The principal objective of this study was to assess the demands of the development program of silver health care professionals for elderly individuals residing in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area. To this end, a survey was conducted to investigate college students and employees related with elderly individuals in the area regarding their recognition, interest, and involvement in the labor training program. In the case of college students, the health education they had received was only 1 to 2 hours, from a school lecture(35%). The content of health education they desired was exercise(34%) and stress management skills(28%). The sources of health information they received included mass media(77%) and the internet(12%), and they trusted the information they received from health professionals(45%), and the mass media(34%). In the case of health professionals who were working at silver care facilities, the sources of health information to which they had access were mass media(51%), internet(14%), reliable health professionals(56%), mass media(22%), and books related to health (18%). The principal issues they reported as being relevant to the elderly were dementia(39%), hypertension(14%), arthritis (11%), and they reported that the most important personnel for elderly in the future would be care managers(44%), and care helpers(21%). 88% of subjects believed that there was a need for a silver welfare integrated information system. 43% of subjects used the internet, 77% of them required in-service training programs for the welfare of the elderly. Via this developmental program of silver health care professionals, a variety of new job opportunities can be provided in the future, and a program related to the silver service industry must be established as soon as possible.

노인장기요양보험 체계의 캐어매니지먼트 발달 배경과 제도적 문제점을 파악하여 이에 근거한 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 기존의 케어매니지먼트는 선진국의 대인 서비스 기관에서 널리 보급되고 있는 사회복지실천의 분야이다. 특히 캐어매니지먼트 활성화를 위해 기존의 케어 대상자들이 양질의 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 케어매니저의 종합적인 지원체계와 교육훈련 및 업무에 관한 제도적 조항이 설정되어야 한다.

우리 나라는 고령화 사회로 접어들었고 그에 이어 초 고령화 사회가 예상되는 가운데, 실버 세대를 위한 체계적이고 실질적인 의료 환경이 요구 되고 있다. 독거노인과 거동이 불편한 노인들을 위하여 USN을 활용한 노인 건강관리 시스템(U-SilverCare)의 필요성이 급증하고 있다. 본 논문은 가속도 센서(Accelerometer Sensor), 혈중 산소포화도 센서 (POximeter Sensor), 심장박동센서(EKG Sensor)를 이용하여 실생활에서 일어날 수 있는 상황을 4가지로 구성, 실버 세대를 위한 U-SilverCare 응급상황 통보 시스템 시나리오를 구현하였다.

Since our country is rapidly progressing from an aging society to an advanced age society, it already puts in effect basic old-age pension system, hurries training human resources like care-giver, and has ahead offering the aged long-term care insurance. But our country still needs to develop a systematic curriculum in order to train professionals that can fundamentally deal with an aging society problems. In this paper, therefore, we describe the development of a curriculum for training silver-care professionals improving qualities of old person life in order to suit to an aged society and prepare for an advanced age society. It includes a network model of a silver-care curriculum based on subject classifications according to fields and levels.

This paper is composed of a passenger management system using a temperature sensing module, a PIR sensor module for detecting movement inside a room, and a smart breath sensing module for determining a sleeping state. An embedded sensor module and a communication system integrated the sensing part and the algorithm driving part. As the aging society is accelerating and becoming more upgraded, the social cost of Silver Care increases, and in order to protect privacy, it is necessary to reduce costs by developing efficient smart silver care devices. The proposed non - image human body detection IOT sensor system is implemented by hardware and software and has superior performance compared with conventional image monitoring method.

The increase of the aged according to the prolongation of the average life and the phenomenon of the nuclear familization according to civilization or industrialization is being problem for not Japan but also our nation. Nevertheless, the authorities were not interesting to an old impidement man. But nowdays, our goverement intends to deal with demertia patient or old man such a problem by the foundation of rementia center over the country. Even though having many problem to have to check the problems, the preparation of legal and systematic equipment etc., for our goverment will have to prepare all measures for unmovable man to live leisurly in their home by analysing the management of social welfare system of the advanced country or Japan.

현대 사회가 고령화 사회로 빠르게 접어들면서 노인에 대한 의료 복지 서비스의 필요성은 증가하였다. 그러나 의료비 상승과 관련 인력 부족으로 노인 의료 환경 조성에 대안 시스템의 개발이 요구되었고, 이에 따라 IT 기술을 이용한 U-Health 시스템이 발달하고 있다. 본 논문은 가속도 감지 센서와 무선 통신, 인터넷을 이용하여 노인을 대상으로 하는 USilverCare용 노인 건강 관리 시스템의 서비스의 시나리오를 구상하고 구현한다.

통계청의 65세 이상 독거노인의 실태(통계청의 '2010 고령자 통계') 통계에 의하면, 2010년 65세 이상 노인이 홀로 사는 '노인단독가구(독거노인)' 수는 1,021천 가구로, 총 가구의 6.0%를 차지하고 있으며, 2030년에는 노인 단독가구의 비중이 11.8%에 이를 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한 이런 독거노인들은 열악한 환경 속에서 건강문제, 경제적인 어려움, 외로움, 소외감 등 여러 가지 복지서비스적인 문제점이 나타날 보여 진다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 앞으로 점점 고령화사회로 진전이 이루어질 것으로 보이기 때문에, 독거노인의 증가로 인해 발생되어지는 문제점을 현실적으로 파악하고, 이들이 요구하고 있는 복지 수요를 대처하기 위한 실버케어시스템을 설계하여 제안한다.
