20대 여성의 실제체형, 인지체형, 신체상 지각불일치, 신체만족도가 의복 맞음새 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 정장 재킷을 중심으로 - (Effects of Real Body, Perceived Body, Self Discrepancy and Body Satisfaction on Garment Fit Satisfaction of Women in Their Twenties - Focused on Women's Jacket -)

  • This study analyzed the relationships among actual body types, perceived body types, body-image discrepancy(difference between perceived and ideal body), and body satisfaction, and their effects on jacket fit satisfaction at 17 body parts of women in their 20s. To apprehend the actual body type of subjects, total 18 items were measured according to the anthropometric method of the 6th anthropometric survey project. The relationship between body-image discrepancy and body satisfaction was correlated in all body parts. Body-image discrepancy and body satisfaction were more affected by perceived body size than actual body size. The fit satisfaction level of the jacket was found to be lower as the discrepancy between the body type and the ideal body type was recognized. As the waist girth, hip girth, armscye girth, and upper arm girth were smaller, the height was taller, bust girth and breast size were larger, these body sizes were considered as closer to the ideal body shape and the jacket fit of the area was more satisfied. When the perceived body sizes and the actual body sizes were compared, the women in their 20s tended to perceive their waist, abdomen, and hip as larger, their shoulder length and front/back interscye as longer, their breast size as smaller, and their waist height as lower than the actual size.

  • This study first examines the effect of perceived body characteristics, satisfaction with body characteristics on perceived size related risk, and internet shopping clothing behaviors; in addition, it also examines the effect of the perceived size related risk on clothing behaviors. A questionnaire was conducted with responses from 219 female students, aged 19 to 25. Data was analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test. The findings suggest that a consumer satisfied with body characteristics has active clothing behaviors to improve her appearance or body image. The effects of perceived body characteristics and satisfaction with body characteristics on perceived size related risk are also identified. The perceived size related risk increases when the size information of an internet shopping mall is insufficient compared to the situation when the consumer is not satisfied with her body characteristics. The meaningful differences of clothing behaviors according to extent of perceived size related risk are identified.

Comparison between Clothing Sizing Systems of Korean and Foreign SPA Brands for Clothing Size Satisfaction of Tall Women in their Twenties

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences between clothing size satisfaction and clothing sizing systems of Korean and foreign SPA (specialty retailer of private label apparel) brands according to height group, and provide foundation material that can be used to establish product strategy from the perspective of Korean SPA brand clothing sizes in order to secure competitiveness in the international market. Satisfaction of tall women in their twenties with the clothing sizes of SPA brands was researched, and t-test was conducted to examine differences between clothing size satisfaction of Korean and foreign SPA brands between the two height groups. Then, differences in the size minimum and maximum values, size ranges, size intervals and size numbers between clothing sizing systems of Korean and foreign SPA brands were researched and comparatively analyzed. Existing clothing sizes need to make improvements considering the lengths and shoulder width of tall consumers. And Korean SPA brands need to diversify the range and number of sizes in the clothing sizing system, and set a separate tall-size group, or apply the relationship between vertical and horizontal sizes of clothing to establish a clothing sizing system. A product strategy that applies the results of this study will solve the clothing size dissatisfaction of tall female consumers and stimulate sales of Korean SPA brand clothing products. The study has value in that it extracted realistic problems by researching clothing sizing systems of products that are actually sold.

음식물 쓰레기를 줄이기 위한 체계화 연구(II) -일부 한국음식의 1인 1회 적정 섭취량 평가- (The Systematic Study on Reduction of Food Waste Products(II) -Estimation of One Serving Size of Frequently Consumed Korean Dishes -)

  • The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of serving sizes on dish wastes, nutrient intake, and diet satisfaction for reduction of dish waste products. The dish waste, energy and protein intake, and satisfaction scores before and after dining were compared in 44 subjects fed various serving sizes(100%, 90%, 80% of standard size) of 10 frequently consumed Korean dishes. The result are as follows: 1. Average age, height, and weight of 44 subjects were 30.5, 174.0cm, and 68.1kg in men and 26.2, 164.2cm, and 53.5kg in women, respectively. 2. There was a significant difference in the dish waste rate of 10 Korean dishes to serving sizes. The range of dish waste rates of 10 Korean dishes was 13.14-33.04%. 3. The average energy intake from 10 Korean dishes in which 100% of the standard serving size was served was lower than Korean RDA. Protein intakes from Sulungtang, Yukgaejang, Deunjang-ggigae, and Bibimpab with 100% servins size, Soondubi-ggigae 90% servins size, and Galbitang, Bulgogi-bakpan, Sangsungui-bakpan, Bakpan 80% of standard serving size were higher than Korean RDA. 4. The satisfaction score before dining on Sulungtang, Bulgogi-bakpan, Sangsungui-bakpan decreased with decreasing serving size. However, there was no significant difference in satisfaction score after dining to serving size. These findings indicate that dish waste rate and diet satisfaction of 10 these Korean dishes are fixed and energy intake is insufficient. Therefore, for reduction of food waste and reasonable serving size of dishes evaluated in this study, there should be more studies about Korean menu development with decreasing serving size and increasing energy density.

요양시설 규모에 따른 직원의 감정노동, 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment in Staffs by the Size of Facility)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing organizational commitment of staffs according to the size of long-term care facility. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was designed. Data collection was conducted for a total of 315 employees in long-term care facilities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongbuk, and Chungnam. Data were collected from July 2018 to October 2018 using questionnaires which included emotional labor, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and general characteristics. In order to confirm the differences in the size of the facility, the facilities with less than 30 beds, those with 30-99 beds, and those with more than 100 beds were analyzed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. Results: The job satisfaction and organizational commitment were significantly different according to the size of long-term care facility. Organizational commitment was influenced by 'external job satisfaction' in less than 30 beds, was influenced by 'external job satisfaction, and attentiveness to required display rules of emotional labor' in 30~99 beds, and then was influenced by 'type of job, and internal job satisfaction' in more than 100 beds. The predict variables accounted for 23.0%, 41.0%, and 34.0% of organizational commitment respectively. Conclusion: These findings show that tailored interventions should be provided depending on the size of facility in order to increase organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment programs should be developed by considering strategies to reduce the emotional labor and to increase job satisfaction.

60대와 20대 남성의 하반신 체형에 대한 인식 연구 (Study on the Perception of Somatotype for Men's Lower Body in the 60s and the 20s)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the perception of men's lower body shape in the 60s with that in the 20s. On hundred and seven men in the 60s and 178 men in the 20s participated in the survey and measurements. The results were as follows : 1. It was perceived that men in the 60s had broader girth but lighter weight than men in the 20s. The research revealed that men in the 60s was more satisfied with their lower body shape than men in the 20s. 2. It was also found that the ideal size of men in the 60s was broader in the girth of their waist and hip, shorter in their height, and lighter in their weight compared to men in the 20s. 3. It showed a difference in the satisfaction with their body shape between men in the 60s and the 20s. The satisfaction with their lower body shape of men in the 60s was more affected by their perception than by their real measured size. On the other hand, the satisfaction of men in the 20s was affected by their perception as much as by their measured size. 4. If we look at the perception and satisfaction in relation with their body types, we found that there was a difference in the girth of their waist, abdomen, hip, and weight depending on their body types. And men in the 20s showed greater differences in their perception and satisfaction depending on their body types, compared to men in the 60s. 5. The measured size of men in the 20s had greater differences depending on their body types than that of men in the 60s. On the contrary, the ideal size of men in the 60s had greater differences than that of men in the 20s.

국내.외 브래지어의 패턴비교분석 및 착의평가 연구 (Comparative Pattern Analysis and the Fitness Evaluation of Brassieres)

  • This study evaluates the fitness of brassieres through size measurement, comparative pattern analysis, cross section map analysis, 3-D shape analysis number, and fitness evaluation with a focus on domestic and overseas brands. Experimental brassieres were selected as mold brassieres of 3/4 cup in 75A size that is considered a popular design. Brands of selected brassiere were 2 domestic brands (A, B), 1 licensed brand (C), and 2 overseas brands (D, E). Subjects were 8 women in their early 20's. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, reliability analysis, and factor analysis. The results were as follows; the size and pattern of brassieres showed a difference by each brand even though brassieres are the same design. In the wearing effect of brassieres, overseas brand brassieres played a major role in the breast-up effect, but they were not appropriate for the somatotype of Korean women. Domestic brand brassieres showed the volume-up effect, that was confirmed by the increasing bust circumference, bust depth when subjects wore it. In addition, the licensed brand brassieres showed the correction effect of body shape. Therefore, when purchasing a brassiere, the most important condition is to consider the individual characteristics of the somatotype. The results of factor analysis through a functional evaluation show that wearing satisfaction, size satisfaction, and the position of the bust point were important factors for fitness satisfaction and purchase.

간병사 유니폼의 착용만족도와 개선요구도 (Wearing Satisfaction and Improvement Needs of the Caregiver's Uniform)

  • The purpose of this study is to examin wearing satisfaction and needs of the caregivers' uniforms. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 303 who are serving in the geriatric hospital and general hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi, Chungcheong region. It was coherently found on the whole that the irrelevance to the fitness of size system influenced the discomfort, and the relation between discomfort and satisfaction revealed negative-correlation, and the higher the discomfort is and the lower satisfaction is, the higher their improvement needs are. Particularly, the higher the discomfort on the fitness of size system is and the lower its satisfaction is, the higher the improvement needs on the size system and activities are. As a result, the clothing construction and the selection of materials for the complement of the fitness and discomfort's incongruity is required. Namely, the yoke of the back area and the various detail for the activity, the materials satisfying stretch, good-touch, antibiotic functionality, and the expansion of the size system are needed.

국내 간호대학생의 전공만족도 관련변인에 대한 체계적 고찰과 메타분석 (A Meta-analysis of the Variables related to the Major Satisfaction of Nursing students.)

  • Purpose: Factors related to the major satisfaction of nursing students were systematically searched and quantitatively synthesized. Methods: Meta-analysis was conducted upon 47 articles in Korean master and doctorate degree dissertations and academic journals. Meta-analysis of major satisfaction-related variables was conducted using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) 2.0 program. The effect size of the related variables was analyzed by converting the statistic r value to Fisher's Z. Results: The overall average effect size of major satisfaction was the largest effect size (ES=.49), followed by cognitive factors (ES=.58), affective factors (ES=.45), and psychomotor factors (ES=.31). The cognitive factors were in the order nursing professionalism(ES=.70), nurse's image (ES=.65), and critical thinking disposition (ES=.36). The affective factors were self-esteem (ES=.59), emotional intelligence (ES=.55), career identity (ES=.49), self-efficacy (ES=.48), college adjustment (ES=.45), practice satisfaction (ES=.45), resilience (ES=.42), (ES=.40), grit (ES=.34), and stress (ES=.26). The psychomotor factors were clinical performance ability (ES=.38) and career search behavior (ES=.31). Conclusion: The results of this study are valuable when giving consideration to the variables related to nursing students' major satisfaction, for developing a strategic model to enhance the satisfaction of nursing students.

주택 내부공간의 기능성에 대한 만족도 조사연구 -서울시 아파트를 중심으로- (Satisfaction with the Function of Interior Space of household -With a Focus on Apartments in Seoul-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate satisfaction with the function of interior space of apartment and factor which influence it, and then to provide housing practitioners with basic data for more desirable apartment interior environment. On the basis of the review of literature, questionnaire was developed. The sample was classified into type of unit floor plan and house size of 17 districts in Seoul. 139 households were selected in three districts which were the first three regions of high apartment density. Data were analyzed by computer using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, Duncans multiple range test, η2 , person's product moment correlation coefficient. the results are as follows: Factors which influence satisfaction with the functionality of interior were household size and family life cycle as sociodemographic variable, and type of unit floor plan as physical variable. It was shown that the satisfaction with the functionality of interior was related to satisfaction with the external environment. More specifically, (1)the smaller a household size was the more the owner became satisfied. (2)households were in the stage of establishment in the family life cycle and households with C type of unit floor plan showed higher degree of satisfaction. (3) satisfaction with the functionality of interior had positibly related to satisfaction with the external environment.
