The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the on-line shopping motivation of one-person households in terms of consumer value. Economic value, emotional value, convenience value, social value were identified as affecting factors of satisfaction and intention to re-use of on-line shopping purchasing based on prior studies of on-line shopping behavior. This study tested the hypothesized model targeting 244 one-person households who have purchased products in on-line shopping mall. According to the results of analysis by using R, economic value, emotional value are significantly related to the consumer satisfaction but convenience value, social value are not. The objectives of this research were to investigate the relationships between purchase motives and post-purchase satisfaction of cosmetics at internet shopping malls, and to reveal how cosmetic purchase motives and demographic variables influence to the post-purchase satisfaction. Subjects were 202 females in Seoul who had experiences of cosmetic shopping at internet. Five dimensions of cosmetic purchase motives at internet shopping malls were derived by factor analysis: 'information provision', 'service/quality', 'time saver', 'use convenience', and 'economical efficiency'. Consumers showed relatively high cosmetic purchase motives at internet shopping malls because the prices of on-line shopping mall products were cheaper than those of off-line, and because it was easy to compare various products at internet shopping malls. The motive of 'information provision' had significant positive relationships with the satisfaction of price, quality, color, volume, and skin suitability of cosmetics. The motive of 'time saver' and 'use convenience' had positive relationships with the satisfaction of price and quality. The motives of 'service/quality' and 'use convenience' were higher in career women than in college women. The middle class consumers and the consumers who use internet more had a high 'information provision' motive in shopping cosmetics at internet. The post-purchase satisfaction of cosmetics was influenced most by the experience postscripts and next by economical efficiency, frequency of access to the internet cosmetic malls, and social class(-) in order.
This study investigated the influences of experiential marketing components on shopping flow, store satisfaction, and purchase intention in fashion complex culture stores. The mediating effects of shopping flow and store satisfaction were also explored in the relationship between experiential marketing components of fashion multi-tasking culture stores and purchase intention. An online survey was conducted with male and female shoppers between the ages of 20 and 30 in Shanghai, China who visited fashion multi-tasking culture stores. Data from 165 participants were analyzed employing SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. There were several meaningful results of this study. First, the analysis of the subdimension of experiential marketing components (Sense, Feel, Think, and Act-Relate) clearly showed a factorial construct. Second, the components of experiential marketing showed significantly positive effects on shopping flow and store satisfaction in the fashion multi-tasking culture store. Third, the shopping flow and store satisfaction played important medicating roles in the relationship between experiential marketing components (Act-Relate on shopping flow, Sense and Act-Relate on store satisfaction) and purchase intention. The results suggest that experiential marketing components with shopping flow and store satisfaction should be promoted among Chinese consumers to enhance purchase intentions in fashion multi-tasking culture stores.
This study has focused on the relationship between the shopping mall and tenant store. Although the growth and development of shopping mall in Korea, there are few academic and professional interests. Therefore, adopting expectancy-disconfirmation paradigm, this study examined the constructs of expectation, performance, disconfirmation, satisfaction and re-visit intention of shopping mall and tenant store in each context. The research model also considered the mutual effect of these constructs between shopping mall and tenant store as positing the path between them. Hence, main hypotheses were divided into two different ways from the constructs of shopping mall to tenant store's and vice versa. Then, three hypotheses exploring the direction of customer's evaluation shopping mall and tenant were also included in the research model. From the result of 461 mall-intercept survey, almost hypotheses were supported as expected. In the explorative approach to find direction, the path from disconfirmation of and satisfaction with tenant to disconfirmation of and satisfaction with shopping mall were supported. In addition, the path from satisfaction with shopping mall to re-visit intention of tenant store was also accepted.

This study analyzed the influence of online consumers' shopping values on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The shopping values in this paper include the utilitarian-, hedonic-, and social engagement-shopping values. The hypothesized research model was proposed based on five main constructs: three shopping values, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This study tested the hypothesized model using the data from 182 consumers who purchased accommodation products over the last six months. The findings showed that consumers' shopping values have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, the customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Online accommodation booking sites need to make efforts to recognize the consumers' different shopping values and social influences to use a website as a tool for managing customer relationships.

With development of the internet, internet shopping is taking its place as one of digitalization industries transcending time and space beyond the scope of commercial activities as the means of goods sales and purchase. We studied about the relations of customer value, environment of internet shopping mall, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer value is customers' subjective evaluation, which is formed after their purchasing and consuming. Customer satisfaction can be characterized as post-purchase evaluation of product quality given pre-purchase expectations. Customer loyalty is a potentiality or ensure of durative relationship between customer and enterprises. Customer satisfaction functions as an antecedent of customer loyalty, while customer value does customer satisfaction. It prevents customer churn and consolidates retention, thereby constituting an important cause of customer loyalty. This study shows that customer value, environment of internet shopping mall and customer satisfaction are each found to have a direct effect on customer loyalty. The results provide empirical support for relation between customer satisfaction and loyalty. To increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in internet shopping mall is the primary purpose of this study. We investigate the impact of marital status on the levels of satisfaction of online shoppers in the beauty and cosmetics industry in Vietnam. We find a significant difference in satisfaction between married and divorced/separated online shoppers. More specifically, the latter reveals higher level of satisfaction than the former. Extended analyses further show that this finding is only observed for female online shoppers whilst it is insignificant for their male counterparts. Moreover, we find significant differences in determinants of customer satisfaction between three different groups of online shoppers: single, married, and divorced/separated. While married individuals' satisfaction is affected by all factors (Online shopping experience; Seller Services; External Incentives; Security/Privacy), that of their divorced/separated peers are influenced by only seller services and external incentives. Also, single participants are satisfied with their online shopping driven by their online shopping experience and external incentives. Our findings contribute to the stream of customer satisfaction literature, and to the studies in beauty and cosmetics sector as well as online shopping trends in Vietnam. They contain implications for existing online businesses and new or potential market entrants as to which customer demographic factors have significant influences in terms of customer psychology, behaviour and their satisfaction.
