노후 송전선로의 가공송전선 직선 슬리브 분석 연구 (The Study on Aged Sleeves for Old Transmission Lines)

  • A detailed study on aged sleeves for old transmission lines was carried out to clarify the deterioration of sleeves and the condition of installation. A lot of removed aged sleeves from transmission lines were investigated. Many biased installed cases and corrosion of steel sleeve part were found. These defects can cause a serious accident such as blackout during operating. The detailed results were presented in the text.

  • Nowadays, out of other transmission parts, the sleeve is getting more and more important part for exact and smooth shifting from gear ratio change whenever drivers are needed. To exact and smooth shifting when drivers are needed, all the parts connected with gear shifting should be machined exactly and having dimensions designers are intended. Especially, in case of the sleeve that the most important functional part to shift from gear ratio change that drivers are intended, it needs high precision grade and quality in both sides runout and outer dia runout as well as inner spline small dia & large dia. Because it's assembled with the synchro hub spline and shifted directly with the mating cone. So, it should be applied the hear treatment(hereinafter referred to H.T.M.T) to prevent the friction and percussion loss from shifting with mating cone. At this time, the deformation problems are raised from almost H.T.M.T. process and it makes the inferior part.

  • In old Korea from the 4th century of 6th cen-tury the lapels of You and upper garment folded slightly. It had tight sleeves and its length was not long reaching to the hips. but from the 7th century the sleeve of You became wider and its length became longer, Chinese You folded very deeply across the breast and its sleeve was tight. The length of Chinese You was short too strectching out to the hips. From the 5th century the sleeve of the Chinese You became wider Chinese trousers with wide crotch appeared in the 4th century during the time when Ezst Jin Dyn-asty ruled China. The upper garments with the wide sleeve was common by the 7th century in China. What is specially noteworthy is that Short-dalnyung appeared in the 5th ∼6th century. In old Korea strings were used to tie the bottoms of the trousers. Trousers with tight crotch did not need the strins. korean trousers with wide lines were narrower than the Chinese trousers at the bottom and it was not necessary to use the strings for people to put them on In China there were both of wide trousers and tight trousers. People tied trousers around the kness with the strings in the formal places but they did not tied the trousers with the strings when they wore the ordinary clothes. Chinese trousers were very wide just like a skirt and they were much wider than wide Korean trousers.

비틀림 진동감쇠기용 슬리브 스프링의 제조 공정 해석 (A Process Analysis for Manufacturing the Sleeve Spring of the Torsional Vibration Damper)

  • In diesel engines, it is inevitable that the torsional vibration is produced by the fluctuation of engine torque. Therefore, it is necessary to establish preventive measures to diminish the torsional vibration. The sleeve spring type damper is one of the preventive measures for reducing the torsional vibration. In this study, 2-roll bending process was proposed to manufacture sleeve spring; The program to calculate the initial radius including springback effect was developed and the FEA method to analyze elasto-plastic problem was verified through analysis of 90 degree bending process. The elasto-plastic analysis of 2-roll bending process was carried out by the FEA method verified to set a new criterion, and the new process design parameter(contact angle) in the 2-roll bending process was proposed.

파워 숄더 재킷의 디자인 및 패턴전개 방법 (Pattern Making Method and Design of Power Shoulder Jackets)

  • 여성복에 있어서 09/10년 시즌에 가장 주목할 만한 특징은 파워 숄더 룩이다. 파워 숄더 룩은 단순히 패션니스타들에서만이 아니라 당당히 스트리트 패션의 하나로 자리 잡았으며 파워 숄더 룩의 50%이상을 차지하는 재킷이 여성복의 핵심 아이템의 하나로 부활하면서 재킷의 어깨 각도는 0도에서 30도 이상까지 다양하게 나타난다. 다양한 어깨 각도 중 10도, 15도, 20도의 형태가 70%이상을 차지하고 있으며 패턴의 형태는 몸판의 어깨선을 자연스럽게 올리고 확장한 어깨변형 패턴, 어깨선과 함께 소매산 부분을 절개한 소매산 변형 패턴, 몸판과 소매가 연결된 패턴이 주를 이루고 있다. 파워 숄더 패턴 전개는 어깨 각도가 높아질수록 각이 시작되는 점이 목옆점에 가깝게 하고 어깨끝점이 확장되어야 소매의 외관형태가 편안하고 피트성이 좋아진다. 어깨 변형의 경우 앞뒤 진동선의 시작점인 어깨점과 소매산의 정점 부분의 선이 완만하게 이어지도록 S라인형태를 유지하는 것이 가장 중요하며 소매산의 ease분량이 일반 재킷 소매보다 많아야 파워 숄더 실루엣이 자연스럽게 연출된다. 소매변형 패턴은 중심쪽 소매의 소매산 높이는 기본소매 소매산높이의 1.5cm를 외곽 소매분량으로 처리한 것을 고려하여 소매산 높이를 설정하고 어깨 각이 커질수록 외곽소매의 소매산 폭을 크게 함으로서 소매의 어깨점이 목옆점 방향으로 휘지 않고 각이 선 파워 숄더가 완성된다. 소매변형과 소매와 몸판연결 패턴의 경우 어깨점과 상완이 연결되는 부분에 충분한 여유가 필요하며 어깨각도도 다른 형태에 비해 상대적으로 낮아 보인다. 이와 같이 파워 숄더 재킷 패턴은 패턴 제작시 디자인적인 요소를 충분히 감안한 패턴 설계와 함께 소매의 달림선 위치, 어깨너비, 어개 높이 확장량, 소매통의 여유량 등을 고려하여 제작하는 것이 바람직하다.

도시가스 매설배관 보수기준 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Repair Standards for Underground Pipelines Carrying Natural Gas)

  • 미국과 유럽의 가스회사에서는 배관의 보수방법으로 그라인딩, 육성용접, 슬리브덮개용접, 복합재료보수, 핫태핑, 클램프 등 다양한 방법을 사용하고 있으며, 배관에 손상이 발생한 경우 사용적합성 평가를 거쳐 배관보수를 실시하고 있다. 또한, 미국과 영국 등에서는 매설된 도시가스배관이 타공사 또는 부식으로 인해 손상을 입은 경우 손상형태별로 적용 가능한 배관보수방법을 규정하고 있다. 국내의 경우에는 노후된 중압배관에 대하여 정밀안전진단을 하도록 하고 있으며, 정밀안전진단결과 발생된 결함의 종류 및 정도에 따라 배관을 보수, 교체 또는 신설하도록 규정하고 있다. 그러나 보수 및 보강 방법에 대하여는 기준이 마련되어 있지 않아 배관에 손상이 발생한 경우 주로 손상된 배관을 절단한 후 단관(短管)으로 교체하는 방법만을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국, 영국 등 국외의 보수방법 및 기준을 조사하고, 국내의 매설배관 검사 방법 등에 대해 조사하고, 보수방법 시험 결과를 분석한 후 국내 실정에 맞는 배관보수기준(안)을 제시하였다. 개발되는 기준에 따라 도시가스사업자가 정밀안전진단 결과의 후속조치로 배관보수를 하는 경우 가스공급을 중단하지 않아도 되므로 가스의 안정적 공급에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

복합십자형 CFT 기둥-보 접합부의 내력식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Equations for Load Carrying Capacities of Concrete Filled tubular Square Column-to-Beam Connections with Combined Cross Diaphragm and Sleeves)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 복합십자형 다이아프램을 사용한 CFT 기둥-보 인장측 접합부에 관한 연구에 이어서 접합부 각 요소의 구조적 특성을 명료하게 하는데 있다. 복합십자형 다이아프램은 기존 접합부의 하중전달 경로 및 다이아프램의 갑작스런 기하학적인 형상 변화에 대한 디테일을 개선함으로서, 보 플랜지 및 다이아프램에 응력을 고르게 분포시키고 접합부의 응력집중이 완화된 접합방식이다. 복합십자형 다이아프램을 접합부에서 중요한 요소 중 하나인 슬리브에서의 응력전달에 관하여 연구를 수행하였다. 슬리브의 두께 및 길이를 변수로 하여 해석한 결과, 슬리브의 길이 및 두께는 접합부의 내력에 큰 영향을 주지 않고 다이아프램으로부터의 하중을 콘크리트로 전달시키는 매개체의 역할을 하였다. 또한 적정 슬리브의 길이 및 두께를 각각 직경의 1배, 슬리브 직경/두께비를 20으로 제안한다. 기존의 내력식을 검토하여 메커니즘을 수정한 후 적용가능한 접합부의 극한내력식 및 항복내력식을 제안하였다.

Experimental and numerical study on mechanical behaviour of grouted splices with light-weight sleeves

  • Grouted sleeve splice (GSS) is an effective type of connection applied in the precast concrete structures as it has the advantages of rapidly assembly and reliable strength. To decrease the weight and cost of vertical rebar connection in precast shear walls, a light-weight sleeve is designed according to the thick-cylinder theory. Mechanical behaviour of the light-weighted GSS is investigated through experimental analysis. Two failure modes, such as rebar fracture failure and rebar pull-out failure, are found. The load-displacement curves exhibit four different stages: elastic stage, yield stage, strengthening stage, and necking stage. The bond strength between the rebar and the grout increases gradually from outer position to inner position of the sleeve, and it reaches the maximum value at the centre of the anchorage length. A finite element model predicting the mechanical properties of the light-weighted GSS is developed based on the Concrete Damage Plasticity (CDP) model and the Brittle Cracking (BC) model. The effect of the rebar anchorage length is significant, while the increase of the thickness of sleeve and the grout strength are not very effective. A model for estimating ultimate load, including factors of inner diameter of sleeves, anchorage length, and rebar diameter, is proposed. The proposed model shows good agreement with various test data.

Experimental Study on Cushioning Characteristics of Pneumatic Cylinder with Meter-In/Meter-Out Control

  • Pneumatic cylinder is widely used fur mechanical handling systems. Often, the impact occurs at the both ends points of pneumatic cylinder and generates the destructive shock with in the structural operating members of the machine or equipment. To reduce the damage of system, therefore, shock absorbing devices are required. Cushioning of pneumatic cylinders at one or both ends of piston stroke is used to reduce the shock and vibration. The cylinder body have to withstand under conditions of high velocity and load. In this research pneumatic cushioning cylinder moving tests have been conducted for different load mass and supply pressure. The velocity of pneumatic cylinder actuation system which is set vertically with multiple orifice cushion sleeve is controled with the meter-in/out control system. This study examines the dynamic characteristics of pneumatic cylinder which are used as cushion devices. It turns out that the cushion pressure is mainly a function of the external load rather than the supply pressure. The cushion region characteristics was also revealed in the meter-in control system.

원자력 증기발생기 결함 세관 보수용 폭발 sleeving에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Explosive Sleeving of A Repair for Defective Tube/Tubeplate on the Nuclear Steam Generator)

  • Unfortunately leaks occur in heat exchangers periodically, usually at the tube to tubeplate joint. The usual method of repair is to plug off the defective area and isolate the tubes of concern from the circuit. If the leaks continua the thermal capacity of the units is progressively reduced and for this reason the alternative of using an internal bridging sleeve has been examined. This paper discusses the overall development activities that has been found necessary to bring this repair procedure to a successful conclusion for use on the nuclear steam generator. In this work we have investigated optimum explosives and explosive quality, explosive sleeving's thickness, the design of sheath stress relieving heat treatment pull-out load, hydraulic leakage, stress corrosion cracking properties. The results obtain are as follows : (1) The optimum explosives and explosive qualities are PETN and about 15~40 gr/ft of explosive sleeving in nuclear steam generator. (2) Explosive sleeving's thickness is 1.1~l.4mm, If groove of 0.35mm formed in sleeve outside existed, For the hydraulic leakage is go up, explosive sleeving of formed groove are applicate tube and turnplate. (3) If the stress relieving heat treatment are experiment in $750^\circ{C}$, $850^\circ{C}$, 15 minutes Pull-out strength of sleeving 1,500~2,300kg, hydraulic leakage is $250kg/cm^2$.
