Light emitting diodes (LEDs) which can produce uniform luminescence need a very difficult and complex procedure because LEDs have strong and straight optical property. One of the major parameters for LED production is the determination of the viewing angle. However, in the present, there is still no available production technology to measure LED viewing angle and optical property. In this study, we developed a five-side LED viewing angle and optical property measurement system, having a source meter that uses a high speed switching photo relay instead of a mercury relay. This new measurement system can measure the viewing angle at a very high accuracy of ${\pm}0.66^{\circ}$. This new technology presents a great potential for fast and reliable LED mass production, which can significantly cut down the cost from savings in production time.
This study was performed to investigate the factors related to vibration of temporomandibular joint during mandibular opening movement. For this study, 144 patients with temporomandibular disorders were randomly selected. Angle's classification, lateral guidance pattern, range of maximal mouth opening, preferred chewing side, and affected side were investigated clinically. Mandibular torque rotational movement during opening was recorded with $BioEGN^{(R)}$ and vibration of temporomandibular joint during opening was recorded with $Sonopak^{(R)}$. After clinical diagnosis was made, visual analogue scale(VAS) was used for evaluation of clinical progress of the subject's chief complaints. The author calculated VAS treatment index(VAS Ti) from the record of VAS. The more VAS Ti was, the less remission of subjective symptom was, The data were analyzed with SAS/Stat program and the results of this study were as follows: 1. There were no significant difference in all the variables of joint vibration by age and sex. 2. Integral and peak amplitude in patients of Angle's class I were higher than those of class II or III patients. Integral in patients of group function was higher than that in patients of canine guidance or other types of lateral excursion. 3. As to Angle's classification or lateral guidance type, there were almost not significant difference between subgroup of same class or type and subgroup of different class or type on both sides. And there were also almost not difference between one side and the other side related to preferred chewing side or affected side. 4. Patients with disk displacement with reduction showed higher value of integral and peak amplitude than any other patients. 5. Joint vibration variables significantly correlated with VAS Ti of pain. with clinical range of mouth opening, and with ingredients of mandibular torque rotational movement.
Angle has a variety of aspects, such as figure, measurement, and rotation, but is mainly introduced from a figure perspective and a quantitative perspective of the angle is also partially experienced in the elementary mathematics textbooks. The purpose of this study was to examine how the angle concept introduction and development pattern in elementary school mathematics textbooks are linked or changed in middle school mathematics textbooks, and based on this, was to get the direction of writing math textbooks and implications for guidance. To this end, 57 math textbooks for the first grade of middle school were collected from the first to the 2015 revised curriculum. As a result of the study, it was found that middle school textbooks had a greater dynamic aspect of each than elementary school textbooks, and the proportion of quantitative attributes of angle was higher in addition to qualitative and relational attributes. In other words, the concept of angle in middle school textbooks is presented in a more multifaceted and complex form than in elementary school textbooks. Finally, matters that require consensus within elementary, secondary, and secondary schools were also proposed, such as the use of visual expression or symbol, such as the use of arrows and dots, and the use of mathematical terms such as vertex of angle and side of angle.
For this study, four male university Taekwondo players were randomly chosen, between the weight categories of 60Kg and 80Kg. Their side kicks (yeop chagi), which are part of foot techniques, were kinematically analyzed in terms of the time, angle, and angular velocity factors involved with the kicks through the three-dimensional imaging. The results of the analysis are as fellows. 1. Time factor The first phase(preparation) was 0.48sec on average, accounting for 60% of the entire time spent; the second phase(the minimum angle of the knee joint) was 0.21sec on average, taking up 26% of the whole time spent; and the third phase(hitting) was 0.11sec on average, representing 14% of the entire time spent. 2. Angle factor In the first phase(preparation), rotating their bodies along the long axis, the players bended their hip and knee joints a lot, by moving fast in the vertical and horizontal directions, in the second phase(the minimum angle of the knee joint), the players continued to extend their bodies along the vertical axis, while pronating their lower legs and bending their hip and knee joints a lot to reduce the radius of gyration, and in the third phase(hitting), they extended their knee joints greatly so that the angle movements of their lower bodies shifted to circle movements. 3. Angular velocity factor In the first phase(preparation), the angular velocity of the hip and knee joints increased. while moving horizontally and rotating the body along the long axis; in the second phase(the minimum angle of the knee joint), the angular velocity increased by bending the hip and knee joints fast to reduce the rotation radios; and in the third phase(hitting), the angular velocity was found to have increased, by rotating the body along the long axis to increase the angular velocity and shifting the angular momentum of the pronated knee joint to the circular momentum.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to report the comparison of X-ray and Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging (DITI) of a patient with idiopathic scoliosis. Method: The patient in this case was a 25-year-old female. Her chief complaint was a pain in lumbar, scapular and shoulder regions. We examined her with DITI and X-ray. And then We compared DITI and X-ray. Results: Cobb's angle of thoracic spine was $24.78^{\circ}$ as a primary curve. Cobb's angle of thoracolumbar spine was $17.63^{\circ}$. Temperature on convex side of the thoracic spine was $0.3^{\circ}C$ higher than the other side. Temperature on convex side of cervical spine was $1.4^{\circ}C$ higher than the other side. There was no correlation curvature degree with temperature difference. Conclusion : There was a tendency that the temperature on convex side of the spine is higher than the other side of the spine. DITI is a useful assessment tool when it is used with X-ray as a diagnostic tool of idiopathic scoliosis. Further studies are needed.

In this research, the effects of fiber stacking sequence on damage behaviors of FML(Fiber Metal Laminates) subject to indentation loading. SOP (Singly Oriented Ply) FML and angle ply FML were fabricated to study fiber orientation effects and angle ply effects. FML were fabricated by using 1050 aluminum laminate and carbon/epoxy prepreg. To increase adhesive bonding strength, Al laminate was etched using FPL methods. The static indentation test were conducted by using UTM under the 2side clamped conditions. During the tests, load and displacement curve and crack initiation and propagation behaviors were investigated. As fiber orientation angle increases, the crack initiation load of SOP FML increases because the stiffness induced by fiber orientation is increased. The penetration load of SOP FML is influenced by the deformation tendency and boundary conditions. However, the macro-crack of angle ply FML was initiated by fiber breakage of lower ply because angle plies in Angle ply FML prevents the crack growth and consolidation. The Angle ply FML has a critical cross-angle which prevent crack growth and consolidation. Damage behavior of Angle ply FML is changed around the critical cross-angle.

An experimental study is conducted to investigate the effects of duct corrugation angle on heat/mass transfer characteristics in wavy ducts of a primary surface heat exchanger application. Local heat/mass transfer coefficients on the wavy duct sidewalls are determined by using a naphthalene sublimation technique. The corrugation angles(${\alpha}$) of the wavy ducts are 145$^{\circ}$, 130$^{\circ}$, 115$^{\circ}$ and 100$^{\circ}$. And the Reynolds numbers based on the duct hydraulic diameter vary from 300 to 3,000. The results show that at the low Re(Re $\leq$1000), the secondary vortices called Taylor-Gortler vortices perpendicular to the main flow direction are generated due to effect of duct curvature. By these secondary vortices, high heat/mass transfer regions are formed on both pressure-side and suction-side walls. At the high Re(Re $\geq$ 1000), these secondary flows are vanished with helping flow transition to turbulent flow and the regions which show high heat/mass coefficients by flow reattachment are formed on suction side. As corrugation angle decreases, the local peak Sh induced by Taylor-Gortler vortices increase at Re $\leq$1000. At high Re(Re $\geq$ 1000), by the existence of different kind of secondary flows called Dean vortices, non-uniform Sh distribution appears along spanwise direction at the narrow corrugation angle (${\alpha}$=100$^{\circ}$). Average Sh also increase by the enhanced effect of secondary vortices and flow reattachment. More pumping power (pressure loss) is required with the smaller corrugation angle due to the enhancement of flow instability.

This paper presents the effects of the tool shape on the geometrical characteristics of flat end-milled side walls. A tool shape is characterized by such parameters as helix angle, number of cutting edges, and diameter. The geometrical characteristics of the side walls are represented by the surface profiles in the feed and axial directions, which are orthogonal to each other. The geometrical defects in each direction are estimated based on the instantaneous apparent cutting areas, which are represented by the interference area between the tool and workpiece and that between the cutting edge and workpiece. It is confirmed that a geometrical defect in the feed direction is formed when the tool leaves the workpiece and the curvature of the tool path changes. Defects in the axial direction are also found in the side walls, except for the defect zone in the feed direction. An up-cut using an end-mill with a steeper helix angle, a greater number of cutting edges, and a smaller diameter are thus found to improve the geometrical accuracy of end-milled side walls.

It is using to incident angle estimation technique in order to target estimation in radar. This paper was estimated incident angle estimation for target using adaptive array incident angle and single look error incident angle estimation technique. We estimated signal incident angle of target to removal main lobe and side lobe to adaptive array incident angle technique. It is difficult to correctly target estimation because single look technique increase direction error of signal incident angle. In order to receive a desired target signal must be not almost look error between signal incident angle and look angle. we had decreased to occur a look error using delay time and single look condition to calculation a covariance when incident angle estimate. Through simulation, we show that the proposed incident angle estimation technique improves the performance of target estimation compared to previous method.
To find out the power tiller's travel and tractive characteristics on the general slope land, the tractive p:nver transmitting system was divided into the internal an,~ external power transmission systems. The performance of power tiller's engine which is the initial unit of internal transmission system was tested. In addition, the mathematical model for the tractive force of driving wheel which is the initial unit of external transmission system, was derived by energy and force balance. An analytical solution of performed for tractive forces was determined by use of the model through the digital computer programme. To justify the reliability of the theoretical value, the draft force was measured by the strain gauge system on the general slope land and compared with theoretical values. (2) The coefficient of rolling resistance Rn was increased with increasing slip percent 5 and did not influenced by the angle of slope land. The angle of rolling resistance Ol was increasing sinkage Z of driving wheel. The value of Ol was found to be within the limits of Ol =2\ulcorner "'16\ulcorner. The decreasing rate of travelling velocity by the increase of side slope angle was less than that by the increase of hill slope angle a, (5) Rate of side slip by the side slope angle was defined as $ S_r=\frac {S_s}{l_s} \times$ 100( %), and the rate of side slip of the low travelling velocity was larger than that of the high travelling velocity. (6) Draft forces of power tiller did not affect by the angular velocity of driving wheel, and maximum draft coefficient occurred at slip percent of S=60% and the maximum draft power efficiency occurred at slip percent of S=30%. The maximum draft coefficient occurred at slip percent of S=60% on the side slope land, and the draft coefficent was nearly constant regardless of the side slope angle on the hill slope land. The maximum draft coefficient occurred at slip perecent of S=65% and it was decreased with increasing hill slope angle $\alpha$. The maximum draft power efficiency occurred at S=30 % on the general slope land. Therefore, it would be reasonable to have the draft operation at slip percent of S=30% on the general slope land. (7) The portions of the power supplied by the engine of the power tiller which were used as the source of draft power were 46.7% on the concrete road, 26.7% on the level land, and 13~20%; on the general slope land ($\alpha = O~ 15^\circ ,\beta = 0 ~ 10^\circ$) , respectively. Therefore, it may be desirable to develope the new mechanism of the external pO'wer transmitting system for the general slope land to improved its performance.l slope land to improved its performance.
