As port functions change to act as an economic catalyst and take on a central position in industries engaged in international trade, port hinterland has become a significant component in international shipping. The success of port hinterland as a strategic base of logistic activities critically depends on location selection factor for international distribution center that links elements of global supply chain management. By examining multi-measurement items empirically, this paper analyzed location selection factor for international logistics distribution center in port hinterland, and evaluated Busan new port hinterland from the user's perspective. Employing exploratory factor analysis, the results revealed that the model structured around five factors incorporating geo-location and accessibility, availability, political supports, cost factors, and quality of business environment is valid and reliable in the context of the location selection factors for logistics distribution center in the context of port hinterland operations. The evaluation of Busan new port hinterland provides useful insights for strategic improvement to accommodate the users' expectation. Further, the model offers both a descriptive and diagnostic strategic management tool for port hinterland development and operations, to guide future improvement.

전 세계적으로 해운물류 안전 보안체계가 강화됨에 따라 국가물류보안 체계 구축을 위한 해운물류안전 보안 핵심기술 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 미국에서 2018년 시행예정인 컨테이너 사전 100% 전수검사에 대응하기 위한 컨테이너 검색기의 핵심구성 요소인 Array 검출 System의 국산화 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재 해외제품을 대체할 Array 검출 system 중 자체 개발한 Digital Signal Processing Board에 대한 연구를 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose - Along with the rapid growth of the economics and IT industry, E-commerce appears as the next potential area of world economics. For this no-entity shops commerce style, logistics is crucial for the success of E-commerce. Research design, data and methodology - In this paper, Dangdang.com, the largest online marketplace in China, is studied and a conceptual model is present, to develop a practical way to develop the logistics system in E-commerce situation. Results - This research finds that following 4 factors are critical success factors for E-commerce logistics: 1) logistics centres are very important to control the inventory management; 2) keep good cooperation with third-party logistics (3PL) can guarantee good quality shipping service and also can reduce delivery costs; 3) build strong information system; 4) quick response system also needed for an efficient logistics system. When E-commerce firms are developing their logistics systems, they should pay more attention to these 4 critical success factors. Conclusions - In summary, successful 3PL management is vital for competing regionally and globally throughout the logistics value chain. We see information system as an enabler in logistics management to get the right products to the right place in the right quantity at the right time and to provide quality services to satisfy the customer's needs.

본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 해운항만 환경의 변화 속에서 군산항의 활성화 방안을 마련함으로써 우리나라 8대 항만으로서 위상을 화보하고 항만개발을 통한 전북도의 지역경제 활성화를 꾀하는데 있다. 연구방법으로는 서베이 방법에 의한 문헌조사 및 O/D조사에 의한 물동량 조사방법이 채택되었다. 본 연구의 결론을 소개하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 항만물류시스템에서 상시 준설체제의 확립과 금강하구둑내 준설, 그리고 해상운송과 복합운송주선업체에 대한 인센티브 도입과 아울러 육상운송업체에 대해서도 인센티브 제도를 확대하여 적용할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기존 전북권 발생 화물 및 인접 권역화물의 적극적 유치 등을 통한 물동량 증대가 요구된다. 셋째, 신규항로 개발과 연안운송네트워크의 강화가 요구된다. 넷째, 중국 산동성 및 강소성 일부 항만과 국제적 SCM 체제의 구축이 시급하다.

본 연구에서는 수직블록배치형태를 가지는 자동화 컨테이너 터미널을 대상으로 안벽과 야드의 연계작업을 수행하는 이송장비에 대한 시뮬레이션 모델을 수립하였다. 일반적으로 컨테이너 터미널은 안벽장비의 생산성으로 효율성이 평가되며, 안벽장비의 생산성을 최대화하기 위해서는 이송장비와 야드장비의 원활한 지원이 이루어져야 한다. 이중 이송장비는 안벽장비와 직접적으로 연계작업을 수행하므로 안벽장비의 생산성에 많은 영향을 미치는 요소이며, 운행대수와 주행방식에 따라 작업성능 또한 매우 달라지게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이송장비의 작업생산성을 평가할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였으며, 수립된 모델을 통해 가상의 환경에서 다양한 이송장비의 운영에 따른 안벽장비의 생산성을 분석해 보았다.

최근 세계의 항만은 중국 효과 및 세계 물동량의 지속적인 증가에 따라 항만 체증은 갈수록 심화되고 있다. 선사는 선박의 대형화를 통한 물류비 절감을 위하여 기항지 항만의 축소에 따라 지역 내 항만간의 경쟁은 치열해지고 있다. 항만 체증에 따라 선사는 선박대기시간비율과 재항시간 등의 항만 서비스품질 (QoS : Quality of Service)을 기항지로 선택하는 평가기준으로 활용한다. 본 논문에서는 최근 신성장 산업의 기반 기술로 급부상하고 있는 RFID (Radio Frequence IDentification) 기술을 항만 운영시스템에 활용함으로써 트윈리프트 갠트리크레인 (Twin-lift Gantry Crane)의 하역 생산성의 개선 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문의 목적은 RFID기반의 RTLS(Real Time Location System)을 활용하여 항만 QoS가 보장되는 유비쿼터스 항만(U-Port)의 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제안하는데 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 VLCC(Very Large Crude Oil Carrier) 운임에 영향을 미치는 주요 결정요인의 장기적 탄성치를 추정하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 영국 해운 전문 기업인 클락슨이 공표하는 연간 VLCC 운임을 종속변수로, 원유(Crude oil) 물동량, VLCC 선복량, 벙커유 가격, Libor 금리를 설명변수로 사용하였다. 본 연구는 벡터오차수정모형(Vector Error Correction Model; VECM)을 사용하여 운임 결정 장기균형함수를 추정하였으며, 추정결과 물동량 1.0% 증가 시 운임 6.4% 증가, 선복량 1.0% 증가 시 운임 1.9% 감소, 벙커유 가격 1.0% 증가 시 운임 0.3% 감소, 금리 1.0% 증가 시 운임은 0.18% 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 벙커유 가격의 경우 일반적인 직관과 반대되는 마이너스(-) 부호로 계수가 추정되었는데, 이는 설명변수 중 벙커유 가격이나 금리 등의 2차 변수가 운임에 미치는 영향력은 적은 반면 직접적인 수급 변수가 운임을 결정하는 주요 요인이기 때문인 것으로 이해된다. 후속연구에서 컨테이너선, 건화물선 등 다른 선종들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하고 다양한 선종별 운임의 결정요인을 비교 분석하는 것이 필요하다.

이 연구의 목적은 글로벌 해운항만물류에 있어 창조형 서비스산업으로서 금융특화와 금융지원을 통한 해양금융의 허브화와 해양물류 클러스터를 구축하여 국제경쟁력강화를 통한 국가경제발전에 이바지함에 있다. 효과적인 목적달성을 위해 이 연구는 통합적 접근법을 채택하여 효율적인 정책이행에 적용하였으며, 정책수행의 도구로서 창조형 해양금융발전 단계를 수립하여 정책이행시기의 가이드라인을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 제1단계(조성과 성장정책): 2013~2016(창조형 해양금융산업집적지구축), 제2단계(육성/활성화정책): 2017~2019(창조형 해양금융산업클러스터구축), 제3단계(지속적 발전정책): 2020년 이후 장기과제(창조형 해양금융혁신클러스터구축). 세계해양금융의 경쟁력 열위에 있는 우리나라는 해양금융의 유동성확보를 위한 전략적 접근이 절실한 바, 근래 글로벌 금융위기 이후 실물거래를 수반하는 금융 거래의 새로운 대안으로 이슬람금융이 급부상하고 있다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 해양금융의 실무상 우리나라의 잠재형 슬랙을 창출하기 위해 이슬람금융권과의 컨소시엄의 구성을 초기단계에서의 보다 용이한 정책이행의 단초로 제안하고 있다.

The core of this research studies the strategic alliance of airlines, container shipping liners, and port operators that have shown successful results through the recent differentiated strategic Alliance Network, although a difference of scale exists between these firms and the small and mid-sized International Logistics firms, but because of the worldwide traditional Alliance Network of International Logistics firms, HTFN's(High Tech Forwarder Network) half hearted attitude and the small scale alliance of the small and mid-sized International Logistics firms organized in 1998 cannot breakthrough the present strenuous situation. And these results, creating an attempt to save our country's International Logistics Industry which have fallen into depression, suggests an awakening of a new strategy based on specialized nationals innovative IT-which does not exist in the world market-by categorizing our country's small and mid-sized International Logistics firms which are active worldwide.
