Relationship between Employment Perception of the Disabled and Employment Satisfaction of the Disabled: The Mediating Effect of Employment Assistance for the Disabled and the Moderating Effect of Education and Training Support

  • 본 연구는 고용주의 장애인 고용에 대한 인식과 고용만족도 간의 관계와 이들 간의 관계에서 장애인 고용기업기여도 인식의 매개효과와 교육훈련지원 유무의 조절효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구 목적을 위하여 한국장애인고용공단에서 실시한 「2021년도 장애인고용실태조사」 자료 가운데 4,332업체를 대상으로 재구성하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하였으며, 변수 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 구조방정식모형 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 고용주의 장애인고용인식과 고용만족도 간에 유의미한 영향관계가 있으며 고용 기업기여도의 부분매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 교육훈련지원 유무에 따른 부분적 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 장애인고용률을 높이기 위해 환경조성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인을 다각도로 고찰하였다는 데에 의의가 있으며, 이런 결과를 바탕으로 장애인고용률을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • Social Media 상의 Electronic word-of-mouth(eWOM)는 다양한 사업 경영에 있어서 핵심적인 마케팅 도구로 인식되고 있다. 환대산업에서는 이 Social Media eWOM를 이해하는 것은 잠재적 고객들에게 국제적으로 쉽고 빠르게 다가가는 핵심요인이라 볼 수 있다. 그러나 환대산업분야에서의 Social Media eWOM의 효율성을 국제적 관점에서 평가하는 실증 연구는 아주 부족한 실정이다. 환대산업시장의 경쟁적인 특성을 고려하면, 마케팅 종사자들은 Social Media eWOM의 효율성의 평가는 물론, 외국인 고객을 촉진하고 수익성을 증대하기 위한 문화적 요소에 의한 효과의 평가하여야 한다. 본 연구의 핵심 목적은 환대산업에서 Social Media eWOM가 문화적 가치에 영향력을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 중국, 한국, 미국의 세 나라를 비교 하여 나라마다 Social Media eWOM에 관여하는 정도의 차이의 존재를 실증하였다. 본 연구는 환대산업 마케터에게 국제적 Social Media 마케팅 전략에 중요한 의미를 제공할 것이라 기대된다.

한국 여성 이민자의 사회적 지지와 심리적 복지 (The Social Networks and Psychological Well-Being of Korean Women Immigrants)

  • A study of 117 Korean immigrant women who had husband and(or) children in Hawaii found the relation between social networks and psychological well-being. Social networks composed supporters, support structure, and support contents. Psychological well-being examined family life satisfaction, family life stability, and women's psychological health. Results showed as followed. First, the choice of immigration place among Korean immigrant women and her family based on other family members and friends lived in there. Second, her supporters were family and relatives, Korean friends, foreign friends, religions, belonged organizations and groups, public agencies in Hawaii, and mass-media. The best supporters of them was family and relatives and they mostly provided mental health to Korean immigrant women. Family, Korean friends, foreign friends, and religions tended to support emotional assistance. Third, the level of psychological well-being was higher. Her level of psychological health was higher than the others. Fourth, the best predictors of psychological well-being were child existence, occupation, and immigration duration. Fifth, psychological well-being significantly distinguished different relations of supporters from support structure of social network. The number and support duration with foreign friends supporter and the support duration and the level of perceived useful support content highly related with psychological well-being.

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of care burden among mothers of children with developmental disabilities on depression and the moderating effects of formal and informal social support. Method: The self-report questionnaires were administered to 200 mothers of children with developmental disabilities (aged 6~20 years) in pre-adulthood in Gyeongi-do. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. Result: First, There is a need to provide a mental health program that can relieve depression. Second, Individualized intervention strategies for mothers' psychological counseling and support programs for intensive case management and parenting stress management programs are needed. Third, Individual visit case management is required. In addition, it is necessary to expand the eligibility for care services and to maintain long-term programs. Conclusion: The findings suggested that there is a need to provide mothers with not only personal assistance program but also services such as mothers' psychological counseling, peer mentor program, and parenting stress management.

  • 우리나라 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용은 매우 저조하고 서비스가 각기 독립적으로 제공되고 있기 때문에 중복과 누락현상이 나타나고 있음이 지적되어 왔다. 본 연구는 경기도 국민기초생활보장대상 노인들 전수를 대상으로 노인들이 어떠한 서비스기관으로부터 어떠한 사회복지서비스를 받고 있는지에 대해 살펴보고, 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용기관수에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스중복 문제보다는 낮은 서비스이용률이 더 문제인 것으로 드러났다. 노인의 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 비교적 욕구요인이 큰 비중을 차지하였고 그 외 귀속요인과 자원요인도 중에는 큰 영향을 미치는 변수들이 나타나, 사회복지서비스확충과 지역별 균형의 달성, 서비스 연계 활성화가 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • The Serial Securities and the Social Welfare, as the national policy aimed at securing generals' lives, are the policies or systems for the stabilization in lift; especially of law-incomers and workers, for which the povernment has to establish the Social Security System. No wonder the Social Insurance System is a part of the Social Security System and the most important. The Social Insurance System, along with Public Assistance, is underlying the Social Security System. Social Security System includes medical insurance, industrial accident Compensation insurance, national pention insurance and employment insurance. The study is on 'The Oriental Medical Insurance and the Industrial Accident Compensation in the Social Security System' . The rate of industrial accident in Korea marks the highest rank in the world. for laborer, industrial accident do not merely mean the loss of health but the question of the right to live in terms of their loss of opportunity of life. The industrial accident compensation system should be established as the es post facto remedy system to guarantee the injured worker and his/her family's life. The oriental medical insurance system which began to operate in 1987 in Korea is based on unionism and divided into 3 parts; one part for the worker, a second part for the community inhabitants, and a third part for the public service personnel and private school personnel. Today the medical problem must be the most important social assignment to be considered. The medical system of contemporary industrial society has began greatly stood out in relief as a part of social welfare not emphasized on gainings of physicians. Accordingly systematization of the oriental medical insurance was strongly Pursued and it was developed to to the extent of entire nation insurance. Though the history of it is very short, most of the people are getting benefit from the insurance system by the social security system method. This study develops the Oriental Medical Insurance, the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance, the Pension System in relation to the industrial accident compensation of Employees, along with the ideas and principles of social insurance.

ODA의 국내·외적 동향과 한국사회복지계의 과제에 관한 연구 -부산 OECD 세계원조총회(HLF-4)를 계기로- (A Study on the ODA Trends and the Tasks of Korean Social Work Community)

  • 2011년 말 부산에서 열린 OECD 세계원조총회(HLF-4)는 전세계 160개국의 장관급 및 유엔, 기업, 민간 재단, NGO 대표 등 2,000여명이 참석, 개발도상국의 사회복지 문제를 해결할 중요 재원중 하나인 ODA(공적개발원조)의 원조효과성을 재논의 하는 중요한 국제회의였다. 그러나 이같이 사회복지와 관련된 중요한 국제회의에 당시 국내 및 국외의 전문사회복지(social work)계 대표단체들은 거의 그 모습을 보이지 않았다. 왜 그 같은 현상이 발생했을까? 본 연구는 바로 이 같은 문제의식에서 전문사회복지계가 개도국 사회복지 문제해결에서 과거 어떤 국제적 리더쉽을 행사했고, 또 어떻게 그 리더쉽을 잃어갔는지의 역사적 과정과 그 이유를 살펴보았다. 또한 그 같은 경험을 바탕으로 이제 막 국제사회복지에 대해 관심을 갖기 시작한 한국 사회복지학계 및 현장이 향후 준비해야 할 과제들을 탐구해 보았다.

  • This article aims to investigate the perceptions of mistreatment of elderly among the married men and women. The subjects of this study are 291 married men and women. The major finding is that the increased stress of caregiver may lead to elder abuse of neglect. According to the above finding, it may be appropriate to offer various assistance to the suspected abuser. That is, education, couseling and social support services may help alleviate the caregiving stress contributing to the mistreatment.

최종 사용자 전산에서 정보센터의 역할 (Evolving IC's Role in End User Computing)

  • End-User Computing (EUC) is one of the most significant developments in corporate computing in the 1980's. An information center (IC) supports EUC by providing end-users with technical assistance and consulting services. This study investigates the effective management and implementation of an IC in an organization with respect to the three sociotechnical factors : characteristics of end-users, social relationships with the DP/MIS department, and 3) technological infrastructure of EUC. An exploratory framework for managing IC is developed based on extensive literature review and results from interviews with IC directors of 17 large companies in the midwestern region in U.S.A.

영유아기 기혼 취업모와 비취업모의 사회자본과 양육스트레스 (Social Capital and Parental Stress of Married Mothers with Young Children: Variations by Employment Status)

  • This study attempted to examine whether there is a relationship between parental stress and the accessible and mobilizable social capital of mothers raising young children by the mothers' employment status. The sample included 284 employed and 287 non-employed mothers who have children younger than the age of 5. Three research questions were as follows: 1) do the accessible and mobilizable social capital of mothers and parental stress differ by the mothers' employment status? 2) are the accessible and mobilizable social capital of employed mothers related to the level of parental stress? And finally, 3) are the accessible and mobilizable social capital of unemployed mothers related to the level of parental stress? The results showed that no significant difference was found in accessing social capital by the employment status of mothers. However, employed mothers were capable of mobilizing more social capital for childcare assistance than non-employed mothers. The parental stress of employed mothers was significantly lower than that of non-employed mothers. For employed mothers, their mobilizable social capital contributed to the reduction of parental stress. For non-employed mothers, their capability of accessing social capital significantly predicted lower levels of parental stress. These results indicate that the concept of social capital could be taken into consideration when explaining the parental stress of married mothers raising young children.
