  • This study inspected 203 employees with disabilities who are working in social enterprises based in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do from March to June 2019 in order to find out the factors of self-efficacy, social support, wages and welfare, relationship with upper management and co-worker relationships which influence job Performance and job satisfaction of disabled workers. The implications of this research are as follows. First, the factors that positively affect work performance are self-efficacy and co-worker relationships. It was shown that trust and respect that disabled workers working in domestic social corporations perceive while diligently performing the work without any bias and getting from coworkers led to good work performance. Second, when the current wage was determined by the employee's perceived ability, skill and current workloads that fit to their ability, the workers expressed job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction by the employees was followed by the perception of the possibility of living a more stable life with the current monthly income. Third, upper managements' care on personal issues, acknowledgment of autonomy and support through communication have led to job satisfaction among the employees. Lastly, considering the research result in which the social support that the disabled workers perceive does not show any positive effect on work performance or work satisfaction, it can be concluded that there is a need for a change in the social perception of disabled workers.

  • There are symbolicity and special meaning in the materials which are supposed to be used metalcraft from ancient to present. These are basical resources of hermeneutics and play a role as moaning elements. Generally, the precious Cold and Silver are mainly to be used with precious stone. But recently, ordinary materials like glass iron aluminum has begun to be used with them. Several artists are intentionally using them, and special skills which could be revealed by only the matherials are developing by them. In these skill, there are original material's texture and character of matter are looking like other matter. Well, special skills are adapted in these matters to magnify the possibility of expression, the originally codified meaning resources are disturbed. For example, The metal craft artist June Schwarcz is using the skills of electroforming, copper foiling, enameling, wire brush patina, fine wires fusing, etc. He is doing abstract forming and making various textures. And his works are very big size, and done by the skills of painting and sculpture. The outer form is very structural, special touches of the artists are heterogeneously mixed with the symbolic abstract expressionism color field. Further, there are mixed with Primitive original life atmosphere, Medieval ornamental aspect, Minimal, and Chaotic aspects. The meaning particles of these aspects are directly/indirectly joined but special skills and basic material languages are mixed together, the originally codified material language are disturbed. These disturbed material languages are becoming optically special effect and be illusion. It is making expressing way of tile metalcraft more fertile and be infinite.

  • Present, we cannot expect the maximum studying effect in a home economics and the drill unit of secondary schools because of several problems. Such problems can be enumerated as follows. 1. The explaination of a making process in texts would be difficult for the students who have a poor understanding to grasp. 2. The much effort would be made due to teacher’s repeated exhibition, by which the progress of a text might be unreasonable. 3. The teachers unaccustomed to the drill might treat it carelessly and become to avoid it. 4. The skill to grasp a general work flow might be lack. Baseing on such problems, this researcher did using a medium of Video in teaching method of home economics. For this purpose, the quality of Video Tape would be important. Above all, we made out the script of Video Tape through advices of specialists in Video medium, majors in home economics, and the students teaching of home economics and the concerned persons, by which we recorded a gather skirt, as a finished goods, especially of the characteristics of each kind of a skirt. Next, we recorded and produced the total steps from a preparation of skirt-making to a finishing as using a V.T.R. shot technique. The Video would be screened and the supplemented explaination of a teacher would be added in a step of instruction. In the development of instruction, students would begin the making. The expected effects according to using Video Tape are as follows. 1. The making order of text would be exhibited by a model directly and the explaination of a narrator would be added concurrently, by which students would understand it easily as confirming each step. 2. All students can watch these steps owing to a close up, one of the V.T.R Techniques. Accordingly, the teacher’s efforts would be decreased and the proper progress of a text could be maintained because of no repeated exhibition of a teacher. 3. To the teachers unaccustomed to and interested in a drill, the medium would become a subsidiary means. 4. Study all steps of a making, students would become to understand the general flow of a work. Therefore, it might be possible to generalize another units of a making. However though this study was designed don a basis of such effects, the using effects based on only the existing study results, and was focused on the production of a medium. Because this research would be a teacher and there was noncooperation of secondary schools, it was impossible to experiment in schools, which was the prime limitation of this study. Therefore we should be experiment further for the continuous studying.

  • This study was designed to predict potential habitat of Japanese evergreen oak (Quercus acuta Thunb.) in Korean Peninsula considering its dispersal ability under climate change. We used a species distribution model (SDM) based on the current species distribution and climatic variables. To reduce the uncertainty of the SDM, we applied nine single-model algorithms and the pre-evaluation weighted ensemble method. Two representative concentration pathways (RCP 4.5 and 8.5) were used to simulate the distribution of Japanese evergreen oak in 2050 and 2070. The final future potential habitat was determined by considering whether it will be dispersed from the current habitat. The dispersal ability was determined using the Migclim by applying three coefficient values (${\theta}=-0.005$, ${\theta}=-0.001$ and ${\theta}=-0.0005$) to the dispersal-limited function and unlimited case. All the projections revealed potential habitat of Japanese evergreen oak will be increased in Korean Peninsula except the RCP 4.5 in 2050. However, the future potential habitat of Japanese evergreen oak was found to be limited considering the dispersal ability of this species. Therefore, estimation of dispersal ability is required to understand the effect of climate change and habitat distribution of the species.

  • The extended science investigations, comprehensive investigations contrasted with exercises of process skill components and cookbook style experiments, should be pursued for giving opportunity of more authentic science activity. The characteristics of the extended investigation tasks were emerged from critical argument on school practical work. And one of important educational objectives in students' investigations is to achieve motivation for investigation. The purpose of this study is to explore how the characteristics of the extended investigation tasks, that is practical context, openness and continuity, affect middle school students' motivation for investigation. On the basis of questionnaire results and students' school science achievement, ten students were interviewed to see the change of motivation for investigation and its causes while they perform two textbook investigations and four extended investigation tasks. Among the interviewees, the students who showed positive motivation for the extended investigations were critical about textbook experiments as they are just confirmations of theories and perceived practical context and openness as the main causes of their positive motivation. The students who showed negative motivation for extended investigations preferred textbook experiments as there was enough guidance from teacher and textbook-centered learning. They recognized the openness of the tasks as a main reason of their negative motivation for investigation. Some students showed negative responses about continuity of the extended investigation tasks but continuity was not recognized as a main cause for their motivation for investigation.

  • The topic on Flow is generating increased interests in e-commerce studies. Flow has been identified as a key component in e-commerce. Studies on Flow have so far focused on internet shopping mall, but scarcely looked at the Flow of Internet auction. The purpose of study is to find out which factors play a major role in building Flow on internet auction and how the built-up Flow affect Brand Equity. Therefore, the research model investigates what factors influence Flow. Furthermore, the research is designed to understand how the Flow influences Brand Equity. The antecedents of Flow classifies into three types such as personal (Challenge, Skill), IT characteristic, Internet Auction characteristic. The results of this empirical study shows that three characteristics significantly affected the flow:personal (Challenge), IT (information quality, system quality), and Internet Auction (interactivity). And also Flow has significant effect on the brand equity. This result indicates that customer's optimal experience is important to increase brand equity. That is, the flow is influenced by multi-dimensional factors and plays an important role in increasing brand equity. Finally, the finding of this study suggests that personal challenge, information quality, system quality, and interactivity should be enhanced preferentially.

  • Mathematics learning disabilities is a specific learning disorder affecting the normal acquisition of arithmetic and spatial skills. Reported prevalence rates range from 5 to 10 percent and show high rates of comorbid disabilities, such as dyslexia and ADHD. In this study, the characteristics and the causes of this disorder has been examined. The core cause of mathematics learning disabilities is not clear yet: it can come from general cognitive problems, or disorder of innate intuitive number module could be the cause. Recently, researchers try to subdivide mathematics learning disabilities as (1) semantic/memory type, (2) procedural/skill type, (3) visuospatial type, and (4) reasoning type. Each subtype is related to specific brain areas subserving mathematical cognition. Based on these findings, the author has performed a basic research to develop grade specific diagnostic tests: number processing test and math word problems for lower grades and comprehensive math knowledge tests for the upper grades. The results should help teachers to find out prior knowledge, specific weaknesses of students, and plan personalized intervention program. The author suggest diagnostic tests are organized into 6 components. They are number sense, conceptual knowledge, arithmetic facts retrieval, procedural skills, mathematical reasoning/word problem solving, and visuospatial perception tests. This grouping will also help the examiner to figure out the processing time for each component.
