Facility layout for enterprise's competitive power strengthening and construction of offensive manufacture line and direction presentation for design of production management system that is new by operation improvement according to S company. In enterprise in JIT(Just in Time) system of leading persons affecting in productions among a lot of habitat factor analyze. It is that through equipment Layout among those factors enterprise my problem improve and serves enterprise's absolute ability cultivation. Even if it is JIT production main point that affect to apply the modular production to productive system among at equipment Layout, lot size, bottleneck session etc. worker's multi-function anger, change of demand factor and productive capacity add. 'S' Through enterprise's example, I wish to establish Korean medium and small enterprises' manufacturing industry style equipment Layout model by taken place effect interpretation.

This research is the analysis of using structural equation method in order to investigate the cause and effect relationship among the elements related to the innovation activity and the degree of the influence on that, and in order to make sure the sequential processes into the meaningful management performance for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a various of innovation activities performing in the domestic small and medium enterprise. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers, workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 206 sheets. we analyzed 169 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

Recently, the collaboration among small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) has been recognized as an effective competitive tool. As several systems have been developed to boost the collaboration, it is necessary to analyze the effectiveness of the systems in terms of their contribution to enhance operational performance of SMEs through objective and quantitative validation. In particular, the analysis for SMEs rather than large-scaled enterprises has not received much attention due to lack of relevant information and difficulty of collecting data. This paper presents a framework for analyzing the effectiveness of the collaboration support system, called i-manufacturing hub, which has been implemented by Korean government. Identification of influential factors to the effectiveness of collaboration hub, and constructing necessary hypotheses are proposed. To overcome the difficulty in data collection only by means of surveys through subjective questionnaires, we exploit system log data that are generated while SMEs use the system. As an initial phase to analyze the effectiveness through hypothesis validation, we discuss several interesting observations and challenges in the direction of enhancing collaboration among SMEs for better operational performance improvement and more participation in the collaboration hub.

Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

본 연구는 자동차부품제조업의 전사적 자원관리(ERP : Enterprise Resource Planning)시스템 전체 모듈중 가용재고관리 프로세스에 대한 표준화 모델을 개발한다. 표준화 모델은 중소기업청 및 중소기업기술정보진흥원에서 제시한 정보화구축 개발 방법론에 준하여 단계별 방법론에 따라 시스템이 구축되게 된다. 표준화 모델은 가용 재고관리 프로세스를 위한 발주관리, 입고관리, 출고관리, 재고관리의 프로세스를 표준화 시키고 표준모듈을 개발한다. 본 연구로 ERP시스템 하에서 가용재고관리 프로세스를 구축하고자 하는 제조기업 및 관련 전문 IT업체 들이 표준화된 모듈을 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있으며, 시스템에 대한 구축 용이성과 신뢰성을 제공한다. 본 연구 결과를 적용함으로써 기업의 원자재 및 제품의 과다보유를 방지하고 적정, 안전재고를 항시 보유할 수 있으며 실시간 재고파악, 고객납기 준수, 과다제품 생산 방지 및 재고비용 절감 등이 가능하다.

경영환경의 글로벌화와 급속한 기술 발전 속에서 자금력이 부족한 중소기업에게 기술력과 정보력은 무기가 되고, 기업의 경쟁력 강화와 경영혁신을 위하여 정보화는 가장 효율적이면서도 강력한 경영수단이 된다. 이에 따라 대부분의 중소 제조기업들이 정보화를 추진하기 위해서 ERP시스템을 도입한다. 그러나 ERP 시스템 도입에 따른 가시적인 성과를 드러낸 사례는 그렇게 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 중소 제조기업의 정보화 경영체제 구축 방안에 대해 살펴보고 수립된 구축 전략을 바탕으로 국내 중소 제조기업에 적용하였다. 특히, 중소기업과 제조기업이라는 특성을 고려한 정보화경영체제 전략을 수립하여 적용하였다.

최근 우리나라의 기업들은 해외진출을 고려하거나 이미 진출한 경우가 많다. 과거 기업의 해외진출은 대부분 대기업 주도의 해외진출로 이루어졌으나 대외적 환경 변화와 기술 및 자본도입의 자유화 등 경제 개방화로 인해 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업도 해외진출을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 필요불가결한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 중국으로의 진출이 애로를 겪고 있는 중 대안으로서 베트남 진출은 점차 확대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 기업의 베트남 진출과 관련하여 경제, 정치, 사회적인 환경 분석을 통하여 효율적이고 바람직한 베트남 진출 전략수립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적에 따라 이론적 고찰을 통하여 베트남 진출 관련 국내.외 문헌조사와 선행연구를 토대로 하여 이론적 고찰을 행하였으며 진출방안으로서 향후 우리나라 중소기업의 유망진출 분야로는 에너지 산업, 정유 및 석유화학산업, 전력 산업, 기타분야로서 건설 자재 관련 산업, 노동집약적 제조업, 수산업 농산물 재배, 가공업 등을 들 수 있다.

최근 국가경제와 기업의 경쟁력이 불안정한 글로벌 환경에서, 정부는 4차 산업혁명이라고 불리는 스마트공장 구축사업을 중소중견 제조기업 대상으로 적극적으로 적용추진을 하고 있다. 스마트공장이란 ICT(Information Communication Technology)와 생산공정의 융합으로 설비와 시스템간의 통합과 지식 기반의 최적화된 판단으로 제품을 자동 생산하는 체계이다. 본 연구는 기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 성공적인 스마트공장의 추진을 위한 최고경영자의 의지, 정부지원, 외부 컨설팅 그리고 조직참여가 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보았다. 연구모형을 통한 실증연구를 하기 위해 스마트공장 구축을 완료하였거나 진행 중인 중소기업을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 회수된 101부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 기업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보를 위한 스마트공장 성공적 구현에 있어서 조직의 참여도가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었고, 정부지원, 외부 컨설팅 그리고 최고경영자 의지 순서로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 기업의 경쟁력 제고에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 스마트공장 구축을 성공적으로 실현하기 위해 여러 가지 관점으로 구분하여 도출하였고 이를 검증하였다.

Small and medium businesses (SMEs) play a critical role in the economy, yet they are plagued by a shortage of finance. Determining the influence of cash sources both inside and outside the firm is critical to the company's survival and growth. As a result, the purpose of this research is to determine the impact of capital on the growth of SMEs in Vietnam. The key factors of this research are equity and liabilities, which are two proxies for a firm's capital. The data is based on the results of a survey conducted every two years from 2005 to 2015, which included over 2,600 SMEs in 20 processing and manufacturing industries in ten provinces and cities, including Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Tay, Phu Tho, Nghe An, Quang Nam, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, and Long An. The findings show that characteristics such as equity capital, total workforce growth rate, and male entrepreneurs have a positive impact on enterprise growth, whereas liabilities, firm age, and export have a negative impact on enterprise growth. The study has demonstrated that equity has a positive impact while liabilities have a negative impact on the growth of Vietnamese SMEs.

이 연구는 1999~2014년의 16년간 19개 제조업 중분류 산업들의 패널 자료를 사용하여 위탁대기업과 협력중소기업 간의 임금격차 확대 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 위탁대기업의 노동투입과 협력중소기업 납품생산물 사이의 대체탄력성은 1보다 유의하게 작게 나타났는데, 고용보호 수준이 높은 위탁대기업 근로자들의 임금상승은 총비용에서 차지하는 임금비용점유율을 높이고 협력중소기업 납품생산물의 비용점유율을 감소시키는 결과를 초래하였다. 이는 결국 납품가격과 협력중소기업 근로자 임금에 음(-)의 영향을 미쳐 위탁대기업과 협력중소기업 간의 임금격차를 더욱 확대하는 결과로 해석될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 위탁대기업 근로자들의 노동조합 가입 수준과 경제개방도의 상승 역시 이러한 효과를 확대하는 방향으로 작용하였다. 기업규모 간 임금격차 확대 완화와 노동시장 양극화 억제를 위해서는 대기업 수준에서의 유연한 임금체계 도입과 협력중소기업 근로자들과의 현실적인 공동교섭방안, 그리고 협력중소기업 근로자들을 위한 인재양성 및 직업능력개발의 획기적인 사회적 장치 구축노력을 제안하고 있다.
