A single specimen (134.3 mm standard length) of a snailfish, Careproctus notosaikaiensis was collected from a fish trap in Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, East Sea, Korea. It is characterized by having the teeth strongly trilobed; dorsal fin rays 52; anal fin rays 47; pectoral fin rays 35; caudal fin rays 10; vertebrae 58; ribs 2 pairs; cephalic pores, 2-6-7-2; gill slit extending to the fifth pectoral fin ray; chin pores paired and equal in size; dorsal and anal fins with distinct reddish margins. We describe this species as the first record to Korea, and proposed the new Korean name, "Dong-hae-bun-hong-ggom-chi" for this species.

A new record of the eyeshade sculpin Nautichthys pribilovius is described on the basis of a single specimen collected from the East Sea, Korea. The species has 23 second dorsal fin rays, rounded spines on the occiput, a black band through the eye and across the cheek, branched caudal fin rays and a branchiostegal membrane attached to the isthmus. The new Korean name "Gum-eun-tti-nun-hoet-dae-sok" is proposed for the genus Nautichthys, and "Gum-eun-tti-nun-hoet-dae" is proposed for the species N. pribilovius.

지금까지 국내에서는 자치어만 기록된 청베도라치과 갈기베도라치(Scartella emarginata)의 성체 1개체와 유어 2개체가 제주도에서 처음으로 채집되었기에 이들을 근거로 본 종의 형태적 특징을 상세하게 기재하였다. 갈기베도라치는 두부 정중선을 따라 부채살 모양의 피변이 있고, 눈의 상부와 비공에 분지된 1개의 피변이 있으며, 양턱에 견치가 없는 특징이 있다.

거문도 연안에서 채집된 해마속의 어류를 근거로 Hippocampus sindonis를 한국에서의 미기록종으로 보고하였다. 본 종은 등지느러미 기조수 15개, 가슴지느러미 기조수 14개이며, 10개의 몸통 체륜과, 37개의 꼬리 체륜 등을 가지는 특징에 의해 국내의 유사종과 구별되며, 국명은 "신도해마"로 명명하였다.

강원도 고성 연안에서 채집된 삼세기과 검은띠눈횟대 유어 1개체(32.3 mm SL)를 국내 최초 유어 출현 기록으로 기재 보고한다. 본 종은 몸 전체가 미소한 융모형 비늘로 덮여 있는 점, 안와 상부에 삼각형의 융기연과 잘 발달된 피변이 있는 점, 후두부에 2개의 끝이 무딘 혹 모양의 돌기가 있는 점, 전새개골에 4개의 뭉툭한 가시가 있는 점, 그리고 눈의 하방에 전새개골의 하단까지 도달하는 흑색 띠가 있는 점 등이 특징이며, 일부 계측형질과 체색에서는 성장에 따른 변이가 관찰되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program that enhances a single mother's social adaptation (self-esteem and sociality) based on the precedent studies. The subjects of this program were seven single motherswholive in C city in Chung Cheong Namdo. Paired-Sample t-test, individual change and group processing description data, and behavior observation record data were analyzed. Research results are as follows based on the research questions. First, a group of 8 single mothers who participated in the program showed an improvement of their social adaptation. Therefore, the effectiveness of the educational program was verified. Second, as the group session went on, the cohesion among the group members was solidified and their will to participate in the program was increased. Third, generally, individuals' understanding, acceptance, and adaptation toward themselves and others were enhanced. On the whole, the educational program for improving single mother's social adaptation was verified. We need to develop and implement more programs that enhance single mother's social adaptation in the future.

우리나라 서남부의 인천강 하구역에 설치된 실뱀장어잡이 그물에서 망둑어과 꾹저구속 Gymnogobius cylindricus 1개체(표준체장 49.9 mm)가 채집되어 한국미기록종 및 분포의 서방한계로 보고한다. 본 종은 머리가 납작하며 몸이 가늘고 긴 점, 등지느러미 기조수가 VI-I, 12, 뒷지느러미 기조수가 I, 11, 체측의 어두운 반점열이 몸의 복부에 도달하지 않는 점 및 꼬리지느러미 하방에 반점열이 없는 점이 특징이다. 본 종의 신한국명으로 "가는살망둑"을 제안한다.

Single-cell research has provided a breakthrough in biology to understand heterogeneous cell groups, such as tissues and organs, in development and disease. Molecular barcoding and subsequent sequencing technology insert a single-cell barcode into isolated single cells, allowing separation cell by cell. Given that multimodal information from a cell defines precise cellular states, recent technical advances in methods focus on simultaneously extracting multimodal data recorded in different biological materials (DNA, RNA, protein, etc.). This review summarizes recently developed single-cell multiomics approaches regarding genome, epigenome, and protein profiles with the transcriptome. In particular, we focus on how to anchor or tag molecules from a cell, improve throughputs with sample multiplexing, and record lineages, and we further discuss the future developments of the technology.

OPAC내에 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 구축시 서지레코드의 중복과 비일관된 목록기술은 이용자의 자원 식별에 어려움을 주었다. 이에 본 연구는 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 표준화를 위해 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 지침의 적용방안을 모색하였다. 연구방법으로 문헌연구를 통해 전자책 목록에 관한 이론적 배경, 국내외 전자책관련 목록규칙 및 입력지침, 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 입력지침을 조사하였으며, 홈페이지 조사를 통해 국내 15개 대학도서관의 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 구축현황을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 표준화를 위한 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 지침의 적용방안을 목록규칙, KORMARC, 중립레코드 측면에서 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내 도서관과 공급자 모두를 위한 전자책 패키지 서지레코드의 입력지침 방안을 모색한 것으로 OPAC에서 전자책의 FRBR 구현을 가능하게 할 것이다.

Compliance calibration method is frequently used to determine $G_IC$ from the DCB composite specimen. However, the method requires at least 4 to 5 fracture test (loading-unloading) records. In this study, $G_IC$ of unidirectional graphite/epoxy DCB composites was determined from the elastic work factor approach which uses a single fracture test record. In order to inspect the validity of the elastic work factor approach, $G_IC$ determined from the elastic work factor approach was compared to that of determined from the compliance calibration method. It was shown that $G_IC$ determined from the elastic work factor approach was comparable to that determined from the compliance calibration method. That is, the elastic work factor approach can be used to determine $G_IC$ of unidirectional graphite/epoxy DCB specimen from a single fracture record.
