관광지ITS는 해당 관광지역에 관련한 관광과 교통(명승지, 도로망, 주차, 소요시간 등)에 관한 정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. 하지만 관광주유행동의 관점에서 관광지 정보제공 시스템이 아직 충분히 고려되지 못하고 있다. 관광주유행동의 의사결정에 있어 다양한 정보 니즈가 존재하기 때문에 정보이용과 주유행동의 관련성이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 관광지ITS구축을 향한 기본적인 정보니즈 분석과 기존 주유행동 모형 재구축의 기초적 시사점 도출을 목적으로 후지5호 관광지의 정보이용과 주유행동의 관련성 분석을 수행하였다. 구조방정식을 이용한 관련성 분석결과, 주유행동의 단계에 따른 정보이용이 지역인지도와 주유행동에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 관광주유행동분야에서도 정보에 의존하고 있다는 점을 밝히고 있다. 또한 이러한 결과는 관광지ITS에 관한 기초적 정보를 제시하고 있다.

With the advent of 21st century, the economic and cultural value of the tourism became more important than ever. And many countries have been aware of the importance of it and trying to promote it. In the railway industry, the sightseeing train is the most crucial element. It can be used as a means of transportation for the tourism or can be the objective of the tourism itself. The sightseeing train can contribute to improve the level of the national leisure life, to fill the cultural gap among the regions, to make foreign exchanges, or to accelerate cultural exchanges among countries. So, I would like to present some guidelines on the development of the sightseeing train through the research on the sorts, the designs and the services of the sightseeing trains operated in Korea or other countries.

On the basis of conducting a comprehensive investigation to agricultural sightseeing garden landscape resources, we established a evaluation index system of agricultural sightseeing garden landscape resources. From the perspective of experts, comparing the importance of all levels indicators, we obtained the weights of landscape resources evaluation index through using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The result showed that the descending order of the weights of influence of agricultural sightseeing garden nineteen evaluation index is: reach ability (0.128), safety (0.083), location (0.078), participatory (0.076), cultural value (0.058), ecological conditions (0.057), scenic beauty (0.0505), environmental quality (0.051), featured properties (0.0501), environmental tolerance (0.048), reputation (0.047), environmental capacity (0.045), humanize (0.041), spots configuration (0.034), applicable travel period (0.033), scientific value (0.032), art value (0.031), holistic (0.03), suitability (0.027), it can provide a framework and basis for the planning, management, protection and exploitation of agricultural sightseeing garden landscape resources.

This survey is focused on analyzing amenity resources for the purpose of offering basic sources for balanced development and the activation of sightseeing in Anmyen-island which has superior landscape resources and the result follows as this. 1. As a result of selecting "Amenities characterized in isles" and comparing their applications in order to choose amenity resource surveying method which is suitable for the isle districts where beaches, tidelands, fishing villages and so on are formed, it was considered that the surveying method of the rural amenity resource in the Korean Society of Rural Planning could be properly used. 2. In spite of a variety of amenity resources besides ten beaches, Anmyeon-island has been developed only focused on beaches. Therefore, it is highly recommended to develop new sightseeing courses which connect beaches with adjacent amenity resources such as theme programs. 3. It proved that compared with Anmyeoneup, Gonammyeon has superior landscape resources and higher special product rates, which is caused by the fact that it doesn't have various kinds of amenities. As diverse fish inhabit the sea and tidelands in Gonammyeon, it is beneficial for activating sightseeing tours to develop fishing village experiencing programs including going fishing. 4. Anmyen-island can be divided into East district and West distict by the national road no,77 and two districts have different distributional features of sightseeing amenity resources. In the west district, amenity resources such as coastal sightseeing routes, large event halls, and resorts have been activated in addition to fourteen beaches which have already been developed while the amenity resources in the east like fishing villages, tidelands, and salt fields have not been activated. Accordingly, for activating balanced sightseeing development in Amyeon-island, it is required to make plans which can incorporate the east amenity resources of sea sightseeing and the west amenity resources of fishing village experiencing programs. As a way, constructing sightseeing routes connecting the west and the east district or making a detour lane connecting beaches in the west, Anmyeon pine trees in the center, and fishing villages in the east.

The operation of a five day workweek seems to be increased continuously, Many city-workers will make good use of their spare time and search after a lot of devices that can seek for the maximum value of leisure utility. The demand of potential customers that want to enjoy weekend in farming villages is coming out greatly. That is, the condition of users that will travel the farming villages is getting better. But the actual states of farming villages are not ready in many parts yet. Therefore we must activate the tourist attraction in farming villages that can be satisfied the city-workers' expectation. And after making the sightseeing environment infrastructure, we must develop the programs intimate with environment, improve the sightseeing agricultural management and consolidate various systems as soon as possible. So in this study, after investigating the demand preference degree of city-workers, I tried to grope an activation plan with the base which will reach. Being more urgent what more, not the simple sightseeing agriculture that the farming experience was the focus of, but it is very important to develop the program of environment sightseeing agriculture. It will lay the stress on playing and education culture which city-workers can enjoy and experience. And with constructing the base facility like a city form, we must develop cheap and various goods and the execution of modernized weekend farms. For this, first the consciousness conversion against the customer management of farmers must precede and the change of government policy and the support polity is important. I hope that this study with the five-day workweek has the chance to contribute in the economic growth of farming villages and efficient use and management of the natural environment resources through the activation of sightseeing agriculture.

본 연구는 후지5호 관광객의 주유행동과 정보이용패턴에 관한 조사에 해당된다. 또한 관광객의 주유행동과 정보이용과의 관계에 초점을 두고 있고, 이러한 관계분석은 군집분석과 수량화 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 결과 (1) 90%이상의 관광객이 후지5호 관광을 위해 1회 이상 정보를 이용하고 있으며, 여행전, 여행중, 여행전후의 정보이용이 각각 80%, 70%, 60%로 나타났다. (2) 후지5호지역의 정보이용 패턴은 3개 패턴으로 구분되었고, (3) 시 공간적 주유행동 지표(주유행동개시 및 종료시각, 체재시간, 관광지점수 등)는 각 정보이용패턴에 따른 차이가 확인 되었고, (4) 수량화 모형에서는 관광객의 주유행동지표(관광지점수, 체재시간)에 대한 의사결정이 정보이용에 의존하고 있다는 것이 확인되었다.

본 연구의 목표는 객체-관계 DBMS를 이용하여 충청북도를 대상 지역으로 하는 관광안내 지리정보 시스템을 구현해 봄으로써, 객체-관계 DBMS의 수행 능력을 살펴보고 특정 응용 구축에 대해 객체-관계 DBMS가 얼마나 우수하게 적용 가능한지를 알아보는데 있다. 관광지 데이타베이스는 충청북도의 행정구역상의 경계. 각종 도로 및 철도의 위치 좌표를 구하고, 관광지의 소개, 숙박시설 및 기타 사항 등의 속성 정보를 조사한다. 객체지향 모델링 기법인 OMT 모델을 이용하여 분석모델을 구성하고, ORDBMS 스키마를 설계한 후 GEUS/XTM를 이용하여 데이타베이스를 구축하였다. 다양한 질의를 통해 구축된 관광정보에 대한 선택적 접근성을 검토한 바, 확장성 보장, 비정형화되고 복잡한 데이터의 모델링, 저장, 검색, 관리에 있어 객체-관계형 DBMS가 일반 DBMS보다 효율적임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 인터넷을 통한 공간 정보 서비스에 대한 요구의 증가에 부응하기 위해 다양한 형태의 정보들을 효율적으로 데이터베이스화하고 관리하는데 객체-관계형 DBMS의 이용이 바람직하다.

In the preceding studies, an analysis of Saga Prefectural sightseeing information by a self-organizing map (SOM) has been tried. And recent development on information and communication technology (ICT) will help us to access any results via the mobile devices easily. Then, in order to realize this basic idea, development of an application for mobile devices is investigated through some preliminary computer simulations on the standard desktop PC in this article.

This paper deals with the exchange of tourists and the operation of sightseeing train encouraged by the inter- Korean cross-border railway project. First of all, how the inter-Korean cross-border railway project has developed will be discussed. After this, tile present tourism state, facilities, the state of railways and roads of North Korea, and major tourist attraction around the Kyonguisun will be shown. And then, several aspects on the agreements between the Korean National Railroad (KORAIL) and North Korean railroad system will be summarized. And, finally, the economic effect of the line including the operation schedule of the Kyonguisun sightseeing train, the demand forecast, the computation of railway fare, and profit sharing will be depicted.

본 연구의 목적은 표암의 "호가유금원기"에 담긴 궁원 유람행사의 내용과 의미를 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구의 방법은 사료에 담긴 내용과 의미를 고찰하고 해석하는 기술(description)적 연구방법이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 왕이 친히 신하들에게 궁원을 안내하고 설명한 일을 기록한 "호가유금원기"는 한국의 조경문화사에 있어 매우 귀한 사료이다. 이러한 일은 중국은 물론 조선시대에도 전무후무한 일이다. 2. 특히 이 일을 기록한 사람이 당대에는 시 서 화 삼절로 이름이 높았고 후대에는 '예원(藝苑)의 총수(總帥)'로 평가받는 표암 강세황이라는 점은 이 사료의 가치를 더한다. 3. 이 유람 행사의 성격은 정조의 집권 초반기에 친정체제를 구축하기 위한 규장각의 완비, 왕의 위엄을 나타내는 어진 도사 등에 기여한 근신들의 노고를 치하하는 자리였다. 정조는 자신의 정치 이념을 실현하는데 공이 큰 근신들의 노고에 대한 은전을 베풀기 위해 궁중 내에 금단의 공간인 금원을 활용하였다. 4. 창덕궁 후원에 대한 유람 동선의 하나를 확인할 수 있었다. 후원을 유람하는 동선이 고정적이지는 않았으나 이것은 이날의 가을 정취를 즐기기 위해 정조가 의도적으로 선택한 최선의 유람 동선이었을 것이다. 5. 이 행사의 특징은 격식이 없고 다소 즉흥적인 '유람'이었다. 즉 정조 치세 중반 이후에 신하들에게 베푼 '상화어조연(賞花漁釣宴)'은 꽃구경과 낚시, 시 짓기 등 행사의 개최시기와 형식, 참가자격 등의 틀을 갖춘 궁중 '연회'였음에 비해 이날의 행사는 비교적 사적이고 자유로운 '놀이(遊)'였다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 관련 사료들의 고찰을 통해 "호가유금원기"를 쓴 전후 맥락을 비롯해 이에 담긴 내용과 의미를 고찰하였다는 의미가 있다. "호가유금원기"는 귀중한 문화콘텐츠로서 추후 궁원 관람에 있어 스토리텔링 자원으로서 활용 가능할 것이며 이에 대한 후속 연구가 필요할 것이다.
