Concrete has been considered as a semi-permanent structural material, because its excellent durability. Recently, durability decline of concrete construction by environmental pollution is becoming social problem. The unity of korean peninsula have traditionally been established as major policy in korea government. Present government also set Trust Process on the Korean Peninsula as national high-level strategies for unity, and construction field related directly to living of north korean as major industry which would be implemented in early stage. Deterioration level of architectural facilities in north korea is known as very high, so a huge budget would be required to improve aging architectural facilities for stability of social and living of north korean. Therefore the purpose of this study deduct financing plan for improving aging architectural facilities in north korea and selection of optimal alternative securing effectiveness. The results of this study could be utilized as preliminary data for establishment of master plan and policy for improving deteriorated facilities in situation of united korean peninsula.

The private investment on the SOC facilities is a worldwide tendency since it can supplement the insufficient investment of public finance in the construction of infrastructures. Alter the formulation of private investment law, private sector's investment on roads, harbors and environmental facilities are being progressed considerably. However, railway construction by private sector is not active comparing to the former areas because of huge investment for construction but relatively low and unpredictable benefit in operation. This paper reviews the financial, social and institutional aspects on the private investment for SOC projects, especially railway projects. Also, this paper tries to find the desirable way to expedite the private investment on railway project,. Conclusively, the paper propose that the private sector in railway projects is better constituted with financial investor and the private financing could be. activated and settled if a stable minimum benefit on their investment being ensured institutionally, for example, by BTL.

Recent research is needed for the reduction of the pH of the recycled aggregates, recycled aggregates for alkali social problems have emerged. This was confirmed through preliminary experiments using a self-made reactor with dry ice, the possibility of reducing the pH of the recycled aggregates. The pH reduction of coarse recycled aggregates plant was made to apply the field to the middle of construction waste treatment process to reduce the pH of the plant room, and measured the pH change with time. The measurement results showed that dry ice after the reaction, the pH of the aggregate 5% reduction than untreated recycled aggregates.

Recently clients requirements and social requirements are complex and large sized in construction projects. Futhermore, processes and steps are more complexed than before. Unsuitable reflection of clients brings mistaken opinions. A phase of middle change makes delay and change. It brings problems of waste expense and time. 80, first stage of planning and schematic design processes have to reflect of clients opinion actively. by increasing of constructions project competitiveness. Recently, BIM(Building Information Modeling is being researched frequently. Through visualization of information proceed step by step and it helps cognition of adapting information. 80, this paper finds and suggests solution of reflecting clients opinion and requirements and non professional clients and positively support of client participation watching based on BIM.

본 연구는 국토해양부의 도로 하천 항만건설분야에 적용중인 건설정보시스템(건설사업관리시스템 항만건설통합정보시스템) 간에 차이점을 파악하고, 공사계약이 체결된 이후인 사업관리 초기단계에서 건설 정보시스템을 이용한 사용자등록, 사업 공사등록 및 공사 대장 작성 보고 업무를 대상으로 시스템간 통합 방안을 마련하고자 한다.

This study was promoted to prepare an ESG-oriented work system for Korea Expressway Corporation through sustainable highway construction, IOT-based smart highway preparation, and establishment of a broad convergence business governance system between multiple ministries and implementing entities. Based on the 2nd Basic Plan for Landscape Policy (2020~2024) and the Public Design Promotion Act (2018~2022), the study was conducted through the improvement of the highway design method to be applied for four years from 2021 to 2024, the changes in construction and social conditions related to expressways, the analysis of policies and plans to secure consistency with the 'Korean New Deal', and the analysis of the project performance and work promotion system that the Korea Expressway Corporation's business execution organization has promoted together with each government department. The results of this research are expected to help the Korea Expressway Corporation establish the 21st Innovation Plan for the phased construction of a "100-years landscape with people" and the preparation of a sustainable future highway environment creation project for the lives and safety of the people.

Recently, the researches on the urban regeneration projects have been performed very actively. It is a part of the effort that solves some social and economical problems occurred by deteriorated buildings and degraded infrastructures through new urban regeneration projects or redevelopment projects. However, the urban regeneration projects show the characteristics that can not guarantee in the project performance because the projects have various and complex stakeholders related to these projects and are exposed to lots of risks due to its huge scale. This study proposed the risk performance index method to improve the efficiency of the overall performance measurement for a mega-project by extending from the traditional cost/schedule based performance measurement system. The risk performance index method proposed in this study has a similar system to the EVMS, and makes possible to perform a three dimensional integrated performance measurement in cost/schedule/risk through 18 different indexes that compose the risk performance index.

The evaluation items to assess the consumer needs are thought to be varied depending on their age, education and income. It should be noted that consumer needs are getting too diversified to notice them in time due to the rapid economic, social and cultural development. It is, therefore, considered improper to try to assess the level of consumer satisfaction and correct consumer needs by employing one evaluation method for the vastly diversified consumer types. This research is going to conduct a written questionnaire survey to the apartment dwellers in order to identify like dweller groups according to their age, income and education. Then the scope of personal characteristics of each group will be identified and the importance assessment model will be developed. Then the items on the POE will be weighted according to the assessed importance. Finally a method of developing the customer satisfaction index will be produced to quantify how much the consumers are satisfied with the project.

In Korea, various policies are implemented so that the socially disadvantaged (disabled, elderly, pregnant women, temporary disabled, etc.) can easily access individual facilities and areas. As the nation's interest in the socially disadvantaged increases, the need for BF certification is also emerging in buildings in private facilities. However, this system requires a lot of cost and time in the examination process, so if certification fails, social costs and time losses are high. To solve this problem, this paper presents a measurement plan for mixed reality devices using HoloLens, a mixed reality device hardware that can pre-check BF certification based on augmented reality, and Unity 3D, MRTK, a development tool.
