사회서비스를 기반으로 한 심리운동 연구동향 분석 -2013년에서 2017년까지의 국내연구 중심으로- (Research trend analysis on psychomotricity based on Social Service -A Review of Research In Korea from 2013 to 2017 -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회서비스와 함께 성장한 심리와 운동의 융합 적 차원의 심리운동 관련 연구를 다양하게 분석하여 향후 심리운동의 연구의 문제점을 찾고 다양한 연구를 위한 발전방안을 제공하고자 한다. 2013년부터 2017년 3월까지의 국내에서 연구 된 심리운동 연구를 논문 검색을 통하여 수집 분석하였다. 심리운동 관련 연구는 석사학위 30편, 박사학위 6편, 학술지 14편 총 50편의 연구를 분석하였다. 50편의 연구는 유형별 분포, 대상별 분포, 연구설계 유형, 종속변인 유형, 중재 회기를 분석하였다. 분석결과 주로 2013년 이후 연구사례가 하락세를 보이며 연구대상은 특정계층의 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 연구 설계는 단일대상, 양적연구 순으로 종속변인은 운동발달, 사회성, 정서행동의 순으로 분석되었으며 중재회기는 11~20회, 21~30회의 가장 많이 중재되었다. 연구결과에 변화는 사회성, 운동발달, 행동변화의 순으로 분석되었다. 융합 적 프로그램을 기반으로 한 심리운동의 연구는 대상의 범위확대, 연구방법 및 변인의 다양화가 필요하며 활발한 후속 연구화 함께 향후 사회서비스의 기여와 함께 융합 적 방안을 제시하고 진행 되어야 할 것이다.

감각통합치료가 지적장애아동의 사회행동과 식사하기에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sensory Integration Therapy on Social Behaviors and Feeding of Children with Intellectual Disorder)

  • 본 연구는 감각통합치료가 감각처리능력의 어려움을 가진 지적장애아동의 사회행동과 식사하기에 미치는 효과를 알아 본 사례연구이다. 연구기간은 2016년 9월부터 12월이며, 개별실험연구 방법 중 ABA 설계를 사용하였고 각각 2회기, 9회기, 2회기로 총 13회기 진행하였다. 감각통합프로그램은 50분씩 9회기 진행하였고 윌버거프로토콜(Wilbarger's Protocol)을 하루 2~3회씩 실시하였다. 아동의 기초적 발달 수준을 알기 위해 영역별 관찰 평가와 사회성숙도검사를 초기에 실시하였다. 아동의 감각처리능력을 알아보기 위해 감각프로파일(Sensory Profile: SP)을 실시하였으며 일상생활수행능력과 작업수행 능력정도를 일상생활평가(Functional Independence Measure for children; WeeFIM)와 캐나다작업수행측정(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure;COPM)을 통해 각각 평가하였다. 아동의 사회행동인 탐색행동과 식사하기는 관찰을 통해 측정하였다. 연구결과 감각통합프로그램이 아동의 사회행동을 증가시키고 식사하기를 가능하게 하는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 아동의 식사하기는 중재 후 5회기부터 안정적으로 가능하였으며, 탐색행동은 중재 후 3주 후부터 변화를 보이기 시작해 7주 후 부터는 안정적인 탐색행동을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 감각처리능력에 어려움을 가진 지적장애아동이 일상생활에서 겪는 어려움을 중재하는데 감각통합프로그램이 효과적임을 말해 준다.

사회적 아이덴티티의 위협과 영역 외 보상소비의도 (Social Identity Threat and Across-Domain Compensatory Consumption Intention)

  • Purpose: Current study focused on investigating the effects of the self-dissociation as a thought in which consumers dis-identify or dissociate with the threatened in-group and the escapism as a tendency of consumers' distracting themselves and avoiding their thoughts about the in-group under severe but adoptable criticism by turning their attention elsewhere on across-domain compensatory consumption intention. And It explored not only the positive roles of undesirability thought against the in-group in consumers' forming the self-dissociation and the escapism, but also the effects of negative emotion to the in-group felt at the place of being exposed to the criticism against the in-group on the escapism. Research design, data, and methodology: The experiment was performed with the in-group-threatening single factor within-subject design. Questionnaire data were collected from 196 undergraduate students, and the data were used to testing research hypotheses by structural equation model of Amos 21.0. Results: First, both the self-dissociation of consumers' dis-identifying with the in-group criticized severely by others and the escapism of their deliberately directing their thoughts and distracting their attention away from thinking the in-group positively influenced on the across-domain compensatory consumption intention. Second, the negative emotion positively influenced on the escapism. Third, the undesirability thought to the in-group under the severe criticism positively effected on the self-dissociation as well as the escapism. Putting in the nutshell, the findings of this study are consistent with the idea that consumers can overcome the negative self-discrepancy on one dimension of their social identity by distracting themselves and avoiding thinking about the threatened in-group to find meaning on another dimension which might lead them to the place of doing the across-domain compensatory consumption. Conclusions - Focusing on the results of this study, checking which aspects of consumers' social identity are linked to products or brands is at issue to marketers when the consumers are faced with the criticism against the in-group. The marketers should build the messages about their products or brand not related to the checked aspects, and communicate the messages, to lead the consumers to the place of doing the across-domain compensatory consumption by their products or brands.

사이버캐릭터의 위상론 (The Aspectual Theory of the Cybercharacter)

  • 정보, 디지털, 사이버, 인터넷, 가상세계 등 컴퓨터와 관련된 용어의 범람, 전세계를 실 시간화 시켰다는 말이 진부하게 여겨질 정도의 시간 개념의 변화와 그에 따른 패러다임도 빠르게 변모되고 있다. 본 연구는 빠르게 확산되어 가는 인터넷과 함께 공중파 방송등에서 활동중인 사이버캐릭터(cybercharcter)에 대해 논한 것이다. 사이버캐릭터는 2D애니메이션에서 발전한 3D애니메이션을 포함한 전자매체와 컴퓨터를 이용하여 제작되고 전파 상에서 존재하는 것으로 알고 있다. 사이버캐릭터의 발생은 목적에 따라 여러가지 생성 루트가 있지만 3D그래픽과 컴퓨터에 의해 만들어졌다는 것과 가상공간에서 활동한다는 공통점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 사이버캐릭터의 가장 큰 특징은 인터페이스기능의 확장과 생태학적 성장이다. 사이버스패이스에서 컴퓨터를 사용하는 사용자에게 가장 중요한 것은 사용자와 컴퓨터가 만나는 지점, 즉 인터페이스이다. 사이버캐릭터는 새로운 휴먼인터페이스를 제공하는 매개자로써 가상현실에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 상슨작용을 일으키고 있다. 또한 사이버캐릭터는 생태적 성장특성을 지닌다. 계속적인 이미지의 주입과 네트워크의 발전에 따른 또 다른 부가가치를 만들 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 사이버캐릭터는 앞으로계속 발전하는 사이버공간에서 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 사이버캐릭터의 성공에는 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 사이버캐릭터의 성공에는 축척된 기술력, 지금의 지원과 문화적 배경에서 오는 독특한 컨셉 등의 3대 요소가 필요하다. 이러한 3박자가 갖추어질 때 사이버캐릭터가 가상현실의 구심점으로서 하나의 이슈를 갖게 되는 주체가 될 수 있다는 것이다. 또한 앞으로 계속될 인터넷에서 정보의 지배에서 사회, 문화적 정체성에 관한 "한국적 지식 정보 사회"의 실체와 연결되기 때문이다.

  • 본 연구는 식당 비디오 테이핑 및 직무 의사소통 그림판 제작활동이 지적장애 고등학생의 조리직무기술에 대해 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 특수학교 고등학교 과정에 재학 중인 세 명의 지적장애학생으로 구성되었으며, 실험 환경은 식당 내 주방과 특수학교 내 교실로 구성되었다. 연구 설계는 단일대상연구에 따른 대상자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계 기법을 사용하였다. 독립변인으로 구성된 중재 프로그램은 연구 참여자들이 식당 사업체의 주방의 환경적 시설과 도구 및 재료, 직원들의 조리직무에 대한 수행 장면을 비디오 테이핑한 후 교실의 장면에서 테이핑한 자료를 직무 의사소통 그림판으로 제작하는 연계 절차로 적용되었다. 종속변인으로 구성된 조리직무기술은 연구 참여자들이 식당의 주방에서 김밥을 직접 조리하는 수행으로 정의된다. 연구 결과, 연구 참여자들은 중재 프로그램을 통해 조리직무기술을 효과적으로 습득, 유지, 일반화한 것으로 나타났다.

디자인의 형태와 기능에 관한 연구 (Essay on Form and Function Design)

  • There is nothing more important than the form and function in design, because every design product can be done on the basis of them. Form and Function are already existed before the word of design has been appeared and all the natural and man-made things' basic organization is based on their organic relations. The organic relations is the source of vitality which identifies the subsistance of all the objects and the evolution of living creatures has been changed their appearances by the natural law and order. Design is no exception. Design is a man-made organic thing which is developed its own way according to the purposed aim and given situations. If so, what is the ultimate goal of design. It is without saying that the goal is to make every effort to contribute to the -human beings most desirable life by the designer who is devoting himself to their convenience and well-being. Therefore, the designer can be called the man of rich life practitioner. This word implies a lot of meanings since the essence of design is improving the guality of life by the man-made things which are created by the designer. Also, the things are existed through the relations between form and function, and the things can keep their value when they are answered to the right purpose. In design, thus, it is to be a main concern how to create valuable things and to use them in the right way, and the subject of study is focused on the designer's outlook of value and uk relations between form and function. Christopher Alexander mentioned the importance of form as follows. The ultimate object of design is form. Every design problem begins with an effort to achieve fittness between the form and its context. The form is the solution to the problem: the context defmes the problem. In other words, when we speak of design, the real object of discussion is not form alone, but the ensemble comprising the form and its context. Good fit is a desirable property of this ensemble which relates to some particular division of the ensemble into form and context. Max Bill mainatined how important form is in design. Form represents a self-contained concept, and its embodiment in an object results in that object becoming a work of art. Futhermore, this explains why we use form so freguently in a comparative sense for determining whether one thing is less or more beautiful than another, and why the ideal of absolute beauty is always the standard by which we appraise form, and through form, art itself. Hence form has became synonymous with beauty. On the other hand, Laszlo Moholy-Nagy stated the importance of function as follows. Function means the task an object is designed to fulfill the task instrument is shaping the form. Unfortunately, this principle was not appreciated at the same time but through the endeavors of Frank Lloyd Wright and of the Bauhaus group and its many collegues in Europe, the idea of functionalism became the keynote of the twenites. Functionalism soon became a cheap slogan, however, and its original meaning blurred. It is neccessary to reexamine it in the light of present circumstances. Charles William Eliot expressed his idea on the relations between function and beauty. Beauty often results chiefly from fittness: indeed it is easy to manitain that nothing is fair except what is fit its uses or functions. If the function of the product of a machine be useful and valuable, an the machine be eminently fit for its function, it conspicuously has the beauty of fittness. A locomotive or a steamship has the same sort of beauty, derived from the supreme fittness for its function. As functions vary, so will those beauty..vary. However, it is impossible to study form and function in separate beings. Function can't be existed without form, and without function, form is nothing. In other words, form is a function's container, and function is content in form. It can be said that, therefore, the form and function are indispensable and commensal individuals which have coetemal relations. From the different point of view, sometimes, one is more emphasized than the other, but in this case, the logic is only accepted on the assumption of recognizing the importance of the other's entity. The fact can be proved what Frank Hoyd wright said that form and function are one. In spite of that, the form and function should be considered as independent indivisuals, because they are too important to be treated just as the simple single one. Form and function have flexible properties to the context. In other words, the context plays a role as the barometer to define the form and function, also which implies every meaning of surroun'||'&'||'not;dings. Thus, design is formed under the influence of situations. Situations are dynamic, like the design process itself, in which fixed focus can be cripping. Moreover, situations control over making the good design. Judging from the respect, I defined the good design in my thesis An Analytic Research on Desigh Ethic, "good design is to solve the problem by the most proper way in the situations." Situations are changeable, and so is design. There is no progress without change, but change is not neccessarily progress. It is highly desirable that there changes be beneficial to mankind. Our main problem is to be able to discriminate between that which should be discarded and that which should be kept, built upon, and improved. Form and Function are no exception. The practical function gives birth to the inevitable form and the $$\mu$ti-classified function is delivered to the varieties of form. All of these are depended upon changeable situations. That is precisely the situations of "situation de'||'&'||'not;sign", the concept of moving from the design of things to the design of the circumstances in which things are used. From this point of view, the core of form and function is depended upon how the designer can manage it efficiently in given situations. That is to say that the creativity designer plays an important role to fulfill the purpose. Generally speaking, creativity is the organization of a concept in response to a human need-a solution that is both satisfying and innovative. In order to meet human needs, creative design activities require a special intuitive insight which is set into motion by purposeful imagination. Therefore, creativity is the most essential quality of every designer. In addition, designers share with other creative people a compulsive ingenuity and a passion for imaginative solutions which will meet their criteria for excellence. Ultimately, it is said that the form and function is the matter which belongs to the desire of creative designers who constantly try to bring new thing into being to create new things. In accordance with that the main puppose of this thesis is to catch every meaning of the form and function and to close analyze their relations for the promotion of understanding and devising practical application to gradual progression in design. The thesis is composed of four parts: Introduction, Form, Function and Conclusion. Introduction, the purpose and background of the research are presented. In Chapter I, orgin of form, perception of form, and classification of form are studied. In Chapter II, generation of function, development of function, and diversification of function are considered. Conclusion, some concluding words are mentioned.ioned.

  • We need to continuously evaluate for nursing quality and the outcome to reflect nursing, to repair and improve of nursing. The first problem for nursing quality improvement is development of evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care. We need a system for quality assurance evaluation that is, development and framework of evaluation tool for nursing care quality. The purpose of this study was attempted to develop an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in musculoskeletal disorder patients. The approach method of nursing quality for the development of the tool in this study was process evaluation framework. The study were devided dvelopment process and reliability, validity verification process. The subjects of development process of this tool are three nursing export groups, and the subject of reliability, validity verification process are 20 samples of two university hospital in seoul, who were within discharge 3 months after admission treatment in musculo-skeletal disorder. Data for this study was collected from March 10 to April 13, 1995. The development process of the tool were as follows : 1. Make preliminary list of the tool by focal group were constituted 12 clinical nurses. 2. Modify and add preliminary list by 4 nursing expert panel. 3. Calculate content validity of the tool by 25 nursing expert panel of judge. 4. Verify reliability and validity of the tool. 5. Finalize an evaluation tool for the quality of the nursing care in musculo-skeletal disorder. The results of this study were as follows : 1) Development an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in musculo-skeletal disorder. (1) The evalution tool of this study was developed 5 standards, 33 criterias and 133 indicators. (2) 5 standards were divided according to Nursing Process. from standard 1 to standard 5, involved criterias were each 6(18%), 3(9%), 3(9%), 15(46%), 6(18%). 2) Verify reliability and validity of the tool. (1) Score of adequate degree for content validity of 33 criterias and 133 indicators were every average 2.82. (2) Inter-rater reliabilities(consentaneity score) of the tool by pearson correlation coefficient between three raters were : r=.7506, r=.8934, r=.6695. and Inter-rater reliabilities by single-facet crossed design were : r=.7464. (3) The alpha coefficient relating to internal consistency was .8524 over all 30 items of 33 criterias of developed tool. (4) Score of the quality of nursing care following to generaal characteristics of this study subjects were stastically significant differences according to educational level (F=2.93, p=.029)and diagnosing classification (F=2.50, p=.042). Through this study, I'm sure that the developed tool for the quality of patient care in musculo-skeletal disorder will show the way of more improvement of the quality of nursing care and effective nursing interventions.

상호작용식 메트로놈(Interactive Metronome) 훈련이 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동의 자세조절과 글씨쓰기 수행에 미치는 영향: 단일사례연구 (Effect of Interactive Metronome Training on Postural Control and Hand Writing Performance of Children With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): Single Subject Research)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) 아동에게 시행한 상호작용식 메트로놈(Interactive Metronome; IM) 중재가 자세조절과 글씨쓰기에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 ADHD로 진단받은 초등학교 3학년 아동 1명을 대상으로 시행하였다. 개별실험 연구방법 중에서 ABA 설계를 사용하였고, 총 30회기로 매주 3회기 씩 총 10주 진행하였다. 기초선과 재기초선 기간에는 글씨쓰기 과제의 측정만 실시하였고, 중재기 동안에 IM 훈련을 40~50분간 실시하고 난 후에 글씨쓰기의 명료도와 속도를 평가하였다. 기초선을 시작하기 전과 재기초선이 끝나고 한 달 이내에 Clinical Observation of Motor and Postural Skills(COMPS)를 실시하여 자세조절의 변화를 알아보았다. 결과 : IM 중재를 시행한 후 대상자의 자세조절 변화는 하위항목 중 슬로모션, 손가락-코 운동, 비대칭 경반사의 점수가 향상되었고, 글씨쓰기 명료도와 속도는 중재 기간 동안 상승하는 경향을 보였으나 유의하게 변화되지 않았다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 ADHD 아동을 대상으로 한 IM 훈련의 중재가 자세조절과 글씨쓰기 수행능력을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과를 확인할 수 있었고, 향후 연구에 새로운 방향에 접근할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다는 근거로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

수정된 건측 상지 운동 제한 치료가 편마비 아동의 손 기능 향상에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Modified Constraint Induced Therapy on Upper Extremity Functions of Children With Hemiparesis)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Modified Constraint-Induced Therapy (MCIT) on the effected upper extremity of children with hemiparesis. Four children with hemiparetic upper extremity caused by brain injuries were trained by MCIT for ten weeks. During the same period, all of the subjects were also involved in thirty-minute regular physical therapy and occupational therapy. During the treatment period, the unaffected upper extremities of the subjects were restrained by a specially designed hand splint or a mitten for five hours a day, five days per week. For two hours out of the five-hour restraint period, the affected upper extremities were intensively trained by performing various functional tasks, which were individually structured to emphasize use of the affected arm. A single-subject design with A-B-A reversal was employed in this study. The affected limb motor ability was evaluated by Melbourne Assessment, measuring the time to grasp and release nine pegs, and measuring grasping power. As a consequence of this study, the affected limb motor test scores of all four subjects in the baseline period were improved during the treatment period. Furthermore, the treatment effect was maintained during a one-month follow-up period. The results of this study support the assumption that MCIT is an effective therapeutic method to improve the sensory and motor abilities of hemiparetic children. It also increases the frequency of functional use of the hemiparetic hands of brain-injured children. Based on the results of this study, it can also be assumed that the modified CIT method is especially beneficial to these children by reducing the negative emotional effects of forceful restraint of the unaffected upper extremity. To optimize the functional recovery of the paretic upper extremity by CIT, the restriction period per day should be decided individually, according to the characteristics of the individual.

CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) 사용이 뇌졸중 환자의 손 기능과 근력향상에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of CPM (Continuous Passive Motion) on Hand Function and Muscular Strength for Patients with Stroke)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 CPM (Continuous Passive Motion)을 뇌졸중 환자의 손 기능 및 수부 근력 재활에 사용하고 그 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 대상자는 뇌졸중으로 인한 편마비 증상을 가진, Brunnstrom 4-6단계에 해당하는 치료후 18개월 이내의 급성기 환자 3명이다 연구방법은 3명의 대상자에 대하여 단일사례 (A-B) 실험설계를 사용하였으며 CPM의 영향을 검사하기 위해 젭슨수지기능, 퍼듀페그보드, 수부근력 세 가지를 측정하였다. CPM 적용기간은 3주였으며, 적용회수는 하루 2회, 매회 20분씩, 총 30회기였다. 연구결과: 수부근력 측정 중 손끝잡기에서 대상자 2명의 값이 변화가 없었다. 그 외의 젭슨수지기능, 퍼듀페그보드, 수부근력 검사에서는 CPM 적용 후의 검사 결과가 향상되었다. 결과의 유효성 검증을 위하여 비모수적 통계방법인 Wilcoxon signed ranks test를 실시한 결과 모든 항목에 대한 P-Value가 0. 05 보다 큰 값이 나와 처치 전 후 값의 차이가 통계적으로는 유의미하지 않다는 결과를 얻었다. 결론: 참여 대상자 수가 적고 프로그램 적용 기간이 짧은 제한점이 있으나, 수부 재활을 위해 실시한 CPM이 연구대상자 전원의 손 기능 및 근력 향상에 영향을 주었다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 주로 하지 기능과 근력 향상을 위해 사용되는 CPM이 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 수부 치료에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다.
