Almost accidents in construction sites are occurred by unsafe work conditions and failure making safe environment. As recent construction projects become more complex, various and diversified, So the potential of construction-related accidents is increased as well. Comparing the frequency of construction-related accidents in large-sized construction sites, small-sized construction sites are more vulnerable because of lack of workforce and less effective technology system. Furthermore, the absence of safety committee, poor financial condition leads to lack of safety education, installation of safety facilities, and provision of individual protective equipment, which indicates difficulties handling even basic safety management. Therefore, in order to lower the hazard rate at small-Sized construction sites, it is necessary to proceed with more structural and thorough actions for preventing accidents. In other words, it is necessary to analyze the causes of the accidents at small-sized construction sites, set criteria for safety management, and suggest safety management items according to work classification by evaluating the relative importance of the items.

Currently, majority small ship's clutch for power transmission to propeller relies on multi plate hydraulic clutch regardless its size. Most of the small ships do not have a spare equipments of clutch. Furthermore, many ship engineers do not have an ability as well as enough experience to solve this problem related to the hydraulic clutch during the voyage. Therefore, any small problems cause many serious marine accidents. Once the clutch has problem, almost of all ships can not sail by itself anymore and it must be towed by salvage boat, maritime police ships, or fish guidance boat etc. In this case, all the accidents will be categorized as a marine accident and they all need to go through marine accident court inquiries. In this study, an understanding of each crew on hydraulic clutch system has been profoundly measured. Furthermore, the knowledge on an emergency navigation protocol of each crew has been also profoundly checked. Additionally, various surveys on hydraulic clutch classes has been performed and its satisfaction of crews on this topic have been carefully checked based on various feedback from students who took these courses. All of the above data from this study will be used to reduce marine accidents in current marine industry.

Korean construction industry has developed with national economy growth for a couple of decades. However, because of slump of real estate, the domestic construction industry was intimidated. In this situation, many construction company has no choice but to go abroad to find construction projects. However, almost small or medium-sized construction companies are very hard to operate their business because they have small funding ability and weak labor power. Therefore, this study aims to propose an assessment tool through analyzing risk factors of overseas construction projects for small or medium-sized companies by examining preceding research and interviewing industry experts. Weights of the risk factors are determined through the surveys of the industry practitioners. All of the data is configured into the assessment tool and this converts the quantitative information which leads to the optimal of strategies choice. This paper provides a quantitative measurement of possible performance and detailed assessment of each itemized risk factors. This assessment tool is qualified for industry experts so that it can safely be applied to the future projects. Ultimately, many small or medium sized construction companies will benefit from the tool proposed in this study to examine the potential of the overseas market expansion.

This paper has focusing CheongHaeJin's maritime trading activities between Korea, China and Japan in the 9th century. In operation of CheongHaeJin which Chang BoGo was given a key role, CheongHaeJin creates three nation's wealth in triangular trade among Korea, China and Japan. And also, CheongHaeJin's contribution is considerable to the maritime trade development of Northeast Asia through establishing trading advance base in China and Japan, and organizing Shilla's people in China. Chang BoGo justified the control over small business groups of the west and south sea of Korea and the east and south sea of China by keeping pirates away His trade groups controlled foreign trade of three countries: Shilla, the Dang Dynasty of China and Japan. They connected Persia, India, Southeast Asia, and China. CheongHaeJin's key success factors of the maritime activities are summarized as follows; There is a possibility of searching that successful factor from the people of operator of CheongHaeJin. Based on oceanic adventurous spirit with character and progressive thinking could complete the rally of sea influence and composition of fleets. Secondly, the success factor is the excellent operational ability and leadership which learned in the Dang Dynasty of China. Thirdly, In 9th century, International political context was suitable for CheongHaeJin's construction and operation. Such political circumstances had given to CheongHaeJin remunerative position. Finally, Although central government could not maintain the sea traffic securities, Chang BoGo's ocean trading fleets guaranteed the safe fishing industry of people and security of sea traffic.

A heterogeneous network (HetNet) is a network topology composed by deploying multiple HetNets under the coverage of macro cells (MCs). It can improve network throughput, extend cell coverage, and offload network traffic; for example, the network traffic of a 5G mobile communications network. A HetNet involves a mix of radio technologies and various cell types working together seamlessly. In a HetNet, coordination between MCs and small cells (SCs) has a positive impact on the performance of the networks contained within, and consequently on the overall user experience. Therefore, to improve user-perceived service quality, HetNets require high-efficiency network protocols and enhanced radio technologies. In this paper, we introduce a 5G HetNet comprised of MCs and both fixed and mobile SCs (mSCs). The featured mSCs can be mounted on a car, bus, or train and have different characteristics to fixed SCs (fSCs). In this paper, we address the technical challenges related to mSCs. In addition, we analyze the network performance under two HetNet scenarios-MCs and fSCs, and MCs and mSCs.

With globalization and competitive market environment, companies realize how marketing channels are important in order to survive and succeed the business. The importance of information management among channels is getting increased, and is needed for SCM. Nevertheless having hard situation to implement SCM, SCM for textile fashion industry engaged in small business mostly is the way to break through the difficulty on so many channels to go through from fiber to retail. Therefore, the purpose of this case study to L firm by using questionnaire based interviewing method was to investigate how textile fashion small business can implement the SCM with their own differentiated strategy differed from a large corporation. L firm conducted SCM-ISN (Information Service Network) under the restructuring project. So they could use electronic bidding system via internet and have information sharing with their partners such as retailers. Therefore, they could expand market share to Seoul and reduce inventory and manage their customer more effectively than before.

The mobile robot, named as KAEROT, is designed to go up and down stairs in nuclear facilities. To get a proper stable motion, kinematic modeling and analysis are seriously considered and new climbing algorithm is proposed focused on the stability. A couple of small wheels of one planetary wheel have to contact the surface ol stairs all the time to give the guarantee for stability and safety. To confirm the validity of the proposed algorithm, simulation is carried out. The results make evident of feasibility for the algorithm.
