanmar today is facing many issues such as a lack of telecommunication infrastructure, ICT awareness, electricity, and budget for ICT development. Among the economic reforms implemented by the recent government, the telecommunications sector has been opened up as a measure of economic reform. As a result of this reform, the telecommunications sector has been growing rapidly. Myanmar, however, remains behind other Asian countries. This paper discusses Myanmar's ICT infrastructure status, progress that has been made in the country's telecommunications over the last fifteen years, and the challenges that lie ahead.

Modern society is transforming into an extreme climate environment. This is fatal to humans and ecosystems and is expected to cause large-scale damage. As this spokesman, natural disasters are increasing as this global average temperature rises. Social and economic damage by this tendency is also increasing. In addition, the frequency and scale of social disasters are increasing. Damage to the living area due to the damage of the infrastructure due to the increased reliance on infrastructure has been increasingly enlarged. In this research, various disasters such as natural disasters and social disasters analyze the impact on urban safety. A local autonomous entity K Priority Management Establish a kind of disaster, prepare crisis management manual, and use it as a basic material of education / training.

사회기반시설이 노후화됨에 따라 현행 시설물 유지관리를 넘어 예산을 절약하고 시설물의 가치를 높이기 위해 공공시설에 자산관리를 도입해야 한다는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 공공시설 자산관리는 이러한 요구에 대응하기 위한 새로운 시설물 유지보수 개념으로 기존의 시설물 유지관리업무를 통해 축적된 데이터를 분석하고 생애주기분석, 리스크관리 등의 의사결정 방법을 활용하여 최적화된 유지관리계획을 수립하고 실행하는 것이다. 자산관리의 정보화 방안을 도출하기 위해 자산관리 업무를 조사하고, 뉴질랜드의 IIMM의 내용과 미국의 FHWA의 업무정의 그리고 국내의 대표적 유지관리시스템을 분석하였다. 또한 현행 시설물 유지관리 조직간의 역할을 조사하고, 자산관리 조직과 업무간의 관계를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 자산관리에 필요한 정보와 기존 유지관리시스템이 포함하고 있는 정보를 자산관리 업무와 비교분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 공공시설 자산관리 정보화 방안으로 첫째, 시설물 유지관리시스템에 있는 기능을 중복해서 개발하지 않고 자산관리 핵심업무만을 구현하며 둘째, 시스템의 구조를 계층으로 분할하고 셋째, 자산관리시스템과 기존 시설물 유지관리시스템들간을 연동하여 정보를 공유하는 방안을 제시하였다.

Shared value enhances the competitiveness of a company while simultaneously reducing societal burdens. By allowing companies to share their resources, collaborative logistics systems provide companies with an opportunity to create shared value, namely, not only economic value by enhancing the utilization of resources, but also social value by reducing energy consumptions and greenhouse gas emissions associated with logistics and transportation. Emerging businesses, such as ES3 and Flexe, have recently demonstrated how they created shared value through collaborative logistics services, for example, ES3's collaborative warehousing and direct-to-store (D2S) program, and Flexe's on-demand warehousing platform. However, the development of collaborative logistics systems is currently at a nascent stage. There are quite a few socio-technical barriers to overcome for sharing resources (data as well as infrastructure). Drawing on the socio-technical approach, this research examines how companies create both economic and social value from collaborative logistics systems. We highlight socio-technical barriers, particularly one set of social barriers, that is, competition-oriented conservatism prevalent among companies. Using the case study methodology and interview data, we closely investigate ES3 and Flexe, which provide collaborative logistics services, and demonstrate how technical and social barriers are addressed to create shared value from collaborative logistics systems.

In this paper, we aim to propose cyber security considerations and countermeasures for infrastructure and services in the UAM(Urban Air Mobility) Air Traffic Management field, which is one of the key elements of the UAM market that has not yet bloomed. Air traffic management is an important factor for safe navigation and social acceptance of UAM. In order to realize air traffic management, infrastructure and services based on solid network connectivity must be established. And for industries where connectivity is the core component, it can become an infiltration route for cyber threats. Therefore, cyber security is essential for the infrastructure and services. In detail, we will look into the definition of the existing air traffic management field and the cyber threats. In addition, we intend to identify cyber security threat scenarios that may occur in the newly designed UAM air traffic management infrastructure. Moreover, in order to study the cyber security countermeasures of the UAM air traffic management infrastructure, there will be analysis of the UAM operation concept. As a result, countermeasures applicable to the infrastructure and service fields will be suggested by referring to the cyber security frameworks.
