Purpose: The purpose of this study were to evaluate the quality of dental prostheses printed by 3-dimensional printing system. Methods: Mater model was prepared and ten study models were fabricated. Ten single crowns were printed by 3D-printing system(Resin group) and another ten single crowns using casting method were manufactured(Metal group). The marginal adaptation of single crowns were measured using by silicone replica technique. Silicone replicas were sectioned four times. The marginal adaptations were evaluated using by digital microscope. Statistical analyses were performed with Mann-Whitney test(${\alpha}=0.05$). Results: $Mean{\pm}standard$ deviations of all marginal adaptations were $92.1(20.0){\mu}m$ for Metal group and $69.7(12.3){\mu}m$ for Resin group. Two groups were no statistically significant differences(p>0.05). Conclusion: Marginal adaptation of single crowns printed by 3D-printing system were ranged within the clinical recommendation.
Large-scale single-crystal organic nanowire arrays were generated using a direct printing method (liquidbridge- mediated nanotransfer molding) that enables the simultaneous synthesis, alignment and patterning of nanowires from molecular ink solutions. Using this method, single-crystal organic nanowires can easily be synthesized by self-assembly and crystallization of organic molecules within the nanoscale channels of molds, and these nanowires can then be directly transferred to specific positions on substrates to generate nanowire arrays by a direct printing process. Repeated application of the direct printing process can be used to produce organic nanowire-integrated electronics with two- or three-dimensional complex structures on large-area flexible substrates. This efficient manufacturing method is used to fabricate all-organic nanowire field-effect transistors that are integrated into device arrays and inverters on flexible plastic substrates.
A vibrating screen with multiple decks is widely employed for the process separation of many valuable export commodities. In this study, the inclination angle of the deck of the vibrating screen and the direction angle of the screen's vibration under single particle kinematics were predicted. A finite element model of the vibrating screen was established by parameterization modeling. Through modal analysis and static analysis of the model, the natural frequency, natural vibration mode, and stress distribution of the structure were determined, based on which the dynamics and design optimization of the vibrating screen could be achieved. Future plans also reflect this by conducting detailed design of vibrating screens for the manufacturing plans of vibrating screen machine.
Special quality of automobile clutch master cylinder(CMC) and analyzed aluminum, plastic material comparison. Efficiency of plastic master cylinder can modularize higher, light weight anger of parts, several piece parts by single parts, prove NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) than aluminum master cylinder as analysis result. Also, structure is easy simplicity, exchange, maintenance costs can be reduced and decrease environmental pollution because recycling is superior. According as content of glass fiber increases, mechanical properties of matter of material increase equally and glass fiber changed variously by condition on manufacturing process. Through comparison analysis with Plastic Body development connection site, did verification.
Although metal ball can be used as parts of bearing or metal filter, that is used by single product with solder ball or shot ball. Also, according as demand of metal ball of various diameter increase, processing property 솜 extension of coverage are important. Especially an optimal design of cutting roller was investigated for determining appropriate dimensions of components of manufacturing system. In this study, the effects of the diameter and the round radius of cutting roller were calculated and analyzed. We applied data of rigid-plastic FEM Simulation in basis design of equipment to solve these issues, and confirmed processing factor about metal ball manufacturing process that use cutting process of metal wire in this research
A 110 m diameter aspheric metal secondary mirror for a test model of an earth observation satellite camera was fsbricated by ultra-precision single point diamond turning (SPDT). Aluminum alloy for mirror substrates is known to be easily machinable, but not polishable due to its ductility. A harder material, Ni, is usually electrolessly coated on an A1 substrate to increase the surface hardness for optical polishing. Aspheric metal secondary mirror without a conventional polishing process, the surface roughness of Ra=10nm, and the form error of Ra=λ/12(λ=632.8nm) has been required. The purpose of this research is to find the optimum machining conditions for reflector cutting of electroless-Ni coated A1 alloy and apply the SPDT technique to the manufacturing of ultra precision optical components of metal aspheric reflector.
This paper develops an adaptive scheduling policy for flexible manufacturing systems. The inductive learning methodology used for constructing this state-dependent scheduling policy provides and understanding of the relative importance of the various system parameters in determining the appropriate scheduling rule. Experimental studies indicated the superiority of the suggested approach over the alternative approach involving the repeated application of a single scheduling rule for randomly generated test problems as well as a real system, and under both stationary and nonstationary conditions. In particular, its relative performance improves further when there are frequent disruptions, and when disruptions are caused by the introduction of tiiight due date jobs, one of the most common surces of disruptions in most manufacturing systems.
Semiconductor manufacturing line includes several batch processes which are to be controlled effectively to enhance the productivity of the line. The key problem in batch processes is a dynamic batch sizing problem which determines number of lots processed simultaneously in a single botch. The batch sizing problem in semiconductor manufacturing has to consider delay of lots, setup cost of the process, machine utilization and so on. However, an optimal solution cannot be attainable due to dynamic arrival pattern of lots, and difficulties in forecasting future arrival times of lots of the process. This paper proposes an efficient batch sizing heuristic, which considers delay cost, setup cost, and effect of the forecast errors in determining the botch size dynamically. Extensive numerical experiments through simulation are carried out to investigate the effectiveness of the proposed heuristic in four key performance criteria: average delay, variance of delay, overage lot size and total cost. The results show that the proposed heuristic works effectively and efficiently.

This paper presents an approach to multiple objective scheduling of flexible manufacturing systems(FMS). The approach is an extension of the scheduling method that formulates scheduling problems using Petrinets, and applies heuristic search to find optimal or near-optimal schedules with a single objective. New evaluation functions are developed to optimize simultaneously the makespan and the total operating cost. A scheduling example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
