  • This study was designed to find what impacts store attributes and personal characteristics have had on customer loyalty to beauty shops. Participants were 283 men and women who had experienced services in beauty shops and selected from the Metropolitan area, Busan, Gyeongbuk area, Gyeongnam area, Chungcheong area, and other area. In conclusion, technical factor and lifestyle have had the greatest impact on customer loyalty to beauty shops. In beauty market faced with keen competition, the way to meet customers' needs is to run a distinguished beauty shop with distinct beauty techniques in consideration of individual lifestyle. This will help raise customer loyalty to beauty shops. This study has the important implication that personal characteristics as well as store attributes has been proved to be essential for increasing customer loyalty to beauty shops. I hope that future studies will continue to examine different marketing factors by different beauty shops, with additional analysis on the details, contributing to make a marketing strategy available for beauty shop owners.

직장여성의 쇼핑성향과 의복구매특성에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 여교사를 중심으로 - (A Study on Clothing Shopping Orientation and Cloghin Buying Behavior of female workers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the demographics and general clothing buying behavior according to clothing shopping orientation of female workers. A questionnaire was developed to measure clothing shopping orientation, fashion information sources, stores selection criteria, clothing purchasing frequency of a year, purchasing expenditure of clothing, the demographics. The questionnaire was administered to 775 female teacher in Chonnam. The data was analyzed using percentage, frequency, mean, factor analysis, Cluster Analysis, $\chi^2$-_test and ANOVA, Duncan test. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The female teachers were classified into four groups by the cluster analysis; indifferent shopping group, rational shopping group, conspicuous shopping group, recreational shopping group. 2. In the case of fashion information sources, significant differences were found according to shopping orientation subdivision in mass media information, information by consumer, information by marketer. 3. The stores selection criteria were significantly different depending on shopping orientation subdivision in goods and atmosphere of shop, promotion, convenience of shop's location. 4. The clothing purchasing frequency of a year were significantly different depending on shopping orientation subdivision. 5. The significant differences were found according to shopping orientation subdivision in purchasing expenditure of clothing. 7. In the demographic characteristics, significant differences were found according to shopping orientation subdivision in age, marriage, the length of one's work, income.

  • Customers demands seeking the variety and individualization in the rapidly changed consumption environment with these changes in the distribution market expect the environment in the shops providing the degage and abundant lives and environmental change in the environment of sale providing abundant values in the life other than simple sale of goods. More effective marketing strategies are desperately required for corresponding to these customers demands. VMD is the consolidated visual plans for the emotional communication with customers through CI which is the visual element influencing customers visual environment, SI, interior and exterior designs, presentation of goods, advertising and marketing. This is the marketing strategy providing customers with joyful shopping space and enabling customers to get the information and characteristics of goods more effectively by means of visual elements in the comfortable environment of the shop and the main factor allowing the competitiveness differentiated from the competing companies. To achieve these goals, we herewith suggest the effective VMD Strategy and alterative by applying VMD as the consolidated marketing communication to the Lady's casual shop in the Hyundai department located in Gwangju after complementing problems found In the course of studying and analyzing the VMD Cases.

네스티드로짓모형을 이용한 쇼핑통행의 형태분석에 관한 연구

  • In general, Shopping centers are located in the center of transportation, which induce more traffic concentration than other facilities. As a result, it becomes to one of the aggravating factors of urban & transportation problem such as traffic conjestion, parking problems. Thus, in planning shopping-center, it is desirable that consumer\`s trip pattern is should lie more carefully analyzed in order to alleviate the above problems. This study is aimed at finding the characteristics of shopping tripes and analyzing the choice behavior of shopping center and mode-to-shop. This study has developed a nested logit model in which consumers choose shopping center and mode-to-shop with a sequential structure. The model was estimated using household data from the 1989 May, Seoul metropolitan area and the 18 alternatives of shopping center and 5 mode alternatives. The estimated model have been evaluated and it may be concluded that this model for shopping trips is effective and fesible. The conclusion of this study are as fellows. 1. Out-of-vehicle travel time is more important factor affecting behavior of mode choice than in-vehicle travel time. 2. All of direct-elasticities for mode with respect to the travel time is more elastic than travel cost. 3. Accessibility to shop is more important factor affecting the choice of shopping center than parking space. 4. The value of out-of-vehicle travel time exceeds the value of in-vesicle travel time by 1.64 times.

대구 동성로에 위치한 안경원의 판매 특성 (The Sale Characteristics of the Optician's Shop located in Daegu Dongseongro)

  • 소비자들의 특성 등 안경원 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보들을 구체적인 데이터 분석에 의존하기 보다는 다년간의 운영 경험에 따른 경영자의 경험에 의존하는 경향이 크다고 할 수 있다. 안경원의 제품 판매에 있어서 다양한 정보들을 수집하고 분석하는 것은 안경원의 지속적인 발전에 매우 중요한 요소라고 판단된다. 본 연구는 내구시내 중심가에 위치한 1개 안경원에 대하여 지난 2013. 1월부터 2013. 10월까지 10 개월 간 조사 대상 안경원에서 발생한 판매 정보를 이용하여 안경 및 렌즈 등의 판매 현황, 월별, 요일별, 가격대별 판매 정보를 수집하고 경향 등을 분석하고 비교해 보았다. 본 연구 데이터는 안경원의 제품 판매 수량 또는 금액을 직접적으로 표현하는 것이 곤란하여 조사 기간 중 판매된 제품 수 또는 매출액에 대한 비율로 환산하여 표기하였다. 국산보다는 수입 안경테 및 선글라스의 판매 비중이 압도적으로 높았으며, 렌즈의 경우에는 국산 렌즈보다는 수입 렌즈의 판매 비중이 다소 높았다. 가장 많이 판매된 가격대는 30 만원 이상 50 만원 미만이었다. 그리고 평일 보다는 주말 또는 공휴일에 판매가 급증하였으며, 여름을 정점으로 서서히 증가하다가 여름 이후에는 감소함을 확인 할 수 있다.

패션브랜드 유형에 따른 상품속성, 브랜드 인지의 차이 (The Difference of Goods Attribute, Brand Awareness by Fashion Brand Type)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences among goods attribute and brand awareness on fashion brand type. we were intended to suggest characteristics of each consumer group by identifying the differences of consumers' purchasing activities. 672 of consumers by brand who frequently purchase casual brand were chosen for the analysis according to common brand classification of national brand, private brand and no brand. For the purpose of data analysis, we performed factorial analysis of measuring tools and credibility test. Concerning the differences of goods attribute, brand awareness by brand type, MANOVA, ANOVA was employed, complimented with Sheffe-test as a post hoc test in case of occurrence of any differences by group. The findings from the analysis are described in the following. Regarding goods attribute by fashion brand type, there existed a significant difference between brand types in all the sub factors of goods attribute such as product attribute, shop attribute, and price attribute. Especially, the difference of product attribute is much more significant in the areas of material suitableness, product assortment, aesthetic expression, size & quality, clothing maintenance, and clothing comfortableness. In case of shop attribute, there was a significant difference between groups in all the factors such as shop environment, convenience of shopping, sales promotion, service quality of sales clerk, location, and shop reputation. Concerning price attribute, we found a significant difference between groups in the factors of price value, price reasonableness, price information, and economical efficiency of price. As for the difference of brand awareness by brand type, among other factors, brand value had a difference between groups; that is, private brand was found to obtain the highest brand value awareness.

안경원의 브랜드 네임 유형에 관한 연구 - 대구지역 안경원 브랜드를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Brand Name Type of Optical Shop - Centric on Optical Shop in Daegu Region -)

  • 목적: 대구지역 안경원 브랜드를 중심으로 안경원 브랜드 네임의 유형 연구를 통해 새로운 브랜드 네이밍에 필요한 객관적인 자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 방법: 브랜드 네임의 개념과 기능 등의 브랜드 네임 특성들을 살펴보고 대구지역의 안경원 브랜드에 대한 한글과 영어, 국 영문 혼합, 음절 그리고 서술적, 암시적, 조어적 브랜드 네임의 유형과 대안의 창출 제시, 많이 사용된 키워드 분석 등으로 브랜드 네임 유형을 분석하였다. 결과: 한글의 자음에는 'o'이 가장 많았고 다음으로 'ㅅ' 이었다. 한글과 영어, 조합 등에서는 브랜드 네임의 57.1%의 과반수가 한글을 사용하는 것으로 나타났고 영어를 사용한 브랜드 네임도 약 32.7%가 되었다. 음절 수는 3음절이 30.4%로 많았지만 2, 4음절도 비슷한 빈도수로 각 29.7%와 25.0%를 차지하였다. 암시적, 서술적 유형이 51개, 40개로 각 17.0%와 13.3%로 나타났으며 대안의 창출에 따른 유형에서는 단어를 조합한 유형이 가장 많았고 상징물 사용이 뒤를 이었다. 기타 유형에서는 타 업종의 이름과 안경원이 소재하고 있는 지역명을 사용하고 있는 브랜드 네임이 많았다. 마지막으로 안경원 브랜드 네임에 사용된 키워드로는 '아이(eye)'가 45회로 빈도수가 가장 많았고 '당'과 '안경'이라는 키워드 순으로 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 창업을 위해 상호를 만들고 알리는데 그치는 단순한 이름이 아니라 들어서 기억하고 부르기 쉬우며 의미가 있는 브랜드 네임, 안경원에 대한 바람직한 연상과 독특하고 호감을 주는 창의적인 브랜드 네임이 되어야 한다.

The Effects of Perceived Quality and Relationship Quality on Store Performance(Revisit Intention) in the Context of Coffee Specialty Shops

  • Purpose: This study examines the structural relationship between perceived quality, relationship quality, and revisit intention in the context of coffee shop. In this model, perceived quality consists of product, service, and experience quality, and relationship quality consists of satisfaction, trust, and commitment, and performance consists of revisit intention. More specially, this study identifies whether perceived quality plays a mediating role in the relationship between perceived quality and relationship quality and the direct/indirect effects of perceive quality on intention to revisit. Research design, data and methodology: The survey was conducted from September 1 to 30, 2019. The data were collected from 320 respondents and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. Results: The findings are as follows. First, quality perception of coffee specialty stores had a statistically positive effect on relationship quality, indicating supports H1. Therefore, customers can know that they are aware of the quality of coffee specialty stores, including quality of service and experience as well as products, and that they form relationship quality with coffee specialty stores. Second, relationship quality between coffee shops and customers had a significant positive effect on performance. Thus, H2 was supported. The results show that if the coffee shop does not consider relationship quality as important, customer loyalty decreases, the number of customers decreases, and the number of customers who switch to another coffee shop increases, which can lead to a threat to the coffee shop. Third, in the case of hypothesis H3, it was found that there was a partial mediating effect of satisfaction and trust between quality perception and reuse intention of coffee specialty stores, so hypothesis H3 was partially supported. As commitment appears to have no mediating effect, it can be said that customers who use coffee shops are not only difficult to maintain as regular customers of a particular coffee shop, but also have ample room to move to other coffee shops. Conclusions: Although many scholars point out the importance of service quality, few studies were conducted in the context of the Korean food service industry (including coffee shops). From this perspective, this study tested several hypotheses that the quality (product, service, experience) perceived by customers can have a positive effect on relationship quality and performance (re-visit intention), either directly or indirectly. The findings of this study demonstrate that if the manager of a coffee shop understands the characteristics of quality perceived by customers and the role of relationship quality, the effect of quality perceptions on customers can be maximized in order to maintain the relationship with customers.

MF sampler: 동영상 기반 패션 검색 모델의 성능 향상을 위한 샘플링 방법 (MF sampler: Sampling method for improving the performance of a video based fashion retrieval model)

  • 최근 소셜 미디어의 숏폼(Short form) 동영상(인스타그램, 틱톡, 유튜브) 시장이 점차 증가하면서 인공지능 영역에서는 이를 활용한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 대표적인 연구분야로 동영상 내의 패션 상품을 탐지하고 상품 이미지를 검색하는 Video to shop 을 들 수 있다. 이와 같은 동영상 기반 인공지능 모델에서는 Convolution 연산을 사용하여 상품의 특징을 추출한다. 하지만 연산 자원의 제한으로 인해, 동영상의 모든 프레임을 사용하여 특징을 추출하는 것은 현실적으로 불가능하다. 이로 인해, 기존 연구에서는 전체 프레임 중 일부만 샘플링해서 사용하거나, 주제의 특성을 활용한 샘플링 방법을 개발하여 이를 통해 위 문제점을 개선하고, 모델의 성능도 향상시켰다. 기존의 Video to shop 연구에서는 프레임을 샘플링 할 때, 무작위로 일부분의 프레임을 샘플링하거나 균등한 간격으로 샘플링 한다. 하지만 이러한 샘플링 방법은 상품이 존재하지 않는 노이즈 프레임을 샘플링 하면서 패션 상품 검색 모델의 성능을 저하시킨다. 이에 본 연구는 노이즈 프레임을 제거하고 검색 모델의 성능을 향상시키는 샘플링 방법 MF(Missing Fashion items on frame) sampler를 제안한다. MF sampler는 키 프레임 메커니즘(Mechanism)을 발전시켜 자원 한계의 문제점을 개선했다. 또한, 노이즈 탐지 모델을 활용한 노이즈 프레임 제거를 통해 검색 모델의 성능을 향상시켰다. 이와 같은 결과는 실험을 통해 확인되었고, Video to shop 패션 상품 검색에 있어 성능 향상과 효과적인 학습이 가능하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 1996년 유통시장 전면개방 이후 본격적인 상승세를 타기 시작한 해외의류브랜드 도입은 IMF관리체제가 들어서면서 일시적인 구조조정을 겪었지만 빠른 속도로 회복되면서 양적.질적 성장을 구가하고 있다. 해외의류브랜드를 선호하는 소비자층이 확대되면서 해외의류브랜드의 종류와 품질이 다양화되었고, 특히 고가의 해외명품브랜드는 경기상황과 관계없이 계속적인 호황을 누리고 있다. 해외의류브랜드는 상품의 특성, 소비자의 욕구, 기업의 마케팅 목표 등을 고려하여 유통경로를 선정하며 유통경로의 유형에 따라 각각 다른 마케팅결정이 이루어진다. 따라서 해외의류브랜드의 성공은 자신 회사의 유통경로가 다른 기업의 유통경로와 어떻게 차별화되어 경쟁우위를 차지할 수 있느냐에 달려있다. 해외의류브랜드를 선호하는 소비자입장에서 보면 유통경로에 따라 차별화된 상품이 공급될 것이고 그 중에서 소비자 개인의 특성에 적합한 상품을 구매하게 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 해외의류브랜드의 유통경로에 따라 상품경쟁력 요소들에 대한 소비자 만족도에 차이가 있으며, 유통경로와 인구통계적 특성에 따라 상품경쟁력 요소들이 소비자 구매의사결정에 다르게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다.
