본 연구에서는 동굴의 민속학적인 접근을 통해 선조들이 어떤 용도로 동굴을 이해하고 활용했는지 주거지로서의 동굴, 그리고 동굴관련 신화와 설화, 속담과 민간신앙, 생활민속으로서의 동굴의 이용을 통해 파악해보고자 하였다. 선사시대 동굴에서 주로 주거 및 식생활을 하였음을 고고학 자료를 통해 파악해 볼 수 있었고, 동굴관련 단군신화가 있어 동굴의 의미를 되새길 수 있으며 동굴마다 신비경과 관련된 동굴 설화가 많아 동굴에 대한 이해를 깊게 하고 있고, 미지의 세계와 관련한 속담, 기도처ㆍ수양처로서의 동굴, 또 현대 생활민속과 관련하여 식품 저장소로서, 군사시설로써의 활용뿐만 아니라, 유희공간인 관광지로써 현대에는 크게 각광받고 있다.

This study attempts to propose ways for activated methods of Sancheong tourist resort with Traditional Oriental Medicine(the following this resort) by examining the placement plan, space plan and characteristics of this resort. The results of this study are as follow. First, the accessibility has to be improved for safe and quick transportation between this resort and nearby areas. The curved roads must be replaced by straight roads at least partially. Second, an experiencing space like herb farm is necessary to activate the function of the tourist resort in the aspect of the arrangement planning for this resort. Third, the roads within the complex must be improved into Ring Roads for the circulation of cars to use the space in the tourist resort in a reasonable and positive way. Fourth, various places for tourism must be developed in the rear for sightseeing tours. Moreover, the development of tourism area together with the residents must be achieved with the active participation of the local people in the festival.

The globe-trotting trend has been converted from tourism for the simple purposes of sightseeing and enjoyment to a form of learning and practicing the more specialized contents by directly participation. Traditional cultural resources have sufficient potential as culture and tourism assets that fit this kind of trend. Therefore, building proper tourist resources for their application has become a very urgent and important matter. To make masterpiece tourism packages through combined services of traditional cultural resources, it is necessary for operators to ponder diverse methods that can be used to develop various experience programs and conserve traditional cultural properties by continuously generating profits. The major results of this research are as follows. Firstly, this study proposes plans for unified tourist information and combined services of traditional cultural resources based on ubiquitous IT. Secondly, it is ascertained that the organization of combined operational consultative groups and the improvement of operator' capability are required to execute combined services of traditional cultural resources. Thirdly, we propose business plans to generate profits in both product aspect and network aspect.

관광콘텐츠는 관광활성화를 위한 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고, 주목받지 못하고 있어, 인삼을 활용한 문화관광콘텐츠 개발 전략을 살펴보았다. 콘텐츠 개발의 기본방향은 건강을 증진시킬 수 있다는 웰빙적인 요소와 고부가가치 상품개발이며, 개발전략은 대표적인 웰빙상품으로 스토리를 동반해야 하며, 상품을 위한 스토리가 아니라 다목적성의 성격을 띌 수 있는 콘텐츠를 개발해야 하며, 최종 상품형태를 고려하여, 실현가능한 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 마지막으로 지역의 주민들에게 직접적인 이익 및 참여가 보장되어야 한다.

우리나라 수출입화물의 주요 관문이었던 마산항이 최근 들어 침체와 위기를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 즉, 인접 대형항만(신항)의 건설에 따른 물동량의 감소, 항만시설의 노후화, 친수 공간의 부재 등 항만발전에 따른 여러 가지 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 마산항의 지속적 발전을 위해서는 항만시설의 현대화, 구항의 재개발과 친수공간의 확충, 그린포트의 구축과 관광항만의 개발을 조속히 추진하는 한편, 새로운 고부가가치 항만으로 발전되어야 할 것이다. 향후 마산항의 활성화를 위해서는 중량화물 및 대형화물의 물류전문항으로 특화하는 차별화 전략을 적극 추진하여야 할 것이다.

한국에서 청학동은 전통시대 이상향의 원형이었다. 청학동을 통시적으로 개관해 보면 공간적인 변이와 장소성의 쇄신 현상이 나타난다. 청학동은 늦어도 고려 후기에 지리산 화개동 인근에 최초로 비정되었고, 조선 초기에는 한양의 남산에도 청학동이 나타나며, 조선 중 후기에는 최초 비정지의 인근 지역 및 지방 명승지로의 분포 양상이 보인다. 근대에 이르러 청학동 지명의 전국적인 분포 현상이 나타나고, 현대에는 하동군 청암면 묵계리 청학동으로 고착되었다. 청학동 이상향의 장소정체성은 선경지에서 주거촌과 관광지로 쇄신 전개되었다.

최근 증강현실 기술은 스마트폰 증가추세에 따라 사용자 중심의 상호작용을 지원하는 형태로 발전하고 있다. 논문에서 우리는 관광지 사물인식 기술과 사용자의 위치 정보를 이용하여 실감체험이 가능한 어플리케이션을 구현하였다. 개발 시스템은 스마트폰의 GPS와 비콘 정보를 이용하여 사용자와 관광지 사물의 현 위치를 파악한 후, 두 지점간의 거리와 방향을 계산하여 해당 관광지의 실감체험 콘텐츠를 제공한다. 실감체험 앱을 통하여 우리는 제주를 찾는 관광객들에게 제주의 문화에 대한 이해와 감동을 주는 한편, 무명 관광지의 자원화 가능성을 높이고, 제주 관광의 이미지를 개선하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

This study aims at providing necessary resources in developing the sustainable project of the exchanges between cities and rural areas in Korea. And so I investigated and analyzed the model of the Setagaya Ward and the Gawaba Village in Japan, which has successively continued the exchanges between city and rural areas for thirty years, with the documentation, field work, interviews and field investigation. The two local autonomous entities have promoted the project of the exchanges between cities and rural areas by keeping in touch with a making the second home and linking agriculture with sightseeing. They passed an agreement of mutual help and established regulations to push forward the agreement in order to carry out the agreement. And they have operated a section which will do nothing but focus on this, established a management company which takes charge of the stronghold facilities of the exchange between city and rural areas, operated a caucus to examine the project steadily and to develop new programs, and made a publicity work continually for thirty years. In conclusion, I think we should promote the joint capital stronghold facilities of the exchange between city and rural areas which is based upon the agreements. And we should promote the infrastructure like a management company which takes charge of the facilities and build the proper foundation which can develop the various programs for the exchange between city and rural areas and operate them.

The concept of recent cruise ship design is changing rapidly according to the expansion of cruise fleet sizes, emphasis on passenger safety and tightened requirements for ecotourism. In this view point, this study focuses on investigative analysis for the recent trends in cruise ship design and construction. Based on the shipyard production logs and the cruise industry's annual news, the data for principal dimensions of newly built cruise ships, their hull forms and propulsion devices and the characteristics of cabin and public spaces are collected and analysed. As expected, it is found that the size of cruise ships is growing and the design concept is becoming more leisure-oriented for all ages rather than lust sightseeing. For producing a greater ton/pax ratio, the adoption of podded electric propulsion system, outside cabins and balcony spaces is a common trend in recent cruise ship design.

현대 사회에서의 항만공간은 과거와는 달리 단순히 항구로써의 기능만을 위한 공간이 아닌 주거, 레저, 관광 등 다양한 기능이 복합화 되고 있다. 그에 따라 더욱 많은 사람들이 밀집하는 공간으로 변모해 가고 있다. 반면 항만 공간은 지형적, 환경적 특성 상 재해에 취약한 공간이기도 하다. 하지만 아직까지 국내에서는 방재 도시계획이 명확히 자리 잡고 있는 실정이 아니다. 따라서 항만공간의 특성을 감안한 방재 도시계획을 강화하고, 이를 통해 안전성을 확보할 필요가 있다.
