최소좁은세상 셀룰러 유전알고리즘 (Smallest-Small-World Cellular Genetic Algorithms)

  • 셀룰러 유전알고리즘(CGAs)은 모집단이 특정한 위상 구조를 갖는 유전알고리즘의 일종이다. 보통의 경우, CGAs의 모집단 공간은 네트워크 이론 측면에서 상대적으로 긴 평균경로길이와 큰 클러스터링계수를 갖는 정규 격자형 위상 구조이다. 평균경로길이가 길면 멀리 떨어진 개체들 사이의 유전적 상호작용이 느리게 일어난다. 따라서 클러스터링계수를 유지하면서 평균경로길이를 줄인다면 개체의 다양성이 유지되면서도 모집단이 보다 빠르게 수렴할 것이다. 이 논문에서는 최소좁은세상 셀룰러 유전알고리즘(SSWCGAs)을 제안한다. SSWCGAs에서 각 개체는 클러스터링이 잘되었으면서도 노드를 연결하는 평균경로길이가 짧은 모집단에 거주하여, 클러스터링에 의한 세부탐색 능력을 유지하면서도 전역탐색을 잘하게 된다. 네 가지 실변수 함수와 두 가지 GA-hard 문제에 대한 실험을 통하여 SSWCGAs가 SGAs 및 CGAs보다 효과적임을 보였다.

  • 사회네트워크분석(social network analysis)은 l개 연결선을 갖는 n개 노드의 자료를 대상으로 한다. 기본적인 자료기술로서 노드 간 최단거리(shortest distance), 근접 중심성(closeness centrality), 중개 중심성(betweenness centrality) 등을 산출한다. 기존의 사회학적 연구에서 다룬 네트워크는 대개 노드 수 n이 수십 또는 수백 정도였으나 최근에는 그 크기가 수십만 또는 수백만에 이르는 경우가 드물지 않다. 이에 따라 사회네트워크분석에서도 자료 규모성(data scalability)의 이슈가 생겼다. 본 연구에서는 몬테칼로(Monte Carlo) 방법을 활용하여 n = 100,000 규모의 임의 네트워크의 작은 세상(small world) 성질을 실증적으로 탐구하고 그 정도 규모에서의 중개 중심성과 근접 중심성의 산출 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • The sales activity of most of small manufacturing companies is based on orders of buyers. The process of promotion, negotiation, receipt and selection of orders of the manufacturers is closely coupled with the load status of the production lines. The decision on whether to accept an order or not, or the selection of optimal order set among excessive orders is entirely dependent on the schedule of production lines. However, in the real world, since the production scheduling activity is mainly performed by human experts, most of small manufacturers are suffer from being unable to meet due dates, lack of rapid decision on the acceptance of new order. Recently, Internet based Electronic Commerce is recognized as one of the alternatives for strengthening sales power of small and medium companies. However, small and medium manufacturers can't adjust properly to the new environment because they are in short of money, personnel, and technology. To cope with this problem, this paper deals with development of part sales agent coupled with virtual manufacturing in Internet environment that consist of selection agent, advertisement agent, selection agent, negotiation agent, and virtual manufacturing system. This paper develops a time-bounded negotiation mechanism for small and medium manufacturers in agent-based automated negotiation between customers and negotiation agents. Furthermore, to select optimal order set maximized profit, we first formulate the order selection problem with mixed integer programming, but the computation time of IP is not acceptable for real world scale problem. To overcome this problem and dynamic nature of virtual manufacturing, we suggest a genetic algorithm approach, which shows a reasonable computation time for real world case and good incremental problem solving capability.

  • Purpose: To reinforce the product competitiveness of Korean small and medium-sized business in the world market. Methods: By clarifying the definition of a masterpiece, developing global masterpiece quality index(MQI) equipped with checklists, surveying several companies and customers, and analyzing the results of the survey via the MQ zone diagram. Results: The results of the survey show the gap between Korean small and medium-sized business and global masterpiece companies in terms of MQI. From this analysis, in order for the surveyed Korean companies to be the world-class ones, the managerial aspects to be improved could be clearly pointed out through the measurement indices. Conclusion: This research would provide Korean small and medium-sized companies, which wish to get on the global masterpiece level, with an objective guideline.

  • Most of people do not remind of 'Who is domestic medical device business?' A lot of people that Johnson and Johnson, GE and Philips and other foreign companies belong to medical device company. In fact, local enterprises small place based on world market. Local medical device industry's production has grown up rapidly last 10 years. Sales increased nearly 3 times from trillion and 500 billion KRW in 2004 to 4 trillion and 600 billion KRW in 2014. The production record constantly increased owing to safety and good quality of domestic medical devices. As many as 59% of medical devices made in Korea is exported to 198 countries in the world. Currently, medical device industry in the world has been given considerable attention. Cognition and awareness are very much low. Medical device industry, high income creating industry, is said to next generation industry to increase scale, and Korea does not follow world flow. The industry is given support from the government that is not enough. Korean enterprises have small scale among a lot of global enterprises. Being interested in development of medical devices, the author selected department of IT at college.
