The flow of liquids submerged with nanoparticles is of significance to industrial applications, specifically in nuclear reactors and the cooling of nuclear systems to improve energy efficiency. The application of nanofluids in water-cooled nuclear systems can result in a significant improvement of their economic performance and/or safety margins. Therefore, in this paper, Marangoni thermal convective boundary layer dusty nanoliquid flow across a flat surface in the presence of solar radiation is studied. A two phase dusty liquid model is considered. Unlike classical temperature-dependent heat source effects, an exponential space-dependent heat source aspect is considered. Stretching variables are utilized to transform the prevailing partial differential system into a nonlinear ordinary differential system, which is then solved numerically via the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg approach coupled with a shooting technique. The roles of physical parameters are focused in momentum and heat transport distributions. Graphical illustrations are also used to consider local and average Nusselt numbers. We examined the results under both linear and quadratic variation of the surface temperature. Our simulations established that the impact of Marangoni flow is useful for an enhancement of the heat transfer rate.

The present work aims to report the consequences of Darcy-Forchheimer medium in flow of Cross fluid model toward a stretched surface. Flow in porous space is categorized by Darcy-Forchheimer medium. Further heat transfer characteristics are examined via thermal radiation and heat generation/absorption. Transformation procedure is used. The arising system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is solved numerically by means of shooting method. The effects of different flow variables on velocity, temperature, concentration, skin friction, and heat transfer rate are discussed. The obtained outcomes show that velocity was enhanced with the increase in the Weissenberg number but decays with increase in the porosity parameter and Hartman number. Temperature field is boosted by thermal radiation and heat generation; however, it decays with the increase in the Prandtl number.
Objective: If non-surgical treatment fails, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (ARCR) is recommended, and ARCR considers graft augmentation in consideration of size, direction, and re-tear. It is reported to have potential benefits by improving the healing rate as it can fill the gaps that have been left behind. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of structural changes observed after ARCR on muscle action through magnetic resonance imaging and to investigate the effect of appropriate physical therapy required for graft augmentation in the general ARCR rehabilitation protocol. Case presentation: A 47-year-old male hospitalized for postoperative rehabilitation following ARCR participated in a 5-week physical therapy intervention. The postoperative day was 6 months, but due to shooting pain and shoulder dysfunction, and the movement of the shoulder was compensatory motion, not normal motion. Physical agents, manual therapy, and supervised exercise for 110 minutes per session were performed 3 times a week, and pain intensity, range of motion, function, and strength were evaluated. Results: As a result of the study, the patient showed positive improvement in pain intensity, range of motion, function, and strength. In addition, normal scapulohumeral rhythm movement was observed. Conclusions: According to the results of this case, appropriate physical therapy according to the compensatory motion shown in the structural changes after ARCR can positively improve the pain intensity, range of motion, function, and strength of ARCR patients.
The existing aiming inspection use foreign-made aiming inspection equipment. However, the quantity is insufficient and the difficult to maintain. So it takes a lot of time to inspect the target. This system can reduces the time of aiming inspection and be maintained and distributed smoothly because it is a domestic product. In this paper, we develop a system that can detect targets and monitor shooting results through a target detection deep learning model. The system is capable of real-time detection of targets and has significantly increased the identification rate through several preprocessing of distant targets. In addition, a graphical user interface is configured to facilitate user camera manipulation and storage and management of training result data. Therefore the system can replace the currently used aiming inspection equipment and non-fire training.
This study was carried out to establish in vitro propagation system influenced by plant growth regulators through organogenesis with three different seed sources (China, Mongolia and Russia) for conservation of genetic resources in Northeast Asia. The experiment compared two different carbon sources (commercial sugar, sucrose), which showed no significant differences in germination rate. Induced adventitious buds from leaf segments were found to be highly effective when supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA, 1.0 mg/L Kinetin, and 5.0 mg/L IAA, in the case of Chinese origin 96.8%, Russian origin R-1: 95.6%, R-2: 85.6%, and Mongolian origin M-2: 77.8%. It was effective in BA and Kinetin with supplemented with IAA, respectively. Shooting development was also efficient in Woody Plant Media (WPM) supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA, 1.0 mg/L Kinetin and 5.0 mg/L IAA.

A bullet launcher can be developed as a smart instrument, especially for use in the military section, that can track, identify, detect, mark, lock, and shoot a target by implementing an image-processing system. In this research, the application of object recognition system, laser encoding as a unique marker, 2-dimensional movement, and pneumatic as a shooter has been studied intensively. The results showed that object recognition system could detect various colors, patterns, sizes, and laser blinking. Measuring the average error value of the object distance by using the camera is ±4, ±5, and ±6% for circle, square and triangle form respectively. Meanwhile, the average accuracy of shots on objects is 95.24% and 85.71% in indoor and outdoor conditions respectively. Here, the average prototype response time is 1.11 s. Moreover, the highest accuracy rate of shooting results at 50 cm was obtained 98.32%.

To establish in vitro axillary bud culture conditions of Echinosophora koreensis Nakai, one of Korean endemic endangered species famous for beautiful flowers, we tested the influence of plant growth regulators (PGRs) in shooting and rooting stage from in vitro plants. In shoot multiplication, addition of 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) to the media induced 2.5 to 3 shoots per bud during 4 weeks of culture. And media including 0.5 mg L-1 thidiazuron (TDZ) produced 3 to 4 shoots per bud. However, zeatin and isopentenyl adenine (2-ip) were not successful to increase shoot number, and the combination treatments of BA with other PGRs were also not effective. Shoots were smaller than 2 cm in length, in most of the treatments. In rooting, naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) treatments in the range of 0.5 to 4.0 mg L-1 appeared to increase rooting rate by 10% to 60% approximately when compared with the control but roots developed with callus clusters. Indole butyric acid (IBA) addition had little effect on rooting (below 10%), while some roots were longer than in NAA treatments and some shoots were longer on high IBA concentrations (4.0 to 8.0 mg L-1). It is suggested that micropropagation is a highly applicable and promising to multiplication and conservation of rare and endangered endemic species.
The manual inspection of photovoltaic (PV) panels to meet the requirements of inspection work for large-scale PV power plants is challenging. We present a hot spot detection and positioning method to detect hot spots in batches and locate their latitudes and longitudes. First, a network based on the YOLOv3 architecture was utilized to identify hot spots. The innovation is to modify the RU_1 unit in the YOLOv3 model for hot spot detection in the far field of view and add a neural network residual unit for fusion. In addition, because of the misidentification problem in the infrared images of the solar PV panels, the DeepLab v3+ model was adopted to segment the PV panels to filter out the misidentification caused by bright spots on the ground. Finally, the latitude and longitude of the hot spot are calculated according to the geometric positioning method utilizing known information such as the drone's yaw angle, shooting height, and lens field-of-view. The experimental results indicate that the hot spot recognition rate accuracy is above 98%. When keeping the drone 25 m off the ground, the hot spot positioning error is at the decimeter level.
To investigate patterns and severity of hunting-related emergency traumatic injuries in wild boar hunting dogs. One hundred wild boar hunting dogs with emergency traumatic injuries sustained during wild boar hunting as a result of wild boar attack and accidental shooting of ensnarement in a trap. The retrospective study involved 100 dogs brought to CAMC for treatment of emergency traumatic injury sustained during wild boar hunting in Jeon-buk province from August 2007 to April 2008. Medical information obtained from the medical records included signalment; cause of injury; number, location and severity of injuries; and mortality. The 100 patients displayed 136 injuries (single injury in 71 dogs and multiple injuries in 29 dogs). Causes of the emergency traumatic injuries were wild boar attack (n = 92), accidental shooting (n = 7), and entrapment (n = 1). The thoracic area was the most common site of injury. The most common injury severity score (ISS) was code 2. The mortality rate was 9%, and all deaths involved thoracic injury. Emergency traumatic injuries sustained during wild boar hunting are most commonly thoracic injuries caused by prey attack. The nature of the injuries can differ from those typically encountered by small animal veterinarians.
The Alaska pollack longline operations, which consist of baiting, shooting, hauling and arrangement of hooks, are dependant on manual labour up to the present. The automation against this traditional way is necessary to eliminate the manual operations and to reduce crew. We have developed a prototype longline system suitable for Alaska pollack longline gear, which is composed of an automatic baiting machine, an automatic line hauler, a hook cleaner and storage rails. The automatic bailing machine driven by hydraulic power is precise baiting method controlled sequentially, and the automatic line hauler is to haul up the mainline by means of hydraulic power and at the same time to split every hook and to carry it onto storage rail automatically. A series functioning tests on shooting and hauling apparatus were carried out in the laboratory and at sea. The results obtained are as follows ; 1. As for the baiting machine, the exciting time of solenoid which operates a directional valve, bait feeding and cutting time, is shortened according to the increase of pressure, and also, after cutting the bait, the over-rotated angle of the blade increased in accordance with the increase of pressure. 2. The baiting efficiency is about $90\%$ when using sand lance (Hypoptychus dybowskii), and the most proper pressure of the hydraulic circuit in feeding and cutting the bait is between $13\;kgf/cm^2\;and\;20\;kgf/cm^2$. 3. The hook splitting rate of the automatic line hauler is about $95.5\%$ regardless of hauling speed and materials of snood. 4. The case of unseparating hook is appeared when the snood gets entangled or the hook is sticked in the mainline.
