최근 인터넷, 모바일 등의 보급이 보편화됨에 따라, 많은 정보를 담고 있는 방대한 양의 데이터를 활용한 빅데이터(BigData) 기술의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 빅데이터 기술은 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있는 반면, 공공분야에서의 활용은 아직 미흡한 실정으로 본 연구에서 이를 적용하고자 한다. 다양한 공공분야 중 현재 뿐 아니라 미래사회에 큰 영향을 미치게 될 고령화를 키워드(Key-Word)로 실버산업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 분석결과, 실버산업, 독거노인, 노화, 출생, 퇴임 의 5개 변수가 탐색되었으며, 서로 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 실버산업에 대하여 나머지 4개의 변수의 영향력을 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 실버산업 발전의 대안으로써 독거노인 주거 공간 마련, 출산장려, 시니어 기술인 실버창업 활성화 지원의 필요성을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용한 계량적 접근을 통해 요인을 탐색하였다는 측면에서 이론적 시사점을 제공하였으며, 그 대안을 제시함으로써 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

Rapidly shifting to aging population is a global trend, and one of the challenging issue for the government, business and welfare perspective. In this paper, we focus on application potentials of information and communication technologies, to capture the insights for effectively coping with population aging issue. As the research for silver ICT field is rather limited, we adopt case study research method to extract policy implications and related foundation research agenda. As such, we first investigated comprehensive up-to-date trends, cases for innovative ICT applications, and policy initiatives mainly from the works of OECD nations. With reference to the review findings, we propose policy implications and guidelines for ICT innovations which contributes better quality of life and continuing job opportunities for silver population. The results provides insights for government policy initiative and further research in silver ICT area.

This study was aimed to investigate the antibacterial efficiency of silver nano-particles and the dyeing properties of a brushed warp-knitted fabric. The properties of the brushed warp-knitted fabric containing silver nano-particle by field production processes were evaluated by analyzing its silver contents, antibacterial activity, color difference, exhaustion curve, fastness and tearing strength. Bacterial reduction ratio amounts to 91.4 and 99.9 for Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae respectively. As the brushed pile length of its fabrics is longer, the exhaution rate of disperse dye becomes higher. The brushing process of its fabrics reduces the tearing strength. The results indicate that the brushed warp knitted fabric containing silver nano-particle can be a practically promising product.

This study considers aesthetic characteristics by examining the fashion style of the silver fashion icon Iris Apfel. The research methods were a quantitative and qualitative analysis of Iris Apfel's images that were collected from 2015 to 2019 on various web-sites according to four criterions following advanced research analysis of fashion style. The results of the study are as follows. The analysis results on the fashion style of Iris Apfel, an icon of silver style, showed that cocoon, barrel and A-line silhouettes appeared most in terms of silhouettes. Second, in terms of colors, achromatic colors dominated among solid colors while one particular vivid color appeared most it came to mixed color. In terms of multi colors, these appeared according to the patterns applied to her clothing, in particular, colorful colors were used to emphasize splendor. Third, flower, bird and geometric patterns appeared most in terms of material patterns. Lastly, it was found that white short cut hair, large necklaces or bangle bracelets, over-sized black glasses and fur mufflers or canes were used in terms of hair and accessories. The features derived through analysis of the fashion style of Iris Apfel, an icon of silver style, are as follows. The first feature is exaggeration through splendid primary colors and over-sized silhouettes. The second feature is the hybrid of modern composition methods using natural images and exotic preferences. The third feature is her representation of identity using fixed items.

The objective of this study was to investigate electrical conductivity of fabrics from polyester (PET) and Nylon (N) containing polyurethane (PU), with silver paste patterns screen-stenciled in three directions. The PET/PU and N/PU fabrics knitted or woven were uniaxially strain-recovered up to 22.5% in three times when each change in electrical resistance was simultaneously measured. This study established four variables that complexly affected electrical conductivity of these specimens; fabric structures, components, cover factors, and the percolation of silver particles. The woven or knitted fabric structures did not distinctively cause the changes in electrical resistance, however, the woven fabrics with the diagonal patterns showed their relatively high electrical resistance. The PET/PU fabrics with increasing the PET proportion generally presented the opposite propensity to its electrical conductivity. The changes in electric resistance of the PET/PU 85/15 2/1 twill and double plain fabrics instantaneously responded to the rate of elongation. The PET/PU group exhibited a reverse correlation between its cover factor and electrical resistivity. The highest electrical conductivity of the PET/PU 95/5 interlock fabric, with very few fluctuations, was attributed to the deep percolation of the silver particles that bridged the gaps between one loop and another. On the other hand, the occurrence of the silver cracks along with the elongated direction led to the immeasurably high change in electrical resistance as the strain increased.

The New Silver Generation, which includes retired baby boomers, is eschewing traditional lifestyles, remaining socially and economically active, and striving to enjoy their lives. It is necessary to understand the preferences, sensibilities, and fashion propensities of such individuals. Thus, this study analyzed the New Silver Generation's fashion color preferences and proposed fashion color scheme guidelines that could be used in the fashion industry. First, surveys were conducted in people of the New Silver Generation aged from 55 to 65 years. The survey questions included the following: fashion color preferences, fashion sensibility and taste preferences, fashion interests, lifestyle, and demographic background. Second, the survey was conducted to identify differences in color preferences based on respondents' fashion interests and lifestyles. Next, to compose color palettes for the survey, 45 colors from the Munsell color system were chosen at random. The major research results were as follows: It was shown that socializing- and health-preferring individuals wore achromatic color, leisure-preferring individuals wore P color, and self-preferring individuals wore B color. The commonly worn colors were achromatic colors. After the age of 55 years, health- and leisure-preferring individuals often wore R color and RP color, respectively. Thus, this study proposed a color scheme arrangement that used achromatic colors, such as black and white, as the main colors list for the four lifestyle types.

본 논문은 뉴 실버세대에 대한 개념과 뉴 실버세대가 갖고 있는 주얼리 상품에 대한 인식과 소비 구조에 대해 분석해 보고자 하였다. 주얼리에 관심이 있는 대상을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 앞으로의 마케팅 방안에 대한 방향 모색과 뉴 실버세대 만의 특징과 소비패턴, 선호하는 주얼리의 종류를 파악하고자 하였다. 설문 결과를 통해 뉴 실버세대를 위한 주얼리 마케팅 방안, 방법에 대해 결과를 모색해 보았으며, 그 결과 뉴 실버세대를 위한 마케팅 방향을 제시할 수 있었다. 우리는 앞으로 미래의 실버산업에 대한 대처와 사업영역의 이익창출을 위한 마케팅 방향을 토대로 미래 주얼리 시장을 위한 디자인 상품 개발연구에 대한 필요성이 요구되는 바이다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the dyeing properties and color analysis of fabrics knitted with ramie, cotton, wool and acrylic by using scoria and to analyze whether the knitted fabrics can be used for industrialization by measuring color fastness after and before sliver-nano process. The following is the conclusions. Firstly, when ramie fabric regarding cotton, wool and acrylic was dyed at the temperature of $50^{\circ}C$ for fifteen minutes by using 10, 25, 50, 100g/ $\ell$ of scoria, dyeing absorption gradually increased up to 50g/ $\ell$, and over the point of 50g/ $\ell$ it showed slow increase. Secondly, regarding saturation, among ramie fabric, wool, cotton and acrylic, wool appears as the lowest brightness. Therefore, it can be dyed with bright color and the highest value. In terms of the value of chromaticity, wool also emerges as the lowest brightness. On the contrary, acrylic showed the lightest red as it had the value of the smallest b. Cotton takes the lightest yellow as the b value of the cotton showed the smallest. Thus, scoria dyestuff is a material that showed strong red and yellow on knitted fabric mixed with wool that is the biggest a. b value. Thirdly, in terms of dyeing fastness, sunlight fastness did not show noticeable differences before and after silver-nano processes, but in terms of washing and friction fastness, the material processed by silver-nano indicated that all knitted fabrics are over 4-5 point. which means silver-nano process can be effective for the industrial applications. As mentioned above, as a result of dyeing knitted fabrics with scoria, this study found a possibility of dyeing in the fabric materials, and if there is deeper dyeing experiments, fastness experiments and speculations, it might be possible to be a big issue just like loess and charcoal.

현대 사회는 노인 인구가 증가하면서 고령화 시대로 진입하였으며, 이른바 65세 이상인 실버세대를 위한 노인의료비, 노인 케어 등의 사회적 비용이 증가하고 있다. 현재 정부나 각종 기업에서 노인 건강을 위해 정보기술을 활용한 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있음에도 불구하고 여러 가지 한계가 지적되어 활성화가 저해되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 욕구를 반영한 스마트 헬스 케어 서비스 중에서도 가장 보편화되고 있는 스마트 헬스 밴드의 비즈니스 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 스마트 헬스 밴드 및 이와 관련한 기술적 기능에 대해 살펴보고, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 구성 요소 및 각 내용에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
