유압 구동계 에너지 재생 브레이크를 적용한 자동차 테일게이트 개폐장치에 대한 동특성 해석 (Dynamic Analysis on the Tail Gate System for Vehicle with the Energy Regenerative Brake of Hydraulic Driven Systems)

  • The typical trunk lid system for vehicle is composed of a hinge having 4-bar link and gas lifter. Here, the energy regenerative brake of hydraulic driven systems is applied to the tail gate system for vehicle and removed the gas lifter. The new tail gate system is composed of a hydraulic pump by electric motor, a hydraulic motor, four check valves, an accumulator, a relief valve and a directional control valve. The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic motor system, such as the surge pressure and response time, are investigated in both brake action and acceleration action. The capacity selection method of accumulator by mathematical model is based upon trial and error approach and computer simulation by AMEsim software is carried out.

  • In this study, a novel hydraulic energy-regenerative system was presented from its proposal through its modeling to its control. The system was based on a closed-loop hydrostatic transmission and used a hydraulic accumulator as the energy storage system in a novel configuration to recover the kinetic energy without any reversion of the fluid flow. The displacement variation in the secondary unit was reduced, which widened the uses of several types of hydraulic pump/motors for the secondary unit. The proposed system was modeled based on its physical attributes. Simulation and experiments were performed to evaluate the validity of the employed mathematical model and the energy recovery potential of the system. The experimental results indicated that the round trip recovery efficiency varied from 22% to 59% for the test bench.

  • In this study, underdeveloping heavy-load driving servo control system, which are composed of controller, electro-hydraulic servo-valve, hydraulic motor, reduction gear box, turret slew bearing and turret structure, are investigated to simplify the control system. To estimate the effect of each component, model ins and simulation of linear and nonlinear system are carried out. In the first stage, to prove the retiability of performance estimation pro-gram, simulation results are compared with experimental results. In the second stage, the effect of each component of control system is evaluated and then a simplified control system is suggested.

  • 최근 전술유도무기 분야는 대부분 전기식 구동장치를 채용하고 있으나 주어진 공간조건과 무게 제한 아래 상대적으로 부하가 크며 작동시간이 짧고 동시에 빠른 응답성이 요구될 경우에는 무게 및 공간 조건을 맞추기 위해서 반드시 유압식 구동장치를 적용해야 할 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 소형 유압식 구동장치 시스템을 대상으로 수학적 모델링과 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 수학적 모델은 고압용기, 압력조절밸브, 저유기, 유압작동기로 나누어 구성하였으며 실험 결과와 비교하여 모델의 타당성을 검증하고 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 소형 유압식 구동장치 시스템 설계에 유용한 수학적 모델을 수립하였다.

해양플랜트용 수직 보상기의 유공압 시스템 해석 (Analysis of Hydraulic-Pneumatic System for Offshore Plant Heave Compensator)

  • An analysis model is developed using a commercial software 'simulationX' for designing hydraulic-pneumatic system of heave compensator for offshore drilling operations. Reliability verification of the analysis model for the test equipment of 1/5 scale compensator was conducted by comparing test results and simulation results. An analysis of full scale heave compensator is developed on the basis of verified a model. Then, the results of simulation were analyzed to obtain following conclusion. The displacement of crown block about excitation input amplitude (${\pm}3,000mm$) of the steward platform using a 'simulationX' is attenuated under ${\pm}35mm$, and the compensation rate is 98.7%. In this study, goal of a compensation rate is more than 95%. The previously results are satisfied with the objectives of compensation rate.

  • To evaluate the effect of groundwater flow on the outlet temperature of a geothermal heat pump, 3 dimensional numerical simulations are performed considering both groundwater flow and pipe flow in the U-tube using TOUGHS, The present study involved the following 4 simulation cases (1) no groundwater flow, (2) slow groundwater flow (hydraulic conductivity: $1.0{\times}10^{-9}m/s)$, (3) fast groundwater flow (hydraulic conductivity, $1.0{\times}10^{-7}m/s$), and (4) groundwater flow varying with the depth (hydraulic conductivity: $1.0{\times}10^{-7}-1.0{\times}10^{-10}m/s$). The effect of groundwater flow on the outlet temperature is significant where hydraulic conductivity of aquifer is $1.0{\times}10^{-7}m/s$. Where hydraulic conductivity of aquifer is $1.0{\times}10^{-10}m/s$, however, that effect is negligible.

  • In this study, the hydraulic breaker system was analyzed and the analysis tool using GUI was developed. The analysis on the system with the accumulator was included. From the parametric analysis, the effects of each factor were revealed. Through the simulation with varying parameters, the method to improve the performance of the hydraulic breaker system was presented. The analysis tool will help a man without special knowledge about programming analyze the hydraulic breaker system. The result of this study will help improve the hydraulic breaker system in sight of Blow energy and Blows per minute.

유압 구동방식 타이어 롤러를 위한 유압 시스템 회로분석 및 모델링에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Hydraulic System Circuit Analysis and Modeling of the Hydrostatic Tire Roller)

  • In this research, we are trying to develop the new hydraulic driven tire roller which is conventionally operated by mechanical transmission system. The reason why we would like to develop it is that tire roller is one of the most useful machine for the road construction site and also imported totally from overseas. In this paper, we conceptualize the new hydraulic system and derive the equations of motion for dynamic analysis. And we investigate system modeling by using DAQ system. Finally, we will design the controller, which can manage the hydraulic circuit of steering and traction mechanism system. The advent of modern high-speed computers coupled with the application of high-fidelity simulation technology can be used to create “virtual prototypes of construction equipment. Tests conducted on these virtual prototypes may be used to augment actual machine testing, thereby lowering costs and shortening time to production. So, we studied tire roller to integrate development technology. In System Analysis, We formulate hydraulic driving system model and hydraulic steering system model. Also, We integrate DAQ system to acquire experimental result in real tire roller equipment.

  • This study aims to develop a Korean dental chair hydraulic circuit by improving the existing equipment in order to localize foreign leading companies' products. The suggested Hydraulic circuit can be applicable to varied sectors where height and backrest angle control of chair-type equipment are required. The study followed the steps below. First, three kinds of foreign hydraulic circuits were analyzed and three kinds of Korean dental chair hydraulic circuits were suggested. Second, it was determined whether the three kinds of Korean hydraulic circuits operate normally through SimulationX, a software specialized in multi domain analysis, and the effectiveness of each circuit was examined.
