Recently, the researches on the urban regeneration projects have been performed very actively. It is a part of the effort that solves some social and economical problems occurred by deteriorated buildings and degraded infrastructures through new urban regeneration projects or redevelopment projects. However, the urban regeneration projects show the characteristics that can not guarantee in the project performance because the projects have various and complex stakeholders related to these projects and are exposed to lots of risks due to its huge scale. This study proposed the risk performance index method to improve the efficiency of the overall performance measurement for a mega-project by extending from the traditional cost/schedule based performance measurement system. The risk performance index method proposed in this study has a similar system to the EVMS, and makes possible to perform a three dimensional integrated performance measurement in cost/schedule/risk through 18 different indexes that compose the risk performance index.

The evaluation items to assess the consumer needs are thought to be varied depending on their age, education and income. It should be noted that consumer needs are getting too diversified to notice them in time due to the rapid economic, social and cultural development. It is, therefore, considered improper to try to assess the level of consumer satisfaction and correct consumer needs by employing one evaluation method for the vastly diversified consumer types. This research is going to conduct a written questionnaire survey to the apartment dwellers in order to identify like dweller groups according to their age, income and education. Then the scope of personal characteristics of each group will be identified and the importance assessment model will be developed. Then the items on the POE will be weighted according to the assessed importance. Finally a method of developing the customer satisfaction index will be produced to quantify how much the consumers are satisfied with the project.

In Korea, various policies are implemented so that the socially disadvantaged (disabled, elderly, pregnant women, temporary disabled, etc.) can easily access individual facilities and areas. As the nation's interest in the socially disadvantaged increases, the need for BF certification is also emerging in buildings in private facilities. However, this system requires a lot of cost and time in the examination process, so if certification fails, social costs and time losses are high. To solve this problem, this paper presents a measurement plan for mixed reality devices using HoloLens, a mixed reality device hardware that can pre-check BF certification based on augmented reality, and Unity 3D, MRTK, a development tool.

In this study, in order to understand the needs for infrastructure services experienced by the public, we compared the level of infrastructure service satisfaction and analyzed the characteristics of infrastructure services by region. In this study, as a result of comparing the level of infrastructure satisfaction between regions, transportation and living infrastructure services were generally low. However, the characteristics of infrastructure services within the region are clearly different from the results of the infrastructure satisfaction between regions. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the level of infrastructure satisfaction within the overlooked region, and the satisfaction, improvement importance, respondent characteristics, and quantitative indicators need to be considered.

Recently, "The rules on the standards of evacuation and fire protection of buildings" require that non-burnable materials such as non-combustible and semi-non-combustible materials be used as the materials applied to the building's exterior walls, but styrofoam, which is a combustible material, has been applied a lot and became a social issue. In this study, we developed a non-combustible outer wall molding to secure construction and economic feasibility and free expression using CLC(CLC: Cellular Light-weight Concrete).

Due to lack of hydrogen charging stations and hydrogen supply compared to the supply of hydrogen vehicles, social phenomena such as 2-hour queues and restrictions on charging capacity are occurring, which negatively affects the spread of hydrogen vehicles. In order to resolve these problems, it is essential to have a strategic operation of the hydrogen charging stations. To establish operational strategies, it is necessary to derive customer demand patterns and characteristics through the analysis of sales data. This study derived the demand patterns and characteristics of customers visiting hydrogen charging stations through data analysis from various perspectives, such as charging volume, charging speed, number of visits, and correlation with external factors, based on the hydrogen sales data of off-site hydrogen charging stations located in domestic residential areas.

The Vocational Rehabilitation Center Expansion Project, with a budget of 15.3 billion KRW, transformed an existing facility into a more eco-friendly, user-friendly, and publicly accessible space. The project involved expanding the building from a basement and two above-ground floors to a basement and six above-ground floors, addressing the shortage of facilities for people with disabilities while promoting eco-friendliness. Design concepts included eco-friendly MASS, improvements to the existing building, social adaptability, and user-centric evacuation measures. Value Engineering (VE) and technical reviews led to proposals for cost reduction and functionality enhancement. Completed in September 2019, the project, renamed "Se-um Center," now hosts seven disability welfare facilities, serving as a vital infrastructure improving the lives of individuals with disabilities in the local community.

Unconventional with respect for tradition: The Karel Doorman building stands in the heart of Rotterdam's shopping area and is a remarkable combination of restoration and new development. On top of the Ter Meulen shopping centre - a monument of the post-war reconstruction period - we have built an extremely light-weight construction in steel and wood (See Figure 1 & 2). This unconventional building method - at least in the Netherlands - enabled the construction of a 70 metres high 'glass' residential building with 114 apartments and 156 parking places. In this way a remarkable historic Rotterdam building was preserved for the future while at the same time new housing was created on a sheer impossible location, contributing to the quality of life and social safety in this part of the city.

The paper aims to improve the quality and validity of community plan using the content analysis on gyeongju-si. To achieve it, the relevant literatures reviewed, and established the basic framework and three criteria of community plan, then adapted these criteria to the gyeongju-si community plan. Findings are like: Firstly, the measurement criteria of validity are clarified into three; vertical consistency on the whole plan's hierarchical structure, horizontal relevancy between the section plans, clearness of statement. Secondly, generally, gyeongju si plan didn't satisfy the criteria of validity. Based on these results, it specifically offers a impoverishment strategy including the guidelines' upgrading.

Recently, several national construction projects such as Chunsung Mt. section of Kyungbu High Speed Rail or Sapae Tunnel of Seoul Outer Ring Road have been delayed or suspended due to the objections of residents or environmental organizations. Considering the development of democracy, increased public participation and interests on environmental issues in Korea, the generation of these social conflicts may be natural phenomenon. However, it is necessary to find measures to effectively implement major construction project and save costs related to social conflicts. In this paper, PI techniques in the United States are investigated and in comparison, the weakness and improvement plans for Korea's current public participation system have been suggested.
